Hey, folks, it's Adam. And if you've been

listening to our show for a while, then you'll know that we

work really hard to make sure that our music doesn't just

complement our voices, but actually tells a story all of

its own. Now that our fourth season is complete, as per

usual, we've compiled all of the original music that went into

it, and we're releasing it as an album.

This year, though, that album takes the form of two companion

volumes. Sunfish Moon Light is my musical alter ego, and you

can hear all of my compositions for the fourth season of the

show on Volume One — Electrical Storms.

As you may have guessed, though, thumbug is mendel's musical

alter ego. And this isn't exactly their debut, since

you've already heard their tunes peppered across Season 4. But

they've given me the go ahead to officially dispel the mystery,

and they've compiled and curated a year of their own sense jams

into Volume Two — Sympoiesis.

You can listen to and download both volumes for free, or pay

whatever if you really want to, via Bandcamp. You can even use

them for any non commercial purpose on the condition that

you give credit and share it likewise. Find the link to both

Finally, on a personal note, I feel hugely privileged to not

only be able to share these stories with all of you, but

also my music. It feeds me in ways that even the

more-than-human world cannot and pushes my own artistic practice

in directions I would never have imagined... on deadlines that

favor creation over perfection. I'm so pleased that mendel has

contributed a volume of their own music this year. And I

really love how each of our personalities and approaches to

these stories are captured within these sounds. You're
