My weekend's going great.

I'm just going to keep doing it, even though it does disrupt my sleep a little bit.

My resolve for 2022 is to cook more because it really has been something that

Making things in the kitchen, trying out recipes, exploring what that means and

But then as you get older, you know, I really have a more profound understanding

And I think that also just cooking is more.

It's just taking care, taking care of financially, taking care of the family, being together,

So I am declaring for 2022.

So I'm like, are you sure you don't want to maybe cooking, and this is a big step.

So I'm changing the habit.

I think that's smart.

It's setting yourself up for success.

You know, the whole thing about a habit as however many hours, and you got to start small,

I'm trying to like encourage running.

It just makes you feel good.

When I first came here and went to the changing room for the first time I see is a swing day.

So a month in, I notice I get looked at.
