Vesna:

Welcome to the

Vesna:

Peak Revival Podcast.

Vesna:

My name is Vesta.

Vesna:

Today I am gonna talk

Vesna:

about when you've tried

Vesna:

everything and you still

Vesna:

feel sick and tired, are your

Vesna:

beliefs keeping you sick?

Vesna:

So I've been doing this

Vesna:

work for a long time, over

Vesna:

20 years, and after the

Vesna:

first five years, you'll

Vesna:

start to see things like,

Vesna:

well, I did in my practice.

Vesna:

I started to see things that

Vesna:

didn't make sense to me.

Vesna:

You know, some people would,

Vesna:

be not doing the right things,

Vesna:

but they'd have no symptoms.

Vesna:

Pathology markers look good.

Vesna:

They're living

Vesna:

pretty healthy lives.

Vesna:

Then I would see

Vesna:

some people who were.

Vesna:

Really eating well and doing

Vesna:

all the right things, but

Vesna:

they were sick and they

Vesna:

had pathology and they

Vesna:

were really struggling

Vesna:

and it didn't make sense.

Vesna:

It made me really

Vesna:

see back then.

Vesna:

And then over the years

Vesna:

I've seen so much more

Vesna:

that there is so much

Vesna:

more that's at play here.

Vesna:

Then the tools that you've

Vesna:

probably tried already.

Vesna:

And I know in my work,

Vesna:

because I look at nutrition,

Vesna:

I look at mindset, I look

Vesna:

at lifestyle, we look

Vesna:

at, Different strategies

Vesna:

with herbal medicines

Vesna:

and supplementations, et

Vesna:

cetera, but looking at

Vesna:

in a very holistic sense.

Vesna:

And sometimes there's still

Vesna:

something even above that.

Vesna:

And I wanna share

Vesna:

what that is today.

Vesna:

So we're going to be

Vesna:

going even more upstream.

Vesna:

So my work over the years took

Vesna:

me from this very kind of.

Vesna:

On the level of matter, like

Vesna:

the diet, the supplements,

Vesna:

lifestyle, the sleep, and it

Vesna:

took me into understanding

Vesna:

more about how the mind works.

Vesna:

What does our thinking do?

Vesna:

How does it change

Vesna:

our biochemistry?

Vesna:

Because we can change

Vesna:

our biochemistry

Vesna:

within three minutes.

Vesna:

Of a negative thought.

Vesna:

Okay, so what's happening

Vesna:

here, which is happening

Vesna:

all day long, which often

Vesna:

we're unconscious of it,

Vesna:

and we don't realize that

Vesna:

we are doing this and

Vesna:

we're doing it, innocently

Vesna:

is that we're having a

Vesna:

lot of negative thinking.

Vesna:

We are thinking way too

Vesna:

much, and it's changing

Vesna:

our biochemistry.

Vesna:

It's pushing us into this

Vesna:

fight or flight response.

Vesna:

It's moving our body out

Vesna:

of homeostasis, and then

Vesna:

it's just triggering all

Vesna:

the emergency responses,

Vesna:

so we're no longer.

Vesna:

Thriving.

Vesna:

We're just surviving.

Vesna:

And if we do that for

Vesna:

10 years or 20 years, we

Vesna:

really start to get sick.

Vesna:

And so I could see in my work

Vesna:

that what was happening in

Vesna:

the mind of my patient had so

Vesna:

much significance, probably

Vesna:

even more so than their diet,

Vesna:

because this was running all

Vesna:

day and I knew that I had to.

Vesna:

Help my patients see

Vesna:

how the mind works in a

Vesna:

better way in order to

Vesna:

relieve their symptoms.

Vesna:

Okay.

Vesna:

And so that's the work that

Vesna:

I do in my programs and have

Vesna:

seen an amazing result, an

Vesna:

amazing transformation in

Vesna:

people more so than, just

Vesna:

doing the clinic work.

Vesna:

Right?

Vesna:

So I saw that combining

Vesna:

those two led to, you

Vesna:

know, major transformations

Vesna:

in people's lives.

