What up, y'?
Speaker BAll?
Speaker BThis is Emily and I'm Lisa, and we are the conscious collaboration.
Speaker AWe just wanted to.
Speaker AIt wants to crack.
Speaker ALike, I'm.
Speaker AYou know.
Speaker BOh, my gosh, my voice is starting to fail me.
Speaker BIt's not because I'm getting sick.
Speaker BI don't want to get sick.
Speaker BBut, you know, I was around a lot of people over the whole Thanksgiving break and I went to see Wicked and I. I'm telling you, everybody around me was coughing.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYeah, there's definitely.
Speaker AOh, I mean, true to the season.
Speaker AIt's literally tis the season.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker ALike, yeah, like, everywhere I went, that.
Speaker BWas a closed space.
Speaker BSomebody was like, coughing continuously.
Speaker BAnd I'm just thinking, okay, I'm gonna earmark.
Speaker BThis will be where.
Speaker BBut I haven't gotten sick.
Speaker BBut last night.
Speaker AKeep up with your immune system and get some.
Speaker ATake advantage of the fact that we can still get some sunshine and.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BGetting good sleep and everything.
Speaker AEat nutritious foods and good sleep and.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAt least we don't have the freezing cold, like, tundra weather that's happening up north right now.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker BYeah, it's very cold.
Speaker BIt's like, going to be the coldest ever.
Speaker AOlivia was in Iowa over the last.
Speaker BOh.
Speaker ADays.
Speaker ASo she was.
Speaker AShe was sending me pictures and stuff, playing in the snow.
Speaker BTell her to keep her sticky germs up there.
Speaker ANo, we just had a conversation in the car this morning about how she's like, no, you know, I like it to go visit and stuff, but I'd rather live.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AI'm like, same girl.
Speaker BDamn, girl.
Speaker BI can't take the Florida.
Speaker BThe girl, everybody.
Speaker BBut yeah, it's been fun.
Speaker BIt's been a really surprising season.
Speaker BYou know.
Speaker BDefinitely that fire horse energy coming in, I think.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI hear more and more people busy here.
Speaker AVibes are vibing.
Speaker BOh, girl, so much.
Speaker BIt's going so fast.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI've been hearing more and more people, like, in our Instagram social media feeds and like, you know, the YouTube, a lot of people talking about the same themes that we've been uncovering in our jam sessions.
Speaker BSo it does feel like.
Speaker BOkay, it's affirming.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BIt feels like things are moving in a good direction and a lot of the things that we went through earlier in 2025 were for a really good reason.
Speaker BSo I thought maybe we could just do another jam session and check in.
Speaker BKeep it short and brief, because who has time right now?
Speaker BNobody has.
Speaker AI think all the energy check ins are super valuable right now, so.
Speaker BThey are.
Speaker BWe could use them all so let's just keep it real general, right?
Speaker BUnless you have something specific.
Speaker AI got nothing.
Speaker BLike what's the energy around us right now and what can we do to continue.
Speaker BMoving forward as holy as we can?
Speaker BNot like as in holy holy, but holistically.
Speaker BMaintaining our energy.
Speaker BStaying unfocused.
Speaker BWhat's been Steve.
Speaker BWhat's been Steve saying?
Speaker BDid I say that right?
Speaker BWhat has Steve been saying?
Speaker AWell, I did just.
Speaker AIt's funny you asked that I hadn't been super tapped in, but I did just listen to his energetic weather update yesterday and he.
Speaker AOne of the things he kept referring to, you know how he'll kind of latch on to something in a particular reading and that'll be kind of the, like the joke, like the inside joke of the reading.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AHe kept referring to the mountains of Florida.
Speaker AFlorida, which obviously are non existent.
Speaker ABut that was, that was kind of his running joke.
Speaker ABut he was saying that like, let me see if I can connect that example in the way that I heard it.
Speaker ASo he was saying that the energetic weather update.
Speaker ASo basically just like the same thing as we're doing right now, like an energy check in, something about it was going to.
Speaker ATrigger or activate us to like just be compelled to do that thing that, you know, we've definitely thought about and just never done.
Speaker AAnd that could be anything.
Speaker AAnd so that was one of his examples.
Speaker ALike, oh, I've always wanted to climb the, the great mountains of Florida.
Speaker ALike that just kind of, you know.
Speaker BI love that he said that.
Speaker ABut it could be anything from that to like.
Speaker AYeah, or obviously someplace that has mountains to like.
Speaker AWhat was the other thing he said?
Speaker AGo to a different.
Speaker AOh, I can't remember, but just go to a different place for lunch or what, you know, whatever.
