The bricks and mortar business, successful or not, is
Speaker:restricted. Changing your mindset is something that
Speaker:is difficult for people because you get ingrained into life
Speaker:and the way you're brought up as a child. Go and take a risk on things.
Speaker:Give things a go because what have you got to lose? The people that you're talking to,
Speaker:they're negative. Those are the people that you have to
Speaker:let go out of your life. You can't just listen to one person
Speaker:20 years ago and then think, oh, I know everything now. No, because I'm
Speaker:Matthew Fraser, and this is Amazon Ecom
Speaker:Secrets. I'll be sharing with you the secrets that helped me go from
Speaker:millions in debt to an eight-figure entrepreneur. If
Speaker:you're ready to escape the nine-to-five and live life on your terms,
Speaker:let me show you the way. Something just came to me the other day, and
Speaker:it was after talking to a client, and then I realized that
Speaker:we don't think the same. I thought that
Speaker:everybody that came out of high school was instantly
Speaker:wanting to make money. That's what I just thought. Because even today, every
Speaker:single day, I'm thinking about money. How
Speaker:am I gonna grow my wealth? How am I gonna protect my wealth? How am I gonna pay less
Speaker:tax? What new business am I going to
Speaker:acquire? I just assumed that this was a
Speaker:daily occurrence of everybody, and it turns out it's not.
Speaker:And it's because she said to me, Matthew,
Speaker:I've never read the book, Oh, she just came across the book, Rich
Speaker:Dad, Poor Dad. I was like, what? You've just
Speaker:come across that book? Now, this book came out, what, 20 odd
Speaker:years ago. I thought that was a staple of everybody that
Speaker:was thinking about entrepreneurship, business, and
Speaker:it's definitely a go-to book. It's like the foundational book, one
Speaker:of the foundational books. I mean, you're thinking
Speaker:about growing your mindset, improving your
Speaker:mindset, sometimes the thing is you just don't know what
Speaker:you don't know. Like, she didn't know that there
Speaker:was Rich Dad, Poor Dad book that she should have gone and read in
Speaker:the very, very beginning. And there's a whole list of books that
Speaker:you should read. One of the former episodes actually I've done in
Speaker:Amazon Ecom Secrets is about some of the top books that I've
Speaker:read over the years and the foundational books that
Speaker:you should read. And changing your
Speaker:mindset is something that is difficult
Speaker:for people because you get ingrained into life
Speaker:and the way you're brought up as a child, which ultimately sort of
Speaker:leads you to how you think as an adult. And
Speaker:there was a guy I was talking to the other day, he's a tradesman, and
Speaker:he was thinking about starting his own business, but his dad had said,
Speaker:he's also a tradie, had said, oh no, I wouldn't do
Speaker:that. I wouldn't do that. It's too much risk. And
Speaker:I thought, really? How's the time to take risk? You're
Speaker:only like 25. Go and take a risk on things.
Speaker:Yeah, give things a go. Because what have you got to lose? When
Speaker:I was first starting out on my entrepreneurial journey
Speaker:coming out of high school, I was just getting just
Speaker:bombarded with things, with knowledge. That's what I
Speaker:was trying to do. I was trying to increase my knowledge on
Speaker:things. And back then, the thing to do was property. And
Speaker:so I read that Steve McKnight book, which I think most
Speaker:property people have read, zero to a hundred properties in
Speaker:five years, something like that. And he talks about positively geared
Speaker:properties. And I thought, geez, this is a winning formula. Read
Speaker:through that book, went on to the next one, just started reading anything I could possibly get
Speaker:my hands on to do with property investing, which
Speaker:actually led me then to start buying a number of properties.
Speaker:And by the age of 25, I had about, four or five properties, which
Speaker:back then was extraordinary. None of
Speaker:my friends even had one property, let
Speaker:alone four or five properties. And it just
Speaker:was a case of me getting knowledge from other people
Speaker:who were more successful or in the
Speaker:place where I wanted to be. Steve McKnight as an
Speaker:example, as well as a whole bunch of other authors at the time, was
Speaker:showing me the way that this was possible. And I think because I was
Speaker:so young as well, I didn't know any different. I
Speaker:didn't know that this wasn't normal. Looking
Speaker:back, I can see, because of course, like I said, all my friends, they were
Speaker:struggling to get their first property. They weren't even
Speaker:thinking about it, to be honest. They were just thinking about partying and
Speaker:what they were gonna do on the weekend. And I was just completely obsessed
Speaker:with growing wealth. And so
Speaker:when you're obsessed with that, things just happen, because you start
Speaker:taking action. It just becomes like a normal, everyday thing. It
Speaker:wasn't until I got to my
Speaker:mid-30s that the internet sort
Speaker:of became a place where I thought, wow, I could actually make
Speaker:money using
Speaker:the internet. Because before that, I wasn't thinking
Speaker:internet because we had this whole dream of, as you guys probably know, buying
Speaker:the Hungry Jacks restaurant. Bricks and mortar store with a lot of
Speaker:staff, a lot of overheads, but we'd seen other people become
Speaker:successful in the fast food restaurant niche.
