And what I've been doing since episode 457 is going through a variety of different resources for you, including different documentaries as well as lab testing, as well as books. And then this week talking about some apps and products, wellness products that I think that you want to know about. So today I'm going to share with you the app called New calm. And this is powerful Healing frequencies that drop your brain into the theta brainwave so that your brain can your whole body can heal. It's in our theta state that the body can heal, that the mitochondria recharge, that the body detoxifies. And so no matter what healing journey you are on, this is powerful support to do alongside whatever else you're doing, they have overnight tracks to help you get into a more deep and restorative sleep, which, of course, is important every day. However, it's even more important when your body is healing, because that takes a lot of energy, and so the deeper and more restorative your sleep is, the more the body can heal. And then there's daytime tracks called rescue or power nap that then can enhance the overnight sleep tracks. And if you do the power naps for 20 minutes, just once a day, that's enough to reset your adrenals, and if you do it more frequently than that, they're seeing great results in helping pro athletes get back on the field after sustaining concussions, because it allows to it allows the inflammation in the brain to be reduced and the healing to be enhanced. They've seen great results with people with stage four cancer. They're seeing great results with recovery from PTSD in the US military. And what makes this unique compared to all the other Healing frequencies that are out there, is that it's using a non linear oscillating algorithm to drop your brain into that Theta Healing state. The music is only there for your experience. It's that non linear, oscillating algorithm that drops your brain into the Theta Healing state that is different every time. So the brain pays attention every time, so it works every time, that's what makes this different, and you don't have to wear headphones or earbuds. They spent nine years researching how you can use this with a Bluetooth speaker.
