Brianna:

So we are gonna

Brianna:

have a little bit of a

Brianna:

different chat today.

Brianna:

I'm gonna talk to Emma

Brianna:

about something that she

Brianna:

was asking me before we

Brianna:

actually started recording.

Brianna:

So if you don't know

Brianna:

who I am, I'm Brianna.

Brianna:

I'm the, uh, head

Brianna:

of Bambi Media.

Brianna:

We're a podcast and

Brianna:

video production company,

Brianna:

and we work with Emma.

Brianna:

And I love doing these

Brianna:

sessions with Emma,

Brianna:

where I sit in on

Brianna:

her recordings, okay.

Brianna:

And I help her.

Brianna:

Like record or just at least

Brianna:

be an audience there, or

Brianna:

give her a bit of guidance

Brianna:

on how to finish an episode

Brianna:

or how to start with a

Brianna:

good hook or a good story

Brianna:

or something like that.

Brianna:

And so Emma came to

Brianna:

me and she said, well,

Brianna:

what did you say, Emma?

Brianna:

Tell me what you said.

EMMA:

said,

EMMA:

feel nervous still making

EMMA:

this podcast after five years.

Brianna:

and I think

Brianna:

it's become probably more

Brianna:

nerve wracking for you.

Brianna:

After we started working

Brianna:

together and I said to you,

Brianna:

you need to stop doing so many

Brianna:

guest episodes where you're

Brianna:

highlighting all the guests

Brianna:

and we have no real look

Brianna:

into who you actually are.

EMMA:

I know, I know

EMMA:

she pushed me folks.

EMMA:

She really pushed me and I

Brianna:

I.

EMMA:

it,

EMMA:

and I

EMMA:

also hate her

Brianna:

Ha ha.

Brianna:

Hahaha.

Brianna:

And so, yeah, Emma came to

Brianna:

me today with this, this kind

Brianna:

of feeling of like, why am I

Brianna:

still like nervous about this?

Brianna:

Why is it still hard to do?

Brianna:

And is it valuable?

Brianna:

Like, is is what I'm

Brianna:

providing valuable?

Brianna:

It feels like maybe it isn't.

Brianna:

And, and so I wanted to

Brianna:

have, like, we wanted to have

Brianna:

this chat today to have this

Brianna:

discussion about what it's

Brianna:

like being a business owner.

EMMA:

Yeah.

Brianna:

A content creator.

Brianna:

That's what you are.

Brianna:

You are a content creator.

EMMA:

I don't see myself

EMMA:

that way, but Yep.

Brianna:

No, exactly.

EMMA:

Yeah.

Brianna:

being a, a business

Brianna:

owner and a content creator,

Brianna:

and a saleswoman and a,

Brianna:

you know, a mother and a

Brianna:

wife, and all the things.

EMMA:

things.

Brianna:

how do you become

Brianna:

comfortable as a business

Brianna:

owner also being the front

Brianna:

face, the personal brand?

Brianna:

Of your business.

EMMA:

It's a great question.

EMMA:

Also, I wanna say that Brianna

EMMA:

said it's good to have nerves.

EMMA:

It's good to have nerves.

EMMA:

But then when I told her

EMMA:

what my nerves were, which

EMMA:

is almost tread showing up to

EMMA:

do the podcast, the actual.

EMMA:

Recording of it.

EMMA:

'cause I'm like, am I

EMMA:

gonna say the right things

EMMA:

I have enough material?

EMMA:

All the things just.

EMMA:

Oh, this is just me

EMMA:

being really honest.

EMMA:

Right.

EMMA:

And the last set of,

EMMA:

podcast episodes, if

EMMA:

you haven't listened to

EMMA:

them, were very personal.

EMMA:

So personal.

EMMA:

After the one about one

EMMA:

of my mom, I got off Bre,

EMMA:

I didn't tell you this.

EMMA:

I got off and I had a little

EMMA:

cry I'm like, that was so hard

EMMA:

to record and put out there.

EMMA:

And then thank goodness I

EMMA:

was overseas when it came

EMMA:

out, because if it was

EMMA:

here when I came out, I

EMMA:

probably would've had the

EMMA:

same feelings over again.

EMMA:

I also am so desperate to

EMMA:

show people that you can

EMMA:

show up as you and it's

EMMA:

okay, and I'm just still

EMMA:

trying to get into that.

