What's happening, Joe here, and we're back.
Speaker:This is gonna be a solo episode, and this one is extremely visual, so if you're
Speaker:on the audio podcast, just make sure you're over and watching some video.
Speaker:We'll make sure it's all linked up.
Speaker:YouTube.
Speaker:Now, recently I've been, I've been speaking to so many groups and different
Speaker:podcasts and, uh, masterminds and all that stuff on this concept of cloning.
Speaker:Ourselves, cloning yourself, and it's, it's super fascinating and I want to
Speaker:share the latest and greatest with you and show you the visuals and why you
Speaker:we're living in this time right now.
Speaker:That is, it's, it's on the brink of things changing for, I, I truly believe that
Speaker:we're living in an age right now that is.
Speaker:Super exciting.
Speaker:There's some frightening bits as well, but with AI we now have the ability
Speaker:to completely scale ourselves in ways that we never thought possible before.
Speaker:So that's what we're gonna be talking about here.
Speaker:And I have some slides to basically walk us through this whole thing.
Speaker:So you'll see me looking down, but uh, just, just.
Speaker:Follow along.
Speaker:This will be great for audio as well.
Speaker:So definitely don't lose if you're driving or, or you know,
Speaker:don't, don't just turn this off.
Speaker:So, but the big thing here I want to make sure everyone understands,
Speaker:is that you are absolutely the bottleneck and it's your time, it's
Speaker:your energy, it's your attention, but it's not really what you're thinking.
Speaker:So I'll get to that in a second, but.
Speaker:A lot of us are just stuck in this old way of thinking of doing things manually,
Speaker:you know, so this could be working with clients, it could be, uh, working with
Speaker:your team or offering customer support.
Speaker:All this stuff is eating in your time, eating in your profits.
Speaker:Uh, there's training maybe with your, your team or with your clients as well.
Speaker:There's ways to enhance and scale you, so you could do more and better training.
Speaker:How about creating content?
Speaker:As well.
Speaker:There's a whole bunch of new ways you can create content, even if it's,
Speaker:uh, I'm not talking about repurpose content, but new forms of content
Speaker:structured in a way that Unite might not have ever thought about before.
Speaker:We'll talk about that.
Speaker:There's new ways to generate leads, generate sales and monetize,
Speaker:and essentially just engage and connect with people in more ways.
Speaker:You know, a buddy of mine, Tom Schwab, who will be on this
Speaker:podcast, has been on in the past.
Speaker:He, he believes we're all one conversation away from something
Speaker:great, something magical will happen, whatever it might be, and that's
Speaker:exactly what we're talking about.
Speaker:I couldn't agree more with him.
Speaker:So when it comes back to that whole bottleneck thing, it's not your lack of.
Speaker:Effort that that is the bottleneck in all of this?
Speaker:I think, uh, I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like we're all
Speaker:working harder, at least thinking harder or thinking more of these ways
Speaker:that we can do better for ourselves, our families, our clients, our team.
Speaker:And so it's not a lack of effort.
Speaker:That's the bottleneck.
Speaker:It's actually the knowledge that we have.
Speaker:We haven't been able to.
Speaker:Spread our knowledge in a way that can now connect and engage and, and
Speaker:honestly change the lives of people around us because we haven't set
Speaker:up the systems to do it properly.
Speaker:And if you're watching the visuals right now, I'll kind of talk through this,
Speaker:but the idea is that you have your mind.
Speaker:And your mind has allowed you to produce things in so many different forms.
Speaker:We don't always choose to put 'em out in the public, you know, like
Speaker:we're not always putting things out in a po uh, podcast like
Speaker:this, or on a YouTube channel, or going on other people's podcasts.
Speaker:You might not even be posting on social media accounts like LinkedIn,
Speaker:Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Twitter, whatever you wanna call it.
Speaker:Those are all public areas that we're posting.
Speaker:But maybe you have some other, you know, uh, you have diaries that you've,
Speaker:that you're recording somewhere.
Speaker:Uh, even if they're written that's technically recorded, you know, if you
Speaker:wrote it down, maybe you have different training manuals, uh, SOPs and things
Speaker:that you've shared with your team.
Speaker:You know, you have all these documents that maybe people aren't
Speaker:necessarily reading, maybe not even yourself, they're not getting updated.
Speaker:Possibly the emails, uh, zoom conversations, what you've
Speaker:published on the web on your.
Speaker:On your website, uh, your members area to your client, your
Speaker:private area, all this stuff.
Speaker:Is so it, it started with your mind or maybe with a few minds, collective
Speaker:minds, you know, your team or mentors around you, and then you choose to
Speaker:somehow bring it out into the world.
Speaker:And that's what I'm talking about.
Speaker:So the bottleneck right now that all of us are facing, even if you
Speaker:don't think you are a creator or a person who is putting stuff out in
Speaker:the web, but you're using your mind to make things happen in the world.
Speaker:That's basically everybody, right?
Speaker:That's being human.
Speaker:Then the bottleneck that you're facing is this knowledge bottleneck, and
Speaker:that's what we're gonna talk about.
Speaker:So I want you to ask yourself, where is your time going and being like ruthless.
Speaker:And you know, Dan Martell, he was on the show, uh, months back.
Speaker:He talked a lot about this.
Speaker:Uh, James Schramko's, another guy, a good friend of mine.
