Speaker:And I'm super excited because I.
Speaker:content on my social media and
Speaker:in my community, the social
Speaker:media content is short content.
Speaker:So it doesn't allow me to
Speaker:go deeper into, into topics.
Speaker:And then the masterclasses that I offer
Speaker:are too long for women who are time poor.
Speaker:So the podcast is a really happy
Speaker:medium for me to share the strategies
Speaker:on how to avoid or overcome burnout.
Speaker:Exhaustion, anxiety, brain fog,
Speaker:stress, and any metabolic and weight
Speaker:issues that are holding you back
Speaker:from looking and feeling your best.
Speaker:So if you are a professional woman or a
Speaker:woman in business, a mom who is juggling
Speaker:career and family, and you have a lot
Speaker:of drive and ambition, but the effects
Speaker:of long hours and juggling so much and
Speaker:excess stress has or is catching up with

Speaker:So anything from, you know, avoiding or

Speaker:And it's because I am a driven
Speaker:woman myself, and I have been
Speaker:through burnout twice in my career.
Speaker:in my first clinical practice, my
Speaker:first business, I worked long hours.
Speaker:I put a lot of pressure on myself.
Speaker:There was a lot of pressure, financial
Speaker:pressure and the expectations,
Speaker:and there was a lot to manage.
Speaker:And I was very young and business felt
Speaker:stressful for me, it felt inherently
Speaker:stressful, but since then I've had
Speaker:many insights and strategies and I
Speaker:want to share them on how to make
Speaker:life and work and career and business
Speaker:a lot easier through improving.
Speaker:your physical wellbeing
Speaker:and mental wellbeing.
Speaker:So I'm going to talk about nutrition,
Speaker:psychology, mental wellbeing,
Speaker:circadian biology, and so much more.
Speaker:I work with women every day in
Speaker:my community and one on one.
Speaker:I know that they are capable of so
Speaker:much, but what ends up happening is that
Speaker:they take care of everybody else and
Speaker:everything else first, family, business.
Speaker:And they slowly start to burn
Speaker:out and everything becomes more
Speaker:stressful and more difficult.
Speaker:I'm going to share stories throughout
Speaker:these episodes of women who felt
Speaker:exhausted and stressed that they
Speaker:wanted to quit their business.
Speaker:They didn't have the energy
Speaker:to come home and be a mom.
Speaker:They weren't juggling the work life
Speaker:balance to a place in a relatively
Speaker:short period of time to expanding their
Speaker:business, tripling their revenue, X.
Speaker:I'm excited to come home and spend time
Speaker:with their kids and achieving more in
Speaker:their work and their family and feeling
Speaker:like the best versions of themselves.
