Oh, hello, everyone. Welcome back to another episode of when

Speaker:

Spirit calls. You guys learned a little bit about our guest

Speaker:

already. The lovely Cindy is in the house. Welcome.

Simmi Latulippe:

Thank you very much. I'm so excited to spend

Simmi Latulippe:

the next few minutes with you.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Oh, I am so excited too. You know, I

Simmi Latulippe:

recently had the privilege of watching you speak at a retreat

Simmi Latulippe:

day, and I I just loved the way that you explained things. I was

Simmi Latulippe:

watching you on stage, and you could tell that you were just so

Simmi Latulippe:

deeply passionate about this and had a really beautiful way of

Simmi Latulippe:

simplifying. You know, you even gave us some exercises that I

Simmi Latulippe:

thought were really fantastic and so simple, but yet shifted

Simmi Latulippe:

so much. And I thought this woman is so fascinating, I need

Simmi Latulippe:

to talk to her more. And so here we are. Here we are.

Simmi Latulippe:

yes, well, thank you for inviting me onto

Simmi Latulippe:

your podcast. I'm so excited to spend this time with you and

Simmi Latulippe:

your guests.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Well, I know you have so much wisdom to share

Simmi Latulippe:

with us, so I want to dive right in and, you know, I would, you

Simmi Latulippe:

know, as a typical when Spirit calls fashion, you know, we love

Simmi Latulippe:

to start with some story time and sharing those stories that

Simmi Latulippe:

kind of got us to where we are. And so I would love to know, you

Simmi Latulippe:

know, what was it that led you to this beautiful healing work

Simmi Latulippe:

that you do today? What was that historical past that shaped the

Simmi Latulippe:

woman that you are. Would you share that with us?

Simmi Latulippe:

Yes, of course, it'd be my honor. So I practice

Simmi Latulippe:

some Ayurvedic medicine, which is the traditional South Asian

Simmi Latulippe:

medicine that stated 5000 centuries ago, and it is a whole

Simmi Latulippe:

encompassing holistic medicine that doesn't just treat the

Simmi Latulippe:

symptom, but actually treats the whole person, so the body, mind

Simmi Latulippe:

and soul are looked at as one person, as one unique being, and

Simmi Latulippe:

we work to the root of the symptom, and that's where the

Simmi Latulippe:

beautiful, true, deep healing begins, as opposed to putting a

Simmi Latulippe:

band aid on the symptom, which is what a lot of allopathic

Simmi Latulippe:

medicine does, we actually dig deeper and see, okay, is this

Simmi Latulippe:

symptom a cause of something emotional, maybe something

Simmi Latulippe:

mental, maybe something spiritual, you know, then we

Simmi Latulippe:

work to the organ, you know, is it in the liver? Is it in the

Simmi Latulippe:

digestive system? Is it an adrenal gland, and then we work

Simmi Latulippe:

from treating the various roots, because a lot of times it's not

Simmi Latulippe:

just one root, it's interconnected, and there's so

Simmi Latulippe:

many different various facets. And that's how we start the

Simmi Latulippe:

healing process, by really becoming curious and then

Simmi Latulippe:

digging deeper to find out, okay, what's the root cause of

Simmi Latulippe:

this symptom? And then digging through the layers, and then

Simmi Latulippe:

finally, that's when the healing starts to happen. Is when you

Simmi Latulippe:

dig through the layers, you work through the issues, you heal

Simmi Latulippe:

those maybe traumas that might be stored in the tissues. You

Simmi Latulippe:

work to purify the organs and bring balance back into the

Simmi Latulippe:

glands. And and you know what? You start feeling like yourself

Simmi Latulippe:

again. You've got to send yourself back.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah. Oh, I love this work. Okay, so what

Simmi Latulippe:

happened for you that brought you to this medicine?