Speaker:So we thought, great, well, let's give that a go. And ultimately,
Speaker:that then led into, hey, changing the
Speaker:model. And I think that's something that people should really take
Speaker:on board is, When you get new
Speaker:information, when you get more knowledge,
Speaker:you have to switch. And
Speaker:the key for me was getting the knowledge that the
Speaker:bricks and mortar business, successful or
Speaker:not, is
Speaker:restricted. The bricks and mortar business, particularly a restaurant,
Speaker:No one from Sydney is flying up to the Gold Coast
Speaker:area to come and buy Hungry Jack's at
Speaker:my restaurant. They're going to Sydney restaurant. So you've only
Speaker:got the circumference of people in your vicinity who are coming to
Speaker:your restaurant. When you then think
Speaker:about online sales, the entire globe
Speaker:is your customer. And that is just a huge
Speaker:mental shift. And it's not, I think in Australia we
Speaker:can kind of get we get a bit locked into Australia, thinking
Speaker:about Australia only, then you
Speaker:go overseas. And I remember going to China.
Speaker:And when I went to China, unbelievable, the
Speaker:amount of people there, it's absolutely insane.
Speaker:Absolutely insane. And then you really open up
Speaker:your mind to, wow, you know, I
Speaker:just have to sell a few products a day to just
Speaker:like, to become like a millionaire. See what I
Speaker:mean? So there's like, how many, like a billion people or something in China?
Speaker:Even if you think about America, right? America is pretty much where most
Speaker:action happens as far as online sales. And
Speaker:when you go to America, and I've been to the States, and again, there's
Speaker:just people everywhere, and you think, wow, I just have
Speaker:to sell 10 products a day or
Speaker:something, 10, 20 products a day to
Speaker:these 300 million people, and I
Speaker:could retire on that, which is just an extraordinary mind
Speaker:shift to make. And so to
Speaker:get that mind shift though, you've got to expose yourself to different things,
Speaker:whether it's investing in yourself, by
Speaker:mentors or actually going overseas and seeing
Speaker:for yourself that, wow, there's more people outside of Australia.
Speaker:Now, talking about mentors, I started off with,
Speaker:I remember back in about year 2000, I bought Tony
Speaker:Robbins Personal Power, Personal
Speaker:Power 2, I think it was, and it was like a CD set, it came in the
Speaker:mail and everything. And even back then, I was obviously thinking
Speaker:about, getting educated on things and changing my
Speaker:mindset because the guy on TV, he said, change your
Speaker:mindset and that'll help you. And I thought, brilliant, let's do that. But
Speaker:when I really, really, I think
Speaker:ultimately things layer on top of each other.
Speaker:I wonder if I would have
Speaker:bought five properties by 25 or bought
Speaker:a Hungry Jack's restaurant by 29, if
Speaker:I hadn't had listened to Tony Robbins when I was 21. Because
Speaker:I think your life is just a series of
Speaker:learnings. One thing just piles on top of the next thing. Even
Speaker:right now, I was just doing some education on
Speaker:AI tools, right? For the past couple
Speaker:of years, maybe three years now, I've been doing I've been focusing on
Speaker:YouTube and growing this WRX YouTube
Speaker:channel. Not because I think I'm going to make money from WRX
Speaker:channel, but I just wanted to know how to use that system.
Speaker:And I think in the future I'll look back and
Speaker:say, it was because I spent
Speaker:years doing this hobby WRX YouTube
Speaker:channel, is the reason why I'm now doing XYZ channel.
Speaker:So one of the things I'm looking at right now is do I
Speaker:buy an existing faceless YouTube channel, right?
Speaker:Now, these things make money without me having to actually be
Speaker:on camera, right? WX channel, I was on camera. Perhaps
Speaker:the episode that you're watching right now, I'm clearly on camera talking.
