And welcome to Wednesday Woo.
Speaker AA little bit earlier this morning we're on the theme of December be it and do it.
Speaker AAnd because it's Wednesday Woo, I thought we'd talk about cleaning up your energy.
Speaker AAnd it's interesting.
Speaker AI was actually on a call last night about personal magnetism and we were talking about energy and thought forms and how your energy can hang around your environment as well as thinking about cleaning up your own energy space, cleaning up your aura.
Speaker AIt's a topic that's really essential for our well being and often ignored because some of us don't believe in the Woo.
Speaker AWe don't really acknowledge our own energy and how we exchange energy with other people as well as our internal energy and the energy in our environment.
Speaker AAnd we're going to look at energy as well as thinking about EMFs and the impact that PCs and all of the electrical items that we've kind of fallen in love with, especially mobile phones that we keep close to our body can really impact our own energy field.
Speaker AAnd it's really important to clear out negativity and create a vibrant energy field that supports you and supports your highest self but actually supports you on a daily basis basis to, to show up energized and feeling vital and alive.
Speaker ASo let's talk about what we mean by energy.
Speaker AAs I say, it's, you know, energy is everything, everything is made of energy.
Speaker AEverything vibrates at a certain energy level and that includes thoughts and emotions.
Speaker AYou know, everything carries energy and the energy can be positive or negative and over time negative thought forms and stagnant energy can accumulate affecting our mood, our health and our overall vibe.
Speaker ASo why clean up your energy?
Speaker AAs I say, it enhances your well being.
Speaker AA clean energy field promotes mental clarity and emotional balance.
Speaker AAnd in addition to that, your clean energy field will impact not just your environment environment, but the others around you, those you have relationships with, those you come in contact with throughout the day.
Speaker ASo being aware of the emotions that may be impacting your energy field because we've all met people where the words, the proposed energy sounds well, but there's something, you know, that it all seems good but there's something just off and that's the, the energy you can't hide kind of at an unconscious level that we pick up on.
Speaker AAnd positive, clear energy attracts positivity, you attract what you are in effect.
Speaker AThat's why it's kind of personal magnetism.
Speaker AAnd that's, that's the training I'm working on with David shepherd.
Speaker AIf you want to go have a look at that.
Speaker ASo when your energy is clear, you attract positive experiences and positive people as well.
Speaker AAnd clear energy.
Speaker AClearing out all of the clutter allows you to focus on your intentions and desires, allows more good energy to replace the clutter that's been removed.
Speaker ASo it kind of supports manifestation as well.
Speaker ANow, there are some exercises that we can do to help us clear up our energy.
Speaker AOne of them is meditation and practicing mindfulness and spending 15, sorry, five to ten minutes each day just in silence and focusing on your breath, that can clear your mind of any clutter.
Speaker ASo any energy that we waste in terms of our patterns, our thought patterns, our repeating thoughts, our negativity, that actually brings the whole energy field down, you can help help clear that up through mindfulness and through visualization.
Speaker AYou know, imagining a bright light surrounding you and washing away that negativity.
Speaker AThere's another visualization which would take a little bit longer to go into, but I think I'll do that as an extra.
Speaker AIf anybody's interested in a really good visualization for clearing your energy, for clearing your aura, for clearing out thought forms in your home as well, then drop me comments and I'll create that video.
Speaker AJust comments visualization, and I'll drop that in there.
Speaker AJournaling.
Speaker AEveryone knows I love a bit of journaling.
Speaker AAnd that again, helps release any negative thoughts and potentially any negative emotions that are weighing you down.
Speaker AAnd you can, once everything's written down, you know, even if you're writing a letter to someone so that you can get a situation off your mind, maybe a conflict off your mind, once it's written down, you can choose to burn it or bury the paper as a symbolic release as well.
Speaker AAnd then there's.
Speaker AThere's affirmations that really resonate with you that can lift your energy throughout the day.
Speaker ASo there's a lot of things that you can do.
Speaker AAnd in your environments, there's things like decluttering.
Speaker ASo you're clearing your physical space.
Speaker AThere's an energetic decluttering, and that's the looking at the emotional ties you have to objects and letting go of anything that feels heavy or negative or maybe attached to someone that you've had a relationship that's over with and it's time to let go.
Speaker AWe all know about smudging, so using sage to smudge your house, walk around your space, allowing the sage to cleanse the area and also setting an intention for what you want to release as you walk around your house.
Speaker AWe all know about crystals and energy, so clear quartz, black tourmaline and selenite a great cleansing for cleansing energy and placing them around your home, you know, can carry on that support for you.
Speaker AIt'll constantly clear your energy.
Speaker AThe other thing we're talking about EMFs and electrical signals.
Speaker AYou probably wonder why I always wear this black one and that's that Shungite, because I'm always sitting in a circle of magnetic energy from screens and things.
Speaker ASo keeping it close to your body.
Speaker AIt's actually been proven to attract all of the EMFs into the Shungite, and it doesn't go into your body.
Speaker ASo that's a really good way of protecting your energy throughout the day.
Speaker AAnd I have noticed that since wearing this, my energy is not only higher in the mornings, but it's consistent throughout the day as well.
Speaker AIt has made a massive difference.
Speaker ASo I would recommend that.
Speaker AAnd once you've cleared up the energy with and around you, it's time then to create a positive, ongoing flow.
Speaker AAnd you can do that by walks of nature, bringing greenery and plants into your space, because plants not only help visually with the energy, but they purify the air and enhance vitality.
Speaker AYou can use sound healing.
Speaker AI went round, I have a shamanic drum and I went around my bedroom clearing that on Sunday.
Speaker AAnd you can also use sound bowls or chimes.
Speaker AI've got some chimes that I use as well.
Speaker AAnd setting clear intentions.
Speaker AYou know, you can create a altar or a sacred space, a dedicated area in your home where you can place meaningful objects that inspire positivity and peace.
Speaker AAnd also if you've got like a Shungite pyramid, will absorb negative energy as well, or low frequencies.
Speaker AOne of the things that I'm going to do in another video is there's a.
Speaker AThere's a film called the War Room, which talks about creating a prayer space.
Speaker ANow, if you're not particularly religious, but you believe in the universe, you believe in a greater creation, a greater creator, you know, the one creator, if you like.
Speaker AThen what I'm going to do is create a Woo Room.
Speaker AAnd again, that'll be a little bit different.
Speaker AIt'll have things like Shungites and things that help me focus.
Speaker AMaybe it's affirmations or really powerful phrases that help clear energy and focus yourself in.
Speaker AIn the woo, in intuition and peace.
Speaker ASo one of the ways, One of the practices for focusing with intuition is to have a list of choices if you've done any of William White Cloud's work.
Speaker ASo I'd have my choices in my Woo Room as well.
Speaker ASo that's something I'll possibly do in another video and go in a little bit more detail about that.
Speaker ASo there you have it.
Speaker ABy clearing up your internal and external energy, you're really taking positive steps towards a living more vibe, living a more vibrant life.
Speaker AAnd a part of that clearing is really around emotional emotions as well.
Speaker AAnd that can be massive for your health.
Speaker AAnd remember, it's an ongoing practice and you can check in with yourself regularly as needed.
Speaker ANow I've put a few years ago I put a course together, I'm a neurolinguistic programming trainer and I'm also a trainer of timeline therapy techniques and hypnosis and I had a training where it was called Clear, Clarity Create, where you spent the first week clearing, the second week getting clarity on what you truly want.
Speaker ABecause we looked at clarity, what you want from a vibrational level, going really deep on getting what your higher self wants for you rather than necessarily what your ego wants for you.
Speaker ASo that was another week in the making and the taking part and then the creating was creating goals that you know absolutely you could achieve and placing them in your timeline, working with your unconscious mind to attract those goals, and also throughout all of that, working with energy to help clear your energy around the things you're letting go of, to use your energy and your intuition to come up with what your higher self wants for you, and then using energy to place to really amplify your goals, make them as appealing to you as possible, as real as possible, so that you're in the end result and then placing them in your timeline and boosting that with energy as well.