Simmi Latulippe:

So interesting story. I love sharing this

Simmi Latulippe:

story. It was in the year two. 1000. When my daughter was born,

Simmi Latulippe:

I was working for a financial institution. So I was working

Simmi Latulippe:

for Sumitomo Bank of Japan, so a huge international bank, and I

Simmi Latulippe:

was working for them for 12 years. So I had a lot of, you

Simmi Latulippe:

know, seniority with them, and, you know, I was given a lot of

Simmi Latulippe:

big projects with them and such. And it was a very masculine

Simmi Latulippe:

world. You know, it was all about finances. It's a bank, so

Simmi Latulippe:

it's all about money. It wasn't very people oriented. It was all

Simmi Latulippe:

about the bottom line and how much money I could bring each

Simmi Latulippe:

year and increase revenues, etc, etc. And so when my daughter was

Simmi Latulippe:

born, something shifted in me, and the universe started to

Simmi Latulippe:

speak to me and said, You know what, you need to change your

Simmi Latulippe:

path, otherwise, something's going to happen health wise,

Simmi Latulippe:

right? So I knew if I continued on my path of thinking of

Simmi Latulippe:

finances and working in this masculine, dominant field, that

Simmi Latulippe:

something would happen with me in terms of health. So I jumped

Simmi Latulippe:

off that, and I decided to go back to school, and I that's

Simmi Latulippe:

when I got my degree for Ayurvedic medicine, and I

Simmi Latulippe:

started practicing so totally different, you know, so very

Simmi Latulippe:

feminine, very compassionate, very intuitive, very healing. It

Simmi Latulippe:

was exactly what my soul needed. And then, of course, as I dig

Simmi Latulippe:

deeper and find out that I had four generations of Ayurvedic

Simmi Latulippe:

doctors in my family, and I knew of two for sure, because they

Simmi Latulippe:

were relatives, and they were close, and they were teaching me

Simmi Latulippe:

without me actually knowing that transmission was happening. And

Simmi Latulippe:

then I dug deeper, and there was actually four generations and

Simmi Latulippe:

even past lives, I found out I was a healer in my past life,

Simmi Latulippe:

and a very renowned healer on my past life. And so it's just

Simmi Latulippe:

interesting how things start to manifest, right? And then, know,

Simmi Latulippe:

you found your path and your calling When Everything Feels so

Simmi Latulippe:

effortless, everything just happens and comes to you without

Simmi Latulippe:

a struggle, and then you're on the right path.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Okay, so I love this, and what I want to ask is

Simmi Latulippe:

this, because most people don't listen to that nudge of the

Simmi Latulippe:

universe or God or source when you know there's a knowing.

Simmi Latulippe:

Oftentimes we push and we push, and so most people, when they

Simmi Latulippe:

finally make a decision to shift their path, they've either had

Simmi Latulippe:

some sort of major health scare or, you know, they've been

Simmi Latulippe:

through some turmoil, but you caught it before it fell apart.

Simmi Latulippe:

I want to know how you were able to make a decision to leave a

Simmi Latulippe:

secure, highly perceived, successful career and not

Simmi Latulippe:

question that, because I think most people who are in those

Simmi Latulippe:

positions of leadership and power and money and wealth have

Simmi Latulippe:

a heck of a time letting that go. Can you talk about that? Or

Simmi Latulippe:

was it easy for you? Was it just like, No, I know that I need to

Simmi Latulippe:

do this. You just had a knowing. Or was there something that just

Simmi Latulippe:

helped that process?

Simmi Latulippe:

Well, I guess it was twofold. So one, I did

Simmi Latulippe:

have a knowing. I did listen to the universe, the divine God

Simmi Latulippe:

saying, You know what, you have to make the shift. And the

Simmi Latulippe:

Ayurvedic medicine is all about prevention, right? It's about

Simmi Latulippe:

listening to the whispers of your body so that your body

Simmi Latulippe:

never has to scream. And I didn't want to wait for the

Simmi Latulippe:

scream, because, you know, I intuitively, I knew the scream

Simmi Latulippe:

was going to come if I didn't make a shift. And I think having

Simmi Latulippe:

my daughter at that same time, and that female energy was also

Simmi Latulippe:

something that caused the shift, right? It was telling me to find

Simmi Latulippe:

my feminine, to get, you know, eliminate or reduce the

Simmi Latulippe:

masculine, the yang energy, and come into that true Yin energy.