Speaker:From years past, uh, he's been on podcasts episodes that I've had on here many times.
Speaker:He talks about his time and where is your attention going?
Speaker:Energy.
Speaker:Because all of that, you know, that energy is flowing exactly where you're
Speaker:putting your attention and your time is the finite resource out there.
Speaker:We get to expand that and I believe that we're living in an awesome
Speaker:time right now where we can.
Speaker:Do this with what I'm about to show you with this whole cloning concept
Speaker:and how you can expand your knowledge.
Speaker:So imagine this, like with this new technology that we're, that I'm talking
Speaker:with you today about, uh, being a coach, you can be more, uh, connected
Speaker:to people that you're coaching.
Speaker:You can, you can now personalize to one, to many rather than one to many.
Speaker:And just talking at people you know, now you can actually engage with them.
Speaker:Your marketing can now be tuned up into your own voice and how you
Speaker:speak, and that's how you can create.
Speaker:Better marketing assets.
Speaker:Uh, you can have better training internally into your team.
Speaker:So you know, your team is getting questions answered instantly, and
Speaker:it's catered to exactly what they're looking for and who they are.
Speaker:It's not just a general answer.
Speaker:And podcasting, so like what I'm doing right now and also on YouTube.
Speaker:This is why I found this technology almost three years ago was exactly this.
Speaker:I wanted to make my podcast a two-way conversation.
Speaker:I didn't want to just talk at people, and even if it was a guest, I didn't
Speaker:want to just know that this is just a conversation between a guest in me.
Speaker:But I wanted to open this up to people who are listening and watching all
Speaker:around the world, no matter what language you might be speaking, what
Speaker:time zone you're in, if you like to text chat, if you like to voice chat.
Speaker:I mean, there's so many ways that we can expand the thoughts and the ideas that I'm
Speaker:putting out into the world, but also you as well, so people can actually chat with
Speaker:this version of you while you're sleeping.
Speaker:so you probably know who I am.
Speaker:My name's Joe Fear, of course, and I've, I've co-founded a company called AI Build
Speaker:Team, and that's what we do is we actually build out AI clones, and it's using the
Speaker:technology platform called delphi.ai.
Speaker:I was the first user of Delphi almost three years ago.
Speaker:Um, since then have been working on a ton of clones, nearly 300 clones we built
Speaker:now for some of the top CEOs, coaches, experts, creators, educators in the
Speaker:world are choosing to clone themselves.
Speaker:And we also head up the head, uh, the build team for Delphi ai.
Speaker:So it's, it's really, really fascinating in this time, and I kind of already talked
Speaker:about this a little bit, but how I found.
Speaker:This cloning technology came from me wanting to make this what you're
Speaker:watching and listening to right now, a dynamic two-way conversation.
Speaker:So with the millions of downloads and people who have listened to this
Speaker:podcast over the years, I wanted to give people an opportunity to tap into
Speaker:the knowledge that has been on these, what some, something like 700 episodes.
Speaker:I actually kinda lost count, and now there's this massive
Speaker:library that anybody can tap into.
Speaker:You can as well, and I'll give you some ways to do this if
Speaker:you haven't tried it already.
Speaker:But you know, now people can have this human-like conversation with my AI clone,
Speaker:and it's not a, a, um, dumb bot or a chat bot kind of, you know, question answer.
Speaker:It actually has personality.
Speaker:So about three years ago I was testing 20 of these and I realized
Speaker:that most of them don't have the personality that I was looking for.
Speaker:And if you want to test out what my AI clone is, and it's trained on something
Speaker:like 15 million different words over the years, and it's always updated,
Speaker:you can actually scan this right now.
Speaker:You can also go to hustle and flowchart.com/.
Speaker:Audit, A-U-D-I-T hustle and flowchart.com/audit, and I'll tell
Speaker:you what that audit thing means.
Speaker:But on that page, you will see my clone, my AI clone, and you can
Speaker:actually interact with it right now.
Speaker:So it's, it's really awesome.
Speaker:But let's define what the heck a, a clone even is.
Speaker:'cause most people don't grasp what this technology is yet.
Speaker:Uh, even though I feel like in 2026, my prediction is that everybody
Speaker:is going to start thinking of.
Speaker:I should actually clone myself because I can't do everything.
Speaker:I can't be everywhere to everyone.
Speaker:And I with the tech now, I can use this cloning technology to actually
Speaker:expand my time so I connect with more people and also save time
Speaker:and do more things that I enjoy.
Speaker:So just keep that in your mind.
Speaker:But AI clones.
Speaker:Clones come in a couple variations right now, and the term clone digital
Speaker:mind is sometimes used as well.
Speaker:Uh, or a replica, you know, a replica of you just in a digital form.
Speaker:It's kind of a long way to say it, but think of it as a digital
Speaker:mind that's always available.
Speaker:It's based on your content.
Speaker:It has your speaking style in mind, and you get to define its purpose and it can
Speaker:have different flavors of its purpose.
Speaker:For different use cases.
Speaker:We'll talk about it, but it's accessible 24 7 across the web.
Speaker:It could be embedded different places.
Speaker:It could speak 50 plus different language.
Speaker:And even more all the time.
Speaker:Uh, it's text, audio, and there's so many other things that are coming as well.
Speaker:You could have SMS, WhatsApp, slack, all these integrations to your CRM.
