Danielle Rama Hoffman:Hey, Divine Leader, welcome. So delighted that you're choosing to play here in this high vibe space together, we're going to dive into one of my favorite topics, which is all about the evolution and consciousness and specifically the spiritual leadership aspect of the seven figure spiritual leader podcast. Today's topic is the call to lead the new paradigm and what's really required to answer that call and to step fully into leading the global movement, that you are divinely designed to lead in an even bigger way. And what this really requires is a lot of on learning. What the Council of Light and Thoth often speak about is that there's really more to be garnered from living in the new paradigm in Unity Consciousness, coming from the energy of joy, abundance, love co creation, then there is from repeating another repetitive pattern of the old paradigm of scarcity, lack doubt, not enough time, money, energy, resources. And that one of my other favorite sayings, and we're going to unpack that one, messages from the Council of light is that you can't get here in five d multi leadership from there from three D leadership, like what got you to your current level of leadership isn't what's going to move the needle to get you into really leading the global movement that is absolutely bespoke to you and for you.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:And so, let's dive into some of the unlearning that's required. Some of the, I really love this word unlearning, because it feels like some of the, the shifting of the consciousness and there's different ways to unlearn something you can, you can really kind of re calibrate or reprogram your system. And you can focus on really addressing what it is that you've learned. So let's talk about some of the old paradigm ways of leading that you've learned which one is, for example, looking around and copying what others are doing, where there may have been leading from your mentors modality rather than creating your unique modality. There may have been like a divorcing of yourself a pressing of yourself to go with trends that seemed to be working for somebody else, or the systems that seemed to be working for somebody else. So there's, there's this conditioning or habit, a way of being of really kind of looking outside of you to see what your leadership style is, rather than really focusing on what's true for you and your authentic expression. So one of the ways to unlearn that is, again, you can focus on getting your hands and all that's tied into that or you can focus on what you're adding. Instead, you can focus on the the new ways of being you can focus on being in the energy of the new the new paradigm. And part of that is really such a beautiful invitation to be in your authentic expression to soften into the recognition that there's only one you and your unique leadership is required. The the line of sight that you see, for the evolution of consciousness is is required. It's necessary it's being asked for, and it's absolutely an authentic expression. for you now, of course, you may have as a part of your global leadership, an area of focus that similar to other leaders like you may be a business coach, or you may assist others in, in creating their their books, like we do in divine transmissions, one of the things that we do, and so the way that you are in those same areas, is going to be absolutely unique when you give yourself a red hot moment to unlearn what it is that you have been kind of conditioned to, too, as a way of operating or a way of doing things. And then really allow what your new paradigm leadership way is to to bubble up from your awareness from that deeper aspect of you. That's also leading your global leadership movement.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:And one of the aspects that I find so thrilling about the new paradigm is that we get to play and we get to explore, we get to innovate, we're all on this leading wave of consciousness together. And there's the recognition of knowing a spiritual truth. And then there's the the joy of embodying it, and, and becoming it. And in addition to really having your authentic expression, and getting even more clear about your authentic expression, then the next key or energetic secret to really answering the call of your new paradigm leadership is having higher standards. And I've really been tuning into this lately. What I mean by that is to not in a way of pushing or trying to prove or, or perfectionism having higher standards. And yet, as leaders, I've, I feel like it's really important for us to walk our talk and to embody these the new paradigm. And so if the new paradigm, or as the new paradigm is about joy, that we have a higher standard, that we are coming from joy, as the new paradigm is about love that we come from greater states of love as the new paradigm is about abundance. It's that we also are really coming from cultivating creating the energy of abundance.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:And one of the original inspirations for this podcast, the seven figure spiritual leader, was really from my personal journey of being a practitioner for more than 25 years and all the cycles of that, as well as so many clients and practitioners and leaders that I've had the absolute joy and pleasure to, to partner with, over the years to facilitate greater change. And there's so much embedded in the transformational industry, the the coaches, healers, practitioners, that's based on the old paradigm of lack of a lack of energy, a lack of all the enoughness a lack of confidence, a lack of clarity. And I'm really feeling like one of the messages that's emerging very strongly for me, as a new paradigm leader, as a part of my global leadership movement is empowering us to have a higher standard to have a higher standard in our own life, as facilitators, as coaches, as as leaders to to be operating as much as we can Han from the energies of the new paradigm. And, you know, when I, when I think back about the different different evolutionary stages, in my own business, there really have been a lot of stages where I was doing amazing work. And yet at the same time, I was experiencing burnout, or, you know, I was just talking to a client the other day, and she has one way of being, when she's with her clients or and when she's presenting herself. And, and then there, there's kind of, you know, pulling back the curtain and what's going on behind the scenes, which is a lot of discord in her in her relationship, specifically with her with her partner. And to not in any way that we need to be perfect, because I think that's also something as a part of being answering this call of New Paradigm leadership, that that really is an illusion lie that I've seen stop so many talented, amazing. Practitioners also to transition from being a practitioner to being a leader. Is that like, Well, I'm not enough, I need to be perfect, I need to take another training, I need to there's something in the way or how can I help others if I don't have this handled for myself.
