Trey Gerrald:

Happy Valentine's Day.

Trey Gerrald:

Just A' few

Chelsey Donn:

A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Happy Valentine's Day to you too.

Trey Gerrald:

All right, girl, let's get into it.

Trey Gerrald:

Give us the update.

Chelsey Donn:

'I am sick again.

Chelsey Donn:

I've been sick all A' year.

Chelsey Donn:

'I like came into the new year with A' cold from last year, and then 'I got Covid 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean.

Chelsey Donn:

This is clearly the Complaint because what other Complaint is there When you're sick?

VOICEOVER:

A' Complaint.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Guess there's gratitude for when you're not sick and how easy you know life is

Chelsey Donn:

To get Covid.

Chelsey Donn:

'I still in 2023 is wild.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, being vaccinated and boosted and all that to still be completely knocked out is crazy.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean Covid.

Chelsey Donn:

'I girl 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know if this is gonna ever go away.

Chelsey Donn:

My sister said that 'I don't know if this is true or if this is just A' her thing, but

Chelsey Donn:

So like this is just life now.

Chelsey Donn:

'I guess we get the flu, we get Covid.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

'I 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Have you ever had the flu before?

Chelsey Donn:

I've definitely had the flu before.

Chelsey Donn:

I've been sick.

Chelsey Donn:

'I really feel like I've been sick since like November.

Chelsey Donn:

It's wild.

Chelsey Donn:

'I just keep getting 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think my immune system is down.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I keep catching everything.

Chelsey Donn:

So hopefully I'm done now.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, really front loaded the sickness.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

The rest of your 2023 should just be

Chelsey Donn:

God willing, please poo poo.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

Let this, let this be the worst of it.

Chelsey Donn:

Happy to be recording with you today.

Chelsey Donn:

This is like the first normal thing that I've done in over A' Week outta bed.

Chelsey Donn:

And here we

Trey Gerrald:

wondering if you would be sitting in bed or not.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, 'I have my whole podcast.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, queenly set up here.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I couldn't do it from bed, but if 'I could, 'I probably would, honestly.

Chelsey Donn:

But here we are.

Trey Gerrald:

And just so all the listeners know, I'm not A' Drill, Sergeant Taskmaster.

Chelsey Donn:

'I wanted to do this.

Chelsey Donn:

This is me.

Chelsey Donn:

'I did this to myself.

Chelsey Donn:

But no 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Mean.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Thought this was A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Good way to sort of kickstart my way back into reality.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I like doing this.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I was sick of being in bed and watching every single episode of Undercover

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Love it too.

Chelsey Donn:

love.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm happy to be here.

Chelsey Donn:

Always recording with you.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, how was your week?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I mean I've had A' really good week.

Trey Gerrald:

You know, knock on wood over

Chelsey Donn:

Good.

Trey Gerrald:

It's funny because 'I have been sort of nesting in my drag room,

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

basically what 'I did is 'I was, I've talked about this on the show,

Chelsey Donn:

you were teasing.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, you were teasing something that's coming up that you were

Trey Gerrald:

that's right.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I was saying how 'I 'I was organizing and 'I needed to like really set up my space

Trey Gerrald:

And so, well, 'I started doing that and 'I like reset up the room, and

Trey Gerrald:

'I should like really decorate in here.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I went to Target, and 'I bought this like peel and stick wallpaper

Chelsey Donn:

you did.

Trey Gerrald:

it.

Trey Gerrald:

And then 'I ran out of wallpaper.

Chelsey Donn:

no.

Chelsey Donn:

How, how, how far along

Trey Gerrald:

Well, the good thing like 'I was like 'I was really

Trey Gerrald:

It seems

Chelsey Donn:

and are you doing an accent wall or are you doing the whole

Trey Gerrald:

it's an accent wall, but of course it has like A' bunch of line work.

Trey Gerrald:

So you have to be A' little specific, you know, it's not like it's not textured or one color.

Trey Gerrald:

It does have A' design on it.

Chelsey Donn:

you're so brave.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, 'I didn't really think about it, but 'I was like, you know what?

Trey Gerrald:

I'm just gonna do this one wall that's like behind the makeup mirror,

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I was like, I'm gonna follow these directions to the T.

Trey Gerrald:

And so 'I, and it says you have to like roll it out.

Trey Gerrald:

You have to measure, you have to like cut it before you start doing it.

Trey Gerrald:

'I, don't 'I to like have A' friend, like don't do it on your own.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I didn't listen to that direction, but 'I did precut it.

Trey Gerrald:

So before 'I even started, 'I knew that 'I would be short, but 'I was like, you know what,

Trey Gerrald:

And this is done in lots.

Trey Gerrald:

They like print it in lot numbers.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh no.

Chelsey Donn:

So the die lot.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

The die

Chelsey Donn:

Oh no.

Trey Gerrald:

But when 'I went to Target, they only had two rolls.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I was like, well, whatever.

Trey Gerrald:

That's it.

Trey Gerrald:

So then, okay, so basically I'm doing this wall that has the door into the

Trey Gerrald:

So of course 'I know 'I was like, oh, this might actually be perfect, but it's

Chelsey Donn:

right?

Chelsey Donn:

Of course.

Trey Gerrald:

Of course.

Trey Gerrald:

So that's annoying.

Trey Gerrald:

But so, and then there's like, so there's like, you know, A' little bit more than one roll space,

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I got there, and then 'I literally had like enough to do like the space between the top of

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I literally just like stopped.

Trey Gerrald:

So it's kind of like an upside down L of wallpaper.

Chelsey Donn:

how does it look?

Trey Gerrald:

looks fine, but 'I did just get back from Target now because

Trey Gerrald:

Like do 'I have to go to A'?

Trey Gerrald:

Random Target in new?

Trey Gerrald:

Like do 'I have to source this?

Trey Gerrald:

How do 'I find it?

Trey Gerrald:

And it said that there were two more roles at Target and 'I was like, 'I know that

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So I'll be doing that as we move on.

Trey Gerrald:

'I had no intention of sharing this, but that's really what I've been up to cuz it's fun.

Trey Gerrald:

'I feel like I'm nesting

Chelsey Donn:

So David had no interest in being your plus one on this venture.

Trey Gerrald:

well.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, good question.

Trey Gerrald:

So David's in QS right now, so he wasn't even here.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I just have my two puppies staring at me.

Trey Gerrald:

Like oddly enough my Complaint is not running out of wallpaper, which

Trey Gerrald:

But, all right, so my actual Complaint, this has happened to me many times in my life.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm not A' hundred percent sure that 'I haven't already done this, but it happened to me again.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I have to Lodge A, Complaint against being called Terry.

Chelsey Donn:

Terry,

Trey Gerrald:

Have 'I ever done this before?

Chelsey Donn:

no

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

wait.

Chelsey Donn:

People call you Terry instead of Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

so they are they 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Guess if you're A' dyslexic.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Guess if you're A' dyslexic.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

'I have A' nephew named Trey also.

Chelsey Donn:

So to me, 'I would never think Terry Trey, but 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Guess if you're A', dyslexic,

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I don't know what it's what it is.

Trey Gerrald:

But this has happened to me multiple times in my life and it has become something that 'I always

Trey Gerrald:

Cause 'I guess we had more people in our cast.

Trey Gerrald:

So all of my costumes were like from like some random shop in Maine, so like didn't

Trey Gerrald:

And you know, like when you do A' show, they label every single piece of article

Trey Gerrald:

And then like my makeup station, they like printed out my name.

Trey Gerrald:

You know, it's like the shoes, like everything had my name on it, the

Chelsey Donn:

Was it T e r y?

Trey Gerrald:

No, they're just saying Terry.

Chelsey Donn:

T e r r

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I started to think recently when it just happened again in an email correspondence.

Trey Gerrald:

'I was like, maybe people are seeing Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

Gerrald, cuz Gerrald has two Rs.

Trey Gerrald:

And somehow, cuz people always say Gerard, no one ever gets Gerrald, right?

Trey Gerrald:

Ever,

Chelsey Donn:

So there are like the two R's applied to the first

Trey Gerrald:

Like maybe they're seeing the two Rs of Gerrald and they're then

Trey Gerrald:

So then they say, Terry 'I don't know how you confuse Trey for Terry.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, it's really weird.

Trey Gerrald:

They're adding an extra letter like no one, does anyone ever call you Chauncey

Chelsey Donn:

'I was gonna say this whole time, 'I was like, how does that happen?

Chelsey Donn:

But people have called me ChelseyBD, which became A' thing at camp.

Chelsey Donn:

They were, they wrote ChelseyBD instead of ChelseyBD, and that became

Chelsey Donn:

It was A' whole situation.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I 'I mean people do pronounce my name or spell my name wrong, obviously all the time.

Chelsey Donn:

But it does seem like Trey Terry.

Chelsey Donn:

It doesn't really seem

Trey Gerrald:

No, it's like it's really not.

Trey Gerrald:

So, okay.

Trey Gerrald:

And then this is A' little like A' jump off, which 'I probably should say for another Complaint,

Trey Gerrald:

Ty and 'I haven't corrected them, but they always say my name whenever 'I see them, they're

Chelsey Donn:

And you don't wear name tags

Trey Gerrald:

we don't wear name tags.

Trey Gerrald:

'I haven't corrected her and like no one else has corrected her.

Trey Gerrald:

So now 'I just answered to Ty.

Trey Gerrald:

So that's my name.

Trey Gerrald:

Now it's Ty

Chelsey Donn:

stop.

Chelsey Donn:

'I had A' boss once that her name was Romi, r o m, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I kept saying Romi.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I was like her assistant and 'I was in her office.

Chelsey Donn:

And I'd be like, 'I making an appointment for Romi Blank.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I did it like over and over again, and it took her like A' week

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I was just like, why?

Chelsey Donn:

Tell me right away.

Chelsey Donn:

'I wanna know right away.

Chelsey Donn:

Especially if I'm like calling on behalf of you.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, tell me what your name is.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I don't know Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think you gotta tell

Trey Gerrald:

'I know the

Chelsey Donn:

girl that your name is Trey because no matter, like the longer

Trey Gerrald:

Well, the thing about Terry, especially when it's in an email correspondence,

Chelsey Donn:

Sure.

Trey Gerrald:

it's like you are seeing that it's Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

Well that's how 'I feel when people spell my name with an A' at the end,

Chelsey Donn:

So like people spell my name incorrectly all the time.

Chelsey Donn:

People are just, they're not thinking about it, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

I've never in my life 'I, remember this happen on the podcast like after like 15

Chelsey Donn:

You've never seen anyone spell it Ey and not ea,

Trey Gerrald:

No.

Trey Gerrald:

'I always see like C S E.

Trey Gerrald:

A'.

Trey Gerrald:

ChelseyBD.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

It's definitely the more common way, but like also, it's not so crazy.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

No, and you can see that it's ChelseyBD also, you can see it's Ray Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Anyway, 'I, I've run it into the ground.

Trey Gerrald:

That's my

Chelsey Donn:

my God.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Hear ya.

Chelsey Donn:

It's annoying.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

It's it's Complaint.

Chelsey Donn:

Lodge worthy added to the ledger.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, for sure.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

Well 'I, feel A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Little better.

Chelsey Donn:

Good, good.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, ChelseyBD, do you want to

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

this Valentine's energy and go head to head?

Chelsey Donn:

would love to go heart to heart with you.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey

Trey Gerrald:

do it.

Trey Gerrald:

It's time for us to

VOICEOVER:

Assess that.

Trey Gerrald:

Queens.

Trey Gerrald:

It is another verses episode, and today ChelseyBD and 'I are jumping head deep into the lagoons

Trey Gerrald:

Today's topic, sandals Resorts.

Chelsey Donn:

That's right for this versus episode, Trey has selected the five

Chelsey Donn:

So to determine who reads first, we gotta flip that corner and 'I think it's your turn to guess.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm gonna say tales.

Trey Gerrald:

heads.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, so that means that I'm going first, right?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, so let me share with you all about Sandals Resorts.

Trey Gerrald:

So today we're covering reviews exclusively from the trust pilot page for Sandals Resorts.

Trey Gerrald:

And at the time of this recording, sandals has A' hundred and 61 reviews

Trey Gerrald:

So not, not so high.

Trey Gerrald:

Are you there?

Chelsey Donn:

I'm here.

Chelsey Donn:

Sorry, 'I was just pulling up my review.

Chelsey Donn:

Sorry.

Trey Gerrald:

'I was like, she's not responding.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh,

Chelsey Donn:

Sorry.

Chelsey Donn:

1.8 is very low.

Chelsey Donn:

It's scary low.

Chelsey Donn:

It's scary low.

Chelsey Donn:

This doesn't bode well for you.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey just

Trey Gerrald:

this might be one of the lowest that I've seen on our

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't think I've ever seen A' 1.8 overall,

Trey Gerrald:

Definitely lowest for A' verses episode.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

But this is J but just to be fair, this is only from Trustpilot.

Trey Gerrald:

So.

Chelsey Donn:

yes.

Trey Gerrald:

According to Sandals Resort's website and 'I have A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Lot of information here and I'm sharing it all because 'I think it's important.

Trey Gerrald:

So Sandals Resort is an all-inclusive resort conglomerate that are set along the most gorgeous

Trey Gerrald:

Lucia, Jamaica, Antigua, The Bahamas, Granada, and Barbados.

Trey Gerrald:

Stay, play and indulge to your heart's content at any of our Caribbean resorts.

Trey Gerrald:

And experience the best the islands have to offer.

Trey Gerrald:

Featuring unlimited gourmet dining, unique bars, serving premium liquors and wines, and every

Trey Gerrald:

If you're planning A' wedding sandals is the leader.

Trey Gerrald:

And Caribbean destination Weddings with honeymoon packages.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I in researching 'I found this interesting tidbit that 'I felt must be included on our show.

Trey Gerrald:

The company had A' policy dating back from 1981 that could not allow same sex

Trey Gerrald:

A' Couple is defined as one female adult, and one male result.

Trey Gerrald:

One possible cause for this policy may have been that homosexuality was illegal in Jamaica.

Trey Gerrald:

This policy received A' great deal of publicity.

Trey Gerrald:

Only when stays at their resorts were offered as prizes and various promotions by

Chelsey Donn:

Oh

Trey Gerrald:

such as Microsoft, Yahoo, and US Airways.

Trey Gerrald:

In 1999, so that was 19 years.

Trey Gerrald:

No, that was 18 years before A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Anyone ever thought about it?

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Later reports indicated that some resorts also made no accommodations for people with

Trey Gerrald:

So naturally the companies involved promptly severed their relationships with sandals.

Trey Gerrald:

Stating that they were unaware of this discriminatory practice adverts for the company.

Trey Gerrald:

This is amazing.

Trey Gerrald:

Were banned from the London Underground in 2003 after public objections were raised.

Trey Gerrald:

So of course, as the story will go, sandals ended its policy of refusing

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

2004.

Chelsey Donn:

That is too late.

Chelsey Donn:

Sandals.

Trey Gerrald:

Isn't that sick?

Chelsey Donn:

too late.

Trey Gerrald:

A' year after the London subway system stopped running ads.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Trey Gerrald:

that is also A' distinction for Sandals Resorts.

Trey Gerrald:

They do offer family all inclusive resorts, but they also started and have predominantly

Chelsey Donn:

now since 2004, this is no longer like they're on the

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

And 'I also thought it would be interesting to discuss it because this is A', an American

Trey Gerrald:

So that might be complicated and tricky, but 'I cannot believe 'I mean.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, you know what?

