Speaker:Hello there, Modern Man. In this episode, we're going to talk
Speaker:about ED remedy that you can do at home for your ED. Stay tuned
Speaker:to find out, because I'm going to give you everything you need
Speaker:to know on how to do it at home. But first, before we start,
Speaker:let's get the definition of ED. What is ED? ED is defined as the
Speaker:inability to get an erection firm enough for sexual
Speaker:intercourse or sexual satisfaction activity. Now what
Speaker:that means is that it will involve either unable to get an
Speaker:erection or you're able to get an erection, but you're not able
Speaker:to last enough or maintain enough firmness for sexual
Speaker:activity. So that's number one.
Speaker:So what are some remedy that you can do at home once you know you
Speaker:have ED? And I say start that, if your ED has been going on for
Speaker:a month and it's been consistent, whether you're with
Speaker:a partner or without a partner, then you need to do something
Speaker:about it. The earlier you start, the better you're going to be.
Speaker:One other thing you can do, number one is exercise. Studies
Speaker:have shown that 30 minutes of walking, three to five times a
Speaker:week, is actually even better than Viagra, and it actually can
Speaker:reverse ED by 41%. Just plain old walking. I'm not saying do
Speaker:triathlon or do running for three miles. It's 30 minutes of
Speaker:physical activity. Now that can be walking outside, walking up
Speaker:and down the stairs, or being on the treadmill, as long as you're
Speaker:active on a consistent basis. So just 30 minutes. Number one is
Speaker:exercise.
Speaker:Number two is diet. I recommend the Mediterranean diet. A diet
Speaker:full of fruits and vegetables and lean meat, such as chicken
Speaker:and fish, and not as much red meat, because Mediterranean diet
Speaker:is an anti inflammatory diet, and it helps with inflammation.
Speaker:If you reduce inflammation to then improve blood flow. Check

Speaker:Let's get back to number three. Number three is doing Kegel
Speaker:exercise. What is Kegel exercise? Watch this video right
Speaker:here, where I talk more in depth about it. But essentially,
Speaker:you're trying to contract these muscles that are between your
Speaker:anus and your scrotum, and these are the muscles here. They are,
Speaker:the ischiocavernosus and the bulboospongiosum. What they do
Speaker:is that they help maintain your erection by keeping the blood
Speaker:inside the penis, and they are also responsible for orgasm and
Speaker:ejaculation. So check out this video for more in depth
Speaker:information on how to do this. You want to do Kegel about 20
Speaker:reps, about two to three times a day is optimal.
Speaker:So number four, the testicle massage. Here's my little model
Speaker:here. So the Dallas, actually one of their principle in
Speaker:maintaining sexual vitality, and she is they encourage doing
Speaker:testicle massage. So how you do testicle massage is just using
Speaker:your two fingers and your thumb just to rub the testicles around
Speaker:like this, and then rub it up and down and kind of pull it
Speaker:just a little bit and one hand on each side, do it for two
Speaker:minutes. By doing this, you're stimulating more testosterone
Speaker:production in the testicle. You're also gathering the
Speaker:testosterone that are leaking out of the testicle into the
Speaker:scrotal sac to go back into the bloodstream. Again, and you also
Speaker:keeping it healthy, bringing more blood flow to the testicle.
Speaker:The testicle is essential for a man's vitality.
Speaker:Number five is my favorite, which is doing the penis pump. I
Speaker:recommend that you do the penis pump if you have ED, at least
Speaker:three times a week or every day. And you want to lubricate right
Speaker:here, push it against the pubic bone. You can do the sitting or
Speaker:standing, and then you want to pump it up. You can get erection
Speaker:within a few minutes, and you don't want to go more than 10
Speaker:millimeter of mercury. Most men get result at around five. Keep
Speaker:the erection in the cylinder for about 10 minutes and then
Speaker:deflate. So Peter's pump is number five.
Speaker:And then number six is sleep. Very, very important that you
Speaker:sleep seven hours at that nighttime or daytime. Because
Speaker:when you sleep is when your body make more testosterone, when
Speaker:your body heal physically and also mentally. And the other
Speaker:important thing, honorable mention is that stop smoking. If
Speaker:you smoke. might as well say goodbye to your erection. And
Speaker:really moderate your alcohol, 14 drinks a week or so. And also,
Speaker:really you're watching porn, you should probably stop that. And I
Speaker:rather that you read erotic books or listen to erotic books
Speaker:and use your imagination as well.
Speaker:So these are the things that you can do at home right now if you
Speaker:have ED and these are home remedies. But I also encourage
Speaker:you to also check this video here on the penis pump. And also
Speaker:go see a doctor, get your blood work, because oftentimes the
Speaker:causes of ED is either high blood pressure, high
Speaker:cholesterol, diabetes and also heart disease. So go see the
Speaker:doctor and get blood work, and you can easily assess for blood
Speaker:sugar, cholesterol, kidney function, liver function, see
Speaker:how your body doing overall. I can't tell you how many times I
Speaker:see men for ED and then we do blood work, it shows that
Speaker:they're diabetic. And many men don't get blood work for many,
Speaker:many years. So blood work is easily accessible. It's covered
Speaker:by your insurance. Go get it done. And if you have to pay
Speaker:cash for it, it's not that expensive. You can pay
Speaker:reasonable prices at the lab.
Speaker:So having said that, I want to give you some tools that you can
Speaker:do at home for erectile dysfunction. And I'm not even
Speaker:talking about taking some supplements yet, but I do
Speaker:recommend that you take nitric oxide. So nitric oxide
