Unknown:Today's meditation is for you to bring your dreams closer.
Unknown:Find a comfortable seat, or if you feel like it, lay down flat
Unknown:on your mat on the ground.
Unknown:If you choose to sit, adjust your pelvis.
Unknown:Roll your sit bones forward, backwards to kind of arch your
Unknown:lower back and rounded
Unknown:and then
Unknown:have your pelvis so that your lower back is slightly arched.
Unknown:Your spine is straight without basic effort. You roll your
Unknown:shoulders up and back and have your chin slightly
Unknown:to have an Avon gated
Unknown:neck.
Unknown:You can place your hands with palms down for more grounding
Unknown:sensation or palms up to the ceiling for receiving energy
Unknown:from the outside.
Unknown:Beautiful.
Unknown:Take a deep inhale
Unknown:and exhale.
Unknown:Inhale through the mouth.
Unknown:exhale
Unknown:through the mouth.
Unknown:And now inhale through the nose
Unknown:and exhale through the mouth.
Unknown:Very good. Now inhale through the mouth
Unknown:and exhale through the nose.
Unknown:So we have lots of possibilities here. My favorite one is
Unknown:inhaling through the nose, slowly exhaling through the
Unknown:mouth, because it is very calming on your nervous system.
Unknown:Big inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Very
Unknown:good.
Unknown:Now whatever your dream looks like, maybe it is a lifestyle.
Unknown:Maybe it is a person. Maybe it is a job.
Unknown:Bring it closer in visualizing it.
Unknown:If it is a partner,
Unknown:imagine them waking up next to you in the morning.
Unknown:Have a second pillow in your bed so that you can really visualize
Unknown:it every night you go to bed.
Unknown:If it is a job, envision yourself
Unknown:at your job.
Unknown:Doing whatever activity is required
Unknown:and reaping the rewards.
Unknown:You feel awesome at your new job. You're being seen you're
Unknown:being heard. You can excel
Unknown:it doesn't feel like work. It feels like spending time with
Unknown:friends and doing something you love.
Unknown:And knowing that you have a purpose in life.
Unknown:If it is a lifestyle if it is
Unknown:quitting
Unknown:an addiction losing weight.
Unknown:Then imagine how you would feel like
Unknown:when you
Unknown:reached your desired lifestyle.
Unknown:Just see yourself already
Unknown:beautiful
Unknown:The most important thing, when it comes to your dreams is
Unknown:visualizing them on a regular and kind of drawing that frame
Unknown:that you desire, the frame of your life
Unknown:and you can go in so much detail, you can really imagine
Unknown:having breakfast with your partner can imagine traveling
Unknown:with them.
Unknown:You can imagine talking to them, feeling as if they would
Unknown:understand you without words.
Unknown:You can envision your job
Unknown:and how you feel on a day where
Unknown:you really accomplish something nice. And you walk home and you
Unknown:just feel good. You have money on your bank account.
Unknown:You're excited to go back the next day.
Unknown:And if you want to quit smoking, for instance,
Unknown:a smell of beautiful your skin can smell when you don't smoke,
Unknown:or shiny and radiating radiant it is
Unknown:how soft and kind your voices
Unknown:and the money you can save. Imagine all the benefits
Unknown:for if you choose to lose weight and a kind way
Unknown:that your blood pressure would go down.
Unknown:And all the consequences that go with weight loss if you're
Unknown:struggling with obesity
Unknown:if you've been a couch potato recently, in her head a hard
Unknown:time to get up and do things. Just imagine yourself being
Unknown:active.
Unknown:How would your body feel how would your mind feel?
Unknown:How would you
Unknown:experience your environment if you were more active.
Unknown:So maybe you can see already we approach a dream a desire
Unknown:without punishment and regret for where we at now. We just
Unknown:envision where we want to be in the future.
Unknown:And having that image in your mind at all times will help you
Unknown:to make adjustments and baby steps towards that dream every
Unknown:day.
Unknown:It's not about
Unknown:the steering wheel
Unknown:and having to
Unknown:harshly turn the direction.
Unknown:It is about slowly
Unknown:changing the direction the path we're on right now and directing
Unknown:it to a new
Unknown:lifestyle. A new goal
Unknown:relax the muscles around your eyes. Relax your jaw.
Unknown:Maybe roll your shoulders up and back again.
Unknown:Take a deep inhale in
Unknown:and exhale.
Unknown:On my time, deep inhale
Unknown:and exhale
Unknown:beautiful