EMMA:

right?

EMMA:

Like just showing up as me

EMMA:

and it being okay, we're like

EMMA:

conditioned to be a certain

EMMA:

way and I have always been a

EMMA:

rule breaker, is not great.

EMMA:

But anyway, always been

EMMA:

a rule breaker and so I.

EMMA:

Sometimes have to hide

EMMA:

that because that's not

EMMA:

necessarily appropriate.

EMMA:

And I'm, I'm done with

EMMA:

being appropriate.

EMMA:

I, I've got things to share.

EMMA:

It's just how do I do it in a

EMMA:

way that serves the audience?

EMMA:

And this isn't just a

EMMA:

platform that I talk

EMMA:

about myself 'cause that

EMMA:

is not what I wanna do.

Brianna:

Yeah.

Brianna:

It is not like you are a,

Brianna:

like a, an influencer that's

Brianna:

wanting to get higher up

Brianna:

in the influencing world,

Brianna:

you know, and, and get more

Brianna:

followers and, and get brand

Brianna:

deals and all that like that.

Brianna:

That's not why you are here,

Brianna:

you know, and I think the

Brianna:

thing that's interesting,

Brianna:

what I've found from

Brianna:

watching the progression

Brianna:

of you over the last, you

Brianna:

know, however long we've

Brianna:

been working together is.

Brianna:

Part of my role here is to

Brianna:

look at what happens when we

Brianna:

post things on your LinkedIn

Brianna:

and we see how that goes.

Brianna:

Right?

Brianna:

So especially that stuff

Brianna:

that's really hard that,

Brianna:

you know, things when you're

Brianna:

talking about what happened

Brianna:

with your mom and like, ugh,

Brianna:

you know, we wanna make sure

Brianna:

that you are coming across

Brianna:

and still being represented

Brianna:

That you're not just like,

Brianna:

oh, here's my sad story,

Brianna:

you know, because that's

Brianna:

absolutely not what it is.

EMMA:

It's not coming

EMMA:

from a place of trauma,

Brianna:

No.

EMMA:

I've healed, and this

EMMA:

is the thing I will say

EMMA:

how I've gamified this.

EMMA:

So I know I say I am

EMMA:

nervous and I dread,

EMMA:

rocking up for podcasts.

EMMA:

And that is nothing

EMMA:

to do with Brianna.

EMMA:

That is nothing to do.

EMMA:

That's just a me thing, right?

EMMA:

But how I've gamified it

EMMA:

is like trying to add in

EMMA:

a shocking truth so that

EMMA:

Brianna's face goes, I

EMMA:

go, oh yeah, nailed it.

EMMA:

So maybe I've just hacked

EMMA:

myself and gamified

EMMA:

it in a way that makes

EMMA:

it bearable for me.

Brianna:

And I think it's good

Brianna:

when I'm on these sessions

Brianna:

too, especially when you're

Brianna:

sharing things like this

Brianna:

where it feels like you're

Brianna:

just not talking to yourself.

Brianna:

I feel like that helps.

Brianna:

And so when, when we've posted

Brianna:

things on LinkedIn and they've

Brianna:

been really hard for you to

Brianna:

record, but then you see what

Brianna:

happens on the other end when

Brianna:

people are then thanking you.

Brianna:

For sharing that stuff and

Brianna:

saying like, oh my God,

Brianna:

I love you even more now.

Brianna:

You know,

EMMA:

Yeah.

Brianna:

That's what

Brianna:

makes it worth it.

EMMA:

Yeah, and you

EMMA:

can see the impact.

EMMA:

It's just you've gotta

EMMA:

get over your own nerves

EMMA:

and scaredy cattiness in

EMMA:

order to have the impact.

EMMA:

that's the bit

EMMA:

that I'm constantly

EMMA:

pushing myself to do.

EMMA:

I mean, no one would think

EMMA:

Me recording a podcast

EMMA:

episode is hard for me.

EMMA:

No one would think that

EMMA:

now until this episode.

EMMA:

It's been five years.

EMMA:

Does it get easier?

EMMA:

Yes, it does get easier, but

EMMA:

also if your content shifts,

EMMA:

like we've shifted ours, and

EMMA:

if you are the focal point

EMMA:

and it's just about you,

EMMA:

that's like next level, right?