Speaker:But a faceless YouTube channel is really just a content channel about a
Speaker:variety of different things that becomes monetized through AdSense, so
Speaker:Google pays you money. And I
Speaker:don't think I'd be in the position of even looking at buying one of those channels
Speaker:if I hadn't had already spent the last three years playing
Speaker:around with my WRX YouTube channel. So
Speaker:sometimes you can't see it going into the future when you're investing in
Speaker:yourself, It's not until you look back that
Speaker:you realize that that money that you paid for the
Speaker:course, the experiment with YouTube, the
Speaker:learning with AI tools, was all worth it because it
Speaker:now has led you to this new point in your life where you're
Speaker:now successful. And
Speaker:there's been some key moments in my life where I
Speaker:can see not only Tony Robbins, but in later years, even
Speaker:simple things like Grant Cardone played
Speaker:a massive influence on my life. I
Speaker:absorbed every single one of his books. I started with The 10X
Speaker:Rule and then just went into everything Grant Cardone.
Speaker:And he was another guy who
Speaker:was pushing the boundaries of my mind. Because
Speaker:even though I had started with Tony Robbins back in 2000, What
Speaker:you find is that you can't just listen to one person 20 years
Speaker:ago and then think, oh, I know everything now. I don't
Speaker:need to listen to any more mentors. I'm
Speaker:good. No, because you need constant reminding, you
Speaker:need constant accountability to push yourself, to learn
Speaker:more, and the world is forever changing. And if you're wanting to keep
Speaker:getting to the next level, then you need to seek people who are
Speaker:in higher levels than you to get that knowledge. And
Speaker:I can tell you, just even from a tax
Speaker:point of view, my goal when I was really, really
Speaker:broke, my goal was to, I
Speaker:wanna be in the position to pay tax. Because you know that if you're paying tax, you must
Speaker:be making money. But
Speaker:then when you get to the position where you're doing millions of dollars
Speaker:a year, you can imagine the tax bill comes
Speaker:a knocking. So now the new mindset is,
Speaker:or the new shift in my mindset is, I do wanna pay
Speaker:tax, but I wanna pay as little as possible. Because
Speaker:I tell you, when you have to start forking over
Speaker:checks to the tax office in the six
Speaker:plus figure, and I'm talking very, very high
Speaker:six, verging on seven figures, of
Speaker:a tax bill, it does not feel good
Speaker:at all. It's brutal. And even
Speaker:worse than that is that the government is just so hopeless
Speaker:at spending the tax dollars that you give
Speaker:them. And they're supposed to be doing it for the right reasons, but honestly,
Speaker:the amount of money they piss up the wall is just ridiculous. So
Speaker:therefore you want to minimize that. One of the things I now get to do though, just as
Speaker:a side note, is I now get to contribute to charities that
Speaker:of which I think are making a great contribution in
Speaker:Australia. There's a range of charities that I donate to now and
Speaker:Hopefully, that's some of the things that you'll get to do when you start making
Speaker:millions of dollars as well, is to direct your money into charities that are
Speaker:already doing great things, if not in
Speaker:Australia, then in the world. Sometimes when you join a coaching
Speaker:group, whether it be in Facebook ads, in Amazon, e-com,
Speaker:generally it'll come with a network of people. It's
Speaker:great connecting with that network because they generally start
Speaker:talking your language. And I'll
Speaker:give you the story. A guy who
Speaker:I'm friends with, who I grew up with from sort of about 19 years
Speaker:old, you can look back over the years and you can see the periods
Speaker:where you've sort of started to drift apart. And it's mainly
Speaker:around money, unfortunately. Because
Speaker:as I've gotten more successful and accumulated more wealth and more properties and
Speaker:cars and all those sort of fun things, now he has
Speaker:not. But he could have.
Speaker:He could have done exactly the same types of things that
Speaker:I've done, but for whatever reason, just chose not
Speaker:to do those things. And sadly, the
Speaker:relationship has just gotten a little bit separated. Because
Speaker:the things that I want to talk about, It's
Speaker:actually painful, I think, for him to listen to, to be
Speaker:honest. Because he doesn't want to hear about how I just bought another
Speaker:commercial property or how I'm buying another new car or whatever. He doesn't want to know
Speaker:about that shit because it's a reminder of the
Speaker:things that he actually would like to do but hasn't. And
Speaker:so, the conversations that I have with him now, I
Speaker:don't tell him anything about the success, the
Speaker:house, whatever. I just leave it off and just keep it
Speaker:very, very general. But
Speaker:that's what's so good about joining these groups because you
Speaker:can start talking about all the things that you
Speaker:love to talk about, whether it's crypto, it's investing, buying
Speaker:properties, and you want to surround yourself with people who
Speaker:celebrate your success. I just went
Speaker:into a friend of mine, literally today, and
Speaker:I said, what is that on your wrist? And
Speaker:you know what he had? A brand new Rolex.
