Welcome back to Schooled in Socials. It has been a month of thankfulness here on the podcast, and today we're wrapping up our series by chatting about some of the time saving tools that you will be so thankful to have in your toolbox when it comes to social media, content creation, and marketing,

The first type of tool I am forever thankful of for social media is schedulers. Being able to schedule your content ahead of time and kind of be able to set it and forget it is a game changer, especially if you're someone who's just been posting day to day. Now there are a lot of options out there when it comes to choosing a social media scheduler, but personally, with my clients, I use either the scheduler within the Instagram app. So if you didn't already know, you can schedule posts in the Instagram app, if you go like you're creating a post and then go to the bottom, where it says Advanced Settings, you can choose to schedule it right in there, and it will be scheduled right through the app. It only schedules 29 days ahead of time, and you can only schedule, I believe, 15 posts at a time. So you're not able to schedule the whole month out at a time, but I find this is a great option for scheduling reels, because no other scheduler out there right now allows you to schedule a reel that uses audio from Instagram. So if you want to be using a trending audio from Instagram, scheduling it right in the app is the easiest way to do it for yourself. Then I also use meta business suite. For those of you who don't know you can access this through your Facebook and you can hook up your Facebook page and Instagram to it, and it allows you to schedule through there. You can do inbox management through there, see your insights, things like that. I like using the meta business suite scheduler because one, it's free, so it doesn't really cost my clients any money. And it's great for easily scheduling a piece of content where you want it for both your Instagram account and your Facebook page at the same time. It does lack some options, like for Instagram posts, if you scheduled natively in the app, you could add a location, you could tag someone, you could add alt text, things like that, and those aren't available when you're scheduling a meta business suite, but still a really great time saving solution, especially one that is cost effective. And finally, if I am going to use some outside scheduling tool, I really recommend using the tool later, which has a free version and a paid version. I really enjoy using later with my clients that have it, because I can easily cross post. I can see everything laid out in a nice calendar view, and so I can move things around easily. I can add links to the bio. So having a later account also gives you a link in bio, so you can add links to your link in bio when you're scheduling content, which is super helpful. It does have some of the features that you would get if you were natively scheduling in the app, not all of them, unfortunately. But you can do things like tag people, add your location, and things like that. So it does give you more of those options than the meta business suite side does. So if you're in the market for a scheduling tool and you need or want something that kind of goes beyond the scope of meta business suite, this is definitely the one I would recommend. I'll even drop my affiliate link in the show notes, if you want to take a peek at that.

The next time saving tool that I am so thankful of is for the DM automation of many chat. For those of you not familiar with many chat, it's a tool that allows you to automatically reply to comments on your posts as well as messages. And you can also go ahead you could select a post to reply to, you could select a story that you're having people reply to, or a type of a message that you want automatically replied to, and so you pick one of those and you want it to run some sort of automation for you. So you choose a trigger word that starts that automation, and then you set up the flow of messages that you want to be sent to the follower who either commented that word, replied that word to a story or like messaged you a specific word or phrase. So it's really a great way to get people links to your resources without losing them, because directing them to your link in bio, you have a high chance of losing them because they have to click on your profile, then they have to go to the link, then they have to find the right one in your link in bio, and then get to what they're looking for. This sends it directly to them in their DMs so that they can kind of have it, hold on to it, interact with it when they're able to. And I think that is really huge. So if you're someone who's been having people comment to get links, using many chat is a huge time saver, because if you have been doing those manually, many chat is now going to do that for you. Or if you're someone who answers a lot of like FAQ type questions from your audience, it can save you a lot of time, because you can set up those automated replies to answer those questions. You know, you get a lot of from your audience. So essentially, it's going to help you nurture your audience and deliver resources so you don't have to stay tied to the Instagram app so you can get away and think about and do other things.

Finally, the biggest time saver I use when planning content is my post and profit data tracker. So I use this data tracker with my clients, and it's set up so that I input their Instagram data from their Instagram insights, and it creates an easy to read visual report that helps me quickly see what is resonating with their audience and what kind of content is getting the results we're looking for, so that I can plan and create strategic content for them in less time to help them reach their goals. So personally, I don't find the Instagram Insights section to be terribly user friendly. There's a lot of clicking around to get to the information that you need or want to analyze, and it also doesn't give me all the information that I want when I'm analyzing content to create a strategic plan. And so I worked to develop this data tracker to make it easy and less time consuming to make that strategic plan for my clients. So when you input your data, it shows the top three posts for every KPI. So for example, like the top three posts with the most likes, most comments, shares, saves, follower, reach, non follower, reach, follows, etc. So if you know, for example, that you want to increase your followers, you can look at the top three posts that brought people into your community. And it allows you to easily see, like, what media types were they? Were they reeels? Static posts? Carousels? What content types were they? Were you entertaining your audience? Were you educating your audience? Were you selling to your audience? And they allow you to see like what topics you were covering. Were you talking about reading or math or science? and so you can easily hone in on those trends, and you can create more content like that to give your audience what they want and help you reach your goals.

So in this season, I think we can all be thankful for time saving tools in our business. So if you haven't tried out schedulers, many chat, or a data tracker, like my post in profit data tracker, these are tools you need to get into your back pocket.
Kassaundra 8:41
Now when it comes to my post and profit data tracker, I use it with my clients, but you can find the exact same tracker in my Post and Profit Course, so don't think you need full blown social media management to have access to easier content planning. I also use this with my quarterly data analysis clients, where I gather all of your data and walk you through what the tracker tells us to give you a solid plan for content creation for the next quarter. So if you're interested in getting your hands on the data tracker, I'll leave the link to my course in the quarterly data analysis wait list in the show notes for you.
