Hey there, my friend.
Speaker AWelcome to the podcast Today this is Jesus Smart X the Podcast.
Speaker ABrian Dull Turco with you.
Speaker ASo glad you're here.
Speaker AAnd today we are talking about living with a sense of omnipotency.
Speaker AWe're not God, but prayer has no limits.
Speaker AAnd the reason it has no limits is because God has no limits and he's all powerful and he's the one we're conversing with.
Speaker AHe's the one that we're partnering with.
Speaker ASo we're going to talk about that briefly.
Speaker AThis is drawn from the Smart Edit letter.
Speaker AI would really love for you to be on the list.
Speaker AYou can go to jesussmart.com and click on Newsletter at the top there.
Speaker AIt'll take you to a page which will give you an opportunity to sign up.
Speaker AOr you can just search Smart Edit Newsletter on any search engine.
Speaker AIt'll pull it right up to the top.
Speaker AYou can access it in that way as well.
Speaker AWe have a couple great guests coming up on the podcast.
Speaker AGary Ingram from the Love and Truth Network just recorded this past week.
Speaker AIt'll be coming out in early September.
Speaker AHe is an ex, an expert, and he has personal life experience in the space of gender confusion, being restored to heterosexuality, all of these major issues that we've been dealing with for, in a peak state for the past several years.
Speaker ASo we'll be talking with him about that.
Speaker AIt was an excellent conversation.
Speaker AWe also have Frank Viola coming on the podcast again, a tremendous voice, tremendous author.
Speaker AHe has made an indelible mark on me through his writing and through a mastermind I was a part of with Frank.
Speaker ASo that's coming up.
Speaker AI'd like to encourage you to if you missed the last two episodes just last week, Kingdom Forward.
Speaker ALiving on the leading edge of the King's Story.
Speaker AWhat it means to be Kingdom Forward in your life in the way you relate to people, your decisions, how you pray, how you act.
Speaker AAnd then before that, episode 346, faith gains.
Speaker AYou may not want to hear this, but this is why your spirit needs a load or resistance on it to grow, just like our human body does.
Speaker AResistance equals growth.
Speaker AOur spirit adapts and it grows and it's strengthened in the Lord.
Speaker AToday, though, we are.
Speaker ALet me get to my notes here.
Speaker AThere it is.
Speaker AWe are talking about prayer having no limits.
Speaker ABy the way, special bonus in today's episode, it's not going to be too long.
Speaker AWe're wrapping up the summer here.
Speaker AWe're in the, I think the third week of August here, 2025.
Speaker AI hope your Summer's been going great.
Speaker AWe have a special bonus today about cottage cheese.
Speaker AWhat?
Speaker AWhy are we talking about cottage cheese?
Speaker AWell, this is also from the newsletter.
Speaker AIt's something I'm practicing.
Speaker AI had an ins, an experience, I think it was beginning in April.
Speaker AI got hit with shingles.
Speaker AHave you ever heard of shingles?
Speaker AProbably.
Speaker AHave you ever experienced it?
Speaker AMaybe not 1 out of 3Americans over the age of 50 get hit with shingles.
Speaker AIt's unbelievable.
Speaker AIt was on my radar.
Speaker AI knew about it, but it was not on my radar.
Speaker AThe impact it has on your body.
Speaker AI'm still dealing with nerve pain in my back and leg related to that, so.
Speaker ABut I've been on a wellness quest since that time.
Speaker ALet's take the lemons and make lemonade out of it.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AAnd so thankfully, with the Lord's help and with a lot of information that I'm pretty much self educated on this, you know, with the Internet today, with YouTube especially, but I've lost 30 pounds and I need to lose more.
Speaker AAnd I'm doing other things, adding muscle tissue.
Speaker ABut one of the secrets that I had no idea about is cottage cheese.
Speaker A30 minutes before bed, shut down your kitchen at 7 o'.
Speaker AClock.
Speaker ADon't eat after 7pm but then 30 minutes before you go to sleep, eat a half cup of cottage cheese.
Speaker AAnd we're going to talk about that.
Speaker AHow it works with your body while you sleep.
Speaker AIt helps you with recovery, healing it release.
Speaker AIt helps to facilitate human growth hormone and cuts down on insulin spikes and actually helps you lose weight while you sleep.
Speaker AIt's amazing and it's cheap.
Speaker ASo we're going to talk about that.
Speaker AWhy do we talk about stuff related to wellness on, on this podcast, Jesus Smart X.