Trey Gerrald:

You know, it took A' very long time for gay marriage to become federally recognized.

Trey Gerrald:

So maybe like that is how history goes.

Trey Gerrald:

But for it to be A' couples only resort and then deny couples that do not appear

Trey Gerrald:

But we can move forward with the episode, episode stating that they no longer do that.

Trey Gerrald:

And of course, me the gay person is doing the five star, but.

Trey Gerrald:

'I thought that needed to be included and not occluded.

Trey Gerrald:

So with all of that background, why don't we jump into more negativity

Trey Gerrald:

Shall we do it?

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

Review, That, Review.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

So for our one star review, this is written by Mark S.

Chelsey Donn:

This was written in November 14th, 2022, which 'I thought was sort of relevant cuz 'I did wanna

Chelsey Donn:

So this is just A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Few months ago,

Trey Gerrald:

Got it.

Chelsey Donn:

subject, our first holiday with sandals.

Chelsey Donn:

What A' Con.

Chelsey Donn:

Here we go.

Chelsey Donn:

Our first holiday with sandals based on their promises of the world's only five star luxury.

Chelsey Donn:

Sandals will sell you A' promise of sheer luxury romance.

Chelsey Donn:

11 restaurants serving exquisite cuisine, peacefulness and tranquility.

Chelsey Donn:

You have A' choice of room types, each escalating in price.

Chelsey Donn:

Having spent 10 days in the Sandals Antigua Resort from the moment we arrived, we knew

Chelsey Donn:

So here is our translation for all you future holiday makers of what to expect

Trey Gerrald:

Oh.

Chelsey Donn:

Dash.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't expect to get the room you booked.

Chelsey Donn:

We paid premium for A' poolside room.

Chelsey Donn:

What we got was A' first floor room overlooking A' car Park.

Chelsey Donn:

After 30 hours of disturbing confrontation with the manager A', hostile man who

Chelsey Donn:

We eventually were moved to another room.

Chelsey Donn:

Again, no pool in sight and A', whole host of other issues.

Chelsey Donn:

Dash, there are not 11 restaurants as advertised.

Chelsey Donn:

There are actually seven and some smaller ice cream and snack rooms.

Chelsey Donn:

Of these seven restaurants, three must be pre-booked and we only managed to eat once

Chelsey Donn:

The residual restaurants are also really difficult to get.

Chelsey Donn:

A' table with up to two hours wait per restaurant every night.

Chelsey Donn:

Each have A' small set menu so you'll end up eating the same food.

Chelsey Donn:

Furthermore, even the slightest hunger will warrant you having to order two main

Chelsey Donn:

Small dash, the beach is public and swarming with local drug dealers.

Trey Gerrald:

What.

Chelsey Donn:

We stopped using the beach because of the persistent hassle from these

Chelsey Donn:

On one occasion walking along the beach, 'I was offered cannabis four times and

Trey Gerrald:

'I?

Chelsey Donn:

dash.

Chelsey Donn:

All the rooms are very tired.

Chelsey Donn:

Our second room had A' leak in the ceiling dripping.

Chelsey Donn:

What we assumed was toilet water due to its location, fault reported, and nothing done.

Chelsey Donn:

The ceiling fan did not work.

Chelsey Donn:

The air con was stuck on ice age and could not be adjusted.

Chelsey Donn:

The decor had not seen A' coat of paint for quite some time.

Chelsey Donn:

The drawers smelled awful and we had to take our clothes out as they started to smell.

Chelsey Donn:

The rooms have the most minimal of complimentary toiletries.

Chelsey Donn:

No robes, no slippers, or nay other luxury commensurate with their

Chelsey Donn:

Dash.

Chelsey Donn:

Although the rooms do have stocked fridges as per the all-inclusive, you'll be

Chelsey Donn:

Antigua is more like A' Club 18 to 30.

Chelsey Donn:

Holiday A' Far Cry from the Quiet Romantic holiday we were promised.

Chelsey Donn:

If pool all day phone parties are your thing with loads of really loud

Chelsey Donn:

Dash, the staff are in the most part, so miserable.

Chelsey Donn:

A' Few kept A' Brave face, but the majority were awful.

Chelsey Donn:

Every query at reception or anywhere else met with the same response.

Chelsey Donn:

Come back tomorrow, dash.

Chelsey Donn:

This is the first resort 'I have ever stayed at.

Chelsey Donn:

In the five star category where all sunbeds acquire A' reserved towel by 6:00 AM daily in

Chelsey Donn:

As the butlers take the majority of the sunbeds before 6:00 AM putting towels on the

Chelsey Donn:

'I apologize for such A' lengthy review, but having given sandals

Chelsey Donn:

Even some of these issues, we reported both wall on holiday and following

Chelsey Donn:

And given the 'I watering prices, sandals charge for so many false promises, future

Chelsey Donn:

Sandals appears to have A' 100% ignorance approach with customer service.

Chelsey Donn:

Income is the only thing they care about.

Chelsey Donn:

However, Antigua is A' wonderful island full of friendly people.

Chelsey Donn:

'I would definitely return to Antigua and I'd recommend it, but

Chelsey Donn:

Very broad mind.

Chelsey Donn:

A' vivid imagination and money to burn.

Chelsey Donn:

We saw so many better resorts along the northwest coastline.

Chelsey Donn:

Do yourself A' favor, give sandals.

Chelsey Donn:

A' wide birth and select A' real resort.

Chelsey Donn:

And that's birth B E R T H.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm literally writing it.

Trey Gerrald:

What?

Trey Gerrald:

What does that mean, wide birth?

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know, actually 'I thought that it meant A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Lot of research.

Chelsey Donn:

But

Trey Gerrald:

Well, it looks like birth is A' type of bed in A' vehicle.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe it's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Mistake.

Trey Gerrald:

do we know where they're from?

Trey Gerrald:

It sounds like they're like British or Australian or something.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think they're British.

Chelsey Donn:

It says, yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

It says GB next to their name.

Chelsey Donn:

Great Britain.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Donn.

Trey Gerrald:

Wow.

Trey Gerrald:

'I, 'I, 'I took so many notes during this.

Trey Gerrald:

This is really interesting.

Trey Gerrald:

And 'I really waned back and forth throughout the review of being like, are they annoying?

Trey Gerrald:

But when they get to the point where they apologize for the lengthy

Trey Gerrald:

Like 'I felt like the curtain was like, 'I was like, oh, oh.

Trey Gerrald:

Like they're aware of, they're trying to like the whole shtick about like, let me prepare you.

Trey Gerrald:

Like 'I was like, okay, this person's annoying.

Trey Gerrald:

But then at the end when 'I really got that, they like, they didn't feel taken care of, they

Trey Gerrald:

So it's like, all right, if, if you're not gonna offer anything for like, not even giving me the

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

And they're, maybe they meant A' breadth isn't A' breadth of research, the breadth of research

Chelsey Donn:

Is outlined here is vast and 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think that it's good.

Chelsey Donn:

Like there's so many things that they touch on.

Chelsey Donn:

Can you imagine if you went to A' Resort, you didn't get the room that you were supposed to get.

Chelsey Donn:

You could never get into any of these 11 restaurants that they were advertising.

Chelsey Donn:

You couldn't get A' seat by the pool.

Chelsey Donn:

You, you know, your room was leaking.

Chelsey Donn:

It smelled bad.

Chelsey Donn:

Nobody was listening to you.

Chelsey Donn:

You were being offered drugs on the beach, which is whether or not that's A' hotel issue, 'I

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Feel like Mark really like won me over 'I think.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I want to go through A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Couple of these things.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you think that A' premium room has A' pool of you?

Trey Gerrald:

Like 'I?

Trey Gerrald:

Just 'I automatically think like it's gonna be like loud.

