worst enemy. When it comes to reaching our goals and

fulfilling our dreams. There seems to be some something,

manipulating sabotaging you. There seems to be resistance,

there seems to be a disbelief that you deserve the goodness

Unknown:

and your life that you are hoping for. And where does that

Unknown:

come from? What can we do about it? You know, I think we're all

Unknown:

born as level geniuses. You know, we, within a couple

Unknown:

months, know how to talk and walk. Some take longer time than

Unknown:

others. But we earn all learned so incredibly fast. When we're

Unknown:

little every day we we learn to use our body in a different way

Unknown:

we discover something new. And it's just fascinating when you

Unknown:

observe a little baby how fast they comprehend something. And

Unknown:

how they express themselves, how they do not care what's

Unknown:

happening around them. They're just shining their light. And I

Unknown:

imagine yourself fast forward as an adult, reaching your goals

Unknown:

with just as much dedication and willpower than when you first

Unknown:

started to walk. When you first learned how to make a couple of

Unknown:

steps. Do you remember that you kept falling and sometimes you

Unknown:

might even you know hit yourself and hurt yourself a little

Unknown:

because you tried so hard, but you just kept trying. There was

Unknown:

something inside of you that was stronger than wanting to give up

Unknown:

because you failed a couple of times

Unknown:

I find it's fascinating how in how much self hate Some people

Unknown:

live. They look into the mirror and they don't like what they

Unknown:

see.

Unknown:

They get into their clothing in the morning and they just don't

Unknown:

like their body. They go for a walk maybe on their way to work

Unknown:

and they absolutely hate their thoughts is so destructive they

Unknown:

so annoying. Those thoughts? Where does that all start? I

think it starts with beliefs that we have about ourselves and

Unknown:

conclusions sorry that we've made about ourselves. You know,

Unknown:

some people, I don't know. Remember deep pain deep heard

Unknown:

from kindergarten still. And they made conclusions back then

Unknown:

then that, yeah, they're not enough. Yeah, they're chubby and

Unknown:

not really good at basketball. So the never going to be good at

Unknown:

any sport. But it is exactly those people who one day

Unknown:

overcame these self destructive beliefs, and then became a golf

Unknown:

pro, bad as a musician, or a scientist or a magician. You

Unknown:

have to look at yourself, and you have to find out who you

Unknown:

are, what are you made off, and the destructive beliefs that you

Unknown:

have about yourself, trust me, they will come up whenever you

Unknown:

set yourself a goal, whenever you're trying to dream about

Unknown:

something or want to change your lifestyle or habits, it is

Unknown:

exactly those beliefs that are going to come up. And those are

Unknown:

the ones that we need to address. It is with little

Unknown:

habits, that we can change how we think, especially how we

Unknown:

think about ourselves. And at the beginning, it will feel like

Unknown:

a chore, it would feel like homework that you have to do.

Unknown:

But with time your self image will change. With time you will

Unknown:

learn to like yourself more. And that is absolutely necessary to

Unknown:

reach your goals and get closer to your dreams. Because trust

Unknown:

me, if now in a situation. If you find yourself in a situation

Unknown:

where you don't feel deserving, where you don't feel 100%

Unknown:

yourself, where you believe that you don't deserve the goodness

Unknown:

of the world, if all of a sudden your dream was to come true. You

Unknown:

would not be able to reach out to it, you will not be able to

Unknown:

embrace it. If for instance, you are single, and it's painful for

Unknown:

you, and you're just so desperate, and you want to have

Unknown:

a family one day, and you want to get started somewhere with

Unknown:

dating, but you just can't find that person. Imagine that person

Unknown:

standing in front of you right now. Home oh my god, your mind

Unknown:

would go crazy. Yeah, you'd be excited. Yeah, you'd be like,

Unknown:

Oh, my God, like I can't believe this is happening to me. And

Unknown:

then it would start to go into this fear driven, destructive

Unknown:

mode, where you would end up rejecting the very dream that

Unknown:

you were trying to attract into your life. For so long. Work on

Unknown:

your readiness. pretend as if your dream was realized already.