Speaker AWell, because Jesus knows how human flourishing works.
Speaker AAnd that's really part of the overall quest here is Jesus understands how your body works best, how relationships work, finances, business, all the domains of life.
Speaker AHe understands how everything works best.
Speaker AThey created order, right?
Speaker AHe created it all.
Speaker AAnd so yeah, we do talk about wellness.
Speaker AWe talk about brain health here, we talk about overall health.
Speaker AAnd so that's why we're going to talk about cottage cheese today.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker APart of God's creation, we can make cottage cheese.
Speaker AAnd there's a couple ingredients I'll just touch on there briefly with you about.
Speaker ABut first, first let's talk about living without limits.
Speaker AAnd prayer has no limits.
Speaker AAnd why.
Speaker AAnd what happens when heaven hands you the keys?
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AWhat happens when heaven gives you the keys of the kingdom?
Speaker AThere was a.
Speaker AThis is an old quote I love the old guys.
Speaker AI think he was a puritan.
Speaker AI.
Speaker AHis name's going to escape me.
Speaker AI want to say John Owens, but I could be wrong.
Speaker ABut just listen to the quote.
Speaker AThis is the important thing he says.
Speaker ABasically, he said in prayer, I have a sense or a sort of omnipotency.
Speaker AAnd what does that mean?
Speaker AOmnipotency is one of those, you know, doctrinal words or theological words to describe part of the nature of God.
Speaker AHe is all powerful.
Speaker APotency means power.
Speaker AOmni means all omnipotency.
Speaker AOr like, for example, he's omniscient, all knowing or omnipresent everywhere at once.
Speaker AOmnipotency.
Speaker ABut why is this Again, a puritan, I believe.
Speaker AWhy is he saying in prayer I have a sort of omnipotency?
Speaker AWell, he's not saying he's God omni potent, but he's saying made in the image of God.
Speaker AAnd when he partners with God and when he converses with God and when the kingdom power is directed towards him.
Speaker AYou know, Paul did say in Ephesians 1 that through an increasing spirit of wisdom and revelation of Christ, the eyes of our understanding can be enlightened.
Speaker AAnd one of the benefits, one of the outcomes of that is that we can know the power of God that is directed toward those who believe power belongs to God, but it's directed toward us.
Speaker AAnd we can steward that power to move things which God wants to move, like mountains of obstruction, or to stop things which he wants to stop or start things which he wants to start, and so on.
Speaker ASo this is an amazing quote, isn't it?
Speaker AIn prayer I have a sense of omnipotency.
Speaker AYou know, Dallas Willard says one of the things that made Jesus so attractive when he was on the earth is that he empowered the human condition.
Speaker AThere is something wired deep within you that wants to be empowered.
Speaker ABut we need to be empowered in a right way.
Speaker AIt needs to be God's power.
Speaker AWe steward God's power.
Speaker AWe don't want toxic power or a false counterfeit power where we become God, where we abuse people, where we abuse situations.
Speaker ANo, we want flourishing.
Speaker AWe want God's will on the earth.
Speaker AWe want God's design to be manifested at a greater level.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo let's talk about this.
Speaker AOne of the greatest realizations you and I can have is this.
Speaker APrayer knows no limits.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker AWhy can we say this?
Speaker AWell, the main reason we can say this, I think, is because prayer connects us directly to the limitless God.
Speaker AIt's that simple.
Speaker AAnd as we grow in prayer and as we grow in heart relationship with God, which makes us more conducive to pure prayer, we can see God's power and his limitless capacity, something of that in us and flowing through us into our personal world, into the people we love, into the people we're called to reach into our sphere of influence, our assignments.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo many things we leave on the table and are just simply not experienced because we never ask the Father.
Speaker AJames said this in James 4:2.
Speaker AYou do not have because why you do not ask.
Speaker AAnd so the greatest reason for unanswered prayers, if we could put it this way, is that they're never prayed.
Speaker AYou do not have because you do not ask.
Speaker AHow many things are we going to leave on the table in our life because of a weak, shrinking prayer life and a lack of courage to move with boldness and what the Father wants?
Speaker ASo let's just let me give you three quick points and then we'll talk about the cottage cheese, okay?
Speaker AAll right, here's the first point.
Speaker APrayer is not about twisting God's arm.
Speaker APrayer is not self serving, you know, as the highest value.
Speaker APrayer is about stepping into the access that Jesus won for us.
