Speaker:Hello there, Modern Man. What if I tell you that you can drink
Speaker:one of your favorite juice and it actually helps with your
Speaker:erection? Well, let me give you the latest and greatest. There
Speaker:is an article that came out in June of 2024 in the aging male,
Speaker:and they look at 1500 men over 40, and what they found out was
Speaker:that grape juice, it actually benefit for erection and it
Speaker:actually reduced the incidence of ED.
Speaker:Now, grape juice, yes, I've always thought that grape juice
Speaker:was actually bad because it has a lot of sugar. But grape juice
Speaker:is actually a non-fermented beverage with a lot of
Speaker:antioxidant. They have compound like phenolic compound and
Speaker:non-flavonoid compounds, which then have a lot of health
Speaker:benefits because these compounds, the non-flavonoid
Speaker:compounds and the phenolic compounds are antioxidant. So
Speaker:when they're antioxidant, they have great benefits for your
Speaker:heart and for the endothelium, which is the lining of the blood
Speaker:vessel. So the bottom line is, it had a lot of benefit for
Speaker:increasing blood flow. Now, what do you need for a good erection
Speaker:or to prevent ED? Increase blood flow. So when you have increased
Speaker:blood flow, then you're in good shape. And another benefit of
Speaker:grape juice is that it also helps reduce the susceptibility
Speaker:of oxidation of the LDL cholesterol, or essentially it
Speaker:decreases the harmful effect of the LDL cholesterol.
Speaker:Now, resveratrol, I have a hard time saying that, is one of the
Speaker:most abundant polyphenol in red grapes, and it has been proven
Speaker:in several studies to protect the mouse cavernosa, which is
Speaker:penis tissue. And interestingly, although the glucose and the
Speaker:fructose that are in large amount in grape juice, they do
Speaker:not cause a rise in fasting blood sugar, probably due to the
Speaker:presence of the polyphenol. I love grape juice, and I think
Speaker:this is wonderful news, because it helps decrease incidence of
Speaker:erectile dysfunction, and it has antioxidant benefit as well, and
Speaker:it also can help with increase in blood flow.
Speaker:So how much should you take for grape juice? You should take
Speaker:grape juice five times a week or more, and I assume it's probably
Speaker:going to be six to eight ounces. The men that drank grape juice
Speaker:had actually less ED than the one that didn't drink grape
Speaker:juice. And they compare this head to head with orange juice,
Speaker:pineapple juice and apple juice. And guess what? Grape Juice does
Speaker:better. The bottom line is that it's correlated with lower
Speaker:incidence of ED and especially significant in men over 40. So
Speaker:based on this research, it seems that grape juice is beneficial
Speaker:for men in reducing incidence of ED. Now, of course, you got to
Speaker:combine that with a good diet, such as the Mediterranean diet.
Speaker:Check out the Mediterranean diet in this link below here. Also
Speaker:combine that with exercise, at least 30 minutes of exercise
Speaker:four times a week, and sleep seven hours, and stress
Speaker:reduction. One of the main things stop smoking or vaping,
Speaker:stop porn, and alcohol consumption shouldn't be more
Speaker:than 14 drinks a week. Now, all of that together will create
Speaker:this antioxidant synergy that work together to really increase
Speaker:your blood flow. To recap, grape juice take five or more times a
Speaker:week is has been helpful. Also make sure that even though I'm
Speaker:giving you this, doesn't necessarily mean that you're
Speaker:going to go out there and drink the whole gallon of grape juice.
Speaker:Now everything is in moderation, but I love grape juice, and I
Speaker:think this is wonderful news. For once, something is good for
Speaker:men with ED. Something that tastes good. Something that has
Speaker:health benefits as well. And we've always known that grape
Speaker:juice, like red grape juice, and it's better than white grape
Speaker:juice, and that grape juice with red wine has always been good
Speaker:for heart health. So now, instead of the red wine, you can
Speaker:just drink grape juice, which is good for your heart, and
Speaker:anything that is good for your heart is gonna be good for your
Speaker:erection. Finally, some good news for you guys. I am excited
Speaker:to share this news in this latest study that just came out
Speaker:in June of last year.
Speaker:And so, having said that, just know that there are alternative
Speaker:solutions to ED. You do not have to suffer in silence. You can do
Speaker:something about it if you have ED, and you don't need to take
Speaker:the medication, you don't need to get implant at this time. So
Speaker:I want to tell you that you are not alone, and that's why I