Vesna:

And today I wanna talk about

Vesna:

even going further upstream.

Vesna:

So we're not even gonna

Vesna:

talk about it's mind and

Vesna:

body, but we're also going

Vesna:

to go upstream and talk

Vesna:

about the quantum field.

Vesna:

So really looking at this

Vesna:

energetic field, okay?

Vesna:

And this is not.

Vesna:

Woo woo.

Vesna:

Staff.

Vesna:

This is science.

Vesna:

So if we go back to quantum

Vesna:

physics and the double slit

Vesna:

experiment that they did, and

Vesna:

I'm sure you would've heard

Vesna:

about this, but the experiment

Vesna:

was they had tiny particles

Vesna:

like electrons that really

Vesna:

were behaving very strangely,

Vesna:

and what they found was that.

Vesna:

When nobody was watching,

Vesna:

observing these particles,

Vesna:

they would act like waves.

Vesna:

And they would go through

Vesna:

these two slits, right?

Vesna:

Like two doorways, and

Vesna:

they would create a

Vesna:

pattern as if they kind

Vesna:

of existed in many places.

Vesna:

But the moment we observed, so

Vesna:

as moment someone was watching

Vesna:

the experiment, they collapsed

Vesna:

into a single path, right?

Vesna:

And started acting

Vesna:

like a solid particle.

Vesna:

And what that means is

Vesna:

in the quantum model,

Vesna:

Our reality exists as

Vesna:

potential and possibilities

Vesna:

And it's not until we

Vesna:

observe those potentials

Vesna:

that it collapses the

Vesna:

particles, the possibilities

Vesna:

into our reality.

Vesna:

Okay?

Vesna:

So it becomes tangible.

Vesna:

It becomes real, it

Vesna:

becomes actual, right?

Vesna:

So if we want to change our

Vesna:

reality, we need to change

Vesna:

the observer, and that is us.

Vesna:

Okay.

Vesna:

And so that's why I think,

Vesna:

you know, looking this

Vesna:

direction, sometimes you

Vesna:

need a new direction.

Vesna:

Okay?

Vesna:

And I see this in my work and,

Vesna:

and I love getting into this

Vesna:

because I can see sometimes,

Vesna:

the work is so micro.

Vesna:

Like you go to the doctor

Vesna:

and everything's like

Vesna:

biochemistry and even, the

Vesna:

stuff that I talk about

Vesna:

sometimes is so biochemically

Vesna:

focused, but we need to go

Vesna:

further upstream, right?

Vesna:

Because when we get micro,

Vesna:

we miss the bigger picture.

Vesna:

I've never believed that it's

Vesna:

meant to be that complicated.

Vesna:

The human body.

Vesna:

is so perfectly designed,

Vesna:

like if medicine tries to

Vesna:

replicate the processes

Vesna:

that are happening in

Vesna:

our body, forget it.

Vesna:

It is so complex, okay?

Vesna:

Yet the intelligence

Vesna:

in our body can do that

Vesna:

automatically, and if we can

Vesna:

work with that intelligence

Vesna:

rather than trying to

Vesna:

manipulate every little button

Vesna:

lever, whatever it is, then

Vesna:

we can have more simplicity,

Vesna:

but also better results.

Vesna:

And so what does it mean

Vesna:

by changing the observer?

Vesna:

So what this means, and

Vesna:

the way that I see it, is

Vesna:

that your beliefs about

Vesna:

your symptoms, about food,

Vesna:

about your, the medicine,

Vesna:

your age, your stress, your,

Vesna:

your chronic disease, your

Vesna:

partner, or your job, or

Vesna:

whatever it is, your beliefs

Vesna:

that you carry around is the

Vesna:

reality that you collapse.

Vesna:

Right.

Vesna:

And so your focus and your

Vesna:

in, attention, I guess to

Vesna:

those areas and the thinking

Vesna:

that you carry, and you

Vesna:

give a lot of attention

Vesna:

to that thinking, that

Vesna:

creates the reality for you.