Speaker AYou see, on our own, on our own, we do not have standing before the Father.
Speaker AWe do not have legal standing before the Judge of all.
Speaker AWe don't.
Speaker ABut in Christ, In Christ we are are clothed with his righteousness.
Speaker AHis perfection quenches every accusation in your life because that perfection is given to you in Christ by faith.
Speaker AIt's accredited to your account.
Speaker AAnd his perfection quenches every accusation and gives us confident access to the Father's throne.
Speaker ASo this is the first part.
Speaker APlease don't think of prayer as just something to relieve stress or you get into a Zen like only, you know, meditative state.
Speaker AI mean, I believe in biblical meditation.
Speaker AI believe in calming ourselves.
Speaker AI believe in getting still before the Lord.
Speaker ABut prayer is not some nebulous fuzzy thing that we don't really know what we're, what we're what it is we have no clear understanding.
Speaker ANumber one, prayer is about accessing right into God's presence that Jesus won for us and having legal standing before His.
Speaker AHis throne.
Speaker ALet's talk about legal standing.
Speaker AOkay, here's number two.
Speaker ABecause when we pray, we're all learning about prayer.
Speaker AWe're all on the prayer curve, okay?
Speaker AWhen we pray in Jesus name, we're not just tagging his name on the end of our own words.
Speaker AJesus says, I give you my name.
Speaker AHe said, when you pray in that day, meaning after his ascension.
Speaker APray to the Father and in My name.
Speaker AWhat is this?
Speaker AWell, this is nothing less than legal authority.
Speaker AThis is power of eternity power of attorney.
Speaker AWhen you have power of attorney, you can act on behalf of someone else based on their rights, based on their inheritance, right.
Speaker AAnd so Jesus has given us his name.
Speaker AAnd when we pray before the Father, we're praying in his stead.
Speaker AIt's really in a sense as if he's praying before the Father, we're praying, we have his favor, his legal authority upon us.
Speaker AThis is staggering, okay?
Speaker AThis is really in a sense holding Christ power of attorney.
Speaker AIt's not a sense, it's reality.
Speaker AIn reality, we are holding Christ power of attorney in heaven's court.
Speaker AAmazing.
Speaker AStaggering Again, how much is being left on the table?
Speaker AWhat things are continuing to chronically happen and happen and happen that need to be bound and stopped?
Speaker AWhat things are not happening, not happening, not happening that need to be initiated, birthed, conceived, developed through this legal authority and through this prayer.
Speaker AYou know, one of the questions the court first asks or first is concerned with any, any legal concern or any legal case is who has legal standing here?
Speaker AYou cannot just walk into a court if you don't have legal standing and try to try to take action or try to make claims.
Speaker ASomebody has to have legal standing in the case to make the case of effect.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AAnd it's really like that with the Father, who has legal standing with Him.
Speaker AWell, number one, we touched on it.
Speaker AYou have to step into the access that Jesus won for us.
Speaker AHis righteousness, His.
Speaker AHis perfection upon us.
Speaker AAnd number two, you, you, you, you come in an awareness and a capacity of legal authority.
Speaker AAnd you have legal standing with the Father now because not only are you righteous in Christ, but He's given you now his name to pray before the Father.
Speaker AThis is amazing.
Speaker AStaggering.
Speaker AChrist power of eternity attorney in heaven's court.
Speaker ALet's talk about a third point.
Speaker ALet's take it even a little further.
Speaker AScripture says that we are coairs with Christ.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AThe New Testament clearly teaches this.
Speaker AThat means that when you approach God, you do so in conjunction with Christ.
Speaker AFirstborn rights and privileges over the entire created order.
Speaker AOkay, I mean, let's just try to unpack this.
Speaker AI mean, the New Testament clearly teaches that Jesus is the head now over all things.
Speaker AHe also has always had firstborn rights over the created order.
Speaker AExecutive privilege.
Speaker AWe could say that as the head over all things, unlimited privileges before the Father.
Speaker AAnd when we pray, we have access, we have legal authority.
Speaker AWe pray in his name.
Speaker AAnd we now come before the Father in conjunction in partnership with Christ's firstborn rights and privileges over all things there, over every organization, over every corporation, over every international corporation, over every international agency, the World Economic Forum, the who, you know, the World Health Organization, the United.
Speaker AIt doesn't matter, George Soros.
Speaker AOver every person, every system, every organization, even over every nation, every army, every navy, every air force, every military might, over all principalities and powers.