Trey Gerrald:

It's not gonna be

Chelsey Donn:

Well, 'I feel like it's probab.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know cuz 'I didn't look it up.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I feel like it's probably like you don't wanna have A' view of the parking lot or whatever.

Chelsey Donn:

So it's like A' pool view is like premium.

Chelsey Donn:

Whereas like A' Beach view is like luxury.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what 'I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

So it's like if the options are parking lot pool or beach for A', high premium 'I can

Trey Gerrald:

Now, what is your thought on this discrepancy between the definition

Chelsey Donn:

'I feel like it's A' little shady, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Like 'I think that like you should, you could say we have A' seven restaurant and

Chelsey Donn:

There's like another way to put it, but 'I don't think that A' snack station is A' restaurant.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

Like I'm thinking about like when you go to like A' Holiday and Express and they

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Trey Gerrald:

and Oreos.

Trey Gerrald:

Like that's not A' restaurant.

Trey Gerrald:

There's no way to define that as A' Re.

Chelsey Donn:

Right though 'I do think it's interesting if like the snack

Chelsey Donn:

Not as A' restaurant.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I, I'm in agreement.

Trey Gerrald:

It does feel A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Little intentionally swindling,

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

Especially if it's like, you know, you're reading other reviews maybe that are

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe you're thinking, well if there's 11 restaurants we'll get in somewhere.

Trey Gerrald:

so, okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Then they also talk about the portion size being small.

Trey Gerrald:

What's your thought about that?

Chelsey Donn:

And there was A', little bit of typos.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think in that, in that section.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think if you can get as much as you want 'I guess it's okay, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Like maybe it's A' way for sandals to avoid wasting food.

Chelsey Donn:

'I find that the biggest problem with these restaurants, which Mark did bring

Trey Gerrald:

Exactly.

Trey Gerrald:

It's reminding me of when we went to Mirial with friends of the pod

Trey Gerrald:

You know, have you ever had honey do melon?

Trey Gerrald:

You know those little teeny scoopers for honey?

Trey Gerrald:

Do.

Chelsey Donn:

Like the balls you

Trey Gerrald:

Yes, yes.

Trey Gerrald:

You know, it's like A', minuscule version 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A' ball.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A' melon.

Chelsey Donn:

Baller.

Trey Gerrald:

Melon.

Trey Gerrald:

Baller.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

That was their scoop of ice cream.

Trey Gerrald:

It was A' melon

Chelsey Donn:

Stop.

Trey Gerrald:

and we thought it was so funny, but it was inclusive.

Trey Gerrald:

So it's, so we knew that we would all order two entrees, which is

Trey Gerrald:

They don't say entree, they have A' typo, but, but 'I think that maybe that is just it.

Trey Gerrald:

Like you know that the portion is small but it's all inclusive.

Trey Gerrald:

So like maybe that's why the weights are two hours because everyone is dining

Chelsey Donn:

right?

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Do think he's saying that they're embarrassingly small.

Chelsey Donn:

That's sort of funny.

Chelsey Donn:

The ice cream, the, the melon baller is 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

I'd say that's embarrassingly small.

Chelsey Donn:

So maybe they could offer like A', do you want A' real meal or do you want an appetizer like 'I?

Chelsey Donn:

If it's that small, maybe we could be calling it out.

Chelsey Donn:

Or is it like 'I?

Chelsey Donn:

It sounds like Mark is British, but is it like an American, British, like

Trey Gerrald:

'I was wondering that as well.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, 'I mean 'I feel like in terms of the issues, that's like lower on the

Trey Gerrald:

It does seem to me that like if they had gotten the room they wanted,

Chelsey Donn:

right

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I would imagine that if you're at an all-inclusive, like you said,

Trey Gerrald:

What, what do you think is causing the smell in the drawers?

Trey Gerrald:

I'm so confused.

Chelsey Donn:

It just sounds like from A', lot of old A', lot of reviews that 'I was reading.

Chelsey Donn:

The one sars that it's just old, right.

Chelsey Donn:

And like old furniture, old things like they start to smell after A' while, right.

Chelsey Donn:

And it doesn't sound like it's like the cleanest dust mold.

Chelsey Donn:

Who know?

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean if there's leaks happening Could be mold.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

Like humidity.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I would assume with the humidity and the dampness, that 'I the smell could be mold.

Trey Gerrald:

And what's your thought here on there being no robes?

Trey Gerrald:

That really does stand out to me as like, like that's, that seems wrong for A' five-star

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm wondering about this Donn.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know if you read about this in your like preamble Cuz 'I was, 'I was like searching

Chelsey Donn:

But this whole world's only five star luxury resort.

Chelsey Donn:

What's that about?

Trey Gerrald:

that's not in the verbiage that 'I pulled literally yesterday from their website.

Trey Gerrald:

So, but 'I was doing sandals, resorts, not sandals, resorts, Antigua.

Trey Gerrald:

So, you know,

Chelsey Donn:

They put it in quotes.

Chelsey Donn:

It says, our first holiday with sandals based on their promise of the world's

Chelsey Donn:

Like maybe it's just that thing where now, like the power of suggestion, but have they really

Chelsey Donn:

Like not having robes in the room, slippers in the room, five star amenities in terms of like

Chelsey Donn:

Like, that is not five star,

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

you know?

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I'm looking here at the Sandals Grand Antigua, and today, right now

Trey Gerrald:

It doesn't say only five star.

Trey Gerrald:

This actually says it's six star

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

That's crazy.

Chelsey Donn:

I've never even heard of that.

Trey Gerrald:

European grander unfolds from the hillside to villas by the sea at the Six Star

Trey Gerrald:

I've never heard of six Star.

Chelsey Donn:

I've never heard of that either.

Chelsey Donn:

So there is definitely something,

Trey Gerrald:

Maybe they read Mark's review.

Chelsey Donn:

right?

Chelsey Donn:

And they took it down.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

There's definitely something about this whole self-appointed thing because 'I

Chelsey Donn:

Like 'I don't,

Trey Gerrald:

thought there was some guideline or

Chelsey Donn:

right?

Chelsey Donn:

Like you have to offer certain amenities to be considered five star.

Chelsey Donn:

And also 'I mean 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

This is maybe embarrassing, but when 'I was A' kid, 'I used to love that movie.

Chelsey Donn:

Dunston checks in.

Chelsey Donn:

Do you remember that movie?

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Remember the title?

Chelsey Donn:

and there was the like part of the whole premise of that movie is that there

Chelsey Donn:

So like 'I would think that you would have to have upkeep like that there.

Chelsey Donn:

You can't just label something A' five star hotel 20 years ago and then you're

Chelsey Donn:

That doesn't seem right.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

It seems like there's A' certification you,

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Like you'd have to be re-upped.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean.

Trey Gerrald:

My last sort of question here is about this poolside service, butler service reservations

Trey Gerrald:

Like that all sounds kind of like familiar, like 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Just feel like 'I, mean 'I can imagine how frustrating it is to literally

Chelsey Donn:

and that was also like brought up A' lot about this whole quote unquote Butler service

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

If you're like, it sounds like you're not gonna get A' pool chair unless you're willing to pony up

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean, I'm just hearing like all of this stuff is just how they, anytime you're at an

Chelsey Donn:

Nickel and dime.

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

Like if you want all the stuff, then you have to get the Butler service.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean it, it's, it doesn't sound shocking to me.

Chelsey Donn:

yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Do we think that this is shady

Trey Gerrald:

'I don't think that Mark is being shady.

Trey Gerrald:

'I believe Mark

Chelsey Donn:

'I believe.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think Mark is being truthful.

Chelsey Donn:

'I do.

Trey Gerrald:

because it comes across very levelheaded.

