Speaker:

can affect your bottom line

Speaker:

I'm excited to introduce you to Gerald Castica

Speaker:

he is from Florida Blue

Speaker:

and he is going to help us figure out how our health

Speaker:

can affect our bottom line

Speaker:

and how we can keep that as good as possible

Speaker:

so Gerald thank you so much for joining us today

Speaker:

oh thank you for having me

Speaker:

it's a privilege to be here with you

Speaker:

well we're excited because why don't you get involved

Speaker:

and doing what you do

Speaker:

tells us a little bit about your background

Speaker:

and then your passion for helping business

Speaker:

owners with their healthy lifestyles

Speaker:

I'm excited to learn more about that

Speaker:

fantastic so I

Speaker:

I currently work with Florida Blue

Speaker:

if you're not familiar with Florida Blue

Speaker:

it's the largest health insurance company in

Speaker:

state of Florida I'm

Speaker:

I'm a sales agent so I

Speaker:

I'm a licensed sales agent for

Speaker:

in the state of Florida I guess my real passion when it

Speaker:

comes to the aspect of health and wellness

Speaker:

actually stems back many many years

Speaker:

almost two decades

Speaker:

I got involved in the water industry of all things

Speaker:

and it was alkaline water

Speaker:

something different that at first when I first saw it

Speaker:

I thought it was a lot of Kumbaya stuff

Speaker:

I really did that's a bad thing but I was like

Speaker:

that's not my thing and once I actually

Speaker:

kind of looked into it a little bit more

Speaker:

I started learning about the importance of things

Speaker:

like hydration and proper hydration

Speaker:

I also started getting really introduced to the aspect

Speaker:

of personal responsibility

Speaker:

when it comes to your health and wellness

Speaker:

and that at the end of the day

Speaker:

no one is gonna care more

Speaker:

and nor should they care more

Speaker:

about your health than you do

Speaker:

your doctor does not care more about your health than

Speaker:

you do and they're not going to

Speaker:

so

Speaker:

that was one of the things that kind of struck me as

Speaker:

a very important aspect of

Speaker:

especially when you're thinking about business

Speaker:

because in the business world

Speaker:

I think we all know that if you're not in 100%

Speaker:

you're at zero you really are if you think about it

Speaker:

so because of the

Speaker:

exposure that I had to this water industry

Speaker:

what it actually kind of brought out

Speaker:

was a lot of people that were in the natural

Speaker:

healing industry a lot of natural paths

Speaker:

just anybody and everybody

Speaker:

you can think that would be connected in that world

Speaker:

I got exposed to and I started discovering

Speaker:

things that I had never even heard of before

Speaker:

and I consider myself pretty well rounded person

Speaker:

but so when I started taking a blood type diet

Speaker:

sounds like real fat but I started researching

Speaker:

that's one of the other things too

Speaker:

when I like being the smartest guy in the room

Speaker:

I just do but not so I can flex my mental muscle

Speaker:

I just like being the smartest guy in the room

Speaker:

and so when I'm presented with something

Speaker:

that I'm not familiar with

Speaker:

I like to familiarize myself with

Speaker:

I think it's an important thing

Speaker:

and so I Learned more about hydration

Speaker:

I was I did that for

Speaker:

I mean about 15 years

Speaker:

and then I realized I

Speaker:

I personally had a huge gap in my understanding

Speaker:

that was on the aspect of nutrition

Speaker:

and so I took it upon myself

Speaker:

but I became a certified nutritional therapist

Speaker:

with no intention of practicing that as a career

Speaker:

it was more so

Speaker:

I have a better understanding of

Speaker:

the overall aspect of health

Speaker:

and so now I've written several books about health

Speaker:

I went through a weight loss journey myself

Speaker:

that was actually inspired

Speaker:

as a result of a pretty negative health situation

Speaker:

and I think that's

Speaker:

one of the things we also have to start looking at as

Speaker:

as people is when we are being faced with something

Speaker:

we have to realize that

Speaker:

it really is our personal responsibility

Speaker:

to try to dig ourselves out of it

Speaker:

because the reality is in most cases

Speaker:

when it comes to bad health

Speaker:

a lot of it is because of our own choices

Speaker:

and if you're it's almost like

Speaker:

admitting that you have a problem

Speaker:

is the first step of cure

Speaker:

of solving that problem

Speaker:

if you can admit to yourself that the

Speaker:

that nine sodas that you drink a day and the four

Speaker:

the four

Speaker:

or five trips you take to McDonald's every week

Speaker:

and even eat that muffin at Starbucks

Speaker:

that you do daily if you don't realize that

Speaker:

those are actually having

Speaker:

negative impact on your health

Speaker:

that's something that

Speaker:

you're gonna have to come to groups with

Speaker:

and then ask yourself

Speaker:

if your life is actually in balance

Speaker:

because I

Speaker:

I think most people's lives are so out of balance

Speaker:

but they either don't wanna admit it to themselves

Speaker:

or they don't wanna admit that they are the reason

Speaker:

and it does take a lot and it's not easy

Speaker:

you have to really

Speaker:

be able to look yourself in the mirror

Speaker:

and be object

Speaker:

and really say look yeah

Speaker:

I know you're the best person in the world in my eyes

Speaker:

because I'm looking at me

Speaker:

but the reality is I have to be the one

Speaker:

that's going to elicit any type of change

Speaker:

that happens within me and

Speaker:

anybody expecting change to happen

Speaker:

from an outside source you're gonna be waiting

Speaker:

a long time and you're gonna be

Speaker:

you're probably gonna be very sorely disappointed in

Speaker:

in the results so

Speaker:

that would probably be the first thing I would say

Speaker:

right off the bat when it comes to good health

Speaker:

understand you have so much more power in that

Speaker:

in regards to being in good health

Speaker:

that if you aren't again

Speaker:

probably 99 times out of 100

Speaker:

it's choices that the individual is making

Speaker:

that kind of LED them there

Speaker:

what I do feel like

Speaker:

business owners are really motivated to be healthy

Speaker:

because we really can't afford not to be healthy

Speaker:

do you need that kind of joke

Speaker:

cause you know business partners

Speaker:

somehow we managed to not get colds at the same time

Speaker:

or the flu at the same time

Speaker:

it's kind of like a running joke

Speaker:

but though I had kind of an emergency last year

Speaker:

was in the hospital off and off about two months

Speaker:

and when I wasn't in the hospital

Speaker:

I was at home with an IV so yeah

Speaker:

your health really is your most important wealth

Speaker:

if you don't have your health

Speaker:

if I didn't have a business partner

Speaker:

that could have really devastated the business

Speaker:

so absolutely

Speaker:

when you're thinking about a business owner

Speaker:

one of the things that you talk about is that

Speaker:

if you're not healthy

Speaker:

and you don't have any good energy

Speaker:

and all of those things

Speaker:

that you're losing money in your business

Speaker:

let's talk a little bit about that well

Speaker:

you you bring up a great point

Speaker:

and that is if you are not feeling well

Speaker:

really just think about it

Speaker:

for anybody who's watching this right now

Speaker:

when you don't feel good how does it affect you

Speaker:

does it make you if you're if you're feeling sick

Speaker:

whatever that sickness might be

Speaker:

and realizing that there are

Speaker:

varying degrees of thickness

Speaker:

you could have the sniffles

Speaker:

you could have cancer

Speaker:

and there's everything in between okay

Speaker:

so there's varying degrees

Speaker:

but if you're not feeling well

Speaker:

you're not feeling well you're not in 100%

Speaker:

you're not going to produce at 100%

Speaker:

so if you're in business

Speaker:

especially if you're a small business owner

Speaker:

you're it you've got that hat rack

Speaker:

that has more hats than you can count

Speaker:

and I I know a lot of people been in that vote

Speaker:

when you are in that situation

Speaker:

if you're not doing well it is going to affect you

Speaker:

it's going to it's gonna affect your bottom line why

Speaker:

cause you don't have the

Speaker:

energy to be able to get as much done

Speaker:

matter of fact it's really funny

Speaker:

I I did some deep research into some statistics

Speaker:

and I'm shocked

Speaker:

I I wasn't surprised by the information

Speaker:

I was surprised by the scope

Speaker:

and basically

Speaker:

based on statistics from places like the CD

Speaker:

Department of Labour and statistic all that good

Speaker:

all those all those great different places

Speaker:

it's projected that in just the United States

Speaker:

that's another thing too just the United States

Speaker:

loss to employers when it comes to being sick

Speaker:

whether that being absent from your job

Speaker:

being present

Speaker:

but not really doing the work that you're supposed to

Speaker:

because you're not feeling very well

Speaker:

all those different pieces

Speaker:

annual cost to see the trillion dollars

Speaker:

that does not really does it

Speaker:

what would surprised me is the actual amount

Speaker:

so employers are spending over $1 trillion a year

Speaker:

for employees to be sick so my

Speaker:

my take would be

Speaker:

it would be in your best interest to make sure that

Speaker:

not only you but all of your employees

Speaker:

are as well and healthy as possible why

Speaker:

because your product your production

Speaker:

and productivity is gonna be much greater

Speaker:

a loss of hours

Speaker:

if somebody sitting in front of the computer

Speaker:

for eight hours

Speaker:

and they actually do four hours of work

Speaker:

as an employer

Speaker:

you just lost four hours of pay that you just did

Speaker:

you just paid somebody four hours for doing nothing

Speaker:

and that adds up and

Speaker:

I don't think

Speaker:

most employers are in the position to be able to

Speaker:

just throw that money away

Speaker:

and it's not to say that someone who's ill

Speaker:

shouldn't be able to take care of themselves

Speaker:

my position is

Speaker:

let's try not to get ill in the first place because and

Speaker:

and if you do that with

Speaker:

maybe like a wellness program within your and

Speaker:

and who does it have to start with

Speaker:

if you're the boss start a business owner yeah

Speaker:

absolutely yeah

Speaker:

I think for small business owners

Speaker:

what happens is it's the time thing right

Speaker:

I don't have enough time I don't have enough time

Speaker:

you know and again

Speaker:

corporations they pay for gym memberships

Speaker:

they pay for all kinds of things

Speaker:

because they do know they're losing money

Speaker:

but they can't force the employee to do that

Speaker:

they can't force the employee to eat well

Speaker:

or anything like that so they have no control over that

Speaker:

but as business owners we do have control over it

Speaker:

do you have the opportunity to get up early

Speaker:

and work out or go to the

Speaker:

make good choices with the food that we eat

Speaker:

and I think the payoff I think

Speaker:

which is interesting

Speaker:

is the payoff for small business owners is exponential

Speaker:

because not only are you more productive

Speaker:

but you're more creative

Speaker:

and that creativity fuels your business

Speaker:

but if you're always exhausted and tired

Speaker:

and you're just not feeling well

Speaker:

and can't kind of get your thoughts together

Speaker:

because that's how I felt when I was sick

Speaker:

like I just couldn't get it together

Speaker:

I mean after my surgery

Speaker:

I was like oh my God

Speaker:

I had no idea how bad I felt for so long

Speaker:

and so like

Speaker:

your health is so important to your productivity

Speaker:

and your creativity

Speaker:

so what would be some of the steps that you would have

Speaker:

small business owners maybe entrepreneurs

Speaker:

what do you think they could do to

Speaker:

improve their lifestyle and improve their business

Speaker:

great question first and foremost

Speaker:

their own priorities you have to prioritize health

Speaker:

it is not something that just happened

Speaker:

when you go to the restaurant

Speaker:

you have to order the salad instead of the dessert

Speaker:

I mean that shit

Speaker:

you have to start making choices because it's funny

Speaker:

they call them lifestyle choices

Speaker:

and most people forget that those are choices right

Speaker:

which means you can choose to do something different

Speaker:

to give you a case in point

Speaker:

when I have got involved in the water industry

Speaker:

I was exposed to exactly how acidic and bad for you

Speaker:

sodas are okay

Speaker:

I know for most people

Speaker:

so there's a staple of their life

Speaker:

they probably if you take 99 people out of 100

Speaker:

you go to the refrigerator

Speaker:

open up there will be some sort of beverage in there

Speaker:

that goes when you open it yeah

Speaker:

okay I haven't had a soda in 18 years

Speaker:

but I came up with a little reminder of why

Speaker:

and I hope that I'll share this with everybody else

Speaker:

and I hope you keep this one in mind

Speaker:

cause I think this would be a

Speaker:

if you implement this it will have a positive effect

Speaker:

okay if it's got bubbles

Speaker:

it leads to troubles very simple

Speaker:

but if you think about that

Speaker:

if it's got bubbles it leads to troubles

Speaker:

those bubbles are created by carbonic acid

Speaker:

we have enough acids in our body anyway

Speaker:

and that's the we've all heard the buzz term acidosis

Speaker:

that's an over abundance of acidic

Speaker:

not acid that burns to a table or something

Speaker:

but it's something that is acidic on the pH scale

Speaker:

that is something that does not drive well with

Speaker:

the human body so realize this

Speaker:

and if you guys ever seen the

Speaker:

the hacks

Speaker:

where you take Coca Cola and you pour it in the toilet

Speaker:

to clean the toilet and then drink it

Speaker:

haha it's a little bit common sense too okay

Speaker:

so those lifestyle choices

Speaker:

really identify them as choices that'd be make

Speaker:

make your health a priority

Speaker:

and also realize that yes

Speaker:

it's important for business

Speaker:

but business a person is in business

Speaker:

they also have a personal life

Speaker:

and they might have kids

Speaker:

they might have a spouse that depends on them

Speaker:

they might have other people

Speaker:

that their actions actually influence

Speaker:

and if that's the case then realize

Speaker:

a lot of times

Speaker:

when you're doing something good for you

Speaker:

you're doing something good for other people as well

Speaker:

you're not

Speaker:

the only person that benefits from good things in

Speaker:

your life the other people that are part of your life

Speaker:

they also do benefit

Speaker:

and so keep that in mind that when you're really

Speaker:

when you're thinking about your health

Speaker:

you should be thinking about your health

Speaker:

for everybody's sake not just yours

Speaker:

obviously for yours

Speaker:

but do you wanna set a good example for your kids

Speaker:

do you wanna show your spouse

Speaker:

how much you actually do care about them

Speaker:

because you're willing to not eat that donut

Speaker:

and you're willing to go take that walk

Speaker:

and it's like some people go well

Speaker:

that doesn't sound that much yeah

Speaker:

well it is though

Speaker:

if if you're not doing it

Speaker:

once you start and then once you start seeing the

Speaker:

the positive benefits from it

Speaker:

then you start realizing how wow

Speaker:

this actually can't have an impact on what I'm doing

Speaker:

so I would say that um really

Speaker:

about the choices and prioritizing your good health

Speaker:

and I'll get it I'll throw this one out there

Speaker:

because being a certified nutritional therapist

Speaker:

I did

Speaker:

learn some of the stuff about nutrition and aspects

Speaker:

in that regard so I'm gonna say two or three things

Speaker:

1 drink more water I already know you're not okay

Speaker:

if you can cut out the sodas

Speaker:

cut them out if it is so much worse

Speaker:

for you than you can even imagine okay

Speaker:

yeah drink more water

Speaker:

and the rule of thumb on that is half your body weight

Speaker:

announced this whole 8 glasses blah blah

Speaker:

that is dumb that's like saying that the

Speaker:

the gas tank on a semi is the same as

Speaker:

the gas tank on a convertible

Speaker:

they're not the same

Speaker:

you got a guy who weighs 400 pounds and he's 6 6

Speaker:

he's not gonna you know

Speaker:

he's gonna need a different water consumption then

Speaker:

you know somebody who's 5 feet tall always 98 pounds

Speaker:

okay so the rule thumb is half your weight in ounces

Speaker:

and I know people go oh my god

Speaker:

that sounds like a lot okay

Speaker:

if you weigh 200 pounds

Speaker:

that means you need to consume at least

Speaker:

100 ounces of water per day

Speaker:

now here's the thing to keep in mind

Speaker:

two super big gulps are 68 that's 128 ounces

Speaker:

two super big gulps so could a person

Speaker:

could they drink two super big gulps

Speaker:

in the course of 24 hours

Speaker:

I think most people who have ever drank one would go

Speaker:

oh yeah I'll drink five in that amount of time

Speaker:

so it's not the volume that's the problem

Speaker:

it's what it is which we consume

Speaker:

it's a psychological thing cause people are like

Speaker:

I don't wanna take my my I don't wanna drink water

Speaker:

I don't like water well

Speaker:

you know what the funny thing is

Speaker:

it's the second most important thing in life

Speaker:

on this planet when we send probes to other planets

Speaker:

we do not or to Mars or to the moon

Speaker:

they aren't looking for the Pepsi Springs

Speaker:

or the Coca Cola pools

Speaker:

they're looking for liquid water why

Speaker:

because without that

Speaker:

there's no reason for us to go right

Speaker:

because we die

Speaker:

that is one of the most important things for us

Speaker:

so I would say those are the things that

Speaker:

so stop drinking the sodas

Speaker:

drink more water and vitamin D3

Speaker:

that one I'm just gonna recommend for everybody why

Speaker:

because

Speaker:

vitamin d is one of the things that we used to get

Speaker:

primarily from the sun unfortunately

Speaker:

most of us are no longer doing our daily work

Speaker:

in sunlight

Speaker:

where these little caves that we call offices

Speaker:

right and the reality is

Speaker:

we will start to suffer not having enough

Speaker:

D&D3 is actually the the best form of that

Speaker:

it helps boost the immune system

Speaker:

it really is good for you

Speaker:

so I recommend

Speaker:

I mean I take 5,000 Ius of vitamin D3 every single day

Speaker:

when I'm if I start feeling a little bit uh

Speaker:

I'll take 25,000 which is usually like five pills

Speaker:

like they're 5,000 each

Speaker:

and it really does boost your immune system

Speaker:

so those would be the things I would recommend

Speaker:

right off the bat

Speaker:

would start feeling a little bit better

Speaker:

start taking some steps to show yourself that you care

Speaker:

as much as you say cause that's an important thing

Speaker:

so cut out the sodas

Speaker:

drink more water vitamin B3

Speaker:

we start with those three

Speaker:

I can almost guarantee you that

Speaker:

you'll start to see marked improvements

Speaker:

yeah it's interesting

Speaker:

I think that people as you get older

Speaker:

you understand the prioritization of your health

Speaker:

but I'd love to data our listeners who are younger

Speaker:

that this is a great habit to get into

Speaker:

is to just start implementing little things

Speaker:

and obviously for people older as well

Speaker:

but you know

Speaker:

just start getting in those habits

Speaker:

because I love that you said

Speaker:

it's not only impacting us

Speaker:

it's impacting

Speaker:

we know our business and how we feel about that

Speaker:

but it's also impacting our family and our friends

Speaker:

and all those people around you that you

Speaker:

that you impact on a daily basis

Speaker:

I agreed 100%

Speaker:

one of the other things that also keep in mind is

Speaker:

when you're not feeling good

Speaker:

that comes out in different ways I

Speaker:

you guys you guys know

Speaker:

that guy that just complains about freaking everything

Speaker:

right just whenever you see him hey how you doing

Speaker:

you're trying to be up mean hey how you doing

Speaker:

ah your back's causing me problems you know

Speaker:

what people have to understand is that

Speaker:

that's almost like studying poison

Speaker:

because what

Speaker:

you're doing is actually bringing somebody else down

Speaker:

you don't even realize that

Speaker:

most people are doing it on purpose

Speaker:

they don't realize how negative they're being

Speaker:

and that negativity actually does breed negativity

Speaker:

and ironically enough

Speaker:

being positive breeds more positive things you know

Speaker:

it's almost like that snowball effect

Speaker:

when things go bad they all go bad the range of pores

Speaker:

that's that's another thing too old adages

Speaker:

start learning them especially to the younger folks

Speaker:

an adage is old because it's true

Speaker:

it is stood the test of time okay

Speaker:

so when you hear this old adage and you just got like

Speaker:

wonder that even look it up

Speaker:

not sure what's up means

Speaker:

look it up and get familiar with it

Speaker:

what's that with your saying is that you get one life

Speaker:

make most of it yeah okay

Speaker:

there's another saying too bad habits are hard to break

Speaker:

yeah

Speaker:

Jay and I love the apple a day keeps the doctor away

Speaker:

and absolutely if you think about that

Speaker:

that's just a conscious thing that saying

Speaker:

if you take care of your health daily

Speaker:

you won't have to see the doctor often

Speaker:

well actually

Speaker:

if you really think about it

Speaker:

it in I think when that when that saying originated

Speaker:

that most people probably had no idea

Speaker:

why that apple a day would do anything

Speaker:

they didn't realize the importance of natural

Speaker:

items in our diet fruits

Speaker:

vegetables things of that nature

Speaker:

they just know they they knew by

Speaker:

by observation that when you saw people

Speaker:

that this person was eating more

Speaker:

in the way of fresh fruits and vegetables

Speaker:

and they seem to be healthy

Speaker:

and then you had this person that was

Speaker:

they were eating the cave

Speaker:

Cheetos and the things of that nature

Speaker:

and that then and they weren't doing as well

Speaker:

and so from from an observation standpoint

Speaker:

you step back and you go okay

Speaker:

well must be so I don't know why

Speaker:

but that apple that he eats each day is keeping the

Speaker:

the witch doctor away you know

Speaker:

so that's so that's and if going way back

Speaker:

but the bad habit thing um

Speaker:

it is it is harder to break a bad habit

Speaker:

than it is to create a good one

Speaker:

yes cause once you're setting your ways

Speaker:

that's enough see these little things set your ways

Speaker:

it's like those things are very difficult

Speaker:

because the one thing I will

Speaker:

I will admit that when it comes to human beings

Speaker:

we do not like change

Speaker:

we don't we are very adverse to change why

Speaker:

because we like to get into groove

Speaker:

we like things to be a certain way why

Speaker:

because then we can expect it to be that way

Speaker:

and we like expectations

Speaker:

we like being able to expect something

Speaker:

and have it come to fruition

Speaker:

in the way that we expected it

Speaker:

we don't like change

Speaker:

but if you do not like the condition that you are in

Speaker:

right this second

Speaker:

if you are not happy with the way you feel

Speaker:

do something about it I love that you got to yeah

Speaker:

it's interesting too because they talk about

Speaker:

we talk about we don't like change

Speaker:

but the reality is

Speaker:

our brain has formed neuropathways of how we do things

Speaker:

and there's neuropathways have to change as well

Speaker:

so we think about the science behind it

Speaker:

it it is hard to change so you have to well

Speaker:

we have to basically be willing to write our own code

Speaker:

a rewriter own code I mean

Speaker:

if you wanna

Speaker:

break it down into terms that the younger generation

Speaker:

can understand

Speaker:

you're right now you're coded with your life

Speaker:

everything you've done up to this point

Speaker:

has coded the way you

Speaker:

you feel about things the way that you react to things

Speaker:

although everything about you

Speaker:

has been coded

Speaker:

as a result of the experiences that you have had

Speaker:

and again if where you stand right now physically

Speaker:

emotionally mentally however you wanna look at it

Speaker:

if you are not 100% happy with with that

Speaker:

what that looks like

Speaker:

the the incredible part is

Speaker:

you have the ability to change it

Speaker:

the worst part is

Speaker:

it's your responsibility to make that change

Speaker:

that's that's the catch

Speaker:

you always say there's a catch well

Speaker:

that's the catch but I'll tell you this it's not easy

Speaker:

but it's worth it day

Speaker:

if you can always remember that in the

Speaker:

when it's the hardest cause

Speaker:

I can tell you man

Speaker:

when I when I jump back on the horse and I

Speaker:

and I decided I need to to reinvest in my

Speaker:

my health even my own mentality

Speaker:

it was hard it was hard

Speaker:

I'd force myself

Speaker:

I'd force myself to go out and go to that elliptical

Speaker:

for those 20 minutes when I first started

Speaker:

it was another old saying

Speaker:

it's like pulling teeth

Speaker:

it was it was like pulling teeth with myself

Speaker:

but I had to keep telling myself it's not easy

Speaker:

but it's worth it it's not easy

Speaker:

but it's worth it you know

Speaker:

I've got three kids I've got five grandkids

Speaker:

I've got a wife that I love very very much

Speaker:

and it's worth it if it's just because I get

Speaker:

to spend a little more time with all of them yeah

Speaker:

and I think I think

Speaker:

some people don't recognize how much their body are

Speaker:

happy shall we say

Speaker:

you know that they have inflammation and you know

Speaker:

they're not getting the rest that they need

Speaker:

so they may not even recognize that

Speaker:

that's why they're snapping at someone

Speaker:

or that's why they're grabbing those snacky things

Speaker:

because they want some quick

Speaker:

and so just to support your point is

Speaker:

you know if you can if you can um

Speaker:

change those little habits and start feeling better

Speaker:

you're gonna be surprised at how much more

Speaker:

energy you have

Speaker:

and how much everything else kind of falls into place

Speaker:

so chill ironically

Speaker:

real quick I just wanna say

Speaker:

it's really funny

Speaker:

when I first got into the water business

Speaker:

and I found that

Speaker:

once people started getting properly hydrated

Speaker:

how much better they felt

Speaker:

and I had so many people that said

Speaker:

oh my God I feel so good and I said no

Speaker:

you finally feel normal yeah right

Speaker:

this is the way you

Speaker:

this is the way you were supposed to feel

Speaker:

the entire time but unfortunately

Speaker:

here's the thing we are

Speaker:

we live in a society

Speaker:

where we hit ourselves in the head

Speaker:

with a hammer and complaint of our head

Speaker:

totally great Gerald

Speaker:

this has been fantastic

Speaker:

not only has it been informative

Speaker:

but it's been inspiring

Speaker:

and we are all going to try to drink less soda

Speaker:

get more water and I would throw sleep in there as well

Speaker:

cause that's always a big one

Speaker:

so Cheryl this has been fantastic

Speaker:

last question for you is if

Speaker:

people

Speaker:

are recognizing that they're gonna need some help

Speaker:

in this area and they want to reach out to you

Speaker:

what is the best way for them to do that

Speaker:

so the best way is skywriting normally kidding

Speaker:

there's a whole generation is going like

Speaker:

this world is skywriting

Speaker:

the easiest way is either via email or

Speaker:

believe it or not I'm like old school

Speaker:

people can actually call me and I'll talk to him

Speaker:

it's amazing like if you call my phone I answer it

Speaker:

it's amazing yeah

Speaker:

if anybody wants to reach out

Speaker:

I've done uh one on one coaching um

Speaker:

I know enough to where I can help somebody out

Speaker:

even if it's just kind of

Speaker:

point them in the right direction

Speaker:

and I'm more than happy to do that

Speaker:

I don't and then I hate that I don't do this

Speaker:

but I don't make a habit of

Speaker:

of charging too much or in some cases charging at all

Speaker:

because if you take 20 minutes of my time

Speaker:

and I help you figure out your stuff

Speaker:

let's just call it let's just call it good

Speaker:

my good deed for the day so

Speaker:

if there is anybody who has any questions

Speaker:

that they would like to toss my way

Speaker:

I would be happy to feel them and I can help

Speaker:

I definitely will that's so generous of you

Speaker:

we appreciate that so Gerald

Speaker:
