So welcome back to step six and the final step in this mini series. And today we're going to be talking about planning. So, again, we haven't got you driving so far, but this is now where you start really starting to think about. Getting back driving. Just a quick recap on the steps so far, you've thought about your motivation. You've thought about different driving goals, your short term, medium term and long term. We focused in, on your short term goal, what you're going to be doing over the next couple of weeks. We've asked you to look at what parts of that goal Feel comfortable. What parts of that goal feel challenging and what parts of that goal feel really difficult. And then we've asked you to look at the difference between those elements what's missing. What's missing between something that feels easy and something that feels more challenging. What do you need to do or to find out about, to bridge that gap? And then we've asked you to. Do some preparation. Think about the steps that you would need to do. and we've asked you to imagine driving it and then record those thoughts and emotions that might be holding you back. So now it's time to pull it all together into a plan. So I'm going to start off with the questions today. And the questions are. When, so put a date on this. Do you want to be back driving again? What might stop you achieving your driving goal? How will, you know, you have become successful in reaching your driving goal. And how will you reward yourself when you have reached your driving goal? What will you give yourself for being successful? So again, what I'd like you to do is to just write these down or draw pictures, whatever suits you, whatever is your favorite form of. Getting things onto a bit of paper. But write your answers to those four questions down. So you have a memory. You're creating a memory from now. And your planning when you want to start. Yeah, and this is the moment to start creating an action plan. What are you going to do? And when. And break it down into small steps. Because what you might have found already is. If you have small steps. It's actually easier than trying to do one big step. Little tiny steps. Make the journey easier for you? And crucially the win, get that date on it and commit to doing it.
