I thank you for the ability to walk, the ability to talk, the ability to pray out loud and cry out your name. I thank you, Lord, I thank you. And today in this prayer of thanksgiving, I just wanted to come to you humbly as your child. And just thank you. Today I'm not asking you for anything.

That prayer that I just completed is a prayer of complete thanks. At times we'll start our prayers and thank God and then we start asking, Lord, I need you to heal. I need you to do, I need you to provide. And that is okay. You pray however you would like to pray. You ask God for everything big and small that you need. But remember, sometimes just kneeling down
getting in the posture of prayer and thanking God for what he has done because he has done so much. It gives you a different perspective. It reminds you, wow, I'm breathing, I'm kneeling, I'm talking. I have a shelter, I have people that love me. And it reminds you of all of those things that God has blessed you
So as you wrap up this podcast, ask you to take a moment and pray a prayer of thanksgiving. Just thank God. Thank him for it all. Be blessed today.
