Heather MastersI'm Heather Masters and over the last couple of weeks, I've been looking at clearing and getting clarity around your life.
Heather MastersSo clearing those blocks, clearing the emotional baggage, clearing the environment around you that might be blocking you.
Heather MastersAnd we've gone through some tips about clearing and this week we've been focusing on clarity.
Heather MastersHow do you gain clarity around what you want?
Heather MastersHow do you gain clarity about where you are so that it's much easier to decide your way forward?
Heather MastersAnd today I want to do a bit of a summary of how they work together.
Heather MastersI'm going to explore how releasing fear can empower you to create a future designed by your own desires and intentions, creating what you want.
Heather MastersAnd as we're coming to the end of the year, it's really important, I believe, to get the clearing and clarity before you begin to set goals or set intentions for 2025.
Heather MastersSo we've also always, we've also gone through identifying what you want and we've touched on values and your core values and your identity.
Heather MastersUnderstanding those are essential because they guide your decision.
Heather MastersSo getting clear on those is essential before you go into 2025 and set your goals.
Heather MastersBecause I've mentioned in previous videos, it's about knowing who you think you are now and who the real you is inside, as well as identifying that version of you who can create what you want.
Heather MastersBecause if you were already being that version, you'd already have what you want in your life.
Heather MastersSo it's about really getting clear on that and then setting intentions in alignment with your future self, if you like, the one you want to step into.
Heather MastersAnd I, I believe personally that that version of you is already there.
Heather MastersAnd it's about releasing the layers that prevent you from being that person and setting those intentions for 2025 that are in alignment with where you want to be.
Heather MastersAnd use those intentions then as your North Star, that guide you through the chaos of everyday life, of the shifts that happen out of the blue, which seem to be happening more at the moment.
Heather MastersNow, fear can be one of the major things that hold us back, and I haven't really touched on that in too much detail.
Heather MastersFear can be paralyzing.
Heather MastersIt can put us in freeze mode and hold us back from stepping up and pursuing what we really want.
Heather MastersWe, we put ourselves in a box of limitation around where we think we can actually get to.
Heather MastersSo acknowledging your fears, especially as we come towards the end of the air, really sitting down, taking some time out, switching off your phone, switching off social media, and just writing down what scares you, what what's blocking you.
Heather MastersAnd recognizing those fears is, you know, can be the first step to overcoming them because we can't overcome what we don't acknowledge.
Heather MastersAnd we've already talked a little bit about transforming your mindset and I've gone through some techniques over the last week around how you can do that and to shift from a fear based perspective to one of possibility and opportunity and to begin living like you've never lived before.
Heather MastersReally, really stepping into that version of yourself who is living life to the full, irrespective of what's happening around you.
Heather MastersThat's the importance of releasing those fears.
Heather MastersBecause those fears block us even from seeing the possibilities that may be right in front of us, those opportunities that turn up every day.
Heather MastersBut because we've got those fear glasses on, we don't see what's there for us.
Heather MastersSo clearing fear from your life by, as I say, journaling acknowledging those fears and then asking yourself how real those fears are, how likely they are to occur, and what's the opposite we.
Heather MastersI talked about reframing.
Heather MastersIf you listen to my podcast yesterday, I talked about using reframing as a way of moving past fears and moving past limiting beliefs.
Heather MastersSo how can you turn that fear into an opportunity?
Heather MastersWhat is the lesson it's teaching you?
Heather MastersWhat is the opportunity that's there that you may not have seen yet because you haven't taken a moment to look at what you're learning, what's beyond the fear, what you can move through to out of your comfort zone, what's beyond your comfort zone, what are the possibilities that maybe you haven't seen before?
Heather MastersAnd next week I'm going to be focusing on creating your future.
Heather MastersSo we're moving into the creation part.
Heather MastersAnd once you've got clarity, once you feel fearless, once you've released a lot of the emotional blocks, then you're ready to create your future.
Heather MastersYou're ready to set those goals, you're ready to create that vision that you can truly step into.
Heather MastersAnd can you imagine what your ideal life looks like and what steps you need to take to get there?
Heather MastersSo that's something that we're going to focus on next week and we're going to hopefully then make a commitment to change, to decide that you're going to take actions towards that vision, towards that goal next year.
Heather MastersCommitment is vital for transformation.
Heather MastersAnd I mean all in full desired commitment, not maybes, not.
Heather MastersI'm going to try.
Heather MastersTrying.
Heather MastersThere is no try, remember?
Heather MastersSo some practical techniques that you can use over the Weekend before we get into the creation to clear out those beliefs and set new intentions, I'm always mentioning journaling.
Heather MastersMy journaling course is the link is in the show notes and in the comments below.
Heather MastersAnd you can use journaling to write about your fears and desires and as I say, use the process to maybe write down a fear, reframe it, and use some evidence in the third column that proves that that fear is unfounded.
Heather MastersIf you can do that, spend a few minutes each day visualizing what you really want.
Heather MastersAnd if you like, digging deep into the visualization so you might feel, you know, I really want a car, but what's the purpose?
Heather MastersOf what?
Heather MastersOf wanting a car.
Heather MastersWhy is the car important?
Heather MastersAnd if it's about getting from A to B or freedom, you know, maybe the freedom part is, is the real important thing.
Heather MastersAnd recognizing the emotion about having that car can be important.
Heather MastersSo it gives you that feeling of freedom, that feeling of being able to take control of your own, transport whatever it is for you and really tune into what's beneath, not just the I want a car, but what's the emotion, what's the beneath, the reason for that.
Heather MastersAnd you can create some positive affirmations that help you reinforce your commitment to change in clarity.
Heather MastersSo before you even get to 2025 and you're setting those goals and those intentions, really think about some affirmations that have you seen the end result and reaffirming the end result, but including all of the emotion, the vision, all of the senses that get involved, but especially the feeling of having achieved that.
Heather MastersSo one of the wonderful things that I do each year is write yourself a letter from, you know, date it December 31, 2025, and then write a letter to the present person now about what you've already achieved and some of the things that it took to achieve it.
Heather MastersAnd that as a journaling exercise and putting yourself in the shoes, actually stepping into that future version of yourself, looking through your own eyes, seeing what you feeling what you feel, hearing what you hear again, using all those five senses to write that letter back to your younger self now.
Heather MastersAnd as I wrap up today's session, I'm going to invite you to take part in an upcoming program, New Life by Design.

Heather MastersAnd then you go deep on getting really clear about what it is you want for your life.
Heather MastersYou remove all the shoulds, all the wants, all the tries, and actually get to the essence of what it is for you and your unique self that you want for your life going forward.
Heather MastersAnd I think it's a interesting time around the world and probably a really good time to do this reflection.
Heather MastersAnd then in the third section, we work with creation and we work with a lot of woo to create the life of your dreams, your new life by design.
