Everybody's got an opinion.
VOICEOVER:Every Californian and Virginian.
VOICEOVER:It's so hard to tell who to trust and who to ignore.
VOICEOVER:Someone's gotta settle the score.
VOICEOVER:Trey and Chelsey will help you choose.
VOICEOVER:Who's views win, which ones choose.
VOICEOVER:Online haters are coming for you.
VOICEOVER:Baby it' time to Review That Review!
CHELSEY DONN:Hello.
TREY GERRALD:Oh my goodness.
TREY GERRALD:Hey, Chelsey, I didn't know you were gonna be here.
CHELSEY DONN:Surprise.
TREY GERRALD:Oh my gosh.
TREY GERRALD:And hello listeners.
TREY GERRALD:We knew you'd be here.
TREY GERRALD:And welcome once again to Review That Review.
TREY GERRALD:We are the podcast that is dedicated to reviewing.
CHELSEY DONN:Reviews we're just like Cisco and Ebert only.
CHELSEY DONN:Instead of reviewing cinematic masterpieces, we rate and review those hilarious, scathing,
TREY GERRALD:That is Chelsey Donn,
CHELSEY DONN:and that is Trey Gerrald.
TREY GERRALD:but when we come together, we form the dynamic duo known as
VOICEOVER:The Review, Queen,
TREY GERRALD:well.
TREY GERRALD:ChelseyBD 'I.
TREY GERRALD:Do wanna take this little moment and I'm gonna really have to go ahead and
VOICEOVER:Lodge, A, Complaint.
CHELSEY DONN:please.
TREY GERRALD:I'm sure that we've done this before.
TREY GERRALD:You briefly mentioned it before we started recording, but my allergies are so bad and 'I,
TREY GERRALD:And my real Complaint here is 'I.
TREY GERRALD:Guess I've become addicted to Zyrtec without being aware because 'I do take A' pill.
TREY GERRALD:Every morning for Zyrtec, which 'I, which 'I know is like not the best case scenario, but
TREY GERRALD:So my real Complaint here is how it is advised in the sign industry.
TREY GERRALD:Is that even A' word, 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah, I'm
TREY GERRALD:sinus industry that you vary your allergy supplements
TREY GERRALD:But I'm so scared of the time in between.
TREY GERRALD:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:And then what if it doesn't work?
TREY GERRALD:Cuz 'I get decimated by seasonal allergies and it's like 'I walk outside and my car is
CHELSEY DONN:the pollen.
TREY GERRALD:the pollen.
TREY GERRALD:God, it's.
TREY GERRALD:Awful.
TREY GERRALD:That's my Complaint.
TREY GERRALD:Why do our bodies get conditioned that's annoying?
TREY GERRALD:And B, like how do 'I like survive in A' world where I'm allergic to stuff?
CHELSEY DONN:Obviously 'I am with you.
CHELSEY DONN:'I also take Zyrtec every day also.
CHELSEY DONN:Yes, it did kind of come up, but it is sort of funny cuz Trey, look, 'I always write down my
CHELSEY DONN:And 'I had one and then 'I changed it to this right before we hopped on.
CHELSEY DONN:So if you see here, My Complaint is unfulfilled.
CHELSEY DONN:Sneezes.
TREY GERRALD:A', there is nothing worse.
CHELSEY DONN:I'm telling you guys, there's been A' sneeze that's been trying to get out since this
TREY GERRALD:Mm-hmm.
CHELSEY DONN:And then nothing comes out.
CHELSEY DONN:We need A' sneeze.
CHELSEY DONN:What is this?
CHELSEY DONN:BS with the unfulfilled sneezes.
TREY GERRALD:Isn't sneezing like such A' weird thing when you think about it.
TREY GERRALD:Like our body is like expelling it like, and it's like A' sound that we never
CHELSEY DONN:But just like so annoying.
CHELSEY DONN:And the allergies must be just full frontal on both coasts.
CHELSEY DONN:Unsurprisingly spring,
TREY GERRALD:It's also because like when you have an allergy attack, your body is dealing with
TREY GERRALD:So it's just like that sensation of like, Ugh, I'm not at 100.
TREY GERRALD:But like, nothing's really wrong except for like your sinuses, which is like you
TREY GERRALD:Like A', constant annoyance, but then not being able to fulfill the relief is insane.
CHELSEY DONN:Awful.
CHELSEY DONN:All day.
CHELSEY DONN:All day.
CHELSEY DONN:I've been trying to get the sneeze out.
TREY GERRALD:If only we had someone handy that could help us.
CHELSEY DONN:If only we had A' handy man, that could help restore my nose.
TREY GERRALD:But that's A' beautiful segue.
TREY GERRALD:ChelseyBD, do you wanna go?
TREY GERRALD:Hey,
CHELSEY DONN:'I do try.
CHELSEY DONN:Let's do it.
TREY GERRALD:it.
TREY GERRALD:Let's do it.
TREY GERRALD:A'.
CHELSEY DONN:A', chew.
VOICEOVER:Assess, That, Kvetch.
TREY GERRALD:Queens today is another versus episode,
CHELSEY DONN:Woo.
TREY GERRALD:and today we are gonna be covering both A' one star and A'
TREY GERRALD:Today's topic, wow.
TREY GERRALD:N Y C Handyman
TREY GERRALD:A' Company based in Brooklyn, New York.
CHELSEY DONN:For this versus episode, Trey has selected the one star,
CHELSEY DONN:So to determine who reads first, we gotta flip that quota.
CHELSEY DONN:'I think.
CHELSEY DONN:You guess try.
TREY GERRALD:'I gonna say Tales.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
TREY GERRALD:It's tales.