Simmi Latulippe:

And then, of course, I had support from the family. That's

Simmi Latulippe:

a big one, right? My husband was a big one to support me along

Simmi Latulippe:

the way. And it says, Yes, you need to leave. Because, you know

Simmi Latulippe:

what? He could feel it, you know, getting those phone calls

Simmi Latulippe:

late at night, because in Japan, it was, you know, work time. And

Simmi Latulippe:

for me, it was like three o'clock in the morning, but I

Simmi Latulippe:

would give those phone cards. Oh, wow. So, you know, he had,

Simmi Latulippe:

he was there, he felt it all, and he was like, okay, yes, you

Simmi Latulippe:

know, supportive wise, I think it's time for you to make that

Simmi Latulippe:

change.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Wow. Okay, so there was a few things that

Simmi Latulippe:

showed up for you, and I love that you brought up the fact

Simmi Latulippe:

that you did birth a baby, and that can change a lot too. And

Simmi Latulippe:

what a beautiful gift that your daughter gave you in that

Simmi Latulippe:

because, oh, I kind of wonder if you hadn't had that child at

Simmi Latulippe:

that time, maybe you would have kind of kept lugging along in

Simmi Latulippe:

that career. And so how beautiful that she came in and

Simmi Latulippe:

was able to bring in that femininity and show you that you

Simmi Latulippe:

didn't want to be in that masculine, dominant world

Simmi Latulippe:

anymore. I love that, yeah, yeah. I really admire the fact

Simmi Latulippe:

that you had the knowing as well, and you listened to it,

Simmi Latulippe:

because that listening part is so hard for most of us. And of

Simmi Latulippe:

course, having the support of your family really makes a

Simmi Latulippe:

difference, because not everyone has that, but what an invitation

Simmi Latulippe:

for those people that are. Listening to this recording

Simmi Latulippe:

right now, and they're in that spot that you were at of like,

Simmi Latulippe:

Hey, I'm being redirected to another path. So for those of

Simmi Latulippe:

you listening, if you are in that crossroad place, let this

Simmi Latulippe:

be your sign. Let this be a reminder that you can choose and

Simmi Latulippe:

it's gonna be okay, even if you don't have the support of your

Simmi Latulippe:

family, even if you're worried about the money to remind you

Simmi Latulippe:

that if you allow your heart to lead you, your intuition to

Simmi Latulippe:

guide you, you'll find your way. And yes, I love that.

Simmi Latulippe:

Yeah, I agree with that wholeheartedly. Yeah.

Simmi Latulippe:

And I do teach, um, women, and sorry my clients not just women,

Simmi Latulippe:

but I do teach my clients to really listen to the whispers of

Simmi Latulippe:

their body, so that the body never has to scream. And the

Simmi Latulippe:

first thing I always say is you have to stop the going and the

Simmi Latulippe:

doing and the chaos. You have to come into a place of stillness

Simmi Latulippe:

and silence and really just ask, and you will receive the

Simmi Latulippe:

answers, but you have to find that stillness first in order to

Simmi Latulippe:

receive and listen, because if we're too busy going and doing,

Simmi Latulippe:

we don't have the time to listen.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: So these this is really important, because I

Simmi Latulippe:

think this is one of the key points that you're trying to

Simmi Latulippe:

make for us as human beings, for us to be willing to slow down,

Simmi Latulippe:

to be willing to be in stillness. You know, you know we

Simmi Latulippe:

talk about rest, and you know the reality is that rest is

Simmi Latulippe:

actually even more productive than the doing. Would you agree

Simmi Latulippe:

with that? Now, yes,

Simmi Latulippe:

yes, yeah, I

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: didn't believe that for the longest, and now

Simmi Latulippe:

that I create the space for more rest for myself, I get

Simmi Latulippe:

information and Enzi that blow my mind, so I'm not spinning my

Simmi Latulippe:

wheels over thinking, so that I have clarity around my

Simmi Latulippe:

decisions, and it has made such a difference for me. So do you

Simmi Latulippe:

have any techniques around creating that rest or creating

Simmi Latulippe:

that stillness? Like, are you a meditator? What are the things

Simmi Latulippe:

that you do?