Speaker:It's trained on stuff that you put into it and it's private to you.
Speaker:You have control.
Speaker:We're not talking about chat, GBT, we're talking about something that you
Speaker:actually have the keys to and can control.
Speaker:So if you start to think about this, and if you're looking at
Speaker:this visual, I'll describe it.
Speaker:One conversation or one chat.
Speaker:Can actually power so many different parts of your business
Speaker:or what you do in your life.
Speaker:So the four buckets that typically are how we clone people, which is interesting
Speaker:to say, is like I clone people and it's true, but like just imagine a conversation
Speaker:begins and different things can happen.
Speaker:So on one arm of this, like if you imagine the conversations in the
Speaker:middle, and then if you branch off into one arm of it, you can have public.
Speaker:Style conversations that live on your website and you know,
Speaker:uh, that's for the public to see that can help you capture leads.
Speaker:It's a new way to generate new leads.
Speaker:There could be another arm of that that goes to private.
Speaker:So let's say you have your clients, the people that are paying you money, or
Speaker:they've joined some private community.
Speaker:That can guide clients to, uh, be almost like a companion
Speaker:or an accountability buddy.
Speaker:Have them do more of the thing that you want them to do, that they're,
Speaker:that they're paying you for to get some kind of result and value.
Speaker:So you have the private side.
Speaker:Then there's another arm that could be internal.
Speaker:So that could support your team, you and your team to do their best work.
Speaker:So they're not having to come to you for every question all the time,
Speaker:or the same question all the time.
Speaker:You could ask, also have another arm that's a personal version
Speaker:of the clone just for you.
Speaker:So let's say you want to develop some of your ideas and you
Speaker:want kind of a sounding board.
Speaker:You want it to maybe analyze how you're.
Speaker:Thinking maybe some of your previous work, it could bring it to life in a
Speaker:new form that you give it some, some new thoughts, but it's based on your content.
Speaker:Just remember that like all these conversations are based
Speaker:on what you provided, and that's what's really powerful.
Speaker:Now there is a distinction because clones, like I said, come in different forms.
Speaker:There's a clone that you probably see more often, which are things on
Speaker:like TikTok, Instagram, social media, and those might be a video clone.
Speaker:So things like if you think about Heygen or Synthesia and there's all these other.
Speaker:Platforms out there that allow you to clone yourself, like meaning
Speaker:your, your face, or maybe it's just your audio, like 11 labs.
Speaker:Those are scripted.
Speaker:So just think about it this way.
Speaker:There's scripted clones and there's unscripted clones.
Speaker:Scripted clones are things where literally you're loading up a script and then
Speaker:having it render this version of you.
Speaker:It could be audio, video, text.
Speaker:What we're talking about here and what I'm really more pumped up about and
Speaker:actually something that can really scale.
Speaker:You are the unscripted clones.
Speaker:Those are the ones that I'm talking about here, like the Delphi platform that allow
Speaker:you to load up a knowledge base, a body of work, your intellectual property in a way.
Speaker:That it now knows your personality, how you write and speak.
Speaker:So when people interact with it, they actually get a personalized,
Speaker:dynamic conversation that is unique every single time.
Speaker:So it's not scripted and there's not someone behind the scenes.
Speaker:You know, you're not having to.
Speaker:Have a response for every little thing.
Speaker:You basically tune it up and then it's, it's out there flying
Speaker:on the web available to all.
Speaker:So that's what's so powerful.
Speaker:That's what, again, you can scan this code and actually experience
Speaker:it yourself if you're looking at it.
Speaker:If not.
Speaker:Just pause really fast.
Speaker:Open your browser and go to hustle and flowchart.com/audit
Speaker:and you will see on there.
Speaker:There is a way if you want to get a free audit from me and my team, we actually
Speaker:have a way to give you a great map and a picture and we'll walk you through how
Speaker:you can use cloning in your business.
Speaker:So either scan the QR code to go get that right now and play with the clone.
Speaker:Or you can go to hustle and flowchart.com/.
Speaker:Audit.
Speaker:All right, moving on.
Speaker:So we built over 300 of these things, and I, I tell you, the demand is hot.
Speaker:When people understand what this thing is, it's kind of wild.
Speaker:So the, the faces that you see on here, some of the folks that
Speaker:we've had a hand in creating their clones, and we're talking Arnold
Speaker:Schwartzenegger, there's Gary Breca, there's, there's, um, Gabby Bernstein
Speaker:and a whole bunch of other authors.
Speaker:Experts and celebs and all these awesome people that are seeing
Speaker:the power of expanding themselves.
Speaker:Now, I will say you do not need to be a celebrity to harness this technology.
Speaker:I think that's one big thing is we've had so many service providers, I mean,
Speaker:I'm even like literally home improvement.
Speaker:Jan people are running janitor businesses have used this and love it because
Speaker:it expands what they're doing with their team and their clients as well.
Speaker:So don't think that you're, you know, you need to be some prolific
Speaker:author or celebrity or creator.
Speaker:To actually make this work.
Speaker:You can literally just have like a blog or, or some writing that's not
Speaker:even published online, and it will help you scale yourself, trust me.
Speaker:Um, so Cody Sanchez, this is one that, that was developed on, uh, Delphi.
Speaker:You can see it lives in apps.