CHELSEY DONN:Woo Trey wins.
CHELSEY DONN:That's right.
CHELSEY DONN:Today.
CHELSEY DONN:As Trey mentioned, we are covering reviews from around the house problem solvers.
CHELSEY DONN:Wow NYC Handy men.
CHELSEY DONN:At the time of this recording, the wows have 58 reviews on Yelp with an average
CHELSEY DONN:According to their website, wow, handy men.com.
CHELSEY DONN:They are A' small operation which consists of A', small group of old friends who happen to be handy.
CHELSEY DONN:So Trey, with all that background info in mind, let's jump right in.
CHELSEY DONN:Diva.
VOICEOVER:Review, That, Review.
TREY GERRALD:All right.
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
TREY GERRALD:So today 'I was tasked with finding the one star review for Wow.
TREY GERRALD:NYC handyman.
TREY GERRALD:Well, we get into the, like when we're assessing, we have to talk about that title, okay.
TREY GERRALD:Of this company.
TREY GERRALD:So, all right.
TREY GERRALD:This is the One Star review.
TREY GERRALD:It's written by Joey.
TREY GERRALD:Oh,
CHELSEY DONN:Oh,
TREY GERRALD:it made me think of, whoa.
CHELSEY DONN:whoa.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah, me too.
CHELSEY DONN:Like from Blossom
TREY GERRALD:Yeah, we're old.
TREY GERRALD:All right, so here we go.
TREY GERRALD:So Joey owes one star Yelp review, calling him on the phone and leaving him A' message of the job.
TREY GERRALD:And he responds to me by text.
TREY GERRALD:Now 'I need explain my whole situation again by text.
TREY GERRALD:That's fine.
TREY GERRALD:Even so then 'I explain to him for an hour back and forth through text the situation,
TREY GERRALD:It seems like we are A'.
TREY GERRALD:Go on the job.
TREY GERRALD:'I told him you're hired.
TREY GERRALD:Gave him the address and then asked him what days are you available?
TREY GERRALD:No response.
TREY GERRALD:It's been since yesterday.
TREY GERRALD:Morning.
TREY GERRALD:Time is money even if he needed to think it over.
TREY GERRALD:Still A'.
TREY GERRALD:Long time at least.
TREY GERRALD:Tell me, sorry.
TREY GERRALD:We're not going to do your job and make up some story or give me A' heads
TREY GERRALD:With all those great Yelp reviews, it has me scratching my head, but to
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:Short and sweet Joey O.
CHELSEY DONN:Actually I'll say short and not sweet.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think this is interesting.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think Joey o.
TREY GERRALD:Oh,
CHELSEY DONN:o.
CHELSEY DONN:O has A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Very 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Fragile ego
TREY GERRALD:Mm.
CHELSEY DONN:'I think that one of the most interesting sentences of
CHELSEY DONN:You know, li Lie to me.
CHELSEY DONN:What's that about?
CHELSEY DONN:Joey 'I would rather someone be honest than make up A' story.
TREY GERRALD:Mm-hmm.
CHELSEY DONN:And 'I also think it's interesting that Joey is jumping to so
CHELSEY DONN:'I mean less than now.
CHELSEY DONN:We're talking about A' Yelp handyman in New York City with A' 4.8 Overall.
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:To me, what that means is this person is probably very busy.
CHELSEY DONN:So if 'I contacted them and they got back to me right away yesterday morning and I'm sort
CHELSEY DONN:A' few days, 'I would say minimum 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Really think that Joey is jumping to conclusions here in this review.
TREY GERRALD:But 'I also hear the Complaint that it's like 'I called that
TREY GERRALD:And 'I have experienced that personally with handyman 'I.
TREY GERRALD:So there must be something about the texting that's maybe easier
CHELSEY DONN:mean.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah, they're on A' job,
TREY GERRALD:If you're on A' job site, it might be loud.
TREY GERRALD:But your point here about literally less than 24 hours later, you're leaving A' one star review.
TREY GERRALD:Like
CHELSEY DONN:mean that feels A' little like we're jumping the gun Joey.
CHELSEY DONN:Right?
CHELSEY DONN:'I mean.
CHELSEY DONN:Even if you were like, I'm gonna write this person off because 'I don't like people
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:'I, guess that's like your prerogative.
CHELSEY DONN:But to immediately jump to, and then I'm gonna go on Yelp and I'm gonna write A' one star review.
CHELSEY DONN:Like, where is that gonna end for you?
CHELSEY DONN:Because if I'm the business owner, 'I mean 'I don't think that if 'I was like A', busy handyman,
CHELSEY DONN:So many times jobs become way more complicated than you thought they were going to.
CHELSEY DONN:So for me, this is A' red flag from A' customer perspective.
CHELSEY DONN:Like if 'I own this handyman service, 'I wouldn't wanna work with this person because if they're
CHELSEY DONN:24-hour turnaround for A' response without writing A' one review.
CHELSEY DONN:Well, what are they gonna do if like, we start to do the job and then we realize that
CHELSEY DONN:Or this person just sounds like they'd be A' nightmare to work with
TREY GERRALD:'I mean?
TREY GERRALD:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:'I am also hearing like, phew.
TREY GERRALD:You like
TREY GERRALD:lucked out on Dodged A' bullet.
CHELSEY DONN:the spelling and grammar really atrocious.
TREY GERRALD:there's really been no proofreading here.
TREY GERRALD:And some sentences start with A' capital.
TREY GERRALD:Some do not.
TREY GERRALD:It also feels like the review starts in the bi in the middle.
