Unknown:

Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience. I'm your host Aurora. And I'm very happy to be

Unknown:

spending some time with you today. This is episode number

Unknown:

one of season three. And I'm just going to continue to leave

Unknown:

it open what this season is going to be about and just let

Unknown:

it flow. I hope you're doing well. I hope you're in a good

Unknown:

place. And if you're not, I hope you feel better. After listening

Unknown:

to this little episode here, about 10 minutes to 15 minutes

Unknown:

long. I'm very excited to announce that in half an hour,

Unknown:

I'll be life with Shawn Dustin. And we will continue our podcast

Unknown:

episodes called non proud of our behavior, where we talk about

Unknown:

stuff that Yeah, we still feel guilty shame about and we just

Unknown:

want to air the dirty laundry and spirit and inspire you

Unknown:

Sorry, to maybe do the same or to know that you're not alone.

Unknown:

With this, carrying stuff around from the past that we're not

Unknown:

proud of. And today's episode I want to talk about or guide you

Unknown:

through a learn meditation. For when you feel overwhelmed, or

Unknown:

you feel like you're a failure. You're not successful in life,

Unknown:

and you don't know where life is going to bring you. So find a

Unknown:

comfortable seat or maybe lay down on the ground. Don't be

Unknown:

driving any vehicles or your bicycle. Don't be operating any

Unknown:

machinery. Be in a space where you feel safe and comfortable.

Unknown:

Now if you choose to sit, find a straight spine. So you adjust

Unknown:

your seat over your sit bones, you kind of roll them back and

Unknown:

forth, your lower back is a little bit arched. You can bring

Unknown:

your shoulders up and roll them all the way back. You can tuck

Unknown:

your chin slightly to elongate your neck and your hands can be

Unknown:

resting on your thighs. Your legs are in a gentle cross

Unknown:

legged position. And again, if you feel like laying down, just

Unknown:

lay down

Unknown:

let your body sink into the ground. Take a deep inhale in

Unknown:

and exhale. If you choose to close your eyes, relax the

Unknown:

muscles around your eyes. Relax your jaw, your forehead.

Unknown:

Very good.

Unknown:

Now you can place one hand on your heart and one hand on your

Unknown:

belly to create kind of a deeper connection to yourself. But you

Unknown:

can also choose to leave your hands on your thighs know that

Unknown:

you are enough. Know that sometimes the struggle is too

Unknown:

big. And you just got to let it go. And sit back and find

Unknown:

yourself again before you continue pushing. know that

Unknown:

you're not alone in this we all struggle at times we all doubt

Unknown:

ourselves. We all feel like a failure and times. Some are

Unknown:

quicker to push through and to just keep going and some people

Unknown:

just need a little bit of rest and resetting. Letting go maybe

Unknown:

even you've been trying so hard for so long. He might be

Unknown:

exhausted now. Maybe it is hard for you to pick up the phone and

Unknown:

call a friend. Maybe it is hard for you to be friendly and

Unknown:

compassionate. Maybe it is hard for you to listen to us. The

Unknown:

people because for once you want to be listened to, you're always

Unknown:

there for others.

Unknown:

Know that you are your best friend, know that you taking

Unknown:

this little bit of time today and being with yourself is the

Unknown:

medicine you need. You need to feel comfort and being with

Unknown:

yourself. And you need to feel that deep healing energy that is

Unknown:

roaming resting inside of yourself. Know that you are the

Unknown:

love you seek. The outside the external world is beautiful,

Unknown:

awesome for distractions, awesome for inspiration

Unknown:

stimulation. But the T deep sorry, calm source of healing

Unknown:

and connection lies within you. And it is in those little

Unknown:

moments here that we take each day or maybe a couple times a

Unknown:

week that we can reconnect to that deep source of contentment,

Unknown:

peace and quiet. Maybe you can feel your heartbeat under your

Unknown:

hand. You most certainly can feel your breathing under the

Unknown:

other hand.

Unknown:

Take a deep breath in. And exhale, let it all go again.

Unknown:

Maybe it is in the evening, then you can go to sleep now. And

Unknown:

know that tomorrow is a new day. Maybe you woke up this morning

Unknown:

after having weird dreams and you feel kind of drained and

Unknown:

exhausted already and don't know where to begin. then know that

Unknown:

this is the perfect beginning to a day. Connect to yourself. Be

Unknown:

good with what you have. Send deep gratefulness into your

Unknown:

heart for being there. And for giving you the comfort, comfort

Unknown:

that you need. Thank you hard for your health for constantly

Unknown:

being there for you. restless restlessly, beating and working

Unknown:

for you. Take a deep breath in and exhale. Again, relax the

Unknown:

muscles around your eyes. Maybe bring your shoulders up and

Unknown:

back. And imagine yourself sitting on a river. It is

Unknown:

spring. It is warm, just wearing a shirt. Very comfortable pants.

Unknown:

If he likes the idea, then your feet are touching the water of

Unknown:

that river.

Unknown:

Fresh water.

Unknown:

And you're watching that little river and you can feel the river

Unknown:

kind of pushing, pulling your feet in one direction. Life is a

Unknown:

river. Life is not a lake. Life is constant change. And know

Unknown:

that the feelings you have right now are not going to be forever.

Unknown:

It's a phase you're going through maybe just a couple of

Unknown:

hours, maybe a couple of days, then I want you to remember that

Unknown:

you can wash it off emotionally and mentally. Just letting go of

Unknown:

these feelings. Let's go back to that beautiful image. You can

Unknown:

maybe feel the sun on your skin can maybe feel a little bit of

Unknown:

wind can maybe feel the grass that you're leaning on to with

Unknown:

your elbows or your hands. Maybe you can hear so On birds

Unknown:

singing, to know that not only you are always there for

Unknown:

yourself but Mother Nature's always right there. No matter

Unknown:

where you live. She's there with her animals pounds, the earth,

Unknown:

water and the wind and everything keeps going all the

Unknown:

time. So tune in a little bit into Mother Nature's rhythm.

Unknown:

Breathe in that fresh air and know that soon you will feel

Unknown:

energized and and know that you're doing your best. To feel

Unknown:

better again, to feel energized again.

Unknown:

Now take really good care of yourself. Maybe have a nap,

Unknown:

maybe have a big glass of water. Maybe listen to some really good

Unknown:

music that makes you feel good. And maybe you go for a walk in

Unknown:

nature. Thank you so much for supporting this show here. It is

Unknown:

my everything. I pour my heart into this and I hope you can

Unknown:

feel it. Until next time,