Speaker:It can actually be embedded everywhere.
Speaker:It could send text messages.
Speaker:Uh, this is my buddy Greg Meles.
Speaker:He was actually on the podcast and we talked about it as
Speaker:well, so go check out Greg.
Speaker:He's using it@studioonedesign.com as a lead generation device, and it's great.
Speaker:It helps audit people's websites.
Speaker:Gabby Bernstein, she just released it recently within her.
Speaker:App and um, and actually she's been like blowing minds left
Speaker:and right, including her own.
Speaker:There's even a clip of her recently.
Speaker:Maybe we'll find that and drop it in here.
Speaker:Uh, where it shows her on stage actually showing off her Delphi
Speaker:in real time to like 1200 people.
Speaker:It was talking to the audience and talking to everyone, and
Speaker:it was, it was phenomenal.
Speaker:And she was, Gabby was awesome and blown away.
Speaker:She's also been on the podcast back in the day.
Speaker:I'm gonna try to get her back on to talk about this.
Speaker:This guy Sean, here's in the real estate business.
Speaker:He's using it to help get 'em, uh, more clients and stuff in the Airbnb market.
Speaker:And Lewis, how is using it to expand what he's doing with podcasting and his stuff?
Speaker:So again.
Speaker:Tons of uses for a clone.
Speaker:And I think this, if you're watching this, uh, this frame right here on
Speaker:screen is kind of like the aha moment that people typically have is, how
Speaker:do I use a clone in my business?
Speaker:Because one clone can have a whole ton of uses, and again, it's like
Speaker:the four quadrants I talked about.
Speaker:You have the public facing, you have something that could be embedded on
Speaker:your website publicly that can act as.
Speaker:You, but available 24 7 trained on all your stuff so it can answer questions, it
Speaker:can help people kind of guide 'em closer to the other stuff you have to offer.
Speaker:So you can capture them as a lead.
Speaker:You can have it answer FAQs, it can educate.
Speaker:And lead them to whatever the next step is in your customer journey.
Speaker:You could have a members or a client section that's kind of like the private
Speaker:side of things where it can help answer questions about your programs, you know,
Speaker:if you're already selling something.
Speaker:As a, uh, you know, an educator online or a coach or a consultant or anything
Speaker:that where, you know, you have like a private group that you want to give
Speaker:them a different experience that's not public that lives within this gated area,
Speaker:so it can live in your members area.
Speaker:You know, there's people that embed this into their Kajabi platforms, their, um,
Speaker:you know, their ClickFunnels platforms, their, uh, mighty Networks School.
Speaker:Um, circle it, it can all live inside of these places.
Speaker:And then it can be trained on just that content that's private and secure.
Speaker:So it's embeddable there.
Speaker:Just imagine what it can do.
Speaker:It could boost, we've seen it boost retention within, uh, those groups.
Speaker:That means dropping churn, it increases engagement, and people
Speaker:just being completely floored in the fact that they have a companion now.
Speaker:That, that sounds like you and me, you know, like whoever's, uh, managing
Speaker:that group or running that thing.
Speaker:But it also takes the pressure off of you or your team who might be managing
Speaker:that community because now there is a resource that people can go to to
Speaker:get their answers really quickly.
Speaker:And, and honestly it just takes the pressure off of everyone.
Speaker:People love it.
Speaker:Uh, the internal team side of things, like I said, you could put your SOPs in
Speaker:there, your trainings, all that stuff could be updated in real time too.
Speaker:Whenever you have some new stuff that's developed and then it's
Speaker:available to your team 24 7.
Speaker:So they're not going to you asking you again, oh, how do I do this thing?
Speaker:Or if you have a new hire on your team.
Speaker:You can actually have them go through your clone for their initial
Speaker:training and then, you know, even have it, assess them if you wish to.
Speaker:Uh, there's so many cool things.
Speaker:I mean, you can get very creative, but the idea is to reduce any of that
Speaker:repetitive nature and the, um, you know, and reduce inconsistencies as well.
Speaker:So now you know that your clone actually has your back and will
Speaker:start training people and giving the best resources to your team.
Speaker:And then the last one I actually is one of my favorite is a personal,
Speaker:private version of a clone.
Speaker:Then I can literally take it around on walks.
Speaker:I'll talk to myself, and I do it all the time anyway, so I might as well talk
Speaker:to my clone and actually get feedback based on how I want it to speak to me.
Speaker:So I actually program mine in a way.
Speaker:That holds me up to a higher standard.
Speaker:So it actually tells me if I'm not thinking too clearly or, Hey
Speaker:Joe, I think you have a better idea if you went this route.
Speaker:It actually has my best intentions there.
Speaker:That's how I programmed it.
Speaker:And all these things basically can be programmed in different ways.
Speaker:That's what, that's what we do.
Speaker:My company and I. So just imagine like with each one of these public
Speaker:facing members, internal and private, they all have these different rules
Speaker:that have it interact differently depending on who's engaging with it.
Speaker:And sometimes you can actually, you can also gate content
Speaker:in different ways as well.
Speaker:So here's another aha is uh, that one check can do so much.
Speaker:So I'm just gonna kind of open your mind even more so crack that open even more.
Speaker:And show you how a conversation can also lead to an action.