Speaker AMaybe like, like that you, you've kind of had in the back of your mind for a long time and always kind of thought about it and wanted to do like something about the energy will like compel us to, to be like, I'm just gonna go do it.
Speaker BYeah, yeah, I like that.
Speaker BThe, the mountains of Florida.
Speaker BI always tell my kids, like the mountains of Florida to me and the kids when we're driving is when you're driving and there's like, like one of those hazy horizons where you can see like the thunder clouds.
Speaker BSo we're always, we always said like, look, there's the mountains.
Speaker BWe're headed that way.
Speaker BAnd you never get to them because.
Speaker AI always called the, the hill by my old house in Roser Park.
Speaker AI called it Mount Florida.
Speaker BBecause you'd.
Speaker ASort of be on that one back road and, and be like, where am I?
Speaker AAnd all of a sudden you're on this steep hill, you know, right there behind it.
Speaker AJust doesn't even look.
Speaker BYeah, that neighborhood has a lot of cool history to it.
Speaker BLike Indian burial Ground and like that giant cemetery.
Speaker BIt's like one of the oldest cemeteries in the area.
Speaker AThe Indian Mo are supposed to protect us, you know.
Speaker AWell, obviously four season could be.
Speaker AAlthough you could argue that we were, we were way more protected in that season than we could have been had either of those actually been a worst case scenario.
Speaker ADefinitely argue that.
Speaker ABut.
Speaker ABut the, yeah, that that hill actually is one of the, the mounds that are, are alleged to protect us from the storms.
Speaker AThe native burial grounds.
Speaker AThe hospital, which is the hospital that I used to work at, used to be called Mound Park Hospital.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd the building that they, they ended up moving this.
Speaker AThe unit at the end of my time there.
Speaker ABut the building that my unit was in, the majority of the time that I worked there was like 110 years old at the time and had actually been through a Cat 5 storm in like 19, in the early 1900s.
Speaker AWhenever that one hit.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd so I remember when Irma was coming, which, you know, was the big storm that I ended up working.
Speaker ADisaster team hospital and, and it was looking really scary there for a while.
Speaker AVery much like Milton, you know.
Speaker BYeah, that was super scary.
Speaker AIt was going to be a category five, four or five direct hit.
Speaker AAnd so I was given my, my manager the third degree.
Speaker AYou know, Olivia was really young then.
Speaker AShe was.
Speaker AJust turned 2, I think, and, and you know, we had a dog and a cat and like the whole thing.
Speaker AAnd I was giving her the third degree and she said, you know, this building has been through a Cat 5 direct hit.
Speaker AWe just ended up in a, in a conversation about that and the whole Indian mountain thing.
Speaker BYeah, that's a really cool history.
Speaker BThere is like a documentary and even like a horror film that's filmed in that area, like around the stories and the legends from it.
Speaker BAnd there's lots of like.
Speaker BIf you go in the ghost tour, it talks about.
Speaker BI don't even know how we got on this subject, but if you go on the Ghost tour, it talks about some of like the, the wanderings they see through the hospital and through the streets in that area.
Speaker AOh yeah, 1,000%.
Speaker BYeah, it's.
Speaker BIt's definitely like, it's pretty wild.
Speaker BThis is so crazy.
Speaker BBut our current energy is the current energy I keep seeing.
Speaker BI saw this in The I Ching mashup with Michelle.
Speaker BIt's the energy of fellowship.
Speaker BIt's got, like these.
Speaker BYou know, it's inside of a cave, but also looks like inside of a human and like a gathering.
Speaker BAnd there's some bones around a fire.
Speaker BIt looks kind of like ritual.
Speaker BThere's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 bones around the fire.
Speaker BSky above and fire below.
Speaker BAnd it talks about tribal bonds that unite a group of people.
Speaker BGreat success is possible out of this.
Speaker BAnd this is the current energy we're in.
Speaker BAnd it's continued from last week.
Speaker BAnd learning to respect the power of diversity, especially, like, in operating on a team scenario.
Speaker BCommunity strength lies not just in the numbers, but the diverse skills and collective resources.
Speaker BSo we've been talking about the idea of, like, abundance being more than just money, financial flow, but also the resources, the people, the opportunities.
Speaker BLike, all of these things that help make us feel safe, connected.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd, you know, that's the thing that we need during all of these big, revolutionary changes is to feel safe and connected and secure despite everything crumbling down and changing around us.
Speaker BSo fellowship is great for that.
Speaker BAnd the more diverse your group, the better.