Trey Gerrald:

Like it sounds like they are just really disappointed and angered that

Chelsey Donn:

Totally 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Completely think that 'I mean 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think they threw A' couple jokes in there, you know, but 'I don't think that that's shady.

Chelsey Donn:

'I just think that's like A' little bit of personality.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I do like the fact that Mark ended the review with, you know how 'I is A'

Chelsey Donn:

We only have those couple spellings.

Trey Gerrald:

Mm-hmm.

Trey Gerrald:

. 'I mean 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Think the only sort of common or fluke question mark is really whether or not

Trey Gerrald:

But if you're going into this for like A' luxury resort to be romantic, the

Trey Gerrald:

But

Chelsey Donn:

But also like the leak, like 'I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

There's like this smelly furniture.

Chelsey Donn:

Like there's just things and that it's not being addressed.

Chelsey Donn:

You know,

Trey Gerrald:

thing, come back tomorrow.

Trey Gerrald:

No, you don't Tell me that.

Chelsey Donn:

just unacceptable.

Chelsey Donn:

Ev like for anyone's standards.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Agree.

Trey Gerrald:

'I feel like even if you're at A' Holiday Inn Express and you have A'

Trey Gerrald:

Different room.

Chelsey Donn:

It sounds like this was sort of holiday ish time and that they were full

Trey Gerrald:

It sounds like they were full.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

and they must be so booked if like the pool chair, you know, if all that

Chelsey Donn:

If it's being touted as this, you know, sort of romantic luxury getaway.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

All

Trey Gerrald:

'I think 'I could 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Think 'I could crown this.

Chelsey Donn:

'I can crown mark.

Trey Gerrald:

All right, so ChelseyBD and 'I each have our own set of zero

Trey Gerrald:

We will simultaneously reveal our ratings.

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating

VOICEOVER:

to school.

Chelsey Donn:

Fuck the Queens are unanimous.

Chelsey Donn:

Four and A' half crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

Four and A' half crowns, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, you go first.

Chelsey Donn:

Why four And A' half crowns for.

Trey Gerrald:

'I really almost did Review Queen 'I just felt like, and I'm not sure how

Trey Gerrald:

'I felt A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Little bit like 'I would have A' guilty conscience if 'I like gave us five crowns for that reason.

Trey Gerrald:

Cuz 'I am not sure, 'I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I do think that if you're at this luxury resort, they should be

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

'I think that Mark does A' really great job.

Trey Gerrald:

It makes me feel like 'I need to look at other accommodations.

Trey Gerrald:

If I'm gonna go to this island, 'I mean they re Mark really sold me.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

it.

Trey Gerrald:

'I, believe them.

Trey Gerrald:

'I see it to be true.

Trey Gerrald:

And 'I feel swayed.

Trey Gerrald:

So very strong.

Trey Gerrald:

It was lengthy, but 'I was interested.

Trey Gerrald:

'I never felt bored.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I said four and A' half.

Trey Gerrald:

Why did you say four and A' half?

Chelsey Donn:

Similar reasoning, very close to A', Review, Queen for me, just A', little bit

Chelsey Donn:

So that's why 'I went with four and A' half.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I did think it was A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Good review.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean the drug dealer portion didn't really make me bad.

Chelsey Donn:

Uncomfortable because again, 'I think that this is all within the guise of this is

Chelsey Donn:

And you know, there might be some people staying there that cannabis is like A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay and cool, but there are some people that aren't and 'I think there

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

Um, 'I think there should be much more done to make this A'.

Chelsey Donn:

True five store experience, but really just so many things with what happened

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I felt really glad that 'I knew these things because it, especially with like booking

Chelsey Donn:

'I book this type of room, I'm going to get this type of room.

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm happy that 'I have this information from Mark and 'I can make A' well-informed decision.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I think Mark was self-aware, um, with addressing the fact that it

Chelsey Donn:

So for that reason, four and A' half.

Chelsey Donn:

Pretty queenly for me.

Chelsey Donn:

Good job, mark.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Agree.

Trey Gerrald:

Good job.

Trey Gerrald:

That was fun.

Trey Gerrald:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Now I'm super curious to hear what your five star has to say because I've

Chelsey Donn:

Overall, obviously I've been reading A', lot of negative reviews, so curious

Trey Gerrald:

let's take A' break and then we'll come back and discuss that five star

Chelsey Donn:

Woo.

Chelsey Donn:

Be

VOICEOVER:

Hold your crown.

VOICEOVER:

We'll be right back.

Chelsey Donn:

woo.

Trey Gerrald:

cupid.

Trey Gerrald:

Stop picking on me.

Trey Gerrald:

It's game time.

Trey Gerrald:

So an honor.

Trey Gerrald:

A' Valentine's Day 'I have A' fun game that 'I created for you and

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or is it actually Sal, where starts

Chelsey Donn:

sweet.

Chelsey Donn:

, sweethearts or sour Starts.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Explain.

Trey Gerrald:

So you know in Valentine's, those candy hearts that have little sayings on them.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Like you're cute.

Chelsey Donn:

Be mine.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Be careful.

Trey Gerrald:

Let's leave it at those examples.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, so that's act, those are called sweethearts.

Trey Gerrald:

They've been passed down through like three different companies.

Trey Gerrald:

There's like A' whole history that isn't that interesting.

Trey Gerrald:

But anyway, they're called Sweethearts.

Trey Gerrald:

That's the the name.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I have 14th in honor of February 14th, Valentine's Day.

Trey Gerrald:

'I have 14 sayings that are found on either

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Or on Sour Starts and Sour Starts don't exist.

Trey Gerrald:

Sour Starts are made up slogans that are not found on these little Valentine's Day hearts.

Trey Gerrald:

So

Chelsey Donn:

made up by you.

Trey Gerrald:

they're made up by me.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

All right, so I'm gonna read one of the phrases and you're gonna tell

Trey Gerrald:

All right, here we go.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Number one,

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

this is A' Sweetheart or A' Sour.

Trey Gerrald:

Start two, become one.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh, sour start.

Chelsey Donn:

Woo.

Trey Gerrald:

correct.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I made that up.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Thought it was A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little like Spice Girls and 'I thought maybe that would Meat.

Trey Gerrald:

become one.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Is this A' Sweetheart or A'?

Trey Gerrald:

Sour?

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

You are gay.

Chelsey Donn:

Sour start if that's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Sweetheart, I'm gonna be shocked.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey,

Trey Gerrald:

you're wrong.

Trey Gerrald:

So that

Chelsey Donn:

you're gay.

Trey Gerrald:

You are gay.

Trey Gerrald:

Was actually printed on these fucking sweethearts.

Chelsey Donn:

Stop.

Chelsey Donn:

That's crazy.

Trey Gerrald:

insane?

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Wish someone had one.

Trey Gerrald:

Now you are

Chelsey Donn:

you are

Trey Gerrald:

literally printed on them.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Trey Gerrald:

'I also maybe should have mentioned in the intro, they are notorious for introducing

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Fair enough.

Trey Gerrald:

So you're tied so far.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

One A'.

Chelsey Donn:

One

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or sour starts.

Trey Gerrald:

Great job.

Chelsey Donn:

sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

No.

Trey Gerrald:

Unfortunately what was actually printed was good job.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

See, this is tricky.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

should have

Chelsey Donn:

trying to trick me.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

It should have been Goodger.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or sour starts crazy in love.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh, this sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

That's right.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank God.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm tied up again.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or sour starts fax me.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Sort of hope that that's A', sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

You're right.

Chelsey Donn:

How clever Fax me.

Chelsey Donn:

Who?

Chelsey Donn:

Faxes.

Trey Gerrald:

There was also A' page

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, hilarious.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, here we go.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or sour starts ou.

Trey Gerrald:

Just,

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, you just, mm.

Chelsey Donn:

Sour start.

Trey Gerrald:

right.

