Unknown:you feel like total relaxation, so find a comfortable seat or
Unknown:lay down on the ground on your floor on your mat
Unknown:Very good. Today has been a very interesting day I was told or
Unknown:shown that I shouldn't be swearing as much on my podcast

Unknown:seated, adjust your pelvis. Roll your set bones on the ground,
Unknown:tip your pelvis out to the front or recline your pelvis a little
Unknown:bit. Move it back and forth, back and forth until you find a
Unknown:position where your lower back slightly arched. And the rest of
Unknown:your spine cell from your tail up to your neck is straight
Unknown:without big effort with ease. And I'll bring the shoulders up

Unknown:relaxed and Lazy Sunday. Whatever day you had just let go
Unknown:of everything now and be with yourself.
Unknown:If you decided to have this meditation in a seated position
Unknown:let your hands rest on your thighs with the palms down today
Unknown:for more grounding sensation.
Unknown:Notice if there is noise in the background or if it's very
Unknown:still. And if there is noise. Try to turn that volume down and
Unknown:just focus on your breath. Make it maybe you can hear the inhale
Unknown:when you can for sure he Hear the exhale
Unknown:inhale
Unknown:next
Unknown:relax the muscles around your eyes and your mouth and your jaw
Unknown:your forehead
Unknown:know that You're perfect just like you are
Unknown:notice when I say these positive affirmations what your monkey
Unknown:mind is doing is your monkey mind replying right away and
Unknown:saying haha you don't even know me or is your monkey mind very
Unknown:still an accepting whatever it is doing just keep the volume
Unknown:down of your monkey mind focus on your breath know that you're
Unknown:doing awesome know that there's nothing you need to do

Unknown:everything that comes your way with grace.
Unknown:Now if you were laying down on the floor, roll to your side,
Unknown:whichever side is good for you.
Unknown:And then push yourself up into a comfortable seat
Unknown:bring your hands to heart center and pray of position for your
Unknown:mind to your heart
Unknown:Let go of everything that is weighing you down
Unknown:know that you are perfect as you are. You are seen and heard
Unknown:without you even having to do anything appreciate yourself. Be
Unknown:grateful to yourself. Namaste