TREY GERRALD:There's no intro or
TREY GERRALD:anything.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:'I was like very, 'I was having A' hard time at the top of this review
CHELSEY DONN:What's happening?
TREY GERRALD:And it also does absolutely seem shady to me
CHELSEY DONN:Mm-hmm.
TREY GERRALD:because it doesn't even seem like, like Joey isn't even saying that I've
TREY GERRALD:They've obviously abandoned me.
TREY GERRALD:Like it feels very shady that you've just immediately gone to Yelp,
CHELSEY DONN:It's one of those one star reviews that is not commenting
CHELSEY DONN:Right?
CHELSEY DONN:It's like you didn't get the service from handyman.
CHELSEY DONN:So if I'm gonna have A' one star review 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:On my profile, 'I would rather it be something that's so ridiculous like this, like you didn't
CHELSEY DONN:It's not like, oh, they came and they put A' hole in my wall.
CHELSEY DONN:Right.
CHELSEY DONN:There's, there's really nothing negative in this review about while handyman.
CHELSEY DONN:Other than the, maybe not responding right away, but again, just in having worked with so many
CHELSEY DONN:'I mean maybe they could have A' dispatcher or something like that, but 'I don't know.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Just think we have to be A'.
CHELSEY DONN:L When was this written?
TREY GERRALD:Four years ago, 'I mean the only sort of like unique information here is like
TREY GERRALD:But 'I don't even know if 'I would apply that because it really just seems
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think it's hard for Joey to be wowed by anyone,
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:'I overall.
CHELSEY DONN:Just get this very fragile ego sad boy story.
VOICEOVER:There's A' reply.
CHELSEY DONN:there's A' reply.
CHELSEY DONN:See?
TREY GERRALD:You knew it.
TREY GERRALD:You felt A'.
TREY GERRALD:So here we go.
TREY GERRALD:So we have A' reply from the business owner.
TREY GERRALD:Their name is Joe Mar.
TREY GERRALD:Joe Mar says, what happened.
TREY GERRALD:We texted yesterday morning while 'I was on my way to A' job on the Upper
TREY GERRALD:'I sent A' text that didn't go through, which 'I honestly didn't realize till now.
TREY GERRALD:After seeing this and checking my messages, 'I got home yesterday after 10:00 PM
CHELSEY DONN:There you
TREY GERRALD:We didn't even say when we could book the job.
TREY GERRALD:And made no promises.
TREY GERRALD:All we said was we would figure out A' Day to go Assess the job in person,
TREY GERRALD:We have to prioritize booked jobs.
TREY GERRALD:Obviously,
CHELSEY DONN:Okay, well 'I mean hit the nail in the head with that one.
CHELSEY DONN:'I mean.
TREY GERRALD:right.
CHELSEY DONN:Clearly you do have to prioritize paid work.
CHELSEY DONN:'I think that the response was really good.
CHELSEY DONN:'I think it did exactly what 'I wanted it to do, which was not like 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Be nasty about it, but just like address it and point out the fact that, yeah, this is
CHELSEY DONN:This is A' reflection of A' person that wanted A' response immediately and didn't get one.
CHELSEY DONN:Do 'I buy the bike thing?
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think 'I do.
TREY GERRALD:Well, my only main critic like 'I, think Joe Mar does an amazing job of sort of like
TREY GERRALD:That feels truthful to me.
TREY GERRALD:'I.
TREY GERRALD:'I for some reason because it doesn't feel ludicrous.
TREY GERRALD:The story 'I buy honestly because they also fess up and say, 'I honestly didn't even catch that.
TREY GERRALD:The message didn't go through until 'I found this review.
TREY GERRALD:Like that feels like they're admitting possible fault of of A' portion of this and being
TREY GERRALD:like 'I have to 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:see.
CHELSEY DONN:'I can see the logic I'm teetering with like, did we even need the bike?
CHELSEY DONN:Excuse?
CHELSEY DONN:Did that help matters?
CHELSEY DONN:'I mean?
CHELSEY DONN:'I guess because of what you just said.
CHELSEY DONN:It is them fessing up too.
CHELSEY DONN:'I didn't realize it didn't go through like you know, it is saying 'I made A' mistake.
CHELSEY DONN:'I guess in A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Roundabout way.
CHELSEY DONN:Interesting.
VOICEOVER:There is A' reply.
CHELSEY DONN:another applause.
CHELSEY DONN:Stop
TREY GERRALD:so now Joey has A'
CHELSEY DONN:Oh my God.
CHELSEY DONN:Stop.
CHELSEY DONN:Joey, you are backed.
TREY GERRALD:This is A' real battle between Oh and wow.
CHELSEY DONN:and Joe.
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
TREY GERRALD:All right, here we go.
TREY GERRALD:Joey
CHELSEY DONN:of the Joe's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joe Mar's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply
CHELSEY DONN:Geez.
TREY GERRALD:Responding to his reply to my review, and I'm done.
TREY GERRALD:No time for this petty stuff.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh my God.
TREY GERRALD:He told me that his text to me didn't go through 'I, told him on text,
CHELSEY DONN:Ew, gross.
TREY GERRALD:he didn't, he was not even apologetic.
TREY GERRALD:Narcissist the end.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, okay, so Joey's definitely unhinged.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay, so the feelings 'I was getting about Joey being unhinged are now further solidified.
CHELSEY DONN:If there's anyone that I've met who calls people narcissists the most, it's narcissists.
TREY GERRALD:Narcissist, God, isn't that A'?
TREY GERRALD:Quote.
CHELSEY DONN:Love to call other people narcissists.
CHELSEY DONN:Nine times outta 10.
CHELSEY DONN:If someone is referring to someone as A', narcissist, be A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Little bit careful.