Speaker AYou have firstborn rights in conjunction with Christ.
Speaker AWhen you pray, I mean, let's just scale up, okay?
Speaker ADon't shrink.
Speaker AYou know, I've done this in my own life.
Speaker AThe incredible shrinking prayer.
Speaker AYou know, you, we, we need to scale up.
Speaker AWe need to come in there like a, a warrior, like a, like a, like a premium world class kingdom athlete.
Speaker ASomebody who's wealthy in Christ and knows it.
Speaker AAnd we are now praying in firstborn conjunction with the firstborn rights and privileges of Jesus Christ.
Speaker AYour inheritance rights are wide open.
Speaker AWe won't fully realize this in all of its depth until the millennium and into the new heavens and new earth.
Speaker AI think this will be continually unfurling before us.
Speaker ABut we are to start experiencing this now.
Speaker AWe're to run our race to win it.
Speaker AWe're to fight our fight to win.
Speaker AAnd we are to finish the course and have that confidence that Paul had at the end of his life.
Speaker AHe was ready to.
Speaker AHe was ready to come into the presence of the Lord.
Speaker AAnd he had a sense of completeness, completion.
Speaker AHe had done.
Speaker AHe had done the best he could do.
Speaker AHe had done everything.
Speaker AHe knew.
Speaker AHe had grown as fast as he could.
Speaker AHe had.
Speaker AHe had run the race as fast as he could.
Speaker AHe had fought the fight with the intensity.
Speaker ASo don't collapse your prayers down to your own resources or even your own imagination.
Speaker APlease, please, Brian, don't do that.
Speaker APray big bold prayers.
Speaker AThe supply of the spirit is infinite and the access is already yours in Christ.
Speaker ANow if you want to go further with this theme, a little bit further.
Speaker AYou can go to jesussmart.com and look for the article called Prayer is Limitless.
Speaker ANow before we talk about the cheese, let's pray this quick prayer.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AFather.
Speaker AFather, I repent of my incredible shame.
Speaker AShrinking prayers, Father.
Speaker AIt's not worthy of you.
Speaker AIt's not worthy of what you're doing in the earth.
Speaker AAnd Holy Spirit, I ask right now that you would lead me and empower me in prayer.
Speaker AAnd I receive it in Jesus name.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AOkay, now this was in our latest issue of the Smart Edit, which goes out weekly.
Speaker AIt's a Free newsletter.
Speaker AI encourage you to go to Jesus smart dot com.
Speaker AClick on newsletter or just search Smart Edit newsletter in any search engine.
Speaker AIt'll pull it right up to the top and I'd love to have you on the list.
Speaker AAnd we don't spam, we don't sell your email.
Speaker AThere's nothing like that goes on.
Speaker AThis is confidential.
Speaker AAnd here's, here's the kinds of things you'll get though in this newsletter.
Speaker AWhat I just reflected on there about prayer.
Speaker ANow let's talk about cottage cheese, because you also get the cheese in the newsletter.
Speaker ALet's talk about a bedtime boost.
Speaker AAll right, now, in an issue before this last one, I shared the importance of when I was in this wellness little section on the newsletter, I shared the importance of shutting down the kitchen by 7pm, not eating after 7pm and what this does when you sleep is it maximizes your human growth hormone release while you sleep.
Speaker AYou say, why do I need hgh human growth hormone?
Speaker AI thought that was for adolescence.
Speaker ANo, it's not.
Speaker AWe need that our entire life, lifetime.
Speaker ABecause what does it do?
Speaker AIt helps maintain our muscle tissue, which is vitally important, our body composition.
Speaker ADo you know that your muscular system is not just to help you move, it's actually a beneficial metabolic system that, that helps you with metabolic health, like, like stabilizing your sugar and your hormones and all of these things.
Speaker ABut here's the ex.
Speaker ASo human growth hormone is for your adult life as well, and it's always released at night.
Speaker AYour, your body wants to release it, especially during your first couple hours of quality sleep.
Speaker ABut if we eat too late at night, if we're putting sugar into our system and carbohydrates, what it does is it creates an insulin spike and it mitigates against this release of human growth hormone.
Speaker AAnd so what does that mean?
Speaker AWell, we can't, our muscles can't recover as much as they need to.
Speaker AIf, if there's some injury in our body that needs to be healed or, or even a disease or something that we're, you know, really losing the benefit of that human growth hormone, the level at which it could be released, because you're spiking your insulin right before bed.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo if we close down the kitchen at 7 o', clock, that's the key.
