Melissa Deally:

Welcome back to another episode of health acts as I continue talking about the power of your unconscious mind, your conscious mind, your mind in general, thoughts. And today, I want to share with you my favorite quote. Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right, and I invite you to think about all of the areas in your life where, if you just bring that quote to mind, it can shift things. This is a quote by Henry Ford, and I use it all the time when I'm working with clients in regards to their health. Whether you think you can heal or you think you can't heal, you're right. And unfortunately, people will get diagnoses, and then doctors will tell them, you know, how long they have to live. That's the nocebo effect that Bruce Lipton talks about in Biology of Belief and other doctors talk about the doctors don't realize the power that they wield when they tell people that you have X amount of time left to live, and if that person takes that on, and that becomes their thought, then it becomes their reality, whereas if that person says, no, no, no, no, I'm not taking that on, that's not me. I'm going to do things differently. Let me show you, those people, very often, are around far longer than the doctor ever thought that they would be. And so with my podcast, don't wait for your wake up call. I love to bring on stories like that, to give people hope, to let them know that they can heal, because if one person has done it, then they can do it too, or they can choose to be the one person. If they can't find someone else who's done it, they can choose to be the person that shows otherwise. And it literally all comes down to whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right, and this applies in every aspect of your life, not just your health. It applies to whether you get the job, promotion that you want, whether you get the job that you want, whether you get into the university that you want, etc, etc, whether you get to travel to the place that you want to go. It's literally when you think you can to do something. It just stops you in the tracks. In your tracks. There's no more resources coming down from your higher self. There's no more resources coming from the universe. You just stop. However, when you think you can, it opens up all the possibilities. You can start asking questions, how can I, I know I can do this? How can I, as opposed to why can't I? So I just want to invite you think about that quote all day today and for the rest of the week, and notice how when you shift the perspective into thinking you can and asking, How can I? How that changes everything enjoy, and if you want to learn more about your unconscious mind, more about the languaging that we use, more about the role of the unconscious mind, and how all of this impacts what you can achieve in your life, because all of this brings you to the cause side of the equation, where You are standing in your power.