Simmi Latulippe:

So I love to meditate, but I've been

Simmi Latulippe:

meditating for a long time, so it comes easily to me, but for

Simmi Latulippe:

someone who hasn't meditated, I would love to say and offer the

Simmi Latulippe:

invitation of going out in mother nature. So sometimes,

Simmi Latulippe:

when you're in mother nature and you're walking in the woods, or

Simmi Latulippe:

you're sitting by a stream and you're just listening when you

Simmi Latulippe:

receive signs. And sometimes the signs are you don't even realize

Simmi Latulippe:

that what what the universe is saying to you. And you know,

Simmi Latulippe:

don't be afraid to ask, like, What are you saying to me? Or

Simmi Latulippe:

don't be afraid to even ask your question and say, I would like a

Simmi Latulippe:

reply. And you know, you want, usually 100% you'll receive some

Simmi Latulippe:

sort of reply, yes, you were in that place of stillness, and you

Simmi Latulippe:

were in that place of receiving, which is so important as well.

Simmi Latulippe:

Then the universe starts to talk to you.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: I love that. It's like to me, when I'm in

Simmi Latulippe:

stillness and I'm in that rest phase, it's almost like I'm

Simmi Latulippe:

adjusting the dial on the receiver so that I can have

Simmi Latulippe:

clear flow of channeled information to myself. If we are

Simmi Latulippe:

like, busy thinking about this and doing this and rushing all

Simmi Latulippe:

over the place, we're not adjusting that dial to the

Simmi Latulippe:

frequency in which we can receive the information, that's

Simmi Latulippe:

right. So I love, I love that that's a key piece for you and

Simmi Latulippe:

helping us. And you said something really important too,

Simmi Latulippe:

before you said, I help people to listen to the whispers so

Simmi Latulippe:

that they don't have to hear their body scream. And I think

Simmi Latulippe:

that we have been taught in society to go, go, go, so we

Simmi Latulippe:

haven't been able to hear those whispers. And then the scream

Simmi Latulippe:

comes, and then we're thinking, oh my gosh, now I have this

Simmi Latulippe:

thing to deal with, or this thing to deal with, when the

Simmi Latulippe:

body has been trying to tell us the whole time, right exactly,

Simmi Latulippe:

what else would you really love to share with us in terms of our

Simmi Latulippe:

health and wellness that that you think make all the

Simmi Latulippe:

difference in the world?

Simmi Latulippe:

I think a lot for women especially, is

Simmi Latulippe:

vitality. Is energy. You know, we tend to give so much of

Simmi Latulippe:

ourselves to everybody that we forget to keep a little peace

Simmi Latulippe:

for ourselves. And so lately, I've been doing beautiful

Simmi Latulippe:

somatic therapy, and I love this, because when I teach it in

Simmi Latulippe:

my class, or teach people how to come into their body, they can

Simmi Latulippe:

feel the difference between the side that we've worked on, so a

Simmi Latulippe:

side that's released, that has this juiciness, this

Simmi Latulippe:

spaciousness, this flow, whereas the other side is dull, and

Simmi Latulippe:

they're like blown away, because they feel the difference in

Simmi Latulippe:

their body. And I think when you bring them into that feeling

Simmi Latulippe:

body, and they can feel how one side is vibrant and flowing and

Simmi Latulippe:

spacious, and the other side is hard and dull and stiff and

Simmi Latulippe:

tension. They're like, it's an aha moment for them. It's like,

Simmi Latulippe:

okay, I get it. I need to do more of this so that my body can

Simmi Latulippe:

really feel vitality and flow.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: I really love that you. Can do part of the

Simmi Latulippe:

body and not the whole body, so that we can compare Exactly.