Speaker ANow, this is challenging because I'm a little confession here, little vulnerability.
Speaker AI have always enjoyed eating.
Speaker AI mean, I like to eat, man.
Speaker AI'm half Italian.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker AAnd to be honest with you, I think that I went a long time eating late at night.
Speaker AAnd I think it was psychological.
Speaker AI think it was psychological eating.
Speaker AI really do.
Speaker ABut you can break that.
Speaker AI feel like with the Lord's help, I'm breaking that.
Speaker AOkay, so close it down by seven.
Speaker ABut here's the exception.
Speaker ALet's talk about the cheese.
Speaker ANow, the cottage cheese in particular.
Speaker AEat 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese about 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
Speaker ANow, why.
Speaker AWhy would you want to do that?
Speaker AWhy does this work?
Speaker AOkay, a little bit technical, but not so much.
Speaker AListen, I'm big on this.
Speaker AI'm big on lifelong learning, and I'm big on self education, and I'm big on.
Speaker AWe.
Speaker AWe have all the tools at our fingertips today.
Speaker ARight through your keyboard, you can learn anything.
Speaker AAll right, why does this work?
Speaker AWell, there's a slow digesting protein in cottage cheese called casein.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AC, A, S, E, I, N. And it digests slowly and it provides this steady stream of amino acids overnight in your system.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AI think there are nine essential amino acids, and I think we know that amino acids are the building blocks of protein in our body.
Speaker ANow, one of these amino acids, which is in this casein protein and cottage cheese, is called leucine.
Speaker AL, E, U, C, I, N, E. This is a key amino acid.
Speaker AHere's.
Speaker AHere's where the.
Speaker AHere's where the.
Speaker AI don't want to say magic, but here's where the magic is.
Speaker AIt is a key amino acid leucine.
Speaker AIt.
Speaker AIt sends a signal to your body to preserve and rebuild muscle tissue while you rest.
Speaker AOkay, so we should be doing cardio some.
Speaker AWe should be walking, maybe running, biking.
Speaker AThose types of exercises we should also be doing throughout our lifetime.
Speaker AStrength training exercises.
Speaker ABody weight exercises are great.
Speaker AEven body weight.
Speaker ASquats, push ups, you know, other sorts of exercises.
Speaker APick up dumbbells a little bit.
Speaker AWomen can do this.
Speaker AMen can do this.
Speaker AWe want you.
Speaker AYou.
Speaker AYou have to signal to your muscles to adapt, to grow, to maintain their strength.
Speaker AAnd so this is why we need to do resistance training.
Speaker AThe other part of it, though, is that we need to have the proper diet to feed our muscular system so we can maintain that tissue and so that it can grow and be strengthened as.
Speaker AAs we exercise.
Speaker AAll right, so this key amino acid, leucine, in cottage cheese, it signals the body to preserve and rebuild muscle tissue while you rest.
Speaker AYou don't want to lose muscle tissue.
Speaker ANow, wait, there's more.
Speaker AIt synergizes with hgh, human growth hormone.
Speaker ASo since we're not spiking our insulin late at night because we Shut down the kitchen at 7.
Speaker AYou know those late night carbs and sugars.
Speaker ANow, the human growth hormone can flow freely during those first hours of sleep.
Speaker AAnd what this does is it works with the protein casein and the amino acid leucine, and it protects lean tissue.
Speaker AAnd there's more.
Speaker AIt helps to burn fat while you sleep.
Speaker AYou know, we need to burn excess fat.
Speaker AEven if we're at the human flourishing weight we, we want and need to be at.
Speaker ABut especially as we're attempting to lose weight, we don't want to, we want to burn fat while we sleep, you know, and so this helps to do that.
Speaker AIt helps to keep our muscle tissue from weakening and shrinking, which you really want to mitigate against that as you lose fat weight.
Speaker AYou don't want to lose your muscle tissue, you want to lose the fat tissue, okay?
Speaker AAnd the more muscle tissue you can preserve in your body, the easier it will be to lose weight and maintain the proper human flourishing weight for you, okay?
Speaker ASo it helps protect that lean muscle tissue and it helps to burn the fat.
Speaker AYou see, I'm not a doctor, okay?
Speaker AAlways talk with your doctor, do your own research and always be under your own medical care.
Speaker AOf course.
Speaker ABut there are multiple sources, multiple articles, multiple studies on this.
Speaker AThis is metabolic protection.