Vesna:

It collapses the

Vesna:

particles, right?

Vesna:

And so in order to change

Vesna:

what's out there, we need

Vesna:

to change the observer.

Vesna:

And so you've gotta look at.

Vesna:

Where are you in conflict

Vesna:

with what you wanna create for

Vesna:

yourself, the future self, the

Vesna:

healthy you, the energetic,

Vesna:

the one that's doing all

Vesna:

these amazing things that you

Vesna:

want to do, whatever it is.

Vesna:

Maybe it's just

Vesna:

being pain free.

Vesna:

Maybe it's not

Vesna:

being so exhaustive.

Vesna:

Maybe it's never being

Vesna:

sick, that version

Vesna:

that you want to be.

Vesna:

Where are you in conflict

Vesna:

with that right now?

Vesna:

Because there, there are

Vesna:

things that you believe right

Vesna:

now that are in conflict

Vesna:

with where you wanna be.

Vesna:

And so for a lot of time

Vesna:

I hear with people like,

Vesna:

but I've been sick for so

Vesna:

long, like this is a big

Vesna:

job for me to get better.

Vesna:

You know, I've always been

Vesna:

a sick person, or I've

Vesna:

always had anxiety, or I

Vesna:

need to eat this way for

Vesna:

the rest of my life and be

Vesna:

really strict in order to

Vesna:

get better In some ways,

Vesna:

like they're so limiting.

Vesna:

So there are beliefs

Vesna:

that we hold here that

Vesna:

will never get us here.

Vesna:

Because we are

Vesna:

constantly creating and

Vesna:

collapsing the particles,

Vesna:

creating this reality.

Vesna:

I hope that makes sense

Vesna:

and I think that's a really

Vesna:

powerful thing to really see

Vesna:

because when you see it, you

Vesna:

realize that there's not much

Vesna:

that's really interfering

Vesna:

with us in the outside world.

Vesna:

Right.

Vesna:

you know, I had this

Vesna:

conversation and I don't wanna

Vesna:

minimize anyone's symptoms,

Vesna:

but you know, like there's

Vesna:

a lot of talk about mold and

Vesna:

mold illness now, whereas.

Vesna:

my mom said growing up in

Vesna:

Europe and they had, you know,

Vesna:

homes that had a lot of mold.

Vesna:

You know, it was just the cold

Vesna:

winters and the snow and the

Vesna:

damp and very poor ventilation

Vesna:

because they had less windows

Vesna:

in order to keep the heat.

Vesna:

They had mold, but

Vesna:

they, no one got sick.

Vesna:

Right?

Vesna:

And so I look at things like

Vesna:

that in history that are now

Vesna:

coming up and being problems.

Vesna:

And I'm wondering how much

Vesna:

are we programming ourselves?

Vesna:

how much are we absorbing

Vesna:

so much information about

Vesna:

what could go wrong and

Vesna:

how much is it in our

Vesna:

field of possibility?

Vesna:

And then when we have too much

Vesna:

attention on that, we collapse

Vesna:

and create that reality.

Vesna:

Right.

Vesna:

It seems a bit out

Vesna:

there and a bit woo woo.

Vesna:

But it is science.

Vesna:

Okay.

Vesna:

And I think we are going

Vesna:

to hear more about this

Vesna:

in the future, and I

Vesna:

think this really has, um.

Vesna:

The power to change

Vesna:

health and healing and

Vesna:

transform your life, right?

Vesna:

Because at the end of the day,

Vesna:

it's not just about health,

Vesna:

it's about creating the

Vesna:

reality that you want, whether

Vesna:

it's the body, whether it's

Vesna:

relationship, whether it's

Vesna:

the business, the finances,

Vesna:

the lifestyle, the children,

Vesna:

whatever it is, right?

Vesna:

It's about creating

Vesna:

whatever reality you want.

Vesna:

And so looking at

Vesna:

what are your beliefs?