Speaker:So something to happen, it could be as much as like, you know, um,
Speaker:I won't say an agent because that's where, you know, you can get really
Speaker:crazy if you know about AI agents.
Speaker:You could do.
Speaker:A ton, but what I'm talking about is, is you as a person, so you are not a robot.
Speaker:Uh, but at the same time, we want to expand your knowledge
Speaker:and have it help others.
Speaker:So there's, um, through that course of conversation, a single
Speaker:chat can trigger things to happen.
Speaker:Different automations.
Speaker:Now, you know, Delphi can do a ton.
Speaker:Uh, Delphi is not an agent platform per se.
Speaker:I wouldn't view it like that, but.
Speaker:Keep in mind, you know, Delphi could be hooked to other automations
Speaker:where other things can happen.
Speaker:So it's all about getting creative and understanding what's possible now.
Speaker:And uh, you know, hopefully you are watching this part because there's a
Speaker:really cool visual that kind of shows.
Speaker:Almost like a funnel.
Speaker:So if you were to imagine a conversation funnel, yeah, it's just like a funnel.
Speaker:Like you, you're probably used to online, you know, as digital marketers, we, uh,
Speaker:we have used funnels for years now to take people from like a free thing to
Speaker:some kind of low ticket offer, maybe to a bigger offer, maybe an upsell.
Speaker:That's kind of like a funnel now.
Speaker:You could do that through conversation.
Speaker:So it's kind of a conversation funnel.
Speaker:I'll just stamp that right now.
Speaker:TM Conversation Funnel.
Speaker:Joe Fier said it.
Speaker:Um, I don't really care, but, uh, the visual here that you're looking at, if you
Speaker:are, and I'll describe it, is on the left side of the small part of the funnel, you
Speaker:have someone engaging with your clone.
Speaker:So the platform IE Delphi can identify who that user is and based on where they're
Speaker:engaging with this thing and who they are.
Speaker:It will give them access and speak to them in a certain way.
Speaker:So it, it just depends on where the Delphi is embedded, you know, the clone.
Speaker:It could be on the public side, it could be on the private area.
Speaker:It could be in your team member area.
Speaker:It could be just you engaging with it.
Speaker:The Delphi or the Clone platform is going to know who you are because based
Speaker:on tagging and membership access and all that stuff, it's kind of like a
Speaker:CRM in itself, if you can picture that.
Speaker:So it identifies a user, and then based on the engagement that that person
Speaker:is having, because they're gonna be spoken to by the clone in a different
Speaker:way, depending on who they are.
Speaker:Now it's going to deliver kind of this unique experience.
Speaker:So people in the middle of this funnel now, as we're widening the
Speaker:funnel, it's uh, it's gonna give them some different ways to, to get
Speaker:more value from the conversation.
Speaker:You know, if it's on the public facing side, maybe it'll lead them
Speaker:to some offers or some new other resources that they can explore before
Speaker:they take a leap into something.
Speaker:Bigger, which might be a program or a coaching, you know, a consulting
Speaker:session, whatever it might be, a free, uh, something else, you
Speaker:know, to keep 'em engaged further.
Speaker:But then, uh, let's say on the member side of things, in that engagement area.
Speaker:Maybe it leads them to, uh, a pro, you know, like within the program,
Speaker:it leads them to a module that they need to go and study a little further.
Speaker:Or maybe to the next one.
Speaker:Maybe they completed one and, and now it says, okay, well, seems like you're
Speaker:pretty solid on module one or module two.
Speaker:Why don't you go jump up to this next one about these topics.
Speaker:So it kind of becomes a guide, if you will.
Speaker:Now, based on what, whatever they're doing within the
Speaker:interactions, things can happen.
Speaker:So automations or triggers.
Speaker:Things can be triggered essentially for something to happen in action or an
Speaker:automation, it's kind of interchangeable.
Speaker:So a few of these automations that can happen, I'll just list 'em out.
Speaker:Now you can have reminders sent to people.
Speaker:So let's say they talked about something in a chat.
Speaker:Well, maybe you wanna remind 'em the next day or a week from now and say, Hey, you,
Speaker:you talked about this thing over here.
Speaker:You really wanted to do, you wanted to create this YouTube
Speaker:video, for instance, on this topic.
Speaker:And you were talking about all this stuff.
Speaker:Did you take action and you could literally send a reminder in an email?
Speaker:You could send in WhatsApp or SMS?
Speaker:Um, those types of reminders almost.
Speaker:It holds people accountable now.
Speaker:So your clone becomes an accountability buddy, and you know, it's, it's now
Speaker:creating this kind of engagement, uh, flywheel if you will.
Speaker:Kind of like that.
Speaker:So all these automations, these triggers and actions can be set up
Speaker:instead of Delphi in the platform.
Speaker:You can also have it help you book calls for you.
Speaker:So if someone expresses interest.
Speaker:Into, uh, some program that you might say, maybe they name it or they say
Speaker:they want to talk to a human or, or get a free audit or whatever it might be.
Speaker:Then it could trigger a scheduling link to, to show up.
Speaker:And then, then of course you can have reminders if they didn't
Speaker:book or if they did thank yous.
Speaker:All that stuff can be done.
Speaker:You could have different alerts set up.
Speaker:So if people are talking about different topics or programs or things that you
Speaker:want to be notified about, or your team, you could set up alerts and make sure
Speaker:that someone, a human is in the loop.