Speaker AStrong muscle, strong muscles in your body.
Speaker AGood muscle tissue means a stronger metabolism, and this is vital for weight loss, weight management, energy, keeping your blood sugar stabilized, preventing diabetes or coming out of diabetes, blood pressure control, getting off of blood pressure meds, all of these things.
Speaker AIt's also beneficial to sleeping quality.
Speaker AThese ingredients help you sleep better.
Speaker AAll right, so here's the smart edit tip, if we could put it this way, okay, Shut down the kitchen at 7.
Speaker AIt'll get easier.
Speaker AOnce you start doing this, you'll think, oh, around 9 or 10 o', clock, your body just starts, it's time to eat.
Speaker ANo, we have to, we have to retrain the body.
Speaker AAnd it will retrain, it will adapt.
Speaker AShut down the kitchen at 7 then if you want to support like maximum recovery in your body while you sleep.
Speaker AAnd if you want to support fat loss, take in a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese before bed.
Speaker ABy the way, this will help dull that appetite late at night and you won't tend to wake up hungry in the middle of the night.
Speaker ATake in without one half cup of cottage cheese before bed.
Speaker AIt's a small habit.
Speaker AAnd what it does, all we're simply doing is aligning ourselves with the way God has designed our bodies, our rhythms of sleep and renewal and our Hormonal system.
Speaker AAnd you know how, how our bodies work.
Speaker AJesus is concerned about human flourishing.
Speaker AYou can't just abuse your body and jump in prayer lines to get healed.
Speaker AYou know, it just doesn't work that way.
Speaker AYeah, there are times we need to get prayer over our bodies for sure.
Speaker ABut we also need to do the practical, responsible stewardship things with our bodies.
Speaker AAnd so listen to this scripture from Jeremiah 31, 25 and 26.
Speaker AI just love these words.
Speaker AGod says, I have satiated.
Speaker ADon't you love that word that means fulfilled?
Speaker AI have sat satiated the weary soul.
Speaker AAnd I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
Speaker AAnd the prophet says, after this, I awoke and looked around and my sleep was sweet to me.
Speaker AAnd so, Father, we pray right now for sweet sleep.
Speaker AWe pray for sons and daughters of God who are really highly functional disciples of Christ who are moving through life with optimal strength.
Speaker AMay we love you as, as the Word says, with all of our strength, all of our mind, all of our soul.
Speaker AMay we love you with everything.
Speaker AMay we serve you with everything.
Speaker AMay we live long, fruitful, healthy years.
Speaker AMay we say with the Apostle Paul, that I have run my race.
Speaker AI finished my course in the future.
Speaker AThere is laid up for me a reward.
Speaker AMay we go into the millennium and into the new heavens and new earth with momentum, with trajectory of calling and assignment.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AAnd may we just.
Speaker AMay we.
Speaker AMay we live with the human flourishing of Jesus on us.
Speaker AThe life is in the Son, the scripture says in the New Testament.
Speaker AAnd we draw on that life from the Son of God, Jesus Christ himself.
Speaker AWe take into our bodies his body and his blood through the Eucharist, through communion, through remembering and appropriating the benefits of our salvation.
Speaker AWhat's on the table?
Speaker ABy remembering, recalling his atoning work on the cross, we acknowledge and receive the truth that salvation is not just some concept of our soul going to heaven, but that it is a global, comprehensive term of physical well being, psychological well being, spiritual well being, temporal well being, eternal well being.
Speaker ASoteria.
Speaker AWe receive it in Jesus name.
Speaker AThank you, Father.
Speaker AOh God.
Speaker AOur benefits of our salvation exceed our natural ability to just.
Speaker AWe have to rehearse it, review it, expand, get revelation and illumination on.
Speaker AAnd we thank you for it.
Speaker AAnd we're going to do it.
Speaker AWe are doing it in Jesus name.
Speaker AI appreciate you, my friend.
Speaker AIf you think this episode would be of value to anyone, share it with them.
Speaker ATell them, look, the episode covered the whole spectrum.
Speaker AEverything from the limitless capacity of prayer to cottage cheese.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AThis is the kingdom the kingdom includes cottage cheese, my friend.
Speaker ALiterally, it does.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AI appreciate you.
Speaker ADon't forget about the Smart Edit letter.
Speaker AIf you're not getting it in your inbox, I'd love to have you on the list.
Speaker AJust search it on a search engine.
Speaker AIt'll pull it right up.
