Welcome back to another episode of health hacks. This month. I'm doing random health hacks throughout the month, small, quick things that you can do and easily implement into your life in order to create change. And with that today, I'm starting with small hinges swing big doors. And what does that mean? It means that big shifts don't happen overnight. It's the tiniest changes repeated consistently that build momentum and create lasting transformation. And that's the magic of micro habits. Think of a micro habit as a daily action that's so small it almost feels effortless and that you can easily build on top of another habit. For instance, having one glass of water before you drink your coffee, or taking five deep cleansing breaths, inhaling and exhaling deeply before you open your laptop for the day, or even two minutes of stretching the moment you get out of bed, they may not sound like much, however, stacked over time, they retrain your brain and your body to operate in a new way. And micro habits are powerful because they literally bypass resistance, because they're so easy, you don't say no. And so this week, I invite you to stack one new micro habit onto something you already do. And here's how literally identify a habit that you already have, like brushing your teeth, stack a new habit on top of it, like doing 10 squats or reciting an affirmation while you brush your teeth for the squats or reciting the affirmation immediately before brushing your teeth as an example, and repeat it daily. And before you know, these little actions snowball into bigger shifts. And the best part is you'll feel proud of yourself for sticking with it, and that confidence grows with every repetition. And remember, it's not about being perfect. It's about being consistent.