Speaker:You can send people summaries.
Speaker:So let's say they had a conversation about.
Speaker:Whatever it might be.
Speaker:Maybe it's one of your, uh, your clients in the program, your coaching program,
Speaker:they're talking about something.
Speaker:Well, when that conversation ends, you can actually have it summarize the
Speaker:conversation and sent to that person, and then it can give them a synopsis
Speaker:of what they just chatted about.
Speaker:So it's not just like a chat and then it's poof, it's gone.
Speaker:I'm sure you've done that in chat, GBT for instance.
Speaker:So in this case, you can have a summary sent to someone and say.
Speaker:Hey, this is what we chatted about and maybe even put a call to action in there.
Speaker:You know, like, Hey, here's your next step.
Speaker:Go do this.
Speaker:This is what we recommend, like a recommended next step.
Speaker:So, uh, sending call to actions.
Speaker:That's another example.
Speaker:CTAs, you could send call to actions based on what people are saying.
Speaker:Again, it's a conversation funnel now, so it's super dynamic.
Speaker:It's custom, it's not pushy because it's all about what people are talking about.
Speaker:Um, you could send insights, you know, based on what people are talking about.
Speaker:Maybe send 'em an insight into something else that they should
Speaker:be checking out or asking about.
Speaker:So that's, if you just imagine again.
Speaker:Things happen when conversations happen.
Speaker:That's long story short, is that's, it is almost infinite of the possibilities.
Speaker:So, you know, kind of beating this down, a little bit more public
Speaker:facing, just so you totally see it, that's there, those public.
Speaker:Versions of a clone can live in the places that you do your marketing
Speaker:or your sales stuff in the public.
Speaker:It helps you capture and qualify leads instantly because with more engagement,
Speaker:the more qualified people you will have to actually want to do stuff
Speaker:with you, whatever that might look like, and that could trigger your CRM.
Speaker:So these hook up to.
Speaker:Your existing CRMs, maybe it's go high level, HubSpot, Salesforce, uh,
Speaker:kit, um, awe or whatever it might be.
Speaker:You can hook up all this stuff and then make sure that people going through
Speaker:the clone or also could be followed up with your existing systems because
Speaker:this is a bolt-on to everything, so it helps you automatically
Speaker:follow up on the private side.
Speaker:And this clone, it could be programmed in a way.
Speaker:That helps your members and supports what you're doing in your coaching, in your
Speaker:programs, so it can help unlock different, uh, parts of your program that might
Speaker:be static in videos and in your maybe live coaching calls, whatever, however
Speaker:you're delivering your training now.
Speaker:You have this Bolton 24 7 version of you that can live right in there.
Speaker:And then that helps people engage.
Speaker:It can send 'em recaps, be the accountability partner
Speaker:and help you reduce churn.
Speaker:And it also gives you an opportunity to maybe bonus in or even upsell
Speaker:people into a new version of, um, of you, which is this AI clone.
Speaker:We talked about the internal team as another use case of this, so it could
Speaker:be programmed to help your operations and your training with your team
Speaker:and helping support everybody there.
Speaker:Same with your personal side of things.
Speaker:Again, my favorite.
Speaker:It's your own personal clone that you could talk with and
Speaker:that can help you reflect on any kind of thoughts you might have.
Speaker:It can tell you some suggested next actions.
Speaker:It can also be your accountability buddy, which is what I actually have
Speaker:mine set up to do is remind me of different intervals throughout the week
Speaker:to do things because it's based off of what I said I wanted to do way better
Speaker:than something like chat GBT can do.
Speaker:Um, which this, this slide here, this frame kind of describes the
Speaker:difference and this might be.
Speaker:What's been in your mind is like, Hey, I could just use custom GPT for all this.
Speaker:Well, no, I mean, you can.
Speaker:You can generally, you can do that, but it's a very general type of ai.
Speaker:It's trained on the whole web, whereas your own digital clone
Speaker:and using the Delphi platform is a true digital twin to you.
Speaker:It's whatever you put into it is what it's gonna read.
Speaker:It's not gonna go hallucinate and make some stuff up.
Speaker:It's literally based on the content and the rules that you
Speaker:give it, and it's private, so.
Speaker:Chat GPT, you can, you can't do the embedded in the full on
Speaker:integrations like we've been talking about here and describing.
Speaker:You can do that with Delphi and the cloning softwares where it helps connect
Speaker:to all your media, keeps it up to date with RSS feeds and other syncing features.
Speaker:You know, chat, GPTI would say it's like a general Swiss army knife kind of tool.
Speaker:You know, it's, it's there.
Speaker:It's, it's easy to get started and it's a great way to start
Speaker:scaling yourself and get your mind.
Speaker:Working.
Speaker:If you haven't done it, I definitely urge you go make a GPT for yourself
Speaker:and see how you can customize it.
Speaker:But it's gonna take a lot of effort and you gotta know what you, what
Speaker:you're doing with prompting and getting it to speak like you.
Speaker:I mean like, sure you could do it, but literally Delphi is made for
Speaker:this and it's added with so much more where you are in control of all of
Speaker:the things that you want it to do.
Speaker:I mean, literally you have full control.
Speaker:So.
Speaker:That's, that's the big difference there, creating content.