Simmi Latulippe:

That is the tough part for many of us, because we're like, we go

Simmi Latulippe:

to sound bath, or we go and do some meditation, and then we

Simmi Latulippe:

say, Oh yeah, I feel good, but we don't really have the

Simmi Latulippe:

comparison. It's kind of like if we're doing a weight loss

Simmi Latulippe:

program and I don't weigh myself at the beginning, I don't know

Simmi Latulippe:

where I'm at at the end. And so I love that there's that ability

Simmi Latulippe:

to do that. Can you explain to our audience what somatic means?

Simmi Latulippe:

Just in case they're wondering, like, what does that even

Simmi Latulippe:

entail? What does that mean?

Simmi Latulippe:

Okay, so I like to define somatic therapy as

Simmi Latulippe:

mind, body, spirit connection. So again, as I had said before,

Simmi Latulippe:

you work deeper into the tissues of the body. And so in somatic

Simmi Latulippe:

it brings you into the deep layer of tissue, connective

Simmi Latulippe:

tissue, fascia. It brings you into your circulation, your

Simmi Latulippe:

lymphatic flow, your blood flow, your chi, your life force, your

Simmi Latulippe:

prana, all that. So you can really feel what the body's

Simmi Latulippe:

saying to do, and you can really feel where you're stuck. And

Simmi Latulippe:

this is where you dig deep into where you are stuck. So for

Simmi Latulippe:

example, if the digestive your digestive tract is feeling

Simmi Latulippe:

harder, there's not as much spaciousness as you'd like,

Simmi Latulippe:

well, what are you holding there? And this is where the

Simmi Latulippe:

curiosity comes into place. So what's held in your digestive

Simmi Latulippe:

system? Why is it stuck? Why is it there's more tension or

Simmi Latulippe:

tightness there? How can we work on relieving that tension and

Simmi Latulippe:

that tightness? And then somatic actually brings you into and not

Simmi Latulippe:

all of somatic is trauma, but a lot of somatic is the sort of

Simmi Latulippe:

the lens of trauma. So what's being stored there? Is it

Simmi Latulippe:

something that's, you know, this life, past life? Is it something

Simmi Latulippe:

that's emotional? There's something that's mental. What is

Simmi Latulippe:

it spiritual? What's Why is it stuck? Why is it not moving? Why

Simmi Latulippe:

is there not flow? So that whole essence of somatic is bringing

Simmi Latulippe:

flow into the body and really feeling in your own body where

Simmi Latulippe:

there's some stickiness. Where is it stuck? And where do you

Simmi Latulippe:

need to move things to encourage that flow? Yeah, because as we

Simmi Latulippe:

get older, we get stiffer, and when we get stiffer, we don't

Simmi Latulippe:

have the flow. So that's our body again, whispering to us,

Simmi Latulippe:

right? So if we're stiff and we don't have the flow, you don't

Simmi Latulippe:

want it to get to, you know, lymph nodes, or you don't want

Simmi Latulippe:

it to get to, you know, cancer cells. You want it to again, to

Simmi Latulippe:

keep the flow in the body. Because the flow is that

Simmi Latulippe:

vitality is the prana, the Chi, you happen. It's something we

Simmi Latulippe:

have to work out, but we don't really talk about it, because we

Simmi Latulippe:

just don't. It's just, right, yeah, you don't, yeah. Don't

Simmi Latulippe:

think about, Oh, am I slowing today?

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Right? It is interesting. And I think that's

Simmi Latulippe:

an important question to start asking ourselves. So this whole

Simmi Latulippe:

concept of flow, I think, is so powerful, because, you know,

Simmi Latulippe:

even as I'm aging, I am noticing, you know, after

Simmi Latulippe:

sitting in my chair, it's like, oh, okay, I feel that a little

Simmi Latulippe:

bit. And so what do you suggest to get the flow moving. Are

Simmi Latulippe:

there some simple tricks or things that we need to know that

Simmi Latulippe:

will help us with that flow?