EMMA:

And then you start talking

EMMA:

about your own personal

EMMA:

situation and you start

EMMA:

talking about things that.

EMMA:

Have previously

EMMA:

been seen as taboo.

EMMA:

And that was one of the

EMMA:

reasons that I really wanted

EMMA:

to do that because we've got

EMMA:

a stack of mental health stuff

EMMA:

going on in my family, and

EMMA:

there is still so much stigma

EMMA:

there doesn't have to be.

EMMA:

And if someone is brave enough

EMMA:

to say it, and the amount

EMMA:

of, to your point, the amount

EMMA:

of private messages, I get

EMMA:

to say, man, that episode

EMMA:

really resonated for me.

EMMA:

Thank you for sharing it.

EMMA:

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

EMMA:

And I'm like, you know what?

EMMA:

If we've impacted one

EMMA:

person, that's the whole

EMMA:

reason I went into business

EMMA:

in the first place.

EMMA:

Right?

EMMA:

How do we impact one

EMMA:

person at a time?

EMMA:

And if.

EMMA:

It does that.

EMMA:

I've done my job, but

EMMA:

it's still fricking scary.

Brianna:

Yeah, totally.

Brianna:

And then the, the, I guess

Brianna:

the trajectory of how

Brianna:

this works from a personal

Brianna:

branding perspective is,

Brianna:

and Emma and I have spoken

Brianna:

about this privately,

Brianna:

we're, you know, we are not

Brianna:

airing her dirty laundry.

Brianna:

We are not damaging the brand

Brianna:

by sharing these things.

Brianna:

These are things that

Brianna:

are always from the

Brianna:

frame of, this was hard,

Brianna:

but I got through it.

Brianna:

Or this was crazy.

Brianna:

Oh my God, I'm never

Brianna:

doing that again.

Brianna:

Like buying a motorbike,

Brianna:

but this is what I learned.

Brianna:

And so there's always,

Brianna:

from the story, from the

Brianna:

trauma, from the stigma,

Brianna:

from the whatever, what.

Brianna:

Out of that story has

Brianna:

pushed you to become

Brianna:

who you are and why you

Brianna:

do the job that you do.

Brianna:

So that's a question that

Brianna:

you have as a listener to

Brianna:

think about for yourself.

Brianna:

If you are scared or

Brianna:

worried about sharing

Brianna:

some of yourself, you need

Brianna:

to think about how the

Brianna:

story that you can craft

Brianna:

can turn into something

Brianna:

that will help someone.

EMMA:

Yes, and I think at

EMMA:

this point it's important to

EMMA:

say you cannot do that when

EMMA:

you're sitting in trauma.

EMMA:

I see women turn up

EMMA:

on Instagram mainly,

EMMA:

and they're in tears.

EMMA:

They're in the middle of the

EMMA:

thing and they just should

EMMA:

not, just don't do it.

EMMA:

Right.

EMMA:

It's not actually serving your

EMMA:

audience, it's just helping

EMMA:

you let it out and rant.

EMMA:

I just don't wanna

EMMA:

be that person.

EMMA:

And all the stories that we've

EMMA:

got are, I've healed from it.

EMMA:

I've done the work,

EMMA:

I'm on the other side.

EMMA:

I would not share anything

EMMA:

that I was just a smack

EMMA:

bang in the middle of.

EMMA:

I just don't think that's

EMMA:

fair on my audience.

EMMA:

And I'm not sure how

EMMA:

that's helpful in serving

EMMA:

the audience either.

EMMA:

So I just wanna put

EMMA:

that caveat in there.

EMMA:

'cause I think some people use

EMMA:

social media as like a venting

EMMA:

ground to help them heal.

EMMA:

I would never do that and

EMMA:

I'd never recommend it.

Brianna:

Yeah, and I think,

Brianna:

again, that's another,

Brianna:

that's another type of.

Brianna:

Person that does that

Brianna:

where they feel like

Brianna:

they wanna share that

Brianna:

messy, you know, I'm in

Brianna:

the middle of the thing.

Brianna:

and that, that a certain

Brianna:

type of person will also

Brianna:

respond to that and will

Brianna:

want to follow that person.

Brianna:

to how they then would

Brianna:

work with that person.

Brianna:

Like if we're talking from a

Brianna:

professional standpoint, that

Brianna:

doesn't make sense, does it?

Brianna:

Yeah.

EMMA:

I have a lot of clients

EMMA:

who are in the messy middle.

EMMA:

We have lots of tears, lots

EMMA:

of laughter, lots of things.

EMMA:

Would I share it?

EMMA:

No.

EMMA:

Would they share it?

EMMA:

No.

EMMA:

It's a, it's a private

EMMA:

journey And this is what

EMMA:

I struggle with, right?

EMMA:

There's gotta be some privacy.

EMMA:

Like I'm actually quite

EMMA:

a private person, so when

EMMA:

I share the things I've

EMMA:

thought heavily about them,

EMMA:

I've thought about what the

EMMA:

implications are and I've

EMMA:

gone, yeah, okay, this would

EMMA:

be, this would help serve

EMMA:

an audience in this way.

EMMA:

So I've already thought

EMMA:

about it versus not

EMMA:

having any thinking to do

EMMA:

with it and not being in

EMMA:

the messy middle of it.

Brianna:

Yeah, a

Brianna:

hundred percent.

Brianna:

I think that's really smart.

Brianna:

And where you're at now,

Brianna:

do you feel like you, you

Brianna:

understand the benefit

Brianna:

of what you're doing?

EMMA:

Oh, good question.

EMMA:

As in podcasting, do you mean?

Brianna:

Yeah, I

Brianna:

think pod podcasting.

Brianna:

And then more generally how

Brianna:

that impacts, like what have

Brianna:

you seen that kind of shift

Brianna:

for you in the last, let's

Brianna:

say, six to nine months?

Brianna:

Yeah,

EMMA:

the, I think the

EMMA:

benefit of how I'm sharing

EMMA:

up, showing up now that

EMMA:

people know me more for sure.

EMMA:

Like we have nailed the,

EMMA:

a sneak peek behind Emma's

EMMA:

life, what it actually means,

EMMA:

how I got here, why I'm

EMMA:

here, et cetera, et cetera.

EMMA:

also even my clients

EMMA:

I've worked with for

EMMA:

years now religiously

EMMA:

listen to the podcast.

EMMA:

'cause they're like, we don't

EMMA:

wanna miss that bit like.

EMMA:

What else don't

EMMA:

we know about you?

EMMA:

And I find it fascinating

EMMA:

because I was having a

EMMA:

conversation with one of

EMMA:

my clients and she's, I

EMMA:

didn't know that about you,

EMMA:

Emma, and I went, well,

EMMA:

in our coaching sessions,

EMMA:

the coaching sessions

EMMA:

are actually about you.

EMMA:

They're actually not about me.

EMMA:

And what I've realized is

EMMA:

people need more of me.

EMMA:

I don't wanna take up

EMMA:

this coaching session

EMMA:

talking about me, right?

EMMA:

Because it's

EMMA:

actually about them.

EMMA:

Like they're investing in

EMMA:

coaching to get the coaching,

EMMA:

then I'm like, how can I

EMMA:

pop snippets of myself into

EMMA:

that so that they still

EMMA:

feel like they know me?

EMMA:

Because the worst thing is

EMMA:

you think you know someone

EMMA:

for five years and then they

EMMA:

turn around and go, oh yeah,

EMMA:

I did this, this, and this.

EMMA:

This is a classic

EMMA:

example, right?

EMMA:

We had a retreat on

EMMA:

the weekend, thriving

EMMA:

Women Retreat, and I

EMMA:

happen to mention that.

EMMA:

As a teenager, I got put in

EMMA:

the back of a paddy wagon.

EMMA:

Now everyone was like, what?

EMMA:

Because they only

EMMA:

know me as this like

EMMA:

professional business coach.

EMMA:

And then, you know,

EMMA:

I was able to.

EMMA:

To sing a whole song about

EMMA:

being in the pa back of a

EMMA:

paddy wagon, and they all

EMMA:

thought it was hilarious.

EMMA:

It didn't take from my

EMMA:

professionalism for who

EMMA:

I am now, but it showed

EMMA:

them that, oh yeah, she's

EMMA:

got this other life.

EMMA:

And I suppose on the weekend

EMMA:

it kind of like occurred to

EMMA:

me that it's okay to share

EMMA:

those bits of yourself.

EMMA:

You don't have to share

EMMA:

'em all, like don't go

EMMA:

all ugly, but you can

EMMA:

share the bits that.

EMMA:

Have a great story to

EMMA:

them, but also so that

EMMA:

people can get to know

EMMA:

you as the human being.

EMMA:

And you know, in the

EMMA:

world of ai, we did a

EMMA:

great masterclass on ai.

EMMA:

It blew my brain, but one

EMMA:

thing that I know is that in

EMMA:

a world of ai, when content

EMMA:

can be written by ai, the

EMMA:

human aspect, the stories

EMMA:

that we tell, we just have to

EMMA:

let those out because people

EMMA:

wanna work with human beings.

EMMA:

And I've always said

EMMA:

that, but it's like.

EMMA:

AI's just like push that

EMMA:

a little bit further.

EMMA:

Right?

EMMA:

And so I'm not saying

EMMA:

we don't work with ai.

EMMA:

I'm saying be human.

EMMA:

Share the stories that make

EMMA:

you you and be okay with that.

Brianna:

Yeah, absolutely.

Brianna:

And I think it just makes

Brianna:

you more interesting, like

Brianna:

a person to then wanna

Brianna:

work with you if they

Brianna:

know a bit more of your

Brianna:

backstory and they can see

Brianna:

that you deliver on what

Brianna:

you say you're gonna do.

Brianna:

Having that.

Brianna:

Altogether makes me go,

Brianna:

Ooh, Emma's the one for

Brianna:

me versus someone that's

Brianna:

just spouting like the same

Brianna:

business coaching advice

Brianna:

that I can get from anybody.

Brianna:

Emma's got her whole

Brianna:

story wrapped into it,

Brianna:

and then is also a very

Brianna:

professional woman.

Brianna:

So it just becomes this

Brianna:

bigger kind of package of

Brianna:

wonderfulness versus bland.

Brianna:

Could be ai, but is actually

Brianna:

a person just not giving

Brianna:

you any of themselves.

EMMA:

Yeah, and I mean

EMMA:

the elephant in the room

EMMA:

about now is the amount

EMMA:

of business coaches that

EMMA:

are out there, Brianna,

Brianna:

Hmm.

EMMA:

lot, right?

EMMA:

There's a lot of coaches

EMMA:

out there, and so I. You

EMMA:

have to work smarter and

EMMA:

more strategically about

EMMA:

digging out the bits about

EMMA:

you that are really unique

EMMA:

because there are so

EMMA:

many, might I say cowboy

Brianna:

Mm-hmm.

EMMA:

there And, given my

EMMA:

background and my experience

EMMA:

and my, time in business

EMMA:

and doing all the things.

EMMA:

Just because I show up

EMMA:

and I'm real doesn't

EMMA:

take away from that.

EMMA:

Whereas I thought before,

EMMA:

I thought, I can't tell

EMMA:

anyone the other bits about

EMMA:

Emma McQueen because then

EMMA:

I won't be taken seriously.

EMMA:

And I think especially on

EMMA:

when I first started on

EMMA:

LinkedIn, I had so many, sorry

EMMA:

boys, I had so many blokes

EMMA:

reach out and say, no one's

EMMA:

gonna take you seriously

EMMA:

'cause you're wearing pink.

EMMA:

And I'm just like,

EMMA:

you know what?

EMMA:

If you like, that

EMMA:

is ridiculous.

EMMA:

That is not going to happen.

EMMA:

And but that stuck with me.

EMMA:

'cause I'm like, maybe I

EMMA:

can't show up as me, then

EMMA:

maybe me isn't good enough.

EMMA:

And I just had to go,

EMMA:

don't be stupid, Emma.

EMMA:

Give yourself talking too.

EMMA:

Let's get on with this.

EMMA:

Like, you are enough.

EMMA:

You are good enough.

EMMA:

And who cares that

EMMA:

you wear pink?

EMMA:

It's your favorite color.

EMMA:

Screw it.

EMMA:

You know?

EMMA:

So I think you gotta

EMMA:

work through all

EMMA:

these things as well.

Brianna:

Yeah, and you get

Brianna:

better at it over time.

Brianna:

And so for the person that

Brianna:

is listening or watching

Brianna:

this right now, if you are

Brianna:

the kind of person that,

Brianna:

like you're an entrepreneur,

Brianna:

I think this is the thing.

Brianna:

If you are an entrepreneur,

Brianna:

someone that's trying to

Brianna:

build a business and you're

Brianna:

not sharing yourself,

EMMA:

Yeah,

Brianna:

you are just

Brianna:

gonna get lost in a

Brianna:

sea of everyone else.

EMMA:

Same.

EMMA:

Yeah, totally.

Brianna:

and someone can

Brianna:

go to chat GPT and ask the

Brianna:

question that Emma could

Brianna:

answer, right, and then

Brianna:

chat GPT would give them

Brianna:

a perfectly fine response.

Brianna:

You know, maybe there might

Brianna:

be some hallucinations in

Brianna:

there, maybe it might not

Brianna:

be completely accurate,

Brianna:

but chat GPT could

Brianna:

do a pretty good job.

Brianna:

but Emma, or coming to someone

Brianna:

that has a personality, has a

Brianna:

story, and then knows nuance,

Brianna:

that is going to

Brianna:

be the difference.

Brianna:

And you won't learn how

Brianna:

to develop that nuance

Brianna:

without sharing some of

Brianna:

yourself, without knowing

Brianna:

and understanding, and

Brianna:

establishing that what

Brianna:

you're building is a

Brianna:

personal brand first,

Brianna:

and everything else comes.

Brianna:

After that.

Brianna:

So when you're nervous,

Brianna:

like Emma said, you know

Brianna:

when you're nervous, when

Brianna:

you're dreading, these

Brianna:

are the things that you

Brianna:

have to have in your mind.

Brianna:

Why am I doing this?

Brianna:

It's to build my business,

Brianna:

but it's also to help others.

Brianna:

And if you're dreading

Brianna:

and if you're nervous,

Brianna:

that is a very good thing.

Brianna:

It means you care.

Brianna:

Yeah.

EMMA:

I care a lot.

EMMA:

I don't care about what

EMMA:

people think, so I, there's

EMMA:

no people pleaser about me,

EMMA:

but I care a lot about the

EMMA:

quality, the value, you know.

EMMA:

I just care.

EMMA:

So I'm just gonna go with yes,

EMMA:

I'm completely nervous and

EMMA:

always outta my comfort zone.

EMMA:

And for that hour and a half,

EMMA:

once ever, whatever we do

EMMA:

when we do it, that's okay.

EMMA:

Just have a nap after.

Brianna:

Have some

Brianna:

tissues and a.

EMMA:

Have some

EMMA:

tissues and a nap.

EMMA:

No more tissues,

EMMA:

no more crying.

Brianna:

Uh, okay.

Brianna:

Well that was nice.

Brianna:

Any, any of the things

Brianna:

you'd like to discuss

Brianna:

before we close out?

EMMA:

I would just say

EMMA:

that, just because I am

EMMA:

the business coach doesn't

EMMA:

mean I don't have these

EMMA:

really human feelings.

EMMA:

And I think when you've got

EMMA:

a group, Ben, you've got

EMMA:

a big community, they're

EMMA:

like, you almost get put

EMMA:

on a pedestal, right?

EMMA:

Like, she must

EMMA:

have it together.

EMMA:

She must not feel

EMMA:

nervous, she must not

EMMA:

feel all these things.

EMMA:

And that is just not true.

EMMA:

feel them when we

EMMA:

do it anyway, right?

EMMA:

I, I think about

EMMA:

go-getters days.

EMMA:

I don't like being up on

EMMA:

stage, so I try and get

EMMA:

on the mic and off the mic

EMMA:

as quickly as possible,

EMMA:

but I love bringing

EMMA:

the community together.

EMMA:

You just have to

EMMA:

do the things.

EMMA:

So I suppose this is

EMMA:

one, a pep talk for me.

EMMA:

Just do the things.

EMMA:

do the things and

EMMA:

don't complain.

EMMA:

Three, do the things,

EMMA:

don't complain, and

EMMA:

just keep showing up.

EMMA:

I would say

Brianna:

Fantastic.

Brianna:

Nothing more I need

Brianna:

to say on that.

Brianna:

Nothing more I need to say,

Brianna:

look, I've done my job.

Brianna:

You're just, you're

Brianna:

doing so well.

Brianna:

That's awesome.

EMMA:

Mic drop.

EMMA:

I've done my job.

Brianna:

Oh, okay.

Brianna:

Have a good day everybody.

EMMA:

Thanks everyone.