Speaker:So, know it or not, my team and I are using my Delphi all the time to
Speaker:enhance the content that I'm creating as a human, like this one here.
Speaker:But social media, uh, posts and all these different things can be created
Speaker:now with my Delphi because it knows my content so I can have it turn.
Speaker:This into a, a, uh, a post.
Speaker:You know, a long form piece of content now can be created in a
Speaker:whole bunch of different ways.
Speaker:Uh, we can use it to create different captions and all these
Speaker:different, you know, hashtags.
Speaker:Even though hashtags I think are kind of out, it can help you create emails
Speaker:and newsletters and all these different things that are engaging really quickly
Speaker:because it's speaking in our voices.
Speaker:It can repurpose blog posts or, or podcasts like I have here, YouTube
Speaker:videos, um, so many different things.
Speaker:It can help you develop video scripts or future things, even books.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Outlining a book.
Speaker:I would not say just, Hey, have.
Speaker:AI write books for you.
Speaker:I definitely, certainly wholeheartedly think that you should have a massive
Speaker:effort in that, but you can sure as heck use Delphi or a clone to, to help
Speaker:extract the outline of this book and maybe even do a first draft so it gets
Speaker:your wheels spinning because it'll definitely get you thinking of things
Speaker:that you probably haven't thought of.
Speaker:But it's based, again, on your knowledge.
Speaker:So it's not just making stuff up from other people, it's actually based on
Speaker:your knowledge, and you can have it structured into this different, uh, media.
Speaker:That's, that's brand new.
Speaker:I see AI cloning in this digital twin technology.
Speaker:As the newest form of media that we have access to.
Speaker:And you know, with AI developing this platform, I know will develop even
Speaker:further in this concept of AI cloning.
Speaker:I'm sure there'll be other things that pop up, but I'm telling you, there's not been
Speaker:any other platform outside of Delphi that I've seen do what I'm talking about here.
Speaker:In a way that's.
Speaker:So quick for you to jump in and have control of your own IP and for
Speaker:literally having the ability to do what you want and scale yourself.
Speaker:It's you on 24 7 scaling your expertise.
Speaker:You can help it automate things like those triggers and actions I talked about
Speaker:and, you know, have reminders in this, in these, uh, these different accountability
Speaker:things pop up for people that.
Speaker:We would take a ton of manual effort before, and now you can
Speaker:get this up really quickly.
Speaker:And this is how we help people and, and literally we're getting some
Speaker:of these clones up in seven days.
Speaker:Like you can't build a system yourself and actually have it solid
Speaker:and functioning properly in seven days, unless you're a total magician
Speaker:or you know, tech, tech guy in the weeds or gal and you know your stuff.
Speaker:Most people are not like that.
Speaker:So we don't want to make this a, um.
Speaker:You know, a super overwhelming endeavor when it comes to this.
Speaker:We have the plan, we've done it for over 300 of these, and we're,
Speaker:we have a lot more queued up now, so, um, we're crazy booked up.
Speaker:It's wild.
Speaker:But at the same time, this is how, uh, this is how we see media shaping
Speaker:up is using this type of technology.
Speaker:This is how you scale smarter without burning out.
Speaker:So you're reaching people literally in all parts of the world.
Speaker:Um, because it could speak anything.
Speaker:It stays personal and it's you.
Speaker:So looking at this kind of final map here, this is how we go about
Speaker:things and, and help people, is that we initially, we try to pinpoint.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:What are the things that people want to scale in themselves?
Speaker:Like where's your time, your energy, and your attention going?
Speaker:That's kinda how we started this whole thing.
Speaker:So when we work with folks, we help them identify what these gaps are
Speaker:because they probably have some kind of vision of how they want to scale.
Speaker:But this really pinpointing what are these eff inefficiencies in
Speaker:your day to day right now that are bogging you down your resources?
Speaker:So let's fix that first.
Speaker:And it's usually in some of those, you know, those four different, um, use cases
Speaker:we talked about, the public, the private or the members area, the internal or
Speaker:the, the, you know, the actual personal clone where you're talking to it.
Speaker:So pinpointing the gaps, and then we get into, okay, so what is the material like?
Speaker:What do we need content wise, IP wise, uh, training wise for us to clone your genius?
Speaker:So knowing that we have these gaps to fill this purpose of
Speaker:like, why are we cloning you?
Speaker:Let's figure out what we need to clone you in terms of the material, and
Speaker:then we really want to figure out.
Speaker:Well, as we're doing the cloning process, we want to understand how we
Speaker:want it to interact with people, like depending on where it's gonna live,
Speaker:how is it gonna speak with people?
Speaker:What's the motivation?
Speaker:What would make this an.
Speaker:Exceptional experience that someone will have this wow factor from day one.
Speaker:And, and then, you know, as the clone owner or the, the person behind
Speaker:the scenes, you know, this thing is an awesome representation of you.
Speaker:And then of course, then we get into, okay, what are the things that we
Speaker:can automate and, and have triggered?
Speaker:When someone is having a conversation.
Speaker:So like, do we want it to follow up at xti uh, points, you know, do we
Speaker:want to send a, an email or a a, a text message or whatever it might be
Speaker:based on the chats that they're having?
Speaker:What alerts do we want to have set up?
Speaker:And then there's so many ways we could start to optimize and scale this.
Speaker:So as a marketer, as you know, I've been doing digital marketing
Speaker:for what, nearly 20 years now.
