Speaker:

One of the things that I have a lot of fun doing is sending out

Speaker:

my packages each month and those packages go to

Speaker:

members of my various programs that I run. One

Speaker:

is Next Level Men's Business Mastermind

Speaker:

and I send out Book of the Month and other items that go along

Speaker:

with it. It's a lot of fun coming up with things to go with it.

Speaker:

I'm not going to spoil surprise this month because the packages are going in the

Speaker:

mail day and I don't want my guys

Speaker:

to hear and have their surprise ruined. The other

Speaker:

package is typically just a book. Sometimes there's a

Speaker:

little bit more that goes along with it. But that

Speaker:

is a package that goes out to members of my Level Up

Speaker:

book club, and we meet every other week and talk about

Speaker:

how we're moving forward in life and business and talk about the book and how

Speaker:

it can apply and help us in what we do in life

Speaker:

and the impact that we want to have. Those are just a couple of

Speaker:

the things that I do to try to create

Speaker:

an impact on the lives of other people, to try to make a difference, to

Speaker:

encourage others to be a light

Speaker:

in a world that needs it, to be

Speaker:

someone who truly cares for other people.

Speaker:

What are those ways that you do those

Speaker:

things? The reason I bring this out

Speaker:

is because like a pond that has no

Speaker:

outflow, it becomes stagnant. And we become stagnant. When

Speaker:

we don't do things for other people, if we're not

Speaker:

utilizing the gifts God has given us, if we're not

Speaker:

using our interests, our gifts, our talents

Speaker:

and the connections that we create, if

Speaker:

we're not using that stuff to make a difference

Speaker:

for other people, to improve other people's

Speaker:

lives, to impact those people around

Speaker:

us, then we become stagnant. Just like a pond

Speaker:

does that has no outflow. We are called to

Speaker:

use our gifts. We are called to use what we've been

Speaker:

given to care for other people, to make a

Speaker:

difference for other people, to impact them.

Speaker:

How are you called? What gifts have you been given?

Speaker:

What is it that you do that you love doing

Speaker:

that also impacts the lives of

Speaker:

other people around you? Take a minute to

Speaker:

consider what those things are and find ways to

Speaker:

do more of that, even if it's not in

Speaker:

your job, even like if you're stuck in a job you hate, you can still

Speaker:

find ways to incorporate doing what you love

Speaker:

into that or into life outside of

Speaker:

work. But find ways to do as much of that

Speaker:

as can. Because when people say if you do what you really love, you'll never

Speaker:

work a day in your life, it's not true. But

Speaker:

it doesn't feel as much like what we call work.

Speaker:

It's fun for us because we love to do it and it's making

Speaker:

a difference for other people. Find ways to do more of