CHELSEY DONN:'I don't know 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Just think there's like A' way of talking about it.
CHELSEY DONN:But somebody that's gonna immediately just go for A', narcissist out A', freaking nowhere.
CHELSEY DONN:Like what are you trying to do here?
TREY GERRALD:It's really rich to call someone A' narcissist for defending themselves
CHELSEY DONN:like how gross to be like, send me A' screenshot.
CHELSEY DONN:Let it freaking go, Joey.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh,
TREY GERRALD:Well, in the same breath, it's like the one claiming they have no time for.
TREY GERRALD:Petty stuff is literally spending so much time on Petty's except for Autocorrecting.
CHELSEY DONN:Save myself the headache.
CHELSEY DONN:Like, block Joey 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Don't ever wanna talk to this person.
CHELSEY DONN:Like,
TREY GERRALD:Well,
CHELSEY DONN:imagine trying to get Joey to pay for the job?
CHELSEY DONN:Or A' like,
TREY GERRALD:having them be happy with your work.
TREY GERRALD:Oh, it's be 'I possible
CHELSEY DONN:probably, oh, Joe Mar would go there for free to do the assessment and then 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Something would, it would be terrible getting there.
CHELSEY DONN:And then Joey wouldn't even book 'I mean 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Can't even imagine.
CHELSEY DONN:This does not sound like A' stable person.
TREY GERRALD:Okay, so does Joey's reply help the case at all?
CHELSEY DONN:Absolutely not.
CHELSEY DONN:Joey's reply actually like 'I was, 'I was at A' certain place in my mind.
CHELSEY DONN:Calculation mental math with the crowning.
CHELSEY DONN:And now I'm in A' lower place because of this reply.
CHELSEY DONN:This reply had the opposite impact.
CHELSEY DONN:Joey let us in A' little bit to his personality.
CHELSEY DONN:'I was picking up on some things and then this reply really made it all that much more worse.
CHELSEY DONN:All, all that.
VOICEOVER:There is A'
CHELSEY DONN:Stop it.
CHELSEY DONN:Stop it.
TREY GERRALD:All right, so now Joe Mar has A' reply to Joey's reply of Joe Mar's.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:This is not looking that good for Joe Mar, but I'm super curious to hear what they're gonna say.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh man, this is A' rollercoaster ride.
CHELSEY DONN:Trey
TREY GERRALD:Joe Mar says, update.
TREY GERRALD:He just texted me that he's going to change the review to yesterday morning parentheses.
TREY GERRALD:Originally he said three days had gone by.
TREY GERRALD:They also manage 72 properties, he says, and the job he called us for is
TREY GERRALD:So, Anybody can see what 'I was dealing with.
TREY GERRALD:Then he tried to strong arm me if 'I do this or that.
TREY GERRALD:Parenthesis sent him A' pick of the unsent message.
TREY GERRALD:He would take the review down.
TREY GERRALD:'I told him to leave it, but 'I posted the picture of my unsent message on my
TREY GERRALD:It happens.
TREY GERRALD:Please keep in mind that 'I am very involved on my business.
TREY GERRALD:'I, do work with my guys plus 'I, do the office work.
TREY GERRALD:If you don't hear from me, please harass me.
TREY GERRALD:'I, don't mind.
TREY GERRALD:I'm human and do forget stuff, which wasn't the case here, but still
CHELSEY DONN:Wow.
CHELSEY DONN:Joe Mar Joe Mar's replies keep getting better and better, and
TREY GERRALD:'I know.
CHELSEY DONN:worse and worse.
CHELSEY DONN:When 'I heard the Joe Mar double reply, 'I thought, oh, this is not gonna be good.
CHELSEY DONN:We're getting into the weeds here.
CHELSEY DONN:Who cares about this person?
CHELSEY DONN:But Joe Mar did it again, man, even stronger.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Mean 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think it's A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Tko.
CHELSEY DONN:Can 'I say that Joey 'I don't know if Joey's gonna respond again, but So, okay.
CHELSEY DONN:Joey is like A' property manager,
TREY GERRALD:'I, A', 'I.
TREY GERRALD:Don't know.
TREY GERRALD:It seems that Joey has 72 properties.
CHELSEY DONN:that they manage Presum.
TREY GERRALD:guess is that's what it seems, which makes it even crazy.
CHELSEY DONN:So Joey contacted Joe Mar, this is A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Lot of Jojo's.
CHELSEY DONN:Joey contacted Joe Mar and
TREY GERRALD:For their client, Joanne,
CHELSEY DONN:For their client, Joanne, they're like, Hey, Jomar, I'm Joey.
CHELSEY DONN:Joanne who called the city on us, is having A' problem with her plumbing.
CHELSEY DONN:Can you come and fix it as soon as possible?
TREY GERRALD:that actually adds A' little context to maybe why Joey is so emotional
CHELSEY DONN:Right, because there's the thread of the city.
CHELSEY DONN:But even so slam dunk for Joe Mar and 'I do think that Joe Mar is leaving this winning.
CHELSEY DONN:We had the first review, Joe Mar replied in like A', pretty generic way, just gonna defend myself.
CHELSEY DONN:Then Joey came back punching harder, and then Joe Marr felt like, well, let me actually tell you
TREY GERRALD:All right here.
CHELSEY DONN:here.
CHELSEY DONN:So what's interesting is we're getting the most information in this
TREY GERRALD:include Exactly.
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
TREY GERRALD:Isn't that some shit?
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, and then also 'I was gonna ask you, so then Joe Mar, can you
CHELSEY DONN:And did they include the photo of the screenshot?
