Hi, welcome back to another episode. We're diving into something that, you know, we love talking about here on the podcast. Ma ni there's so many, many podcast episodes at this point, living in the podcast. And I feel like when I listen to other people's podcasts, I'm always so excited when I see that there's a lot of money podcasts. Um, maybe it's just me, but maybe you feel the same. As entrepreneurs, money's a big part of our lives, because if we're not making money as entrepreneurs, especially for full time in business, there's a lot of stress that comes with that. There's a lot of pressure there's bills that need to be paid there's life. That wants to be lived there's freedom that wants to be created. And so I know you know this, but it is literally like my life mission, helping women make fuckloads of money. Knowing what to do with their money and becoming really wealthy women, not just making money. I think making money in business is so cool, but I want women to have money starting the month with thousands coming in, making more than you ever thought was possible. It's like, holy poop. I cannot believe I'm doing the fucking thing. That's what we're here to do. That's what we're here to do. So we're going to dive in today to some money shifts that have really helped me in my business over the last couple of years that I still implement to this day, sometimes day to day. And I also teach this to my clients and you can walk away from today's episode being able to do this inside of your business. So let's get to it. The first thing, when it comes to money and business. Play and show up like it's working so often as entrepreneurs. If things are not going to plan, I'm using air quotes. I know you can't see me here, but I'm using air quotes. As I say. If things aren't going the way in which we thought and, or wished and or hoped in that moment, what can happen is we start to operate from like worst case scenario and, or preparing for it, not to work out because it makes things easier. Literally if you're planning for it, not to work out, you're doing things and probably self-sabotaging so that. Suck as much when it doesn't go your way. Right. And so what I want to instill in you, whatever you're selling, whatever you're doing right now in business, the goals, the money, the posting, the selling, the offers play and show up like it's working every single day. Even if things are silent, every single business owner, at some point experiences, this where they've made money, things are rocking and it's like, everyone wants to work with me. And it's like, Everyone under work with me last month, I wrote one to work with me last week. And like this week it's like crickets. And sometimes when people don't reach out for like a week or two weeks or three weeks, it feels like an eternity. I get it. I've been there. I know that feeling. And in those moments, they're fleeting they're moments. They don't last forever. I promise you. What's so important at we'll shift. This is if you continue to show up and play like it's working. Okay. Not just play and show up, like it's working when it's working. Does that make any sense? You catch my drift. That's number one, number two, deciding how money making and receiving gets to be for you. I currently have a standard and feel free to try this on for size. If you're like, Ooh, I'm vibing. I like that. I currently have a standard that moneymaking and receiving gets to be really simple and easy. I just believe that like, it gets to be really simple. It gets to be easy. I get to make money. When I'm sitting on my couch, watching Netflix with my partner, I get to make money. When I'm on the treadmill, I get to make money. When I'm on vacation, I get to. I get to make money when I'm on coaching calls. Like I get to make money all the time. Like it gets to be so simple and so easy. I get to have so many clients reaching out to me all the time. Like that's a standard I decided on. That's how it gets to me. That's the standard I uphold not when I'm sitting on Instagram all day obsessing about where the clients are. Like, that's not the vibe. I don't want that. And I don't want that for you. Um, and I was recently having a conversation with one of my mentors and I want to pour this into you. We were just talking about growth, et cetera. Um, and something, she said, you know, something I like to ask myself often. And my clients is like, how often are you checking your DMS? Like, how often are you checking your DMS? Like waiting for people to pop in and be like, I want to work with you. That's obsessive behavior. And it's fine if you knew it, but it's probably not the way in which you're hoping to make money. And it probably doesn't feel support easy. So what does. Simple and easy feel like for you or what does, and how is the vibe that you want to receive money? Like how do you want to receive and make money? What is that for you? Do you want it to be hard? You want it to be easy? Like, what is that for? You decide that set that standard. Like, I literally have a standard Khan makes fun of me, but my watch is attached to my phone. And so when invoices get paid, my watch goes off and it's like, congratulations, you've been paid. Or like, your funds are on the way. Yes. Like so grateful and like, so bad-ass when that happens. And like, literally my watch tells me, and I'm sitting on the couch, watching TV, I'm available for simple, easy money and soulmate clients always coming in. Like that's the vibe. So decide on how making money and receiving gets to be. The next thing is give less fucks. I've been talking about this, like scattering this into the last couple of episodes, but it's something I'm really leaning into. Currently. I want to pour into you that literally I know that this sounds broad and I not saying not to care, I want to be very clear about this, but literally like the less obsessed I am about everything. Clients' money people coming in offer. The more it's working in my favor and I want to pour that into you. Just like obsess a little less. Your business is not your baby. Your life is not, does not revolve around your business. So obsessing about what to post, when to post what's the perfect thing. Like, I don't want to insult people. I don't know how to share client testimonials. Yes. All of it. You know how to do it. I know if you're listening to my podcast, you already are making money. I know that you've at least had one sale. If not, my guess is so many by now. And you're making, you're making good money and you're ready to go to six figures. At least if not multiple six figures, seven figures. If you're in my world, I know that about you give less fucks. You already know what you're doing. If you've made money and you've made sales, like you got this. You got this trust yourself a little more