Speaker:And I've worked with so many different fields and niches.
Speaker:So, uh, we're, we're always thinking, okay, best practices
Speaker:from all the other clones.
Speaker:We've also built, how do we continue to optimize this as we continue and scale?
Speaker:Because you'll certainly find more gaps that you want to pinpoint.
Speaker:So it's like this cycle.
Speaker:That happens where, you know, the, when you build one of these things
Speaker:out, maybe for your, uh, your public facing clone, well then you realize,
Speaker:man, I'd really like one for my clients and I would love to solve
Speaker:that, that gap or that bottleneck.
Speaker:So then we kinda go through the process and do this again and again.
Speaker:We get these things out in seven days.
Speaker:It is pretty epic.
Speaker:I want you to go check out my clone to try it out.
Speaker:I have a QR code on screen.
Speaker:If you see this, scan it.
Speaker:I urge you to do it with your phone right now or however you can scan this thing.
Speaker:Go test out my clone.
Speaker:And if you don't have this, you know, just pause this.
Speaker:Go to your browser, type in hustle and flowchart.com/audit, A-U-D-I-T,
Speaker:hustle and flowchart.com/audit.
Speaker:And what you'll see on that page two columns, you're gonna
Speaker:see my clone on the left side.
Speaker:So maybe that's this side as you're watching me, I don't know.
Speaker:Each way, the other column is going to have a way to book a time with
Speaker:us to get an audit for yourself.
Speaker:It's totally free.
Speaker:This is something we normally charge for.
Speaker:A couple grand on the website, but if you're, if you're watching this
Speaker:and you're on that page, you can book a time and get your audit for free.
Speaker:Basically, you'll plug in like I, it's like four or five
Speaker:little bits of information.
Speaker:It's not much.
Speaker:It takes like 30 seconds to do.
Speaker:Based on that information, we're able to actually come up with a really in-depth
Speaker:map on how you can use AI cloning for your business, and I think this will
Speaker:help you really see what's possible.
Speaker:Urge you, I guarantee you that 2026 is going to be the year where you're going to
Speaker:start seeing a lot more of these pop up.
Speaker:And I'm not just talking about all the creators of the celebrities
Speaker:'cause they will certainly probably jump on it quickly if they're the
Speaker:fast actor, early adopter type.
Speaker:But you, if you're still here, you gotta try this thing out.
Speaker:I promise you, you will want to be early on this.
Speaker:And we're in this kind of gap right now where this is in stealth mode.
Speaker:This platform, this whole technology has not been talked about a lot yet.
Speaker:So I've dedicated so much time to this right now and why I've made a
Speaker:whole company around this with AI build team, uh, with my partner Scott,
Speaker:and we have an awesome team as well.
Speaker:You probably saw Scott Duffy on my podcast from previous episodes.
Speaker:Uh, definitely go peek at that if you haven't watched it.
Speaker:Uh, but we would love to chat with you again, hustle and a flowchart.com/audit.
Speaker:Scan the code.
Speaker:I'm gonna be here talking more about how to scale yourself.
Speaker:I'm not always gonna be talking about Delphi and the cloning platform per se.
Speaker:We'll talk a lot about it because it's.
Speaker:Super interesting and timely.
Speaker:Uh, but you'll see more from me in future episodes and YouTube videos,
Speaker:talking about how to scale yourself and ourselves with the use of AI technology.
Speaker:But also there's other things I have up my sleeve on, you know, even on
Speaker:like the, I'm, I've been doing some.
Speaker:Wild, and it sounds totally different, but like things with longevity and
Speaker:biohacking and toxin removal, like I've been doing some wild things
Speaker:that help expand my time there because I'm genuinely feeling better.
Speaker:So with.
Speaker:More time.
Speaker:We're gonna want to make sure we're living a great life all in the same regard.
Speaker:I mean like we need to feel good if we know we're going to be around for longer.
Speaker:Technology is just evolving like crazy, and we don't know where AI can going and
Speaker:we honestly don't have control over it.
Speaker:But what I choose to do is be in the middle of, okay, how do I take
Speaker:control of what I. Can control.
Speaker:And that's my knowledge and scaling what I can do, you know, with the
Speaker:content I'm putting out there.
Speaker:But also for myself, you know, I wanna feel good, I wanna be good.
Speaker:I want to be around my family and friends and be connected as the world goes on.
Speaker:And as things get more in that automation phase, I think we.
Speaker:It's a time to reinvent ourselves.
Speaker:So cloning is one of that, that part of that puzzle.
Speaker:And then there's so much more that I get to chat with.
Speaker:I'm also working on a book I'll share with you soon called You Scaled.
Speaker:So that's coming out very soon.
Speaker:I think that'll be the title.
Speaker:Um, lots of fun stuff going.
Speaker:Please reach out if you have any questions at all, you can always get
Speaker:me over at joe@hustleandflowchart.com.
Speaker:Ah, hopefully I don't get flooded by that, but hopefully I do.
Speaker:And, uh, might take a moment to back to you, but I will get back to everyone.
Speaker:Thank you so much.
Speaker:Appreciate you watching and hope to we get to be chatting soon.
Speaker:Get your audit.
Speaker:Go check out cloned AI Joe and get yourself cloned too.
Speaker:Alright, peace.