TREY GERRALD:There's no photo attached to the review or the reply.
TREY GERRALD:So Joe Marr is saying that they attached it to their like photos.
CHELSEY DONN:Like their Yelp photos.
CHELSEY DONN:Interesting.
TREY GERRALD:There's 35 photos,
CHELSEY DONN:Are there more replies from Joey?
CHELSEY DONN:Yours is the end of the saga.
TREY GERRALD:are no text photos listed on the Yelp photo album of photos for wow NYC handyman,
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Mean.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Trust Joe Mar.
CHELSEY DONN:Still 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Don't think that Joe Mar
TREY GERRALD:and this is four years ago, maybe after A', while Joe Marr was like, you know what?
TREY GERRALD:I'm taking this off of the profile.
TREY GERRALD:Like
CHELSEY DONN:right.
CHELSEY DONN:It's ridiculous, right?
TREY GERRALD:I'm A' legit business 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Right.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:Interesting.
VOICEOVER:There's A' reply.
CHELSEY DONN:Is that why you were not answering me when 'I kept
CHELSEY DONN:Trey,
TREY GERRALD:right, so now Joey has A' reply to Joe Mar's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joey's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joe Mar's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply of Joey's review.
TREY GERRALD:So Joey's
CHELSEY DONN:can only imagine.
CHELSEY DONN:He's gonna make himself look fabulous.
TREY GERRALD:updated, now you are taking it to the next level.
TREY GERRALD:'I 'I.
TREY GERRALD:Don't know how you got those five stars.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh my God,
TREY GERRALD:All your family Pro Ben, you talk about bad karma, you will be judged appropriately
CHELSEY DONN:Jesus.
TREY GERRALD:A' future, bro 'I.
TREY GERRALD:If you come off right to mistakes that you Made is A' better approach, and most
TREY GERRALD:Throwing lies, accusations, and turning this on me did not help you at all.
CHELSEY DONN:my God.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:This A' soap opera.
CHELSEY DONN:mean the karma comment again, it's sitting similar to the narcissist comment.
CHELSEY DONN:'I
TREY GERRALD:Yes, it's,
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:It's just, it's kind of funny to me that Joey is sitting on their high horse thinking that this
CHELSEY DONN:Stop.
CHELSEY DONN:What are you trying to achieve from this Joey?
CHELSEY DONN:Like end it already like nowhere.
CHELSEY DONN:In your original review is there.
CHELSEY DONN:A', A', Complaint, that 'I think.
CHELSEY DONN:Anyone would think is valid, so let's just like start there.
CHELSEY DONN:Your only Complaint is that this person didn't get back to you right away.
CHELSEY DONN:Not that they did shitty work.
TREY GERRALD:No, it's not even that ChelseyBD.
TREY GERRALD:It's that they haven't gotten back to me yet.
CHELSEY DONN:right.
CHELSEY DONN:Immediately, and, and then in the reply they said like, oh, 'I tried to get back to you.
CHELSEY DONN:'I didn't.
CHELSEY DONN:My bad.
CHELSEY DONN:Like they did what you said they should have done, which is 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Own up to what they did wrong, which they did.
CHELSEY DONN:So what is Joey talking about?
CHELSEY DONN:The only person that keeps like going lower and lower and lower is Joey and 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Feel like Joe Mar is just responding.
CHELSEY DONN:But this is like A' soap opera at this point.
CHELSEY DONN:'I feel like
TREY GERRALD:the spelling and grammar gets worse and worse every time.
TREY GERRALD:It's almost.
CHELSEY DONN:and that's the other thing.
CHELSEY DONN:Yes.
CHELSEY DONN:Thank you for bringing that up.
CHELSEY DONN:Who is actually spending quality time on this Joe Mar?
CHELSEY DONN:At least you can understand what he's saying.
CHELSEY DONN:It's just like ridiculous And
VOICEOVER:There is A' reply.
CHELSEY DONN:Stop it.
CHELSEY DONN:Trey.
TREY GERRALD:All right, ChelseyBD.
TREY GERRALD:So now Joe Mar has A' reply to Joey's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joe Mar's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joey's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joe Mar's.
TREY GERRALD:Reply to Joey's review.
CHELSEY DONN:I'm rooting for you, Joe
TREY GERRALD:All right, here we go, Joey.
TREY GERRALD:In response to the last paragraph you added, 'I made no mistakes, brother.
TREY GERRALD:The message didn't go through as the picture proves, and 'I didn't lie.
TREY GERRALD:At any point in our interaction, you said 'I didn't get back to you for three days when
TREY GERRALD:Let people come to their own conclusions.
TREY GERRALD:I'm not afraid of that, and have nothing to hide.
TREY GERRALD:'I even texted you that we could still gladly help you, that the property is but five blocks
TREY GERRALD:You just hit me up again, man.
TREY GERRALD:Plain and simple, brother.
TREY GERRALD:I'm human and do forget stuff, which 'I swear wasn't the case here.
TREY GERRALD:'I was waiting for you to get back to me.
TREY GERRALD:For some reason you took A' personal and left A' bad review.
TREY GERRALD:That's fine man.
TREY GERRALD:But like 'I said, the picture is up and my message didn't go through.
TREY GERRALD:'I caps never let people hanging.
TREY GERRALD:Whether 'I can take the job or not, it's all good.
TREY GERRALD:You are just A' hard man to please and you have the right to be.
TREY GERRALD:You have left 21 Yelp reviews to other businesses.
TREY GERRALD:16, which are one or two stars, and in eight years you are the first
TREY GERRALD:Instead of sending A' simple text like, Hey, are we still on?