Vesna:

Like really look at them

Vesna:

like what is stopping

Vesna:

you from getting there?

Vesna:

Like what are you

Vesna:

believing right now?

Vesna:

As this person, this current

Vesna:

you that's in conflict

Vesna:

with the future you.

Vesna:

And you really have to spend

Vesna:

time with this because when

Vesna:

I think about stuff like this,

Vesna:

I already hear my negative

Vesna:

thinking coming up, but Yeah.

Vesna:

But yeah.

Vesna:

But yeah, but, and it's

Vesna:

those yeah buts that you

Vesna:

have to write down, right?

Vesna:

And really look at Ask

Vesna:

yourself, is that true?

Vesna:

Like, have I always been sick?

Vesna:

Like, have I, were there

Vesna:

moments that I felt better?

Vesna:

Have I always had

Vesna:

anxiety or there were

Vesna:

moments that I didn't?

Vesna:

Is it always true that

Vesna:

someone with this condition is

Vesna:

going to get these symptoms?

Vesna:

Like, is that really true?

Vesna:

Or if someone's exposed

Vesna:

to this so they always

Vesna:

going to get sick, like.

Vesna:

You know, question that

Vesna:

reality or that belief

Vesna:

that you've created.

Vesna:

And really our beliefs are

Vesna:

just thoughts that we've been

Vesna:

thinking for a long time.

Vesna:

Okay?

Vesna:

And we make them personal.

Vesna:

We make them true about

Vesna:

us, and we identify with

Vesna:

them in the work of Dr.

Vesna:

Joe Dispenza.

Vesna:

I'm sure you would know him.

Vesna:

He talked about being

Vesna:

addicted to being you and

Vesna:

he said, our thoughts.

Vesna:

And the constant thoughts

Vesna:

that we have, right?

Vesna:

And so this is where we

Vesna:

create our beliefs, what we

Vesna:

believe is possible for us.

Vesna:

And we get addicted to

Vesna:

that because the, thinking

Vesna:

creates a biochemistry.

Vesna:

And the biochemistry has a

Vesna:

downstream effect, right?

Vesna:

You could be addicted to

Vesna:

feeling sad or insecure,

Vesna:

or tired or sick, or having

Vesna:

pain or being unhappy in

Vesna:

your relationship, right?

Vesna:

And then you create the

Vesna:

pathways to that feeling and

Vesna:

so they are permanent, right?

Vesna:

And then it's not until you.

Vesna:

Actively try to create new

Vesna:

pathways that you create

Vesna:

new biochemistry it has a

Vesna:

downstream effect where you

Vesna:

create homeostasis and I guess

Vesna:

the whole purpose of this is

Vesna:

to say, when we break down

Vesna:

our beliefs and see them for

Vesna:

what they are, we can step

Vesna:

into and shift our focus

Vesna:

into what we want to create.

Vesna:

Who do we wanna be?

Vesna:

What do I wanna

Vesna:

feel like every day?

Vesna:

What does that look like?

Vesna:

so it's not just

Vesna:

about micromanaging.

Vesna:

Every symptom, everything

Vesna:

we put in our mouth, every

Vesna:

supplement we take, we get

Vesna:

to the point where we're

Vesna:

just like, I'm so over that.

Vesna:

And it's really about looking

Vesna:

at the bigger picture.

Vesna:

And so I hope this resonates

Vesna:

with you because I think

Vesna:

this is really powerful

Vesna:

stuff and I think I can't

Vesna:

wait to see more about it.

Vesna:

I just, I think that

Vesna:

we've come as far as

Vesna:

we can come with, diet,

Vesna:

nutrition, and supplements.

Vesna:

And I think we have to look

Vesna:

in a new direction to really

Vesna:

create big shifts in our life.

Vesna:

And like I said, not

Vesna:

just in our health, but

Vesna:

in our personal life.

Vesna:

so the way that we create

Vesna:

these new kind of pathways

Vesna:

and this new you is to

Vesna:

visualize on it, right?

Vesna:

And spend time.