and give less fucks and live your life. Those are moneymaking, like living your life and like taking time off is a money-making activity. And I don't mean taking time off and then obsessively checking social media or checking your email. Like no, no, take actual time off. Be in the present. Live your life. You will make so much more money to do. Now with this, do you want to add a little bit strategy shifts in here? Because if you've been in my world for a while, or if you're new to me, something to know about me is I'm all about strategy, but I'm also about the mindset and the spiritual work. I think it's so beautiful and it works so well when it's combined. So if you come into my world, I'm first of all, I'm so happy that you're here, but secondly is you're going to get both. You're going to get both because from my experience, from a mentor standpoint, It works. I am where I am today in business making multiple six figures on our way to seven figures because of this work, because of combining it. Um, and I personally, in my opinion, these are my words don't believe that one works without the other. I just don't believe that. Especially if you're wanting to scale your business, there's gotta be strategy. And then there's got, you gotta get the fuck out of your own way. So there's gotta be mindset work and there's gotta be in our work and there's got to be spiritual work. Like it's all combined as all combined and it's juicy and it works. So what I want to add to this of making more money, transforming where you're at with your income in your business and something that I've been playing with over the last, especially the last few year, and I've been doing this deep work with my client. Only create offers that you love, and then only create offers that give you freedom to self launch or no launch play in this. I think that this industry is beautiful and amazing, and there's so many ways that you can run with. I want to repeat that there's so many ways that you can run a business. So right now, if you're feeling strapped by your business, if money feels hard, or if it feels like I'm running my business launch to launch, or I only make money when I'm showing up, it feels terrifying not to show up. I feel like I need to be on all the time. I feel like I need to create offers all the time, or I need to bring back offers that I don't even love anymore because I'm just like, where's the money going to come from? You know, the vibe you get it, you know, if I'm speaking to you right now and you're like, whew, this is resonated. Messaged me on Instagram. Just like, let me know, let me know that you listened. Let me know that, like I touched your heart revive in. I've been here. Like I've been here. That's why I know I get it. I get it. I want it to burn my whole business to the ground last summer. I was like, fuck this shit. This is hard. I'm making money, but damn I never a second to breathe. And I did this just wasn't for me. Long-term that like, wasn't the way in which I wanted to massively scale. So I had to change. And I got rid of a lot of offers that weren't serving me, or I revamped a lot of offers and I took launching out of them and I made them open enrollment. I gave my se self the space to continually sell them. When I have spaces open my income no longer is dependent on one-to-one clients. Like I only take on one-to-one clients when I genuinely feel the nudge to open up space and work with more women at that intimate level, because one-to-one. Is the best thing ever. Think about my one-to-one coaching, like the best thing ever, the women in their skyrocket, we move so quickly and I'm so intertwined in their businesses and it's just, it's magic, it's magic. And so I didn't want my business to be dependent on opening that, to fund it. So how to change things. And that has made me so much more. So I want you to play with that. Like, if you are right now, you're like, ah, making money, but like, I can't sustain this for the long-term. We want to make some changes. This is a big part of what we're doing inside of money mastery, because the way in which you make money is important, the things that you're selling is important, the structure of your business is important. Moving forward. The last. But not least strategy shift I wanted to pour in today's episode is getting out of the obsessive money goals and into more of the vibe of more money. Always. This is something that I've been playing with over the last couple of months, especially as life has been a low wild for us. Um, and we've been, we've just been navigating our new normal. I'm not gonna color-code it. I'm not gonna. I don't know if that's right saying color code. No, I'm not going to sugar coat it, but my mother's sugar going to definitely not color code, but you get, you catch my drift, not going to sugar coat. It we've been, we've been navigating a new normal, and it's been, it's been new. It's been wild. Um, and so, yeah, so with, with this season of my life, I, I literally haven't had the time and, or the bandwidth to create money. And that's, that's new for me. Like I, from the strategy standpoint, I'm a planner. Like I like to know what's coming next. I also like to run off my intuition. I think it's a beautiful combination that I like to play with, but for me, I've always just been a money goal type of person. And recently I was like, I don't really have the bandwidth to create money goals and also like money goals, just like, not a priority in this exact moment. The goal this month is just more money. And then I kind of played with that and I was like, huh, this is working. I set the intention for that in may. And we had our highest catchments month of the year. We had two 14 K cash days. We made 40 K cash in eight days, like magic and miracles and money and incredible things. The most soulmate dreamy clients came into my world in may like, oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I'm so excited to work with these women. If you're listening, I love you. I'm so excited. It was just a vibe and May's intention was more money. Always. There was no income. There was no ceiling. There was no, I have to do this to make this. There was no, like there was no rush energy. There was no like driving myself crazy. Oh my gosh. I'm this far away from my goal. Like I just got rid of it. And that's something that I've just been playing with. Like, if I'm not like feeling into the money goal, I'm just like more money, always play with that. Like what if today as you're listening to me or like, you know, what, what if the goal today and this week was like more money, just more. And that gets to look, however, the fuck you want it to look play with. That kind of is like a nervous system release that happens when you're like, yeah, just more money, always. That's the vibe.
