Speaker:How to make him hard again after he comes? He doesn't get hard
Speaker:for a second round. Men usually have a time where they cannot
Speaker:get another erection, so you have to wait. Sometimes hours,
Speaker:sometimes the next day, depending on how young he is. If
Speaker:he's young, it could be 15 minutes or an hour. But men have
Speaker:a time period where they cannot have another erection. So it
Speaker:depends on how young they are, how healthy they are, in order
Speaker:for them to get another erection as well. Okay? So that is
Speaker:expected. It's not unusual at all. All right? That is
Speaker:expected. And the older they are, the longer is the time. For
Speaker:women, that doesn't happen. Women can have multiple orgasm
Speaker:at one time or multiple ejaculation at one time, but not
Speaker:for men.
Speaker:Is there a treatment for retrograde ejaculation caused
Speaker:after having surgery to get small portion of the bladder
Speaker:removed? Wow, you're probably having that because you probably
Speaker:have scar tissue that is preventing the prostate from
Speaker:propelling the semen out. So this is your bladder. So you
Speaker:said you had surgery to remove portion of your bladder. So your
Speaker:bladder, the urethra, the tube that comes out from your
Speaker:bladder, goes through your prostate. This is your prostate
Speaker:here, and then the urethra. See this tube right here, goes to
Speaker:the penis, right? So when you have your bladder removed, this
Speaker:right here is called a seminal vesicle, which is where sperm is
Speaker:stored, which is then released into the prostate, and the
Speaker:prostate mix semen, the fluid that is mixing with the sperm.
Speaker:So when you have bladder surgery, probably for the
Speaker:surgery itself, or healing from the surgery, it causes scar
Speaker:tissue that is close to the prostate, and that way the scar
Speaker:tissue, it's affecting how the prostate propel the semen out
Speaker:outside, but now it's going back. So what's happening is
Speaker:that there's scar tissue in there. So it will be worthwhile,
Speaker:and we can help you with this in the office. Is that we do a
Speaker:prostate protocol to shrink the prostate, and then also to
Speaker:shrink the prostate, and then you probably need a little bit
Speaker:of stem cell in the prostate to restore more blood flow as well.
Speaker:That's what we do. We inject in your own stem cell your body
Speaker:into the prostate to restore more blood flow. And then we
Speaker:also do the electromagnetic therapy from here into the
Speaker:rectal so that way the prostate itself doesn't become flowing
Speaker:up, and that's what causes the retrograde ejaculation. But
Speaker:also, don't neglect pelvic muscles. These are the pelvic
Speaker:muscles right here, and these muscles here are the muscles

Speaker:penis. So these pelvic muscles here can be weak. So when it's

Speaker:So if you are pre diabetic, overweight, have stress, and
Speaker:your diet is pretty poor, is that the main blame for the
Speaker:problem of ED, or is it on the head? Well, it's probably the
Speaker:main blame for the problem of ED. It's not in your head,
Speaker:because if you fix your diet and follow the Mediterranean diet,

Speaker:risk to have ED than men without diabetes. And pre diabetic,

Speaker:five to seven minutes. Very tasty. Potato as a whole, it's
Speaker:actually very good. It's not considered a bad carb at all. I
Speaker:just given you my favorite potato recipe. It will take you
Speaker:10 minutes to make it, and you want to eat the potato with the
Speaker:skin on it as well. Simple, just olive oil, salt and pepper,
Speaker:throw it in the oven, or you can even throw it in air fryer and
Speaker:pick potato option, cook it. So the Mediterranean diet is more
Speaker:lean meat, more vegetables, eat fruit. Eat anything that the
Speaker:Earth grows for you. The Earth doesn't grow French fries. Earth
Speaker:doesn't grow a donut. Earth doesn't grow dessert. Eat what
Speaker:the Earth grows for you, essentially. Just eat less red
Speaker:meat. But you can reverse your ED. Start now. And the last

Speaker:many men give up. They give up too early. I want you to know
Speaker:what's possible for you. I want you to know that you can do
Speaker:this. It will take time, but you will see the result.

Speaker:don't need a doctor. All you need is probably a doctor to get

Speaker:control, that you can do something about it. Don't let ED
Speaker:run your life. Get your blood work, find out if you're
Speaker:diabetic, find out if you have high cholesterol, and find out
Speaker:if your kidneys are okay, find out if you're anemic. That's how
Speaker:what blood work will help you with. In the way you can really
Speaker:solve your ed by the four pillars, diet, exercise, sleep,
Speaker:stress, really honestly. That is your roadmap there. If you start
Speaker:now and be consistent every day, be consistent, you will see
Speaker:result. You will see result within 90 days. Some of my
Speaker:patients are seeing result within six weeks. And then you