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So I want to be clear about that distinction, because a lot of the the, what it is that I'm sharing, if you're looking at it from your 3d perspective, you can you can miss identify that to mean oh, I'm not good enough. And I've got to get better if I have a higher standard of being a leader. And, and really, it's, it's, it's recognizing that you as a new paradigm leader leading a global movement, when you have this higher standard of being a practitioner and really coming from your Multi D leadership. It it highlights that you also require support, you require resources you require space, you require the what we speak about a lot in the Magdalene Codes of Love program, you require multi abundance of money and time and relationships and energy. And to really have that as a priority. So that the old paradigm of entrepreneurship, the old paradigm of leadership, the old paradigm of being a practitioner, which is kind of based in the can be based in depletion or putting others needs in front of yourself to really being a new paradigm leader in wholeness. So that's also a reorganization of, of priorities, and one that I've also been in deep contemplation and re positioning around as well, because it can be very motivating, lack can be very motivating to then show up and yeah, if you're not motivated by a lack of money or time or energy or appreciation or love or relationships or support, or any of those things then then what's left what what is that Wellspring that is fueling your global movement that's fueling really being this new paradigm leader
Danielle Rama Hoffman:So we've talked about authentic expression, and unlearning what aspects of your expression aren't authentic to you. And we really spoken about having higher standards. When it comes to being a new paradigm, leader. And I'm, I'm feeling called to bring in the Council of Light, to share a little bit more about this topic. And before I do this, this recognition as well, of what gets to happen, when you're in that sphere of living as your multi the leader of the new paradigm, when you're, when you're operating from these new ways of being and the highest expression that then comes from that. And, you know, with this higher standard of leadership, there's also really a due diligence in terms of who it is that you, you choose to partner with who it is that you mentor with who it is that you have as clients as well. That that higher standard isn't only one that you hold for yourself, yet, it's also the what you hold the vision that you hold that it's not only possible yet that it's that it's required in your in your team, in your clients, in in your consciousness, in your relationship with yourself. So those really become integral and integrated aspects of your new paradigm leadership. It's just not working to be the cobbler with no shoes. And so that's what I would end with and then let's bring in the council live here
Thoth; Council of Light:Hello, dear one. This is Thoth, the Magdalene midwives, past, present and future and an expanded Council of Light moving more to the forefront of this divine transmission. When we say that you can't get here, the new paradigm of multi dimensional leadership from there the old paradigm of 3d leadership from the dimensions of your body, your mind your emotions, from the filters of your body, your mind your emotions, and primarily the slower vibrational filters of your body, your mind your emotions, what we mean by that is both on the energetic plane, that more of your energy is focused on, coming from wholeness coming from confidence coming from joy coming from surplus coming from love, coming from co creation, and then also on the physical plane creating those environments, the Cultivate being in your multi D perspective, more and more and more and more and more and more and more. Now moments. So, in any actualization or realization, or manifestation, there is the internal or energetic way of being that And then there is the external expression, the the physical plane materialization of that idea or awareness being experienced and applied and showing up in your day today life. So part of this is just like when you move, and you have all of your boxes, and let's say your boxes are on 24th Street, and you're moving to 49th Street. That's a process of taking what's current with you, too, and moving it to the new location. This makes sense to you, you you've done this in many, many ways, in many micro moments throughout your day, you move your body from one place to another, you're in the kitchen, you're in your office, you're, you have the things that you're taking with you from your old home, into your new home. So this is the same in terms of jumping dimensions in terms of being more multi dimensional, because you still are operating three dimensionally, you still have your body still have thoughts, you still have emotions, you're still moving at the speed of physicality. And you're up leveling, upgrading those to be in alignment with the new paradigm, and leading from that. And you're also adding these additional dimensions. Like if you're, perhaps you're staying in the same home, and yet you are adding in an additional room or you're expanding to add in other other rooms or buildings on the property. And so your new paradigm leadership will include some of what your old paradigm leadership was, and yet, in its most up leveled way, in new ways.
Thoth; Council of Light:And then vibrationally is not including a lot of what was included before. So let's say you created your business it and your global leadership, from a place of lack originally, from a place of a lack of clarity or a lack of love, or a lack of money or a lack of time, there was some lack that was originally a part of your new paradigm, or your old paradigm, business or leadership, then you're not carrying over the lack of those resources into your new thought leadership into your global leadership, business, the energy, the essence, the foundation of the Temple of your global leadership is very much wholeness, abundance, co creation, joy, and this higher standard that was spoken about earlier, that you as the leader are buoyed, you're nourished, you're supported. You're in this place of opulence, energetically, and wholeness, in terms of what you're stand for. And as you are a stand for this, you are even more tapped into the deep end place and space of the embodiment of your new paradigm leadership, that you embody it that you express it that you are allowing it to also lead you into new territory and Part of the call to being a new paradigm leader is a recognition that what's required in unity consciousness and wholeness and multi dimensional living and business and creation is different, that those that you are here to contribute to also are asking for something different. There are many, many, many, many tools and modalities to address 3d to address, a lack to address problems to address limitation.
Thoth; Council of Light:And there are a much fewer number of leaders, practitioners, and tools that are really assisting others to walk in the new paradigm to be operating in this completely new way. And so this is also our call, to invite you to embrace leading the new paradigm. Yes, it may be unknown, yes, it may be uncomfortable, awkward as you are exploring. And as you're exploring, sometimes things can be a bit messy, and at the same time, the rewards are exponential for you, for those that you're here to contribute to, and to the expansion, the evolution of earth, and the evolution and consciousness. And so we would complete at this time, inviting you to really also appreciate and acknowledge every moment that you are living and experiencing and embodying joy, wholeness, abundance surplus, and you're leading from that energy of being a multi dimensional being and you are also interacting with others from their multi dimensionality. All is light and love and we are all.
