Speaker BSo let's dive in first.
Speaker BLet's name it.
Speaker BAs you grow, as you shift, as you heal, your identity must shift.
Speaker BYour self, concept of who you are must, must shift.
Speaker BBut oftentimes, we stay energetically tied to our past selves.
Speaker BThe hustler, the people pleaser, the perfectionist, the girl who thought her power was earned.
Speaker BYou're showing up, but it's almost as if there are 17 past versions that are behind you or that you might be holding.
Speaker BI often use this idea with my clients is you're holding on to these ideas like purses or backpacks, and I want you to think about how would it feel if you were carrying all of those versions of on your back every single day, every single time you tried to show up in your business, every time you tried to show up in your relationships, every time you tried to show up in whatever it is that you are wanting to do, that version of you still here in your ear, unconsciously, or you might not even realize.
Speaker BDoes this sound familiar?
Speaker BThis is one of the biggest secret energy leaks that we have.
Speaker BAnd here's what I want you to know.
Speaker BYou can reframe this all you want.
Speaker BThis isn't just mindset, okay?
Speaker BThere is reframing, and I absolutely love reframing.
Speaker BI'm a big.
Speaker BI'm a big.
Speaker BLike, part of the work I do is mindset.
Speaker BBut we don't stop at just mindset.
Speaker BWe go into the body, into the energetics, into the soul.
Speaker BSo this is mind, body, soul.
Speaker BThe Three components, my friend.
Speaker BWe need to make sure that we are retrieving, that we are claiming our any energy back on all three planes.
Speaker BSo how do we do that?
Speaker BHow do you reclaim your energy?
Speaker BYou're like, okay, yeah, Danny, maybe I have some versions of me that are stuck in the past.
Speaker BSo how do I do this?
Speaker BHow do I reclaim my energy?
Speaker BThere's three ways that I like to do this, and I do this with my clients in my one on one containers.
Speaker BAnd we do this inside secret CEO number one.
Speaker BWell, let me tell you all three.
Speaker BSo soul retrieval, breathwork, and nervous system reprogramming.
Speaker BSo let's talk about the first one, soul retrieval.
Speaker BSoul retrieval is where we go in and connect with the past versions of ourselves to reclaim that energy, to unlock them.
Speaker BIt's almost as if they are frozen in time in that situation and just keep reliving it.
Speaker BI want you to think about this.
Speaker BIf there is something that has happened to you, and it's not something that was probably your favorite thing, might be a very challenging thing that you experienced, there's a version of you who is still there reliving that experience every single day.
Speaker BThis is why a lot of the work in past life comes into play here, is we look at, right, the versions of ourselves.
Speaker BSo also, let me just make something clear.
Speaker BWhen I say past life, I'm referring to two different ways of looking at this.
Speaker BNumber one is power.
Speaker BPast life, meaning a version of ourselves that is from the past.
Speaker BSo whether that is you a day ago, you five minutes ago, you two years ago, you 10 years ago, 20 years ago, 30 years ago, or you from a completely different lifetime.
Speaker BSo we have this lifetime, the past versions of you, and we have other lifetimes that you may have been.
Speaker BYour soul has been incarnated in some way, shape or form.
Speaker BSo you have all of these experiences, all of these experiences come into play because the soul knows the soul remembers just as much as the body remembers in this lifetime.
Speaker BSo this is why we not only look at it from the mental plane, from the mindset, but we also get into the energetics through the body and through the soul.
Speaker BSo the second way that we look at this is through breath work.
Speaker BNow, this is where we start to get in to the body.
Speaker BAnd the breath work that I like to do really starts to also get into the soul and into the energetics.
Speaker BSo when we're looking at breath work, we are connecting with the body and we are allowing the body to express.
Speaker BSo one of the things I often see is when people are doing mindset work and they're reframing things is sometimes the frames are like 0 to 100 and we are not.
Speaker BLike, we are not.
Speaker BWe're not cars.
Speaker BWe don't go 0 to 60 and go 0 to 100 like that, right?
Speaker BIt, it's, it's.
Speaker BWe.
Speaker BIt takes time, right?
Speaker BSo there's got to be like stepping stones to get to the place where we want to go.
Speaker BOr else, first off, the mind's going to reject it, the body is going to reject it, and the soul is going to be like, yeah, right.
Speaker BLaughs it's not going to.
Speaker BThey're not going to.
Speaker BTo be able to grasp onto something.
Speaker BSo when we're.
Speaker BWhether we are doing mindset work or whether we are, you know, checking in is we want to make sure that we are.
Speaker BWe're.
Speaker BWe're.
Speaker BWe're believing it.
Speaker BThat we.
Speaker BThat this is possible, right?
Speaker BSo words like, I am curious about how this might be possible for me, right?
Speaker BI'm open to seeing how this might work, right?
Speaker BThings of that nature.
Speaker BWhen you're reframing something, those help tremendously, my friend, in being able to your mind to be able to grasp onto it.
Speaker BNow, the second thing that you want to look at is the body.
Speaker BHow does the body respond to that?
Speaker BReframe.
Speaker BDoes the body want to reject it?
Speaker BIs it like, okay, well, the mind's got it.
Speaker BBut then, like, you'll hear, you'll hear people say things and, you know, pay attention, right?
Speaker BYou might say it yourself where you're like, I need to fill into that a little bit more, right?
Speaker BI'll ask, like, how does that feel?
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BI'll ask first.
Speaker BHow does that sound?
Speaker BIs that something that you, that you believe?
Speaker BAnd they might say, yeah, okay, great.
Speaker BHow does that feel?
Speaker BNow we're checking in with the body.
Speaker BHow does the body feel about that?
Speaker BIf the body has any type of like, oh, I feel it in my stomach or I feel it in my throat or I feel it in my chest, right?
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BThat means that the body is not okay with it.
Speaker BThe body has not accepted it.
Speaker BAnd if the body hasn't accepted it, we are not in alignment.
Speaker BWe.
Speaker BWe are disaligned.
Speaker BWe are not connected to this new idea just yet.
Speaker BThe third thing is the nervous system reprogramming, right?
Speaker BSo these kind of go hand in hand.
Speaker BThe breath work allows us to express, to release, to make, so that the nervous system can then start to grasp and to feel comfortable with, feel safe with, feel secure with.
Speaker BThis is why we don't just do things, can you see, my friend, we don't just do things from the mind.
Speaker BSo I want you to think about this as you're moving forward on your healing journey.
Speaker BIf you come across something and you start.
Speaker BI always start with the reframe of the mind.
Speaker BI always start there because the mind's got to be able to grasp onto something.
Speaker BThen I'll check in with, seeing.
Speaker BWhere am I connected to this thing?
Speaker BWhere.
Speaker BWhat is the story that I have around this thing?
Speaker BWhere is this connected to?
Speaker BThis is where we get into that soul retrieval.
Speaker BWhere did I learn this?
Speaker BWhere am I might still be holding on to this, My identity as a people pleaser.
Speaker BThere are many times where I've had to go back and reclaim parts of myself.
Speaker BAnd as the people pleaser.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BI am so far, so far removed from that identity even.
Speaker BEven now that it really is hard for me sometimes to look at that version of myself because I'm so far removed from her.
Speaker BLike, I respect her and I love her, and we've shared so much together, and she's not who I am anymore.
Speaker BI'm not that version of myself anymore.
Speaker BAnd I respect that version so much.
Speaker BAnd I think that's really important that we don't just discount, especially when we're doing work like soul retrieval, we don't just discount that version or, you know, disconnect from it abruptly.
Speaker BThere's.
Speaker BThere's some grace and some love that has to come into those versions of ourselves, is why.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BHaving somebody who can guide you through that is so important.
Speaker BThis is, my friend, about bringing your energy back from the places that you've abandoned yourself.
Speaker BAnd this is why the soul.
Speaker BSoul retrieval work, the breath work, the nervous system reprogramming, this is why we do this.
Speaker BEvery time that you may have made yourself feel small, or maybe somebody has made you feel small, every time you let someone else define your worth, we reclaim that.
Speaker BAnd when we do that, we reclaim our power.
Speaker BNow, this is where that soul alignment comes from.
Speaker BThis is where you start to be able to make decisions that are grounded and aligned and not scattered and all over the place.
Speaker BSo you might be thinking, okay, Dani, but what if I can't let go of a version of me?
Speaker BMaybe because that version has protected me, that version has kept to me safe.
Speaker BThat's often what happens, is when people will come and say, well, Danny, I've worked on this already.
Speaker BLike, and they're frustrated with themselves because they've worked on it and they've tried to overcome it, and they they.
Speaker BThey just keep.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BAnd it's.
Speaker BMost of the time, it's because they've done it on the mental plane, they've done it in the mind, but they haven't looked at the body.
Speaker BThe body's probably rejected.
Speaker BOr they haven't looked deeper into, or they've realized that that version of me was actually being protected, right?
Speaker BThere's this idea of a second gain.
Speaker BWhenever something is.
Speaker BWhenever you don't want to shift something, maybe consciously, you're like, yeah, yeah, I'm ready to shift out of being a people pleaser, or I'm ready to shift out of being a hustle.
Speaker BA hustler, right?
Speaker BBut yet the body and it hasn't accepted it fully.
Speaker BOr you come to the realization that.
Speaker BThat I'm actually protecting myself, right?
Speaker BFrom doing that.
Speaker BThat is an opportunity for us to say, okay, how can I step into that idea in a different way?
Speaker BHow can I get the thing that I'm getting right now, the protection, the safety, the comfort, in a new way, in a different way?
Speaker BHow can I show myself that there's another way to do this?
Speaker BLike, I want you to think about when maybe you were a child in the way in you handled.
Speaker BYou know, many of us probably did not learn, learn this.
Speaker BIf you grew up in the 80s and 90s like I did, you might not have learned this, right?
Speaker BLuckily, the kids these days are learning it.
Speaker BBut back then, we didn't learn how to regulate our emotions, right?
Speaker BLike, that was not a topic that we had.
Speaker BAnd our parents, I know mine, they didn't know how to do that, right?
Speaker BThey didn't learn how to do that.
Speaker BSo I learned ways to do that to get what I wanted, to regulate my nervous system or not, right?
Speaker BBy doing certain things.
Speaker BFor me, it was very much about pushing things down, suppressing things, not dealing with things.
Speaker BMy family is very, very good at not dealing with things, right?
Speaker BLike putting, like pushing things under the rug, right?
Speaker BSweeping it all under the rug.
Speaker BI learned that that's how I handle things, right?
Speaker BI just sweep them under the rug and we move on and everything's great.
Speaker BAnd right.
Speaker BAs I got older, I realized that was not.
Speaker BNot a good way to handle things, right?
Speaker BNot a good way to do things.
Speaker BAnd so I've learned a new way of doing things.
Speaker BIt's the same type of idea, my friend.
Speaker BYou're just giving yourself a new way of doing things.
Speaker BThis way used to work.
Speaker BThis protection used to work, but now there's something new.
Speaker BThere's a new way that I can do this.
Speaker BThat is actually healthier.
Speaker BAnd when we can start to see that this was an old pattern and this is a new way.
Speaker BOh, ok, okay.
Speaker BThe body, the mind, the soul was like, ease into it and be able to accept it.
Speaker BSo what if that hustler got me here?
Speaker BThis is another one that it's like, well, but what if, you know, the way I've been doing things, that's how I got myself here.
Speaker BGreat.
Speaker BThat's how you got yourself here.
Speaker BHow you got yourself here is not going to get yourself there to the next thing that you desire.
Speaker BThere's the old phrase, it's Albert Einstein, right, that says when you continue to do the same thing, you get the same result.
Speaker BSo I don't.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BI love when people are like, you've changed.
Speaker BI used to take that so bad, my friend.
Speaker BI used to take it like, what?
Speaker BWhat do you mean I've changed?
Speaker BI haven't changed.
Speaker BI'm the same now.
Speaker BI'm like, thank you.
Speaker BYou recognize my growth.
Speaker BYou recognize that I have shifted in some way, shape or form, right?
Speaker BAnd so it's the same idea here.
Speaker BWhat got you there?
Speaker BWhat got you right here, right now.
Speaker BWow, Good job.
Speaker BIs it going to get you there, though?
Speaker BMaybe not.
Speaker BIf you want to grow, you have to do something different.
Speaker BIf you want a new result, you have to do a new thing.
Speaker BYou can't do the same thing and expect a new result.
Speaker BIf you're doing the same thing, you're going to get the same result, my friend.
Speaker BThe last one is, what if it's not a story?
Speaker BWhat if it's just who I am?
Speaker BWhat if this is just who I am, Danny?
Speaker BWhat if I am a people pleaser?
Speaker BWhat if I am somebody that is weak?
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BWhat if that is.
Speaker BThat is who I am.
Speaker BHere's what I want you to know.
Speaker BIt's not who you are.
Speaker BIt's not who you are, it's who you thought you had to be.
Speaker BThere is something in there that is keeping you in believing this story.
Speaker BI can have a belief, my friend, that I am a Hispanic woman and there are certain things that should happen.
Speaker BBecause I'm a Hispanic woman.
Speaker BI could totally believe that story and hold on to whatever comes with that.
Speaker BI can believe that because I'm a projector in human design or because I'm a cancer moon or because I am an introvert, that I can't do certain things.
Speaker BThose are stories.
Speaker BThis is why in astrology I'm a big.
Speaker BYou know it, my friend.
Speaker BIf you, if you follow Me for any amount of time.
Speaker BYou know, I love astrology.
Speaker BI don't cling on to, well, I'm a cancer moon, and this is just the way it is.
Speaker BI recognize that that is my natural way of being.
Speaker BAnd if I want to do something different or if that is hindering me in some way, then I need to work on that.
Speaker BI need to look at.
Speaker BHow can I do that in a different way?
Speaker BMy friend, if this is draining you, if there are things that are draining you, it's not aligned with who you're becoming because you're becoming a new version of yourself.
Speaker BI know you.
Speaker BI know you.
Speaker BThat's why you're here.
Speaker BYou can honor the version that survived without letting her lead.
Speaker BIt's almost as if you're saying thank you.
Speaker BAnd this is.
Speaker BI say this a lot to versions of myself, and I invite my clients to do this.
Speaker BA lot is thanking them.
Speaker BWe do this in Soul Retrieval, thanking them for what they've done because they have done so much to get us to where we are now.
Speaker BWe don't have to exile her.
Speaker BWe don't have to disconnect from her abruptly.
Speaker BWe just need to stop giving her the mic.
Speaker BSo how.
Speaker BHow do we allow ourselves to do this?
Speaker BMy friend, I want you to pull your energy back to you.
Speaker BI want you to allow yourself to release anything, any of the connections that are not who you are now becoming or who you are now.
Speaker BAs I said, those 17 versions of you that you're still hanging on to on an energetic level that are holding you back, it's time to say thank you.
Speaker BI love you.
Speaker BAnd I'm choosing something different.
Speaker BMy friend, your energy is sacred.
