Speaker:

Speaker:

do a deep dive into sexual health and performance and how

Speaker:

it affects men of all ages and backgrounds. So let's get

Speaker:

started, and be sure to visit my website at

Speaker:

resources from the show. See you on the inside.

Speaker:

Hello there, Modern Man. Ever wonder when is the best time to

Speaker:

have sex? Well, the answer may surprise you, so stay tuned to

Speaker:

the end.

Speaker:

So the age old question, when is optimal time to have sex? It

Speaker:

depends on the individual. Well, let's go over the biological and

Speaker:

hormonal peaks and kind of dissect when is really the best

Speaker:

time to have that sex for men and for women. Morning time is

Speaker:

actually a good time between 6AM to 9AM because that's when

Speaker:

testosterone level is at its highest and estrogen level at

Speaker:

the highest after waking up. So this will be good for erection,

Speaker:

good for libido. Kind of like, wake up, you feel a little

Speaker:

relaxed. But sometimes morning sex can be rushed because you

Speaker:

got to go to work, you have other things that you have to

Speaker:

do. But the research has shown that men may last a little

Speaker:

longer and may experience better erection in the morning due to

Speaker:

the peak of the testosterone.

Speaker:

Now, interestingly, it is also age dependent as well too. Now,

Speaker:

according to sleep and circadian rhythm expert, the best time for

Speaker:

sex can shift with age. Now if you're in your 20s, your peak

Speaker:

libido period actually occurs in the afternoon, around 3PM. If

Speaker:

you're in your 30s, it occurs in the morning around 8:20AM, it's

Speaker:

the ideal time because of the testosterone level. If you are

Speaker:

40 to 70 years old, evening or early nighttime, between 8PM to

10 00:02:20

30PM align better with changing sleep patterns and

10 00:02:25

daily routine. I thought this was a little interesting. Now,

10 00:02:29

for psychological and lifestyle factor, the afternoon may not be

10 00:02:34

a bad thing. Now, if you're not a morning person, afternoon may

10 00:02:38

be a great alternative, because that's when both partners are a

10 00:02:42

little bit rested and less stressed. Night times, sex is

10 00:02:46

traditional for many couples, and can promote relaxation and

10 00:02:51

better sleep due to the release of feel me good hormones like

10 00:02:54

endorphins and hormone called oxytocin. However, we all know

10 00:02:59

the end of the night we're tired, we're after the end of a

10 00:03:02

busy day, and it may just reduce the desire and performance in

10 00:03:07

some people as well, too.

10 00:03:10

Okay, Modern Man, you are not alone and you don't have to

10 00:03:14

suffer anymore. ED can feel isolating, frustrating, and even

10 00:03:19

defeating. The endless guessing, the quiet shame, the weight of

10 00:03:24

not feeling like yourself is exhausting. But here's the

10 00:03:28

truth, you are not broken. You are not alone. You don't have to

10 00:03:33

figure this out alone anymore. The Get Wood Now Boost Program

10 00:03:39

is your step by step, path to sexual confidence and

10 00:03:44

restoration. No more suffering in silence, no more trial and

10 00:03:48

error, just real solution, real result and the confidence you

10 00:03:53

10 00:03:58

10 00:04:06

Now, let's talk about individual relationship preferences.

10 00:04:10

Ultimately, the best time when both partner feels most

10 00:04:13

energetic, relaxed and connected is probably the best time for

10 00:04:17

sex, and it could be individualized. So these are

10 00:04:20

just generalities. The key takeaways are, morning sex is

10 00:04:24

biologically advantageous due to the peak hormone levels for men

10 00:04:30

and for women. Evening sex can be relaxing and promote sleep,

10 00:04:35

but may limited by fatigue at the end of the day. Afternoon

10 00:04:39

sex suit those that are flexible in schedule and can capitalize

10 00:04:45

on a little mid day sex.

10 00:04:47

Now, the best time is really personal. The ideal time is when

10 00:04:51

both partners feel most willing and able to connect regardless

10 00:04:55

of the clock. Now I thought I mentioned about the different

10 00:04:59

time that is optimal for the ages, so just kind of keep that

10 00:05:03

in mind. So the bottom line is, there is no universal best time,

10 00:05:08

but listen to your body and communicate with your partner.

10 00:05:11

Sometimes a little bit spontaneity is probably fun as

10 00:05:15

well, too. Make it fun and make it mutual and open

10 00:05:19

communication.