Unknown:

Make the space and time for a partner in your life. Make the

Unknown:

space and time to find out what your dream job would look like.

Unknown:

And how you would present yourself there. How you would

Unknown:

feel working in that field, and what you would accomplish with

Unknown:

it. When you would come home at night, from your dream job. How

Unknown:

would you feel what would you tell your partner? What would

Unknown:

you tell your friends, your parents? You have to start right

Unknown:

now to work through your limiting beliefs. And you have

Unknown:

to start surrounding yourself with people who have either

Unknown:

reached your goals already that you have or similar goals and

Unknown:

try to see how their brain works and get really curious and

Unknown:

interested in how they start their day for instance. And you

Unknown:

have to surround yourself with people that have no or very few

Unknown:

limiting beliefs. Right sometimes we attach to people

Unknown:

because oh yeah, but my friend from 35 years ago, he's been my

Unknown:

good buddy for so long. And of course I'm gonna ask him for

Unknown:

advice. or my mom who's, you know, been studying English and

Unknown:

French for the whole, whole last year? And was her teacher all

Unknown:

her life? Of course, I'm gonna ask her for entrepreneur

Unknown:

questions. No, no, you have to pick and choose people,

Unknown:

sometimes even outside of your circle who can serve you and

Unknown:

help you out. You have to reach higher, and you have to reach

Unknown:

beyond your comfort zone. Right, it is not within your comfort

Unknown:

zone that you're going to reach your goals, you have to stretch

Unknown:

your comfort zone. If not leave it once and for all, maybe your

Unknown:

comfort zone is not your best friend. Maybe it just keeps you

Unknown:

stuck in a mode where, yes, it feels like you know what you're

Unknown:

doing, and it feels comfortable, but only because it's known only

Unknown:

because it's happy to, but not because it makes you happy. Stop

Unknown:

hiding and start living with integrity. Engage in habits each

Unknown:

day that are in alignment with reaching your goals. If you

Unknown:

don't do this, you're not going to get any closer. Watch videos

Unknown:

that inspire you listen to podcasts that empower you.

Unknown:

Engage with people that you can learn from, be a student. And

Unknown:

don't stop and think that you're not worth it. Your purpose, your

Unknown:

dream, your goal has to be way stronger than the your limiting

Unknown:

beliefs and your self doubt. Think of that child that is

Unknown:

learning to walk and that keeps falling but keeps trying that

Unknown:

strong. And transit intrinsic willpower. That unstoppable

Unknown:

pneus that awesomeness. A baby doesn't look into the mirror and

thinks, oh my god, I look ugly today. A baby rejoices me every

Unknown:

time it sees itself. And you can learn from that baby. And be

Unknown:

happy about who you are. untangle yourself from the

Unknown:

limiting beliefs from the conclusions that you've made

about yourself. We have to start working there. We have to start

finding out what is holding you back. Life is so precious. And

Unknown:

life is finit. You know, it's going to end one day. And I want

Unknown:

you to be proud of yourself. When you lay on your deathbed. I

want you to look back and see every person that you've

Unknown:

touched, you know, on a soul level, every person that you

Unknown:

supported and helped out and they put person that you made

Unknown:

smile. I want you to think of all the little goals that you've

accomplished. I want you to think of all the beautiful

countries that you've traveled to. I want you to think of all

Unknown:

the beautiful moments that you had and full presence with loved

Unknown:

ones. You're not going to be thinking about who hurt you, or

Unknown:

how much money you made. You will think about who you have

led down and I don't want you to know and feel that you let

yourself down. I want you to wake up every morning and be

excited to be alive. Be excited about the dreams that you will

one day reach

reaching your goals getting closer to your dreams has

nothing to do with exhausting yourself and burning yourself

out. It is a journey of liberation. It is a journey back

to yourself back to the person that you once were before you