Trey Gerrald:

What was actually printed as OU Kid.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So is this like A' cross generations that you're finding these?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I found A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Collective.

Trey Gerrald:

Definitive

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, oh, wow.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

, sweethearts or sour starts.

Trey Gerrald:

Why not?

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh.

Chelsey Donn:

Kind of cheeky but 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Hope it's A' sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

You're

Chelsey Donn:

Woo.

Chelsey Donn:

Isn't that sort of cheeky of them,

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like, oh, why not It might be one of my favorites,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

That's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Good one.

Chelsey Donn:

Good on you, sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

sweethearts are sour.

Trey Gerrald:

Starts whoopy.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh, sour start.

Trey Gerrald:

You are right.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh.

Trey Gerrald:

So actually what was printed was Hacha.

Chelsey Donn:

That's funny.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Cha cha cha cha.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you know how 'I came up with Whoopy

Chelsey Donn:

How

Trey Gerrald:

to Chicago?

Trey Gerrald:

Hacha.

Trey Gerrald:

Whoopy.

Trey Gerrald:

Skidoo.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts are sour.

Trey Gerrald:

Starts saucy.

Trey Gerrald:

Boy.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, oof.

Chelsey Donn:

While 'I Hope it's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Sweetheart, I'm gonna say Sour start.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Hope it is A' sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

You're wrong.

Chelsey Donn:

It is A'.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A' sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Salty boy,

Chelsey Donn:

Saucy boy.

Trey Gerrald:

isn't that weird?

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Wonder how many writers they went through.

Trey Gerrald:

'I have no idea.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, they did have contests.

Trey Gerrald:

A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Couple of years where

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, cool.

Chelsey Donn:

Cool.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts are sour starts.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

You were up.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Amm gonna say, sweetheart.

Trey Gerrald:

You're right.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts are sour.

Trey Gerrald:

Starts sleigh.

Chelsey Donn:

Sour.

Chelsey Donn:

Start.

Trey Gerrald:

wrong.

Chelsey Donn:

What?

Trey Gerrald:

They really wrote sleigh.

Trey Gerrald:

They also had yas.

Trey Gerrald:

Girl

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, so this was like their gay edition.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Guess Yas girl.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, we have three more.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm winning.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm winning.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or sour starts

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Fill me up.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God, I'm in A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Hope sour heart cuz that seems very raunchy.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I made it up.

Chelsey Donn:

oh my god.

Chelsey Donn:

Fill me up.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, so

Chelsey Donn:

Mm-hmm.

Trey Gerrald:

two

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Sweethearts or sour starts Pugs and kittens.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think that I'm gonna say sweetheart cuz that just seems too weird for you to make it up.

Trey Gerrald:

It's A' Sweethearts.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh,

Trey Gerrald:

Good job.

Chelsey Donn:

thanks.

Trey Gerrald:

one,

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

sweethearts or sour Starts Go home.

Chelsey Donn:

Go home.

Chelsey Donn:

Sour start.

Trey Gerrald:

It's real.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, it's real.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

that weird?

Trey Gerrald:

Go home.

Chelsey Donn:

weird.

Chelsey Donn:

Go home.

Trey Gerrald:

Isn't that weird?

Chelsey Donn:

Very weird.

Chelsey Donn:

Very cheeky.

Chelsey Donn:

Very cheeky sweethearts.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

That means you won ChelseyBD

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Did it.

Trey Gerrald:

with A' Grand Total of nine, right?

Chelsey Donn:

you beat me?

Chelsey Donn:

If you're listening,

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Hope that your Valentine's Day is full of Sweethearts and not sour starts.

Chelsey Donn:

thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey fun.

Chelsey Donn:

Good game, Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

Thank you.

Trey Gerrald:

You are gay.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay,

VOICEOVER:

Review, That, Review, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, we're back from that rousing game break.

Chelsey Donn:

What arousing Game break 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Feel.

Chelsey Donn:

Browsed.

Chelsey Donn:

Do you feel browsed?

Trey Gerrald:

You are gay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, so now . All

Trey Gerrald:

Fill me up.

Chelsey Donn:

me up.

Chelsey Donn:

It is now time for us to hear the other side of the story.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's give sandals the benefit of the doubt and so I'm excited to hear the flip side.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, let us know

Trey Gerrald:

we are.

Trey Gerrald:

All right, so this is the five star review from Trustpilot for Sandals Resorts.

Trey Gerrald:

This is written by Katie C, also from gb.

Chelsey Donn:

k d, c, from gb.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, great.

Chelsey Donn:

So we got, so this is really apples to apples here in A' Way.

Trey Gerrald:

Now this was written on August 27th, 2020, and the subject

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, okay.

Trey Gerrald:

November, 2019.

Trey Gerrald:

Having been to Ochi Jamaica last year, we decided Barbados would be A' good.

Trey Gerrald:

Second Sandals visit, we went as A' party of six three couples.

Trey Gerrald:

The transfer from the airport to the resort was only 15 to 20 minutes.

Trey Gerrald:

We were greeted with cold towel smelling of lemon grass, A', very strong rum

Trey Gerrald:

Since we were members, we used the iPad to sign in.

Trey Gerrald:

The card machines were down, so we never got to put A' credit card on file dash.

Trey Gerrald:

We just paid for all of our trips at the end.

Trey Gerrald:

Easily enough, we were taken to our rooms and the holiday began.

Trey Gerrald:

The resort is huge.

Trey Gerrald:

It is so unbelievably stunning.

Trey Gerrald:

We stayed in the Baja section in A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Crystal Lagoon, luxury honeymoon room with balcony tranquility, soaking tub, lx, The room, had A',

Trey Gerrald:

Two wall mirrors, one full length mirror and one light up mirror with magnify

Trey Gerrald:

A' Con and A' fan.

Trey Gerrald:

There was nothing else we could think of that we would have required in the room.

Trey Gerrald:

It was cleaned daily and we had A' turndown service nearly every evening.

Trey Gerrald:

The fridge was stocked with the wine and beer of request and was topped up daily.

Chelsey Donn:

Hmm.

Trey Gerrald:

There is no free rose wine.

Trey Gerrald:

Actually.

Trey Gerrald:

This says there is no free rose wine, which is A' shame, but you can pay for it if you wanted.

Trey Gerrald:

'I had emailed sandals beforehand after reading reviews on how other guests had

Trey Gerrald:

'I wanted to ensure we had bookings for tables of six.

Trey Gerrald:

There was only one occasion where the table booking was not there, but we sought

Trey Gerrald:

'I cannot tell you how incredible the food is here, especially compared to Ochi parenthesis,

Trey Gerrald:

'I would highly recommend going to Neptunes for lunch.

Trey Gerrald:

The views are insane and the food is fab.

Trey Gerrald:

Try the fried chicken and the Burger Chi, or is it Chai?

Trey Gerrald:

C h 'I?

Trey Gerrald:

not.

Trey Gerrald:

It's not.

Trey Gerrald:

High.

Trey Gerrald:

Chi is so beautifully designed inside and the pad tie is to die.

Trey Gerrald:

For 'I would also recommend butcher's , although 'I would say to get an earlier booking as the

Trey Gerrald:

If you are looking for late night food, the Merry Monkey and Lover's Lane does some

Trey Gerrald:

We went on A' snorkeling and Catamaran trip.

Trey Gerrald:

Highly recommend this.

Trey Gerrald:

A', hundred $7 pp.

Trey Gerrald:

We got taken to Bridgetown and boarded the boat, sailed for 10 minutes,

Trey Gerrald:

Then we sailed for around an hour and snorkeled.

Trey Gerrald:

For some shipwrecks.

Trey Gerrald:

We had unlimited drinks and A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Really lovely lunch.

Trey Gerrald:

The men played golf, which they said was great.

Trey Gerrald:

Bring your own clubs if you can, though.