Speaker BLike, I was sharing with you in the pre chat, how many people are coming to me in my DMs and just sharing, like, you know, they're looking for other people.
Speaker BI feel so blessed that I have this conscious collaboration in this group that, like, I feel really deeply connected, and a lot of people are seeking that out right now, and a lot of people are finding us through the podcast.
Speaker BI think that's really cool.
Speaker BYou know, they're realizing there is that connectedness that, like, they love that there's this undercurrent and that we all have that greater connection to source or however you want to look at it there.
Speaker BThere's a lot of comfort in that.
Speaker BAnd it's just like it made me think about.
Speaker BI went to the studio back in the earlier days when you had that, like, a new moon ritual.
Speaker BI went to a couple of them, like a ceremony or whatever, and we were talking about.
Speaker BIt was the one where we had to do the eye gazing that we.
Speaker AWere.
Speaker BYou know, just talking about.
Speaker BLike, you can't make a puzzle without every person being their own unique, authentic piece.
Speaker BLike, you can't be copycats and make a picture.
Speaker BYou expect there to be a complete picture.
Speaker BSo it's kind of along those concepts, and we're shifting into the well.
Speaker BSo that makes perfect sense, especially based on our last chat together.
Speaker BSo the well, my camera has changed, by the way.
Speaker BOn zoom, it's hard to see.
Speaker BLike it wants to look at my face.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AYou got to hold it a little farther for it to focus.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI think it's this new, like sometimes when I'm talking or reading each.
Speaker AIt works better when you pulled it back.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker BIt gets dramatic on me.
Speaker BOh, see if I hide my face, it works.
Speaker BIt gets dramatic on me and wants to follow my face.
Speaker AYes, yes.
Speaker AWhatever.
Speaker AIt's funny doing.
Speaker AI do some client check ins and, and I think it must just be on iPads, but like the FaceTime.
Speaker AFaceTime will do that now and it's funny.
Speaker AIt'll.
Speaker AIt'll time it sometimes to where it looks like it just looks like a really dramatic like reality TV cut or something.
Speaker BDoing that.
Speaker BI feel like I'm in the office.
Speaker BIt'll like come in like this.
Speaker BI'm like, okay.
Speaker BBut the well is such a beautiful image of like thriving garden around this like ancient well.
Speaker BAnd wells can be so deep.
Speaker BSo I love this.
Speaker BAs we're thinking about the forward energy and there are quite a bit of change lines from internal to, I mean just all around.
Speaker BSo we are feeling a lot of activity at this time and I bet it's going to tell us to be nourished as well.
Speaker BObviously.
Speaker BFrom a top line perspective.
Speaker BThere is a fellowship with convenient associates, but warmth is lacking.
Speaker BA group of cordial people may be neighbors or associates, yet no great purpose unites them.
Speaker BThat is okay.
Speaker BCivility may be less connected form may be a less connected form of community, but it serves its members all the same.
Speaker BThough the situation may not be terribly satisfying, neither is it a cause for regret.
Speaker BSo that's like also the theme people are sharing with me.
Speaker BThey're like, I feel like all my connections are surface level.
Speaker BAll these friendships I've had for 40 plus years.
Speaker BLike I really want someone that I can talk to.
Speaker BLike you and Emily talk on the podcast and you know, talk about these greater themes and like these deep realizations and like some people just aren't comfortable going there and that's okay.
Speaker BAnd that doesn't mean they're not our friends or they can't be our neighbors, associates, or people we check in with.
Speaker BIt's just, you know, seek out your people you can have the deep, deep conversations with at the same time.
Speaker BThere's nothing wrong in that.
Speaker BI mean it's like people have the capacity, maybe not the willingness or they just choose not to.
Speaker BAnd that doesn't mean they're any less of a person.
Speaker AWell, I mean it's kind of like, I think, you know how you talk about dating.
Speaker AMaking these parallels and, and I was thinking this too when, you know, a few minutes ago when you were talking about people seeking out their, their people.
Speaker AAnd I think it, you know, again, I think we can talk about it in the same way where it's like it's good to be open and have that intention but also like, you know, being careful not to.
Speaker ANecessarily put too much energy into like the seeking out of or the, you know, the looking for and rather you know, really.
Speaker AYou know, controlling the controllables, doing the personal work to make sure that whatever setting you show up to, you show up as your best version of what you can contribute in that setting.
Speaker AAnd, and then by doing that and just having the intention and the openness, being more inclined to attract.
Speaker AYour people and keeping in mind that like not everybody is, you know, it wouldn't be a good thing necessarily to have like just large quantities of people that you're having these Right.
