- Good morning, happy Monday.

I'm coming to you with another Monday motivation.

What I'm not talking to you guys about today

is about balance.

I was on my way home from Greece

and I was just reflecting on the trip

and one of the tours that we had was visiting

the temple of Apollo.

And finding balance has always been the hardest thing

for any human.

And I was reflecting on the things that I've done

or the things that I've been working on.

And when I think about like I haven't had a drink

for three years and I feel like that's pretty extreme.

The guy, the tour guide was talking about how

you wanna have full control over that.

Where every extreme is a negative.

You wanna have a drink, just have one.

But for me, he's like, I, or if I have a piece of chocolate,

I can't just have one, I have the entire bag.

So that's something that I'm gonna be working on.

That's something that I, that I reflect it on.

And I think that if I can find a balance

where I can go to a party and have a glass of wine

if I want to, I have full control over that.