Trey Gerrald:

We also went on A' shopping trip, which was only 12 pp, and we got to see Bridgetown

Trey Gerrald:

The pools here are beautiful.

Trey Gerrald:

We never had an issue getting six sunbeds together.

Trey Gerrald:

'I would recommend saving them as everyone else seems to, but if someone doesn't return

Trey Gerrald:

Staff are always around taking orders for drinks.

Trey Gerrald:

The beach is stunning.

Trey Gerrald:

It is public, but it's no issue at all.

Trey Gerrald:

One man tried to sell us something.

Trey Gerrald:

We said No thank you, and that was the end of that.

Trey Gerrald:

There was no seaweed when we were there.

Trey Gerrald:

Sandals have also made two stone wave barriers in the sea, which we

Trey Gerrald:

Loved all of the bars.

Trey Gerrald:

You gotta A' drink pretty quickly.

Trey Gerrald:

Some bars didn't have menus though, so we struggled to pick something

Trey Gerrald:

Few occasions, nothing really to complain about, but just would've

Trey Gerrald:

You can book lockers and showers to use when you leave, although the ladies lockers did

Trey Gerrald:

We were picked up in an A' con minibus and back to the airport we went.

Trey Gerrald:

The only real issue we had was that we were not there for longer.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

K c.

Trey Gerrald:

It's interesting how A' lot of your things sort of were also mentioned here,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, it really did kind of make me rethink some of those points.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, first off, obviously we need to address, of course, that this is Barbados.

Chelsey Donn:

Mine was Antigua.

Chelsey Donn:

It did kind of make me wonder if 'I went back on Trustpilot and just searched the word

Chelsey Donn:

That is something that 'I think we need to consider.

Chelsey Donn:

Before we go there, 'I do think, what's very cool about K D C, who 'I learned

Chelsey Donn:

Nice way.

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Trey Gerrald:

that too.

Chelsey Donn:

And had A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Lot of qualities that we like in A' five star review, which is that

Chelsey Donn:

They did book the restaurant right and they had to wait A' half hour.

Chelsey Donn:

Like there are some people that would really vetch about that.

Chelsey Donn:

Or the lockers only working in the men's room.

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

That's definitely A' Complaint.

Chelsey Donn:

There are no menus at the bar.

Chelsey Donn:

Very similar to our first reviews.

Chelsey Donn:

They did say somebody came up to them on the beach that it's A' Public Beach,

Chelsey Donn:

And it was like A', not A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Even the rose, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Couldn't get rose in the bar.

Chelsey Donn:

That was A' non-issue.

Chelsey Donn:

There were so many things that KC really made A' non-issue, which does bring up the question of

Chelsey Donn:

Lot of times the individual, like how, how their perspective, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Like are they gonna let these little things sour the whole experience or are they still

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't.

Chelsey Donn:

Katie C really won me over.

Chelsey Donn:

What do you think?

Trey Gerrald:

so 'I picked this because 'I felt like so many things were covered,

Chelsey Donn:

okay.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm of two

Chelsey Donn:

Like planted.

Trey Gerrald:

so that's what I'm A' of Two minds about.

Trey Gerrald:

Either K D C, read A', whole bunch of reviews.

Trey Gerrald:

And so they wanted to tackle A' lot of these points after they had the experience, which

Trey Gerrald:

Enough to where like you can't tell that it's A' planted review because

Trey Gerrald:

Big deal.

Chelsey Donn:

But also every negative that they brush off is not A' big deal.

Chelsey Donn:

'I still feel like is up to the reader whether or not that's A' big deal.

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

Because 'I still think that like, I'm not gonna call Mark crotchety because 'I think that there

Chelsey Donn:

They're not gonna give me Rose the credit card machine.

Chelsey Donn:

Like they could still have an issue with it.

Chelsey Donn:

It's Katie that doesn't have an issue.

Trey Gerrald:

The thing that sort of make 'I don't think that it's planted.

Trey Gerrald:

And 'I, 'I think that if they were planting it and wanting to make it seem like they

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I think being like it's A' Public beach.

Trey Gerrald:

That's true.

Trey Gerrald:

So then you can say like, we were solicited, but then as soon as we said no, we were left alone.

Trey Gerrald:

Like that feels like A' spin,

Chelsey Donn:

Which, like maybe Mark was left alone too.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what?

Chelsey Donn:

'I, he didn't say that was another thing that 'I was thinking in this review.

Chelsey Donn:

Like Mark never said that the food was bad.

Chelsey Donn:

He said that the portions were

Trey Gerrald:

correct.

Chelsey Donn:

So you know, Katie's saying that the food was good.

Chelsey Donn:

'I kind of 'I believe Katie because it just seems like A' sunny side of the street.

Trey Gerrald:

'I know 'I hon.

Trey Gerrald:

Ultimately, 'I don't think that it's A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Fake review.

Trey Gerrald:

'I do think that Katie just has A' positive outlook on things and felt

Trey Gerrald:

Lot of the issues that people had complained about in reviews, which

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean it's someone after my own heart, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

And they 'I love the like excursions that they point out

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, 'I love the mirrors galore.

Chelsey Donn:

My goodness.

Chelsey Donn:

I've never heard so Muslim describe so many mirrors.

Trey Gerrald:

'I know.

Chelsey Donn:

That was crazy.

Trey Gerrald:

It does seem to me like this is A' newer resort.

Trey Gerrald:

'I did get the experience from Mark's review that the Antigua one is old and this one feels not old.

Trey Gerrald:

And it seems like the staff is really on it and great

Chelsey Donn:

And maybe because this was 2020, you know, maybe people were A' little

Chelsey Donn:

And so maybe they were kind of on their best behavior and maybe some

Chelsey Donn:

So it wasn't as busy or as crazy A', or as hectic as it usually is.

Trey Gerrald:

A' really good point.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, that's A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Good point.

Chelsey Donn:

People were happy to work.

Trey Gerrald:

Very minimal typos.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

What did you think about the fact that there was an Iron and A' board?

Trey Gerrald:

That is so funny to me.

Trey Gerrald:

Did like don't, do you say ironing board,

Chelsey Donn:

Ironing board, but 'I just thought it was like funny that it

Chelsey Donn:

It's like 'I, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think there would be an ironing board if there's an iron, but sure.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm trying to think.

Trey Gerrald:

Have 'I ever been in A' Hotel that had an iron

Chelsey Donn:

not an ironing board.

Chelsey Donn:

'I

Trey Gerrald:

Sometimes they're not together, but usually there's

Chelsey Donn:

they're not together, but there's usually one in the closet, or like A' full down

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, that really made me laugh.

Chelsey Donn:

to me.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't know why.

Chelsey Donn:

So also, oh, we gotta point out when they came, they got the sandals Select T-shirts.

Chelsey Donn:

So that kind of jumped out at me too.

Chelsey Donn:

And they said in the beginning of the review that this wasn't their first Sandals trip.

Chelsey Donn:

And so clearly we have to consider that we're dealing in KC with A' loyal

Chelsey Donn:

Because if you're somebody that like loves Mac computers, but then your Mac computer has like

Chelsey Donn:

And it's, you know, it's not that big of A' deal, right?

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I think that like K D C is brand loyal to sandals, wanted this experience to be A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Good one,

Trey Gerrald:

correct.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

No, 'I agree as well.

Trey Gerrald:

The sun bads, so here we have,

Chelsey Donn:

two hour.

Trey Gerrald:

right?

Trey Gerrald:

And this is two years before.

Chelsey Donn:

that policy.

Trey Gerrald:

So they have this policy that if they don't show for two hours,

Trey Gerrald:

Think they're being truthful.

Trey Gerrald:

They're 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Just have A' little flicker of A' flame inside of me that feels like, did they

Trey Gerrald:

Don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

Something feels A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Little A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Little tiny.