Speaker AYou know, deep conversations with just for the, just for the sake of having them.
Speaker BSo yeah, I mean we need times just to like be silly and light hearted and surface level, I think to give our brains a break.
Speaker BYou know.
Speaker ALike I, that, that gives permission to open up, you know what I mean?
Speaker ATo open up to the deeper levels.
Speaker BYeah, I like that.
Speaker BI mean I do think there's always a lot of parallels between relationships and anything that we talk about.
Speaker BI think that's really great.
Speaker BBut there, there are a lot of people looking and seeking that and you're exactly right.
Speaker BLike being authentic and working on yourself and being in that energy is automatically attracting.
Speaker BYou don't have to like advertise that.
Speaker BIt's just people feel that and they see it and they come and, and so it's like not that anyone's doing anything wrong.
Speaker BI love the suggestion that Steve says like to put yourselves in different scenarios.
Speaker BLike situations you wouldn't normally do something.
Speaker ASeemingly small but that's different from your normal routine.
Speaker ATake a different route on your walk or what, you know, whatever it is.
Speaker AOh, I think he said like go to a different coffee shop or something.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker AYou know, for your Saturday coffee, whatever it is, just like put yourself in a different environment and yeah.
Speaker AHe's.
Speaker AAny expectations and I think like the best.
Speaker BI know you do this a lot too.
Speaker BBut like I go a lot of places by myself and I'm familiar.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AHave a fear of that, you know, in a lot of scenarios and it's just so like that's Just so self limiting in my view.
Speaker AYou know, I mean it is, it's.
Speaker BIntimidating when you start to learn to do that on your own.
Speaker BBut that's one of the greatest things happen when you're not in your environment and you have to be like really vulnerable and open and aware.
Speaker BAware that you are in different scenarios.
Speaker BBut it, you know, it's so strength building to do that too.
Speaker AAnd yeah, you know, just make yourself uncomfortable to.
Speaker AIf you want, if, you know, if you want something different than what right now, like you're going to have to be uncomfortable.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd you know, one of the, one of the people I listen to a lot, he's not talking about it in this context.
Speaker AHe still talking about it generally speaking in more of a health and wellness context.
Speaker ABut it totally applies here.
Speaker AHe says that aging, aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort.
Speaker BOh yeah.
Speaker AAnd so you know, the more that we are willing to and not.
Speaker AOf course there's a spectrum here and we're not talking about like dipping into just self flatulate, flagellation, flatulation, flagellation.
Speaker AWe are situation.
Speaker ASomebody.
Speaker BWhat word I'm trying to say here.
Speaker AI don't think it's.
Speaker AWe don't want to beat ourselves up.
Speaker ABut if, you know, if we want to progress, we.
Speaker AWe have to be willing to be uncomfortable a lot.
Speaker BYeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker BI mean it's.
Speaker BIt's been said to me more than three times in the past couple weeks.
Speaker BYou know, lean into the discomfort and that's where the growth is.
Speaker BAnd that's come from like random conversations with people I've just met.
Speaker BSo that is like a really significant theme.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd also like this energy and where the change lines exist within the interpersonal realm.
Speaker BIt talks about those who mistrust their allies, spying on them and planning surprise maneuvers usually become trapped in their own nets.
Speaker BSo avoid unnecessary plotting and scheming for it's a sign of disintegration of your community when there's such pattern and you see this beginning, put a stop to it immediately.
Speaker BThings will only get worse if you play games, especially now.
Speaker BSo I mean, you know, resist any desire to try to out manipulate someone if you're feeling manipulated.
Speaker BAnd I, I haven't experienced that in my interactions lately, but that seems to be a significant theme.
Speaker BJust to call out.
Speaker BQuarrels and misunderstandings among associates have a way of settling themselves and often brings good fortune.
Speaker BLet natural resolution form between you because fighting is.
Speaker BFighting openly is not a good idea at this time.
Speaker BImagine someone who is on a journey after a small Mistake has the patience to see the errors of their own ways before it's too late to change course.
Speaker BSometimes only allowing for open disagreement can a group find its way.
Speaker BEach of us is likely to make a few missteps along the way, but with an open mind and compassion can still triumph in the end.
Speaker BSo we don't need to put energy into any kind of like petty quarreling.
Speaker BAnd we're trying to manipulate or out manipulate.
Speaker BLike just let things go along their natural course.
Speaker AAnd remember that manipulation isn't always talking about, you know, the.
Speaker AMal intentioned, like kind of this evil, you know, action figure kind of thing.
Speaker ARemember?