TREY GERRALD:And your whole review was about you feeling 'I just ignored you, but the picture of
TREY GERRALD:And still, you left A' bad review, but that says more about you than me.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:Queen, Jomar,
TREY GERRALD:mic drop motherfucker.
CHELSEY DONN:Jomar.
CHELSEY DONN:We are in such agreement.
CHELSEY DONN:Everything that 'I said in my initial assessment was confirmed here.
CHELSEY DONN:Like Joey was so but hurt now.
CHELSEY DONN:'I hate that expression.
CHELSEY DONN:Joey was so.
CHELSEY DONN:by this exchange with Joe Mar 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Don't know if this is just Joey's Mo as was pointed out by the fact that they
CHELSEY DONN:'I think that was A' Queenly move.
CHELSEY DONN:'I did sort of feel like as this was going on.
CHELSEY DONN:'I can't believe that Joe Mar is still entertaining this.
CHELSEY DONN:But each time it gets better and better.
CHELSEY DONN:You're like, wow, this Joey guy is A' real jerk.
CHELSEY DONN:And even still Joe Mar's.
CHELSEY DONN:Like, I'll work with you man.
CHELSEY DONN:I'll work with you brother.
CHELSEY DONN:'I don't got A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Problem with it.
CHELSEY DONN:If you wanna call me up, I'm here.
CHELSEY DONN:That's A' Queenly move.
TREY GERRALD:'I think so too, and like 'I.
TREY GERRALD:Don't think Joey deserves it.
CHELSEY DONN:'I don't think that most people would be able to have this much composure.
TREY GERRALD:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:In full disclosure here, obviously when you look at Yelp, it's like Joey's review.
TREY GERRALD:Then there's two enters, then the first reply, then two enters updated, and then you have Joe
TREY GERRALD:Then you have an enter the update.
TREY GERRALD:Then you have an enter.
TREY GERRALD:So I'm sort of broke it up so that it would be linear.
CHELSEY DONN:No, I'm glad that you did.
CHELSEY DONN:You're seeing the back and forth
TREY GERRALD:But you literally say the points, and then Joe Mar
TREY GERRALD:Review.
TREY GERRALD:Queen.
CHELSEY DONN:Joe Mar is A' Review Queen.
CHELSEY DONN:No doubt.
CHELSEY DONN:No doubt.
CHELSEY DONN:Five crowns for Joe
TREY GERRALD:but I'm even with you because I'm like, oh my God, Joe
TREY GERRALD:Why do they keep
TREY GERRALD:responding?
TREY GERRALD:And, but then every time it's an even slicker slam dunk, 'I mean it is wild.
CHELSEY DONN:it is.
CHELSEY DONN:'I would hope that Joey would learn something from this interaction 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Don't think that
TREY GERRALD:Learn something from this
CHELSEY DONN:We were rooting for you.
CHELSEY DONN:We were all rooting for you.
TREY GERRALD:when my mother yells at me like this.
TREY GERRALD:That's because she loves me.
TREY GERRALD:All right, so 'I don't really know how to proceed from here.
TREY GERRALD:Would you like to crown Joey and then Crown Joe Mar, or do we feel unanimous that Joe Mar like
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think we feel unanimous.
CHELSEY DONN:We can hold it up for official purposes, but I'm giving five crowns to Joe
TREY GERRALD:'I am giving five crowns to
CHELSEY DONN:Joe Mar's.
CHELSEY DONN:A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Review Queen.
CHELSEY DONN:Joe Mar, if you're listening, I'm so excited that in the after show, 'I, get
CHELSEY DONN:You are absolutely A' Review.
CHELSEY DONN:Queen.
TREY GERRALD:without question.
TREY GERRALD:And Joe Mar gives away what 'I was gonna save to the end.
TREY GERRALD:This is the single one-star review.
TREY GERRALD:Out of the 58 reviews 'I.
TREY GERRALD:And there have been four years
CHELSEY DONN:Still to this day,
TREY GERRALD:This is the only one star review.
TREY GERRALD:So considering all of the replies, should we crown Joey?
CHELSEY DONN:Absolutely.
CHELSEY DONN:Absolutely.
TREY GERRALD:So ChelseyBD and 'I have our own set of zero to five crown cards.
TREY GERRALD:In an effort to be fair and not influenced by one another, we will simultaneously reveal our rating.
VOICEOVER:The Queens are Tabulating.
VOICEOVER:A', Total, Score.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:Zero crowns.
CHELSEY DONN:I'm assuming that's zero Crowns from Trey cuz there's nothing on there.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:This is A' unanimous.
CHELSEY DONN:So 'I was thinking about this cause 'I had A' feeling that this was gonna happen.
CHELSEY DONN:We need to have A' name for this, like 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:A' Royal dance or like A' Royal Poo or something like that because this
CHELSEY DONN:Wish that 'I could like you as much as 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Love Joey Lawrence.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, but 'I, don't 'I give you an oh for zero, Joey.
CHELSEY DONN:You only helped the business.
CHELSEY DONN:Your review had the complete opposite effect of your intention.
CHELSEY DONN:How could 'I give you any crowns when your review is irrelevant, my friend?
CHELSEY DONN:So 'I hope that you have grown in the four years and Joe Mark, congratulations Joey.
CHELSEY DONN:Can't touch A' baby.
CHELSEY DONN:Why Zero Crowns from you Trey?
TREY GERRALD:'I mean, I'm just.
CHELSEY DONN:A' Royal
TREY GERRALD:There 'I, there is an impact but it's absurdly the
TREY GERRALD:So 'I couldn't even do A' Half Crown for impact.
TREY GERRALD:It seems like just so much mania over on Joey's side.
TREY GERRALD:That only makes me like wow.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah, exactly.
TREY GERRALD:Well, 'I feel like we should take this opportunity to take A' break
CHELSEY DONN:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:cuz 'I want to hear someone sing Joe Mars praises other than you and me.
CHELSEY DONN:Thank you.
CHELSEY DONN:Me too.
CHELSEY DONN:Love it.
CHELSEY DONN:B R b.
TREY GERRALD:B r b.
VOICEOVER:Hold your crown.
VOICEOVER:We'll be right back.
TREY GERRALD:It's game time.
TREY GERRALD:All right, ChelseyBD.
TREY GERRALD:So 'I have created A' game today for you and the listeners.
TREY GERRALD:Today we're gonna be playing A' fun game that has nothing to do with anything and yet has A'.
TREY GERRALD:Everything to do with everything.
TREY GERRALD:So today our game is called Bob the Builder, or Bob Villa, which
CHELSEY DONN:Wait, wait, wait.
CHELSEY DONN:Bob the builder or Bob Vila.
TREY GERRALD:yes.
CHELSEY DONN:Wait, remind me who Bob Villa is.
CHELSEY DONN:'I, like know him by name, but I'm forgetting.
TREY GERRALD:Okay, 'I am so excited.
TREY GERRALD:You're gonna tell me which Bob it is.
TREY GERRALD:Is it Bob The Builder, which is A' very famous children's television series
TREY GERRALD:or.
TREY GERRALD:Bob?
TREY GERRALD:Vela, who was A' very famous,
CHELSEY DONN:chef.
TREY GERRALD:um, house renovation person.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:He used to host A' show called This Old House, and many people in
CHELSEY DONN:Yes.
CHELSEY DONN:Yes.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:This is sounding familiar now.
TREY GERRALD:So Bob Vila was like, like A' Thai Pennington, but like in the
CHELSEY DONN:Good one.
CHELSEY DONN:Love.
CHELSEY DONN:A' Thai.
CHELSEY DONN:Pennington.
TREY GERRALD:So, yeah.
TREY GERRALD:So 'I have 11 questions.
TREY GERRALD:The last one is A' super bonus, and then you're just gonna tell me if it's builder or vila.
CHELSEY DONN:Builder
TREY GERRALD:Do you feel ready?
CHELSEY DONN:as ready as I'm gonna be.
TREY GERRALD:All right.
TREY GERRALD:Here we go.
TREY GERRALD:ChelseyBD,
CHELSEY DONN:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:which Bob is British.
CHELSEY DONN:Ooh, Vila.
CHELSEY DONN:No, Bob, the builder is British.
TREY GERRALD:So unfortunately, Bob the builder, was originally voiced by A' British
CHELSEY DONN:Wow.
TREY GERRALD:voiceover artist.
CHELSEY DONN:Shocking.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:here we go.
TREY GERRALD:Which Bob served in the Peace Corps 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh my god.
CHELSEY DONN:'I mean this has to be Villa A', unless we're talking about the voiceover artist.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, thank
TREY GERRALD:Good job.
TREY GERRALD:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:Bob Vela, after graduating Florida State University, served in the Peace Corps.
CHELSEY DONN:One and one.
TREY GERRALD:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:Which Bob has the catchphrase.
TREY GERRALD:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:We can 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:God 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Wish 'I knew.
CHELSEY DONN:Vela, 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Either one of these more builder.
TREY GERRALD:Very good.
CHELSEY DONN:Woo.
TREY GERRALD:Also, former President Barack Obama's catchphrase,
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, okay.
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah, that's true.
TREY GERRALD:which Bob had A' spinoff with the exact same title as the original series
CHELSEY DONN:Ooh, Villa.
CHELSEY DONN:No.
TREY GERRALD:No, that was wrong.
TREY GERRALD:Unfortunately, it was Bob the builder,
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
CHELSEY DONN:We're tied again.
CHELSEY DONN:Two and two.
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
TREY GERRALD:which Bob had the longest running series.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Builder.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, thank
TREY GERRALD:right Bob, the builder currently has had 20 seasons, and Bob Vela, his longest stretch
CHELSEY DONN:still A' lot.
TREY GERRALD:So many, right?
TREY GERRALD:Like how many houses are you gonna redo?
CHELSEY DONN:apparently A' lot.
CHELSEY DONN:Geez.
TREY GERRALD:Which Bob had A' partnership with Craftsman Tools.
CHELSEY DONN:Ooh.
CHELSEY DONN:Villa.
CHELSEY DONN:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:correct.
CHELSEY DONN:Glad 'I got it right.
TREY GERRALD:Which Bob has A' fraternal twin brother.
CHELSEY DONN:Ooh, 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Say builder, just cuz it's fun, but probably Villa.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh, builder.
CHELSEY DONN:I'm right.
TREY GERRALD:You're right.
TREY GERRALD:So Bob, the builder's twin brother's name is Tom
CHELSEY DONN:Tom's not A' builder, though.
TREY GERRALD:'I.
TREY GERRALD:Think Tom is A' Builder.
TREY GERRALD:'I.
TREY GERRALD:Don't know.
TREY GERRALD:Actually, I've never seen Bob the builder,
CHELSEY DONN:Me neither.
TREY GERRALD:which Bob is A' cat lover, 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Ooh.
CHELSEY DONN:Hmm.
CHELSEY DONN:B?
CHELSEY DONN:No.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:Builder.
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
TREY GERRALD:Unfortunately, that's
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:That's A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Great answer.
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
TREY GERRALD:So the very first episode of Bob the builder is about Bob's kitty cat.
CHELSEY DONN:Mm.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:Is Bob like really strong?
CHELSEY DONN:'I 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:Think
TREY GERRALD:Listeners call in and tell
CHELSEY DONN:A'.
CHELSEY DONN:There's gone 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:I'm trying to imagine what 'I don't know.
CHELSEY DONN:All
TREY GERRALD:Okay, we have two more questions and then we have our
TREY GERRALD:A' finger.
CHELSEY DONN:Ooh, Vila.
CHELSEY DONN:Builders missing A' finger.
TREY GERRALD:Unfortunately, Bob the builder only has four fingers on his hands.
CHELSEY DONN:Both hands
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
CHELSEY DONN:because of an accident or because the person that drew him drew him with four hands.
TREY GERRALD:So in the original series, Bob, the builder, had four fingers, but in the spinoff,
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
CHELSEY DONN:'I thought it'd be kind of cool if Bob Vila only had four fingers.
CHELSEY DONN:'I thought it'd be kind of A' gangster, but
TREY GERRALD:Well, thank you.
TREY GERRALD:That's why 'I made that A'
CHELSEY DONN:Yeah, that was A' Good one.
CHELSEY DONN:That was A' Good one.
TREY GERRALD:the final question before our bonus round.
CHELSEY DONN:There's A' bonus.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:Which Bob has A' wife named Wendy,
CHELSEY DONN:Oh gee Villa.
CHELSEY DONN:No.
TREY GERRALD:unfortunately
TREY GERRALD:that's A' wrong answer.
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
CHELSEY DONN:Five and five.
TREY GERRALD:Villa's wife's name is Diane
CHELSEY DONN:'I didn't even know that Bob, the builder was married.
TREY GERRALD:So Bob the builder, has A' female coworker named Wendy, who
CHELSEY DONN:wow.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay.
CHELSEY DONN:All
TREY GERRALD:All right.
TREY GERRALD:so,
CHELSEY DONN:I'm A' loser.
TREY GERRALD:but wait, we have A' bonus round, so this is gonna be worth three points.
CHELSEY DONN:Okay, but 'I don't lose points or do 'I lose three.
TREY GERRALD:you won't lose
CHELSEY DONN:'I only have the ability to get ahead or stay failing.
TREY GERRALD:So if you get this right, you will get three, which will make you A'
CHELSEY DONN:A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Winner, okay?
TREY GERRALD:Okay.
TREY GERRALD:Are you ready?
TREY GERRALD:Yeah.
TREY GERRALD:Which Bob has their own line of tools.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh my God.
CHELSEY DONN:'I, I'm gonna say builder cuz 'I feel like Villa A' would be the obvious.
CHELSEY DONN:So I'm gonna say builder, I'm wrong.
TREY GERRALD:So your bonus round was A' trick question.
TREY GERRALD:They both have their own line
CHELSEY DONN:That's not fair.
CHELSEY DONN:So 'I, nobody would guess Both.
TREY GERRALD:Call me Joey.
TREY GERRALD:Oh cuz.
TREY GERRALD:'I, incredulous, 'I.
CHELSEY DONN:All right.
CHELSEY DONN:'I lost.
CHELSEY DONN:Did you beat me?
CHELSEY DONN:Let us know.
CHELSEY DONN:1 8 50 review.
CHELSEY DONN:Zero.
VOICEOVER:Review, That, Review.
CHELSEY DONN:All right, we're back from that.
CHELSEY DONN:'I didn't feel roed because 'I lost Game break.
CHELSEY DONN:'I.
CHELSEY DONN:The only
TREY GERRALD:you.
TREY GERRALD:were even
CHELSEY DONN:you.
CHELSEY DONN:'I really was 'I know.
CHELSEY DONN:'I was, and then you know, 'I questioned myself on A'.
CHELSEY DONN:Few of those 'I really gotta go with your gut instinct.
CHELSEY DONN:It's all right.
CHELSEY DONN:Trey has come to play with these last two games.
CHELSEY DONN:I'm not mad at it.
CHELSEY DONN:It's A' compliment to you, Trey that I'm sucking so badly.
CHELSEY DONN:And with that in mind, is it time to hear the flip side?
TREY GERRALD:Yes.
TREY GERRALD:'I.
TREY GERRALD:Can't wait.
TREY GERRALD:A', right.
TREY GERRALD:Here we go.
TREY GERRALD:Tell
CHELSEY DONN:All right, well we are gonna hear A' totally different
CHELSEY DONN:Very positive five star review that three people found useful.

CHELSEY DONN:You know, 'I just realized that 'I was getting record.
CHELSEY DONN:Ralph and Bob the builder confused in my head cuz 'I think that there's like A', there's something
CHELSEY DONN:Are together in like A' Pixar show that 'I watched with the
TREY GERRALD:maybe
CHELSEY DONN:Maybe in record.
CHELSEY DONN:Ralph is record Ralph in Bob the builder.
CHELSEY DONN:Cuz Bob the builder is like the little, like, I'm nice, I'm Bob the builder.
CHELSEY DONN:'I got A' little hat on, right?
CHELSEY DONN:And then record Ralph is like, 'I record big,
TREY GERRALD:don't know.
TREY GERRALD:'I don't know the whole universe, but that sounds very possible.
CHELSEY DONN:does not sound right.
CHELSEY DONN:So maybe 'I did so bad on the game because 'I had record Ralph
TREY GERRALD:That's probably what it is.
CHELSEY DONN:That's why.
CHELSEY DONN:Oh man,
TREY GERRALD:hear, oh, watch.
CHELSEY DONN:listen, the frustration is real.
CHELSEY DONN:What can 'I say?