Vesna:

Whether you spend time

Vesna:

in the morning, five

Vesna:

minutes visualizing how

Vesna:

healthy you are, that it's

Vesna:

already arrived, right?

Vesna:

And you know, you would've

Vesna:

heard these visualizing

Vesna:

techniques like seeing

Vesna:

yourself, well, seeing

Vesna:

yourself doing something

Vesna:

that you can't do now,

Vesna:

and doing it with ease

Vesna:

and being really happy

Vesna:

and celebrating the moment

Vesna:

and whatever it is, right?

Vesna:

Seeing that picture over and

Vesna:

over and over and over again.

Vesna:

Because what we have done when

Vesna:

we are in the reality that

Vesna:

we're in is that we created

Vesna:

that picture and that thinking

Vesna:

over and over and over

Vesna:

again, and maybe, you know, I

Vesna:

talked about this on another

Vesna:

podcast, that we programming

Vesna:

ourselves, being very careful

Vesna:

of what enters our mind.

Vesna:

You know, there's nothing

Vesna:

worse than Someone is going

Vesna:

through menopause there's

Vesna:

a lot of information out

Vesna:

there about menopause

Vesna:

and the symptoms that

Vesna:

women are expecting to

Vesna:

get them right, and so.

Vesna:

That information fuels

Vesna:

you constantly because on

Vesna:

social media, and so you're

Vesna:

flooded, you don't realize

Vesna:

how much it's around you.

Vesna:

And so eventually I hear

Vesna:

women say to me, yeah,

Vesna:

I've got a frozen shoulder

Vesna:

because I'm in my forties.

Vesna:

Or of course it's

Vesna:

perimenopausal symptoms.

Vesna:

Of course I'm gonna get that

Vesna:

because I'm perimenopausal

Vesna:

like it's programming.

Vesna:

Okay?

Vesna:

And so that's what we've

Vesna:

done over time to create

Vesna:

the reality that we're in.

Vesna:

It is a lot of personal

Vesna:

responsibility to accept this.

Vesna:

Okay, because sometimes.

Vesna:

We feel very frustrated with

Vesna:

where we're at and we're

Vesna:

like, I didn't create this.

Vesna:

Well, I don't wanna be, I

Vesna:

do not wanna feel like this.

Vesna:

Right?

Vesna:

And so without.

Vesna:

Blame or shame or

Vesna:

guilting or pointing the

Vesna:

finger, none of that.

Vesna:

This is really about stepping

Vesna:

back and looking at, well,

Vesna:

if I create my reality,

Vesna:

I wanna create a new one.

Vesna:

I wanna collapse those

Vesna:

particles to create the

Vesna:

reality of the future

Vesna:

person that I want to be.

Vesna:

And that means taking

Vesna:

full responsibility

Vesna:

for where you're at.

Vesna:

And looking at your

Vesna:

beliefs and looking

Vesna:

where you're in conflict.

Vesna:

Breaking those down

Vesna:

and visualizing.

Vesna:

Where do you wanna

Vesna:

get to visualize that?

Vesna:

You, okay, so if this is you,

Vesna:

if you've been stuck with

Vesna:

doing all the right things,

Vesna:

and this sounds maybe a little

Vesna:

bit over like way out there,

Vesna:

and maybe not, I want you to

Vesna:

just think about it because I

Vesna:

know deep down you've probably

Vesna:

said to yourself, and there's

Vesna:

a deep down intuition going,

Vesna:

it shouldn't be this hard.

Vesna:

Like it shouldn't

Vesna:

be this hard.

Vesna:

Like why am I

Vesna:

still stuck here?

Vesna:

And you know, I hear that

Vesna:

from clients all the time that

Vesna:

have been in chronic illness.

Vesna:

So if you are thinking that

Vesna:

you're on the money, okay,

Vesna:

it shouldn't be that hard.

Vesna:

Okay?

Vesna:

So maybe look in a different

Vesna:

direction and see what kind

Vesna:

of answers you get there.

Vesna:

I hope this was helpful.