Speaker AAnd I know we've talked about this or at least touched on it recently, but even like that tendency to people, please.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AIs manipulate.
Speaker ALike if you, if your action has the intention, even if it's subconscious, bring this to the conscious level of, you know, why am I doing any given thing?
Speaker ABecause even if you're just quote unquote being nice or doing something for somebody in the hopes that they'll like you better or whatever it is.
Speaker AExactly, that is a form of manipulation.
Speaker ASo I think just be aware that that applies here.
Speaker BYeah, I think that's a really good point.
Speaker BI know we've talked about that a few times.
Speaker BLike I think that's really important in the season.
Speaker BYeah, we talk, we even talked about that in, in discussing our food habits during this time.
Speaker BFellowship within an exclusive group can bring regret or humiliation.
Speaker BWhen social contacts are elitist, divisiveness and unhealthy quarreling can result.
Speaker BThis creates limitations for everyone.
Speaker BAgain, just avoid the pettiness, discrimination.
Speaker BBe open to others and their feelings.
Speaker BSo I mean it's just really recognizing everybody on their own level.
Speaker BThey may be really different around you right now.
Speaker BI imagine in a lot of different party gatherings, gathering scenarios, work situations, and when guests gather at the door, enthusiasm is high and divergent agendas are not yet apparent.
Speaker BSuch are beginnings of fellowship.
Speaker BUse these moments carefully.
Speaker BThey are opportunities not to be missed.
Speaker BTo foster goodwill among a group at the start of an enterprise or consortium.
Speaker BAvoid secret agreements.
Speaker BGoodwill is a fruit that blossoms in the light of transparency.
Speaker BLots of, lots of party vibes here I'm getting.
Speaker BAnd how like, you know, maybe take note of how things happen when you intermingle with people from when you walk through the door.
Speaker BThat's like a huge feng shui thing too.
Speaker BSetting the tone.
Speaker BWhen you walk through the door of someone else's house and really like pay attention to how you feel, you know, or an event situation.
Speaker BAnd we talk about the well all the time.
Speaker BSo, like, the things that we have to think about the thing, the true things that sustain life and provide constant, inexhaustible sauce.
Speaker BSoft source of nourishment.
Speaker BHuman nature is basically the same.
Speaker BThe passage of time cannot add to its dimensions nor take anything away.
Speaker BStill, just as well can be deepened to produce clear water.
Speaker BWe can enrich our lives by delving deeply within to tap our essential nature and reach the true source of spiritual nourishment.
Speaker BBeware of shallow thinking.
Speaker BAnd this is just putting up o and everything we just said.
Speaker BA lot of people around us coming to us, you know, seeking to have those deeper connections and conversations, and that's all through creating your own inner depth.
Speaker BYou can't.
Speaker BIt's not like being able to come up to you, Emily, at a party and say, entertain me with all your.
Speaker BAll of your deep conversation because I'm so tired of.
Speaker BOf shallow thinking.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BNo, you have to, like, also do that.
Speaker BWork yourself to contribute.
Speaker BIt's not like a, you know, what is that dance, dance monkey kind of situation.
Speaker BLike, it's not like that.
Speaker BLike, put on a show for me because you're so deep.
Speaker BSelf development is key to reaching down to tap the clear water.
Speaker BSo if you truly want to experience that depth, you have to go there yourself.
Speaker BIt's not something you're going to get from and that's something you have control over.
Speaker AYeah, that's exactly what I was saying before.
Speaker ALike, that's literally all you can control in this process to seek out others.
Speaker ASo instead of putting that energy into seeking out others, create those qualities in yourself.
Speaker BYeah, and they'll find you.
Speaker AWatch the magic happen, you know?
Speaker BSounds good.
Speaker BThat was good.
Speaker BYeah, Well, I think that was a good quick energy check in.
Speaker BI can take this with me directly into different scenarios that are happening right now in this week.
Speaker BSo how about you?
Speaker AYeah, clock it.
Speaker BWhat do you say we put it, this conversation inside of the conscious collaboration or close and private Facebook group and see what everybody else is experiencing?
Speaker BI mean, I think it's just going to be a great continuing conversation.
Speaker BI'd love to invite those reaching out to us in the DMs to come on out and talk about it in the group.
Speaker BEverybody's super nice and I think it'll be 1111.
Speaker AAnd we didn't even do that on purpose, obviously.
Speaker B1111.
Speaker BMake a wish.
Speaker BAll right, well, yeah, so we'll see inside of the group and thanks for listening to us and we will talk to you in five.
Speaker ATalk to you in five.
Speaker ABye, guys.
Speaker BBye, guys.