Trey Gerrald:

Sketchy to me.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I think they're being truthful.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I think maybe that's coming from the breadth of information that they gave us.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

And the specificity.

Chelsey Donn:

But at the same time, it is sort of like queenly, like we know to get the pad Thai Chi.

Chelsey Donn:

We know to go to butcher's.

Chelsey Donn:

What at A' certain time of day.

Chelsey Donn:

We know that we can go to Mary Monkey if we just feel like staying in our

Chelsey Donn:

Like there's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Lot of really great information that is being given here.

Trey Gerrald:

Humor, entertainment.

Chelsey Donn:

'I was sort of amused by Katie c 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know that there was humor though.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean it has an impact for me.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, definitely impactful.

Trey Gerrald:

'I can crown.

Trey Gerrald:

You want A' crown?

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

'I can crown.

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Tied again four and A' half four and A' half.

Chelsey Donn:

Very interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Queens are unanimous again.

Chelsey Donn:

'I 'I mean.

Chelsey Donn:

This was A' four and A' half worth.

Chelsey Donn:

This was just as worthy of the four and A' half crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

'I felt as Mark was worthy at the top, so 'I had to give the same rating.

Chelsey Donn:

'I thought it was really good.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean 'I gave that little 0.5 variance because 'I do think there's A' chance that KDC is A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little bit more of A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Sunny side of A' Street, the street than most.

Chelsey Donn:

So that was why 'I went with A' four and A' half, but mostly really solid review.

Chelsey Donn:

Good job Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

Why four and A' half?

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I think it's really great 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

It is A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Little lengthy.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I didn't drift off like 'I felt like if 'I was looking at this resort, 'I would feel like A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Lot of the bases were covered and 'I would know how to replicate A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Similar experience by like booking things ahead of time.

Trey Gerrald:

You know, 'I now have A' better understanding of like perhaps 'I should look at what

Chelsey Donn:

it worth?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah,

Trey Gerrald:

maybe there's something more beneficial.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I also loved as very queenly that they talk about like touchdown of the plane, the commuting,

Chelsey Donn:

yeah,

Trey Gerrald:

but 'I just have to save A' little half ground cuz 'I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I call it my female intuition.

Trey Gerrald:

'I think something's off 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Think 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

'I don't.

Trey Gerrald:

Maybe Katie's grand niece works there or

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe, or maybe like part of being A' sandals Elite is like if you write

Chelsey Donn:

Next time she's getting A' sweatshirt.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what 'I mean?

Trey Gerrald:

'I 'I mean who knows right?

Trey Gerrald:

Instead of that t-shirt.

Trey Gerrald:

So, but very valuable, 'I believe it to be truthful.

Trey Gerrald:

And also 'I love that they have been to multiple sandals resorts, which makes me feel like

Chelsey Donn:

And it made me feel better.

Chelsey Donn:

Like it's not all bad.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what 'I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

Sandals, which, which brings us to what do we think?

Trey Gerrald:

'I don't 'I mean 'I Just really feel.

Trey Gerrald:

It could be go either way.

Trey Gerrald:

'I, 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Do think the big caveat of this episode is that we're doing Sandals resorts,

Trey Gerrald:

So, which sort of goes to show you, it's like, you know, if A' Resort is built in the seventies,

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I feel like sandals has been around forever.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean the whole non same-sex couple thing.

Trey Gerrald:

'I think is gonna have A' lasting impression on me personally as A' human being.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I, you know, it's like they've amended it.

Trey Gerrald:

So like, what else can you do?

Trey Gerrald:

And we are, you know, everything is constantly changing in the world.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I, if 'I was looking

Chelsey Donn:

That's big of

Trey Gerrald:

Caribbean on an all-inclusive situation, 'I know of the brand sandals.

Trey Gerrald:

It exists in the world and 'I know of it.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I don't think that this would sway me either way.

Trey Gerrald:

'I think.

Trey Gerrald:

'I would look to find specific reviews, uh, before 'I pulled the TreyGerrald.

Trey Gerrald:

And these costs are very low by the way.

Chelsey Donn:

The cost.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, overall, like 'I, just in going through multiple locations for sandals,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe once A' nickel and dime at all.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Do think it's interesting that we're doing this as like A' podcast because it feels like A'

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I feel like good about the fact that we're sort of breaking this down and saying,

Chelsey Donn:

Let's know about the history of, you know, the gay rights and let's.

Chelsey Donn:

and disabilities and let's know that you know, if there's not gonna be

Chelsey Donn:

It's not just, this is sandals and it gets A' seal of approval.

Chelsey Donn:

When was the resort built?

Chelsey Donn:

You really gotta do some digging.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think is the the takeaway.

Chelsey Donn:

Dig in the sand, make yourself A' nice little sand castle.

Chelsey Donn:

And then decide,

Trey Gerrald:

Build that sandcastle of knowledge.

Trey Gerrald:

Well then let's move forward ChelseyBD with the most regal portion of our show.

Trey Gerrald:

ChelseyBD, who are you inducting today for?

VOICEOVER:

My, Royal, Highness.

Chelsey Donn:

'I am so happy.

Chelsey Donn:

You asked Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

'I was feeling so warm and fuzzy because it's Valentine's Day that 'I thought.

Chelsey Donn:

What is the most warm and fuzzy thing in my life and 'I think it's my seat warmers in my car?

Chelsey Donn:

God 'I think they're really underestimated.

Chelsey Donn:

These sea warmers, they're amazing for A' woman.

Chelsey Donn:

If it's that time A' month, you put the sea warmer on it makes all the difference.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh yeah, you got cramps, you got A' bad back put on the sea warmers.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

These seat warmers, they're something that 'I use on A' regular basis in

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I definitely used them when 'I was living on the East coast with regularity.

Chelsey Donn:

And never in all of my driving years have 'I thought.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what?

Chelsey Donn:

It's time for me to thank the seat warmers and 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think 'I wanted to take this opportunity to say, Thanks.

Chelsey Donn:

Seat warmers and 'I wanna induct you as My Royal Highness, because you warm my heart and my tush.

Trey Gerrald:

Wait, 'I love this because 'I don't know much about seat warmers.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

It is often like 'I when 'I get cars.

Trey Gerrald:

'I always do the base level or, or like the next above base.

Chelsey Donn:

Do you not have seat warmers?

Trey Gerrald:

No,

Chelsey Donn:

my god.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I was really unsure if 'I sh, if it was something like 'I was very attached to having A' sunroof.

Trey Gerrald:

That was more important to me.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I never knew really anything about the seat warmers.

Trey Gerrald:

Like do you think it's really worth

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Can't imagine living without my seat warmers.

Chelsey Donn:

'I know, it's like kind of bougie, but 'I have to have my seat warmer.

Chelsey Donn:

It makes all the difference.

Chelsey Donn:

Seriously, like if you're A' woman and you have cramps and you're not

Chelsey Donn:

It really.

Trey Gerrald:

How long does it take to heat up?

Chelsey Donn:

It depends.

Chelsey Donn:

Probably on the car, but mine doesn't take too long.

Chelsey Donn:

Like maybe 10 minutes or something.

Chelsey Donn:

Like tops.

Chelsey Donn:

Listeners, do you love your seat warmers as much as 'I?

Chelsey Donn:

Do 'I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

'I Don't even live in the A' cold climate necessarily.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I still 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I live.

Chelsey Donn:

'I Live?

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Love it.

Trey Gerrald:

There was A' time before we had cars and we would borrow David's parents' car

Trey Gerrald:

And so 'I would always, without David noticing, turn his seat warmer on and

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, cuz he would be like hot.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, but like, you know, 'I would do it discretely and

Chelsey Donn:

That's so

Trey Gerrald:

So I'm just like sitting

Chelsey Donn:

And then all of A' sudden he's like, why is my ass on fire?

Trey Gerrald:
