imagine them waking up next to you in the morning.

Have a second pillow in your bed so that you can really visualize

it every night you go to bed.

If it is a job, envision yourself

at your job.

Doing whatever activity is required

and reaping the rewards.

You feel awesome at your new job. You're being seen you're

being heard. You can excel

it doesn't feel like work. It feels like spending time with

friends and doing something you love.

And knowing that you have a purpose in life.

If it is a lifestyle if it is

quitting

an addiction losing weight.

Then imagine how you would feel like

Just see yourself already

The most important thing, when it comes to your dreams is

visualizing them on a regular and kind of drawing that frame

You can imagine talking to them, feeling as if they would

understand you without words.

You can envision your job

and how you feel on a day where

you really accomplish something nice. And you walk home and you

just feel good. You have money on your bank account.

You're excited to go back the next day.

And if you want to quit smoking, for instance,

a smell of beautiful your skin can smell when you don't smoke,

or shiny and radiating radiant it is

how soft and kind your voices

and the money you can save. Imagine all the benefits

for if you choose to lose weight and a kind way

that your blood pressure would go down.

And all the consequences that go with weight loss if you're

struggling with obesity

if you've been a couch potato recently, in her head a hard

time to get up and do things. Just imagine yourself being

How would your body feel how would your mind feel?