Simmi Latulippe:

Yeah, I love that question, because yes, I'm

Simmi Latulippe:

all about sharing my somatic journey with everybody out

Simmi Latulippe:

there. So I did create a YouTube channel, and I'll share it with

Simmi Latulippe:

you so you can let your listeners, you know, log into

Simmi Latulippe:

the YouTube and everything is there from encouraging flow

Simmi Latulippe:

throughout the whole body. And as we know, you know that when

Simmi Latulippe:

the body is in flow, the brain is in flow, right? When you're

Simmi Latulippe:

sending oxygen to your body, the brain is receiving that oxygen.

Simmi Latulippe:

So for women who are ever concerned about brain fog or

Simmi Latulippe:

dementia or Alzheimer's, if that's in the family and you

Simmi Latulippe:

want to be preventative. You do need to make sure the body, the

Simmi Latulippe:

mind and the soul are in flowing.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, yes. And so would a trick of like just

Simmi Latulippe:

taking some breaths, you know, like, Can I be in flow, just

Simmi Latulippe:

taking some breaths, or are there movements that I felt with

Simmi Latulippe:

that,

Simmi Latulippe:

yeah, both for sure, rouse it. But breath work

Simmi Latulippe:

is huge. Pranayama is so important, as well as the

Simmi Latulippe:

somatic movement therapy, both those combination together is a

Simmi Latulippe:

game changer for anybody who wants to make sure that they age

Simmi Latulippe:

gracefully and they age with Vitality,

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: beautiful. What else would you love people to

Simmi Latulippe:

know about how they can help themselves along this health

Simmi Latulippe:

path?

Simmi Latulippe:

Thanks for asking. Yeah, like just I

Simmi Latulippe:

created a biohacking menopause. There's a lens of Ayurvedic

Simmi Latulippe:

medicine to help women as they transition through menopause.

Simmi Latulippe:

And one thing I've found in my research, as I've been working

Simmi Latulippe:

with women in menopause, is for some reason here in North

Simmi Latulippe:

America, we have a sense of fear around menopause, and I honestly

Simmi Latulippe:

believe that's more media created than anything, whereas

Simmi Latulippe:

women in Europe and. Women in Asia do not have a sense of fear

Simmi Latulippe:

of menopause, not at all. They just think it's part of life,

Simmi Latulippe:

and they go through it easily, because they don't even have

Simmi Latulippe:

hormone replacement therapy in Europe or Asia, there's no such

Simmi Latulippe:

thing. So you go through it naturally, and everybody goes

Simmi Latulippe:

through it, and they come through at the end with just

Simmi Latulippe:

finding that wisdom, that beautiful wisdom and gift of

Simmi Latulippe:

being a woman that you are as you come to post menopause,

Simmi Latulippe:

whereas in North America, we've had a we've created a different

Simmi Latulippe:

lens, unfortunately. So women, even before they come into

Simmi Latulippe:

menopause, are worried about what's going to happen to them

Simmi Latulippe:

as they are transitioning. And it's that excess fear that we

Simmi Latulippe:

self create which isn't always the best for us, so I'm really

Simmi Latulippe:

working hard to navigate that. And, you know, let women know

Simmi Latulippe:

that they don't have to be in fear. It can be a very easeful

Simmi Latulippe:

journey, and they can thrive during menopause, and they can

Simmi Latulippe:

come to find that wisdom at the end, and also that liberation,

Simmi Latulippe:

right? Liberation, we don't have to cycle every month anymore.

Simmi Latulippe:

You're this new woman, yeah, this new woman that can take

Simmi Latulippe:

care of yourself and care for yourself, as opposed to always

Simmi Latulippe:

giving to others. You can give back to yourself. So all that is

Simmi Latulippe:

so important,

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: it's a really sacred transition. But I think

Simmi Latulippe:

you're right, you know, I think even growing up, you know, I

Simmi Latulippe:

heard the mumblings and the grumblings about, like, Oh, hot

Simmi Latulippe:

flashes, oh, I'm going through this. Oh, I'm menopausal, and it

Simmi Latulippe:

was always in a negative light. So there's a lot of negativity

Simmi Latulippe:

around it. Can you give us one biohack that we should know to

Simmi Latulippe:

help us through that transitionary time?

Simmi Latulippe:

And you know, most of my, I'd say 90% of my

Simmi Latulippe:

biohacks are all free, so there's no there's no money that

Simmi Latulippe:

you have to invest. It's about doing the things that will shift

Simmi Latulippe:

the body. So one of my favorite biohacks, and the one I

Simmi Latulippe:

encourage for everybody, is early morning light. Go outside

Simmi Latulippe:

as soon as the sun rises, or during the first hour of

Simmi Latulippe:

sunrise, and that resets the Pituitary and the Pineal Gland.

Simmi Latulippe:

So no sunglasses, no sunscreen, you're getting your vitamin D as

Simmi Latulippe:

well your natural rays. You're not staying out for a long time

Simmi Latulippe:

because it only you only need 510, minutes, but you're

Simmi Latulippe:

actually resetting your whole endocrine system just by that

Simmi Latulippe:

first morning light. And it doesn't even have to be

Simmi Latulippe:

sunlight, it's just natural morning light. So wherever you

Simmi Latulippe:

live in the future, in the summer, doesn't really matter if

Simmi Latulippe:

it's cloudy, if it's rainy, doesn't that you're still

Simmi Latulippe:

getting that natural morning light. And that resets naturally

Simmi Latulippe:

the pineal and pituitary glands, and that's your seat of your

Simmi Latulippe:

whole endocrine system. All your hormones are there. So it's just

Simmi Latulippe:

magic, if you can remember to do that.

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: It is so simple. Simi, this is so great because,

Simmi Latulippe:

you know, I think that we often forget that to heal our bodies,

Simmi Latulippe:

to nurture our bodies, it doesn't need to be complicated,

Simmi Latulippe:

that it can actually just be really simple habits that we put

Simmi Latulippe:

into our daily practice, and I've never heard anyone tell me

Simmi Latulippe:

to go into the light in the morning when I wake up. And now

Simmi Latulippe:

I'm going to do that, I'm going to do that, I'm going to create

Simmi Latulippe:

that's going to be part of my morning routine now, because

Simmi Latulippe:

knowing that I can go sit outside in natural light for

Simmi Latulippe:

five or 10 minutes, and the benefit of that, of resetting,

Simmi Latulippe:

whoa, and not even have a clue of and I think this is the same

Simmi Latulippe:

for most of us. We don't even have a clue of what these simple

Simmi Latulippe:

things can do for our entire being, yes. Oh,

Simmi Latulippe:

and I'll throw in another one too, for your for

Simmi Latulippe:

your beautiful listeners, too, as a gift when you're outside,

Simmi Latulippe:

to if you can walk in bare feet, so if you can, especially the

Simmi Latulippe:

morning dew of the grass, because that morning dew has

Simmi Latulippe:

that moon, so that female essence of the moon, because the

Simmi Latulippe:

moonlight on the morning dew of the grass, and that changes your

Simmi Latulippe:

grounding. So that helps just make sure that you're fully

Simmi Latulippe:

grounded and rooted, and that balances also the brain, so you

Simmi Latulippe:

get rid of that excess mind chatter and that anxiety and

Simmi Latulippe:

worry that we all have in mind just by walking bare feet in

Simmi Latulippe:

that morning dew of The grass,

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: the morning dew. See, you know, I oftentimes will

Simmi Latulippe:

tell my clients, yeah, go ground in the grass. You know, go put

Simmi Latulippe:

your feet in the grass. But the knowing that there's something,

Simmi Latulippe:

an extra quality that you get in the morning dew. So Morning Dew

Simmi Latulippe:

and sunlight, that's our medicine.

Simmi Latulippe:

Oh, that is, that is,

Simmi Latulippe:

Rev. Rose Hope: Oh, beautiful. And I know you have tons more

Simmi Latulippe:

biohacks, so we're going to make sure that that's in the show

Simmi Latulippe:
