Speaker A

Hi, I'm Lisa.

Speaker B

And I'm Emily.

Speaker B

And together we make the Conscious Collaboration podcast.

Speaker B

You know what image just came into my mind was the.

Speaker B

The emojis with the little tap dancers.

Speaker A

Oh, yeah.

Speaker B

I am goofy today.

Speaker B

Maybe I'm having fever dreams.

Speaker A

We could take this to the stage one day.

Speaker A

You know, like.

Speaker B

Like collaboration on Broadway.

Speaker B

Yep.

Speaker A

I think.

Speaker A

I think so.

Speaker A

I mean, to.

Speaker A

If you want to bring in, like, the music part and stuff.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

So quick little side quest that.

Speaker B

That just reminded me of.

Speaker B

I was just having a conversation with somebody who was in the midst of watching Grey's Anatomy, and I commented how I never, like, I. I used to love this show House, but then once I became a nurse, like, it just became really hard to watch any medical shows because they.

Speaker B

I was like, do y' all not pay somebody to.

Speaker B

Who's, like, in the industry to just come in, do a little consultation and just be like, actually, that would not look like that at all.

Speaker B

That's stupid.

Speaker B

Or, you know, whatever.

Speaker B

It's just some ridiculous.

Speaker B

Anyway.

Speaker B

However, at one point, my old roommate shout out to Michael and still current bestie Faux Life, he was a big fan of Grey's Anatomy.

Speaker B

He finally convinced me to sit down and watch an episode with him.

Speaker B

This was years and years ago.

Speaker B

Well, the episode that he turned out to have me watch was their random, like, musical episode that they decided to do.

Speaker B

And no shade to Grey's Anatomy fans.

Speaker B

But it was dumb.

Speaker B

It was so bad.

Speaker B

There's no reason to do that show in a musical version.

Speaker B

And yeah, Michael was like, I am so embarrassed.

Speaker B

I was like, you should be.

Speaker B

This is embarrassing.

Speaker A

Well, I think that was during an

Speaker B

era way better than the Grey's Anatomy.

Speaker A

Yeah, that was a really weird era of television where, like, he was super popular.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

Glee did musical.

Speaker A

There was.

Speaker A

I mean, but also in the 80s or 90s.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

But then, remember, there was, like, Cop Rock.

Speaker A

And I know Buffy the Vampire Slayer had a musical episode or two, like

Speaker B

a lot of musical.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

So, I mean, what does that teach us about life?

Speaker B

I don't really know, but maybe we'll.

Speaker B

We'll come up with that for our.

Speaker B

Our future Broadway score.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

That we.

Speaker A

I. I think it's.

Speaker A

At some point, you just go a little bit musical, kind of like a high fever dream.

Speaker B

That.

Speaker B

Yes.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

Very well.

Speaker B

Well, now that we got that out of our system, it's not out.

Speaker A

It could be.

Speaker A

Bring it back through our reading.

Speaker A

It might come back.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

Let's see.

Speaker B

Let's see what happens.

Speaker B

So we've decided Today to put my pretend card reader hat one and break out my Star Dragons oracle deck and just see what happens.

Speaker B

Take these bad boys for a spin.

Speaker B

We're dragging dragon fans here.

Speaker B

At the bottom before I did Anything is number 10, which is the number of endings and new beginnings and super cool graphic there.

Speaker B

And it says transcendence achieving success, which to me, kind of.

Speaker B

What do you call it?

Speaker B

Like, piggybacks.

Speaker B

I almost combined the word piggyback and segue transition right from our last episode.

Speaker B

You know what I'm trying to say?

Speaker B

All right, so let's do this.

Speaker B

All right.

Speaker B

I forgot how to shuffle cards.

Speaker B

It's been so long.

Speaker A

You're so much better at shuffling than I am.

Speaker B

No, I'm not.

Speaker B

This is.

Speaker B

I'll never be farce.

Speaker B

I'm like the wizard of Oz.

Speaker A

As long you don't have to be a good shuffler, though.

Speaker A

As long as you can.

Speaker B

No, but, man, it sure does add some.

Speaker B

Some fun show points.

Speaker A

It does.

Speaker B

People who really like and then they just.

Speaker A

Yeah, some people are very aggressive with it.

Speaker B

Yeah, they're just slick.

Speaker B

I want to be a. I want to be a slick shuffler.

Speaker B

Yeah, but gotta get a hard to come out.

Speaker A

It's been a while, huh?

Speaker A

It's been a while since you.

Speaker A

This deck out.

Speaker B

This deck once for.

Speaker B

For an episode a while back.

Speaker B

So let's see.

Speaker B

Let's see what she's got for us.

Speaker B

Not necessarily a specific question, but what do the.

Speaker B

What do the dragons have to say about the current energy and just what.

Speaker B

What the people need to know?

Speaker B

Oh, maybe it's nothing.

Speaker B

Maybe it's absolutely nothing.

Speaker B

Okay.

Speaker B

Oh, okay.

Speaker B

Oh, okay.

Speaker B

That's a strong image.

Speaker B

All right.

Speaker B

What we have gotten number 27.

Speaker B

So that adds up to a nine.

Speaker B

And it's called Culmination, completion and Renewal.

Speaker B

So we saw that transcendence card on the bottom of the deck before I did anything which speaks to ends and beginnings with the number 10.

Speaker B

And so this is number nine, and we're approaching that beginning and end.

Speaker B

And the image.

Speaker B

So you've got the dragon's head and you've got some sort of like.

Speaker B

It looks like the.

Speaker B

The appendages from the dragon's head are turning into roots, much like that card on our episode with the roots or the tentacles.

Speaker B

And it looks like we've got a.

Speaker B

A character appears to be female sitting on top of the dragon's head, looking very confident.

Speaker B

And she also has those appendages, those roots that are kind of.

Speaker B

Oh, yeah, her head.

Speaker B

So really, really strong image here.

Speaker B

And, you know, there's some.

Speaker B

Some pretty literal things that we can garner from this before we take it to the book.

Speaker B

I mean, these really look like roots, even the coloring and the design.

Speaker B

So, you know, at the end of, like, last week's episode, we were talking about.

Speaker B

Oh, I just noticed something at the end of the last episode, we were talking about, you know, pl.

Speaker B

Like having those firm roots in place to be able to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and keep that, you know, calm, relaxed aura.

Speaker B

And what I just noticed, if you look really, really close at the dragon's forehead, there's like.

Speaker B

It's a constellation.

Speaker B

It's one of the dippers.

Speaker B

Yeah, right.

Speaker B

With Orion's belt as the.

Speaker B

As the handle and the three stars.

Speaker B

So I'm not really sure what that connection is.

Speaker A

But let's see, like from a feng shui perspective, reflect back 2024 was the year of the wood dragon.

Speaker A

So it kind of makes me feel like this.

Speaker A

You mentioned transcendence and then that, like, image right there, that is like you transcended something that might have started in a cycle in 2024.

Speaker A

And now you're like a champion of it.

Speaker A

And the wood energy, which aligns with the season of.

Speaker A

Of spring and growth.

Speaker A

But it looks like that, you know, woman, demon queen of wood or fairy or whatever she is, she's not only interacting with that dragon, she's navigate.

Speaker A

She's driving it.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And so I'm looking at this and they're all.

Speaker B

They're all connected to a constellation, all of these cards.

Speaker B

So it's beautiful.

Speaker B

Oh, okay.

Speaker B

So the bottom of the deck, without again going on too much of a side quest.

Speaker B

But the bottom of the deck, super cool.

Speaker B

Another woman on a dragon.

Speaker B

She's facing.

Speaker B

Her body is facing the opposite direction, but her head is turned towards us.

Speaker B

Oh, yeah.

Speaker B

And these.

Speaker B

These women on dragons, I'm really.

Speaker B

I'm really vibing with their.

Speaker B

Their confidence.

Speaker B

So.

Speaker B

And that one, just as a side Note, is number 12, the self gathering your power.

Speaker B

So maybe that's what we've been working on for the last couple years.

Speaker B

But let's go back to our main card, our main energy to understand for the day again, that number 27, culmination completion and renewal.

Speaker B

The constellation is Ursa Minor, the Lesser Bear.

Speaker B

Okay, so the Little Dipper, I guess.

Speaker B

Right.

Speaker B

Star is Polaris Alpha, Ursai Menoris.

Speaker B

Not super familiar with that wisdom of the herald.

Speaker B

It is done.

Speaker B

Indulge in a job well done and great battle won.

Speaker B

As you restore and renew yourself.

Speaker B

We use those words in the last episode.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Restore and renew yourself for your next bold move.

Speaker B

You have completed a great task.

Speaker B

You have conquered.

Speaker B

You saw all there was to see.

Speaker B

And now it is time to sit back and be restored, renew and heal, rest up, lounge back and regroup.

Speaker B

Kudos on a job well done.

Speaker B

And she does.

Speaker B

She has that look like, I did my thing.

Speaker B

I did my thing.

Speaker B

She's literally like, sitting back and enjoying a job well done.

Speaker B

The next section is called Wisdom of the Dragon.

Speaker B

It has all led up to this point, and now comes the time for you to truly hone your power and own it.

Speaker B

You are the full culmination of who you were meant to be.

Speaker B

Face the world head on.

Speaker B

As you stand firm in your identity, you have gathered what was needed and sit poised and ready at the maximum level of proficiency and strength.

Speaker B

Feel your power.

Speaker B

Wow.

Speaker B

Section is Star Dragon Invocation and it says, congratulate yourself on a job well done and seek renewal.

Speaker B

You have done so much.

Speaker B

Give yourself credit and take a moment to truly feel all that incredible energy of your accomplishments that have all culminated to this point to bring you to be who you are today.

Speaker B

Celebrate as you indulge.

Speaker B

Coming into your own.

Speaker B

You've come a long way.

Speaker B

I do.

Speaker B

I think this is a nice segue from our previous episode where we're talking about, you know, fertilizing and.

Speaker B

And kind of coming out of.

Speaker B

Of into that energy.

Speaker B

I like it.

Speaker A

We've said that a few times.

Speaker A

It's like sometimes we don't even notice when we've accomplished something in that future.

Speaker B

Too much and failing to pause and restore and reflect on what we've already done.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

I love that dragons are wise.

Speaker A

They are wise.

Speaker A

Curious about the stars and the constellations too, that, that these, you know, the cards integrate.

Speaker A

That's kind of neat.

Speaker B

Well, these are.

Speaker B

These are the Star Dragon Oracle cards.

Speaker B

So, yeah, that's.

Speaker B

And it looks like, nope, they're not all women, but a lot of these, you know, companion dragon companions are.

Speaker B

Appear to be female.

Speaker B

So cool.

Speaker B

Yeah, I love that.

Speaker B

I. I don't have too much to add as far as that energy goes.

Speaker B

I think if we look at what came up on the bottom of the deck this time, the self and gathering your power, I think this just speaks to that idea that with every cycle that ends, a new cycle begins.

Speaker A

Right.

Speaker B

Like, yes, this is a completion and renewal, but that doesn't mean.

Speaker B

That doesn't mean that we never have to do anything again.

Speaker A

Right.

Speaker B

It just move up to the next level and it's another cycle.

Speaker B

So I think that coming kind of then coming back to the self and gathering your power again speaks to that transition into the next cycle.

Speaker A

Yeah, you know, there's a lot of that type of talk in the I Ching, too, that.

Speaker A

That mirrors this.

Speaker A

It's, you know, we're always plotting and planning to reach the top of a mountain, and then we get to the top of the mountain.

Speaker A

Yeah, you want to celebrate, you make it up there.

Speaker A

But also, what's it look like to continue on past that point?

Speaker A

And sometimes it's a little bit more challenging, like, oh, there's, you know, a more difficult route from the top of the mountain to get to the other range.

Speaker A

So we've been talking a lot about grind culture and being able to navigate and survive and thrive in a world that is still really.

Speaker A

Well, in the Western world.

Speaker A

We're still really ingrained in doing more and more and faster and faster.

Speaker A

How do we restore and bring balance while still pushing the needle forward?

Speaker A

Oh, hold on.

Speaker A

I think someone's coming to ring my doorbell.

Speaker A

And this is.

Speaker A

They might.

Speaker A

We'll see.

Speaker A

That's a lovely thing about recording in the home space.

Speaker B

Yeah, totally.

Speaker B

I think.

Speaker B

I think that puts a nice bow on it anyway.

Speaker A

Yeah, I think so, too.

Speaker A

Oh, good.

Speaker A

They.

Speaker A

They left.

Speaker A

Spring.

Speaker A

Spring is here.

Speaker B

I couldn't hide.

Speaker A

I'm, like, directly in front of the window.

Speaker A

There's this thing when, like, I think, you know, Gen X and Millennials that.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

And it gets even worse, like, and

Speaker B

you're like, why are you calling me?

Speaker A

There's no people here ever.

Speaker A

Like, don't even ever think about that.

Speaker A

Yeah, there's nowhere to hide.

Speaker A

Yes.

Speaker A

I think that that puts a bow on our energy.

Speaker A

Check in really well.

Speaker A

And it's a good reminder that while we're celebrating our accomplishments and it's a good thing to do to celebrate our accomplishments, we also need to be actively planning our next steps.

Speaker B

Embrace the cyclical nature of life.

Speaker B

Use, you know, these cards and these energy checks to put it into a context.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

In, as Steve says, in pretty little pictures that us humans like to.

Speaker B

To look at, to understand.

Speaker B

But.

Speaker B

But, yeah, I think as long as we embrace the change and the cyclical nature of things and embrace the need to sometimes push forward and use all our power and all our might and sometimes pull back and restore and recover and.

Speaker B

And, you know, find that.

Speaker B

That rhythm, that natural rhythm that life brings us on, I think we're going to keep on crushing it and keep on thriving even amidst the chaos of the world around.

Speaker B

Us and all the shit that we can't control.

Speaker A

Well said.

Speaker A

I love it.

Speaker A

Well, if this resonated with you, you can join us inside of the Conscious Collaboration Collective, our close and private Facebook group.

Speaker A

You can hang out there when you're hiding from people knocking on your door.

Speaker B

Speaker B

Or he.

Speaker A

We hope to see you inside there.

Speaker A
