Emotions are simply energy in motion. And the more that we
Speaker:get in our way, it stops us to move through. You
Speaker:matter. My purpose is stronger than these fears.
Speaker:And sometimes all you need to do is fight back a little bit too
Speaker:and know that you're worth it. How many times do we run from
Speaker:facing the emotions that we go through? Where is
Speaker:that happening in your life? And what are you gonna do about it? Because

Speaker:we're going to talk about extreme emotions. And
Speaker:that actually came about because I'm going through some
Speaker:extreme freaking emotions. Even
Speaker:today, doing this podcast and just life over the
Speaker:last month has just been so extreme that I
Speaker:have struggled to deal with my emotions. And
Speaker:I've had to step back so many times and actually
Speaker:think to myself, what is going on? Is this my reality?
Speaker:What got me to this point? Why do I have
Speaker:these emotions and what am I going to do with them? And emotions
Speaker:are simply energy in motion. And
Speaker:the more that we get in our way, it
Speaker:stops it from going through. or us
Speaker:able to move through. And I feel like a
Speaker:lot of times when it's extreme, that's where the
Speaker:struggle comes in because we're trying to stop it. We're trying
Speaker:to stop that emotion from moving past us. And
Speaker:I always like to share with people when they're struggling or
Speaker:they are going through something really challenging to just
Speaker:feel because feeling is in the healing. And
Speaker:the more that we feel, the
Speaker:more we heal. And for me personally, this
Speaker:healing journey is just continuously going. And
Speaker:it will always be that way because we're always learning new
Speaker:things. When we level up, the new devil shows up,
Speaker:right? And so we're just facing all the things all the
Speaker:time. But when it's so much, what do you do?
Speaker:Who do you turn to? For me
Speaker:personally, the whole day today,
Speaker:I have felt extreme emotions. And
Speaker:in all honesty, like, I kind of just want to
Speaker:give up. I'm struggling to believe
Speaker:in myself and I'm holding
Speaker:back from giving my best when I know that I can give
Speaker:more. And that's just really coming down to all of
Speaker:these emotions that I'm feeling within myself, whether
Speaker:it's a lack of belief, limiting belief, whether
Speaker:it's me being my true authentic self,
Speaker:whether it's me trying to be somebody I'm
Speaker:not, It's just crazy. It's a
Speaker:crazy time for me to be experiencing all these emotions. And
Speaker:I know that a lot of my personal trauma
Speaker:is holding me back. And
Speaker:I'm also going through a lot that is
Speaker:bringing up old things that is actually making
Speaker:it hard for me to show up.
Speaker:But why, my why is the most important
Speaker:thing. And so I have to ask myself the hard question.
Speaker:I have to ask myself, what is going on here?
Speaker:What am I not learning? Why is everything so hard?
Speaker:And I think right now, is
Speaker:because I need to remember my vision. I
Speaker:need to remember my purpose. And I need
Speaker:to understand that emotions are
Speaker:feelings and that I'm allowed to feel How
Speaker:many times do we avoid feelings? How
Speaker:many times do we run from facing the
Speaker:emotions that we go through? You know, like that croaky
Speaker:voice just before you're going to cry, but you push it down and you
Speaker:hold back so that you don't cry, so you don't feel, so
Speaker:you don't express, so you don't come across some kind of way.
Speaker:Well, that's me right now. That's me
Speaker:not giving myself permission to
Speaker:feel, and it's just holding me back. Where
Speaker:is that happening in your life? And what are
Speaker:you going to do about it? For me right now,
Speaker:I'm still here. I'm still showing up and
Speaker:I'm still trying to reach
Speaker:my end goal. And it's not always easy. Like
Speaker:right now, it's really, really hard. It's
Speaker:really hard to sit here and to
Speaker:be real and to continue to do this. But
Speaker:I'm still sitting here. I'm still pushing
Speaker:back my fear. And
Speaker:I'm fighting my fear of judgment and all the things
Speaker:that are sent here to destroy me and to stop me
Speaker:from helping you. And you
Speaker:matter. This world matters
Speaker:to me. And I know that my purpose
Speaker:is stronger than these fears and emotions that
Speaker:I am experiencing right now. And
Speaker:I'll continue to fight for that. And
Speaker:sometimes all you need to do is fight back a little bit too and
Speaker:know that you're worth it. Because I know I'm worth
Speaker:it. I know that my dreams and my purpose and my vision
Speaker:are real. They matter. And
Speaker:they are so achievable. And sometimes we just have to sit
Speaker:here and keep pushing through, no
Speaker:matter how hard the day may be.
Speaker:no matter how extreme these emotions
Speaker:are, that are making it so hard
Speaker:to focus, it's
Speaker:just so hard right now. But I know
Speaker:that there's a reason and there's a purpose to why
Speaker:I'm feeling and experiencing this. And
Speaker:so I'm going to ask you, why are you going through some of the
Speaker:emotions that you are right now? Why
Speaker:are you experiencing some of these emotions? And
Speaker:what are you doing to overcome them? For
Speaker:me, I'm still continuing to do
Speaker:this podcast. I am still continuing to
Speaker:push back and fight the fear and do it anyway. And
Speaker:you know what, I do believe in myself. I
Speaker:do believe that I have a passion and a
Speaker:purpose and that I also know that these
Speaker:emotions are valid and
Speaker:they are real. and I'm just going
Speaker:to take care of myself a little bit more over
Speaker:the next coming days. I'm going to take time and
Speaker:I'm going to show myself a bit of self-love. Whatever that
Speaker:looks like in the moment, I'm going to try and
Speaker:do because I matter just like you matter.
Speaker:So being real with one, being real with
Speaker:your emotions is sometimes all we can do.
Speaker:And remember, Emotions are just energy
Speaker:in motion. So we have to get out of our own
Speaker:way sometimes and let it flow so that
Speaker:we can get back to living. And
Speaker:never let your extreme emotions stop you from
Speaker:becoming the person that you are destined to be. If there's
Speaker:just one thing that I want to leave you with is to never
Speaker:give up and just remember this too shall pass. I'll