Speaker:I was like, wow, that's incredible. Absolutely incredible. And
Speaker:I was genuinely happy for him, right? This is
Speaker:a multiple five-figure watch. you
Speaker:know, I was there celebrating with him. I'm like high-fiving
Speaker:this guy because I know what it's taken. Now,
Speaker:also knowing his backstory as well, I know what it's taken for
Speaker:him to get there. Like, in his life, it has not been simple. It doesn't just get handed
Speaker:to him. He's had to work extremely hard. And it's just
Speaker:one of those One of those items that sort
Speaker:of just says, yeah, I've made it. It doesn't make you a better person or
Speaker:anything, but it's just a little bit of icing on the cake, I
Speaker:think, to say, yeah, I've worked really hard. I've
Speaker:now bought something that most people don't get to buy.
Speaker:And I was really, really happy for him. Those are
Speaker:the types of people that I like to surround myself with,
Speaker:those who are successful, who do well, happy to show their
Speaker:success because I'm happy for them too. You know, sometimes you can be,
Speaker:you're on a mission, right? You're on your own mission to
Speaker:succeed, and you find
Speaker:that the people that you're talking to are not on
Speaker:your side, right? They're not happy for you. And
Speaker:I hate to say this, but
Speaker:those are the people that you have to let
Speaker:go out of your life. Now, I don't mean if
Speaker:it's your parents, you know, you never talk to them ever again or, you know, family
Speaker:members and things like that. Friends, obviously, friends
Speaker:are much easier to let go because they're not family. And
Speaker:what I mean is you maybe just distance yourself from them because you don't want to be having phone
Speaker:calls with these people and they're negative. Right,
Speaker:there's nothing worse than having negative people. Here's an example. You
Speaker:bring up a friend, you tell them that you've just started doing this Amazon training
Speaker:program, and they're like, oh, you know,
Speaker:I think it's a scam. Oh, I don't think that'll work. Oh,
Speaker:you know, people can't make any money there. And
Speaker:these types of negative thoughts start sitting in the back of your mind, and
Speaker:they give you doubt, right? And so it's
Speaker:very easy for you then, because kind of in the back of your mind, you're
Speaker:almost looking for a way not to do it, because it's
Speaker:easier not to do it. And when someone tells you something
Speaker:negative about the program or about that particular way
Speaker:of making money, it's just easy to say, oh yeah, yep, you're right.
Speaker:And particularly if it's just like, you know, an everyday, every week
Speaker:thing, if it's a friend of yours or something, it's
Speaker:just so easy to put doubt in your mind and then you can just easily give
Speaker:up. And you don't want that. Because you
Speaker:want to be surrounded by people who are encouraging, who hold you
Speaker:to account, Right? But
Speaker:not negative. Not negative Nancys. I want to get
Speaker:rid of those people. People often talk about manifestation.
Speaker:I can't even say the word. Manifestation. And
Speaker:that is, I guess, like visualizing, writing down
Speaker:things that you hope to achieve in your life. And
Speaker:I can tell you, I was doing that for a long
Speaker:time. I'm talking years. I'm
Speaker:talking years. And one of the things I used to do, there's actually
Speaker:two things. The main one was I
Speaker:had a Grant Cardone 10X diary, and I followed that
Speaker:diary, and it had something like, you know, write down your goals or something like that. And
Speaker:I used to always, like daily, I'd write down the number
Speaker:I wanted per month, you know, it was like a, it started off at like $50,000 a month in
Speaker:sales, and then once I achieved that, I
Speaker:then had to move it up to the next thing. It was like $100,000 a month. And then I
Speaker:was like, wow, I'm thinking way too small here. I've really got
Speaker:to 10x this. So I literally went to a million dollars a month
Speaker:was my new goal. And then got
Speaker:to a million dollars a month and beyond. And
Speaker:it was just complete focus. Like, that was the number. That was the number. I want
Speaker:to achieve that. I want to achieve that. But I also wrote down just other things that
Speaker:I wanted. Like, you know, a new car. I think
Speaker:I had this Mercedes written down for a long time. The Mercedes C63
Speaker:AMG was a dream car. I really wanted one of those. I had that written down
Speaker:for years. Would have been... I can't
Speaker:remember the exact ones, but I think, like, new house would have been there. So I've achieved the
Speaker:new house. The new house on the hill with ocean views. But
Speaker:more than that, I wrote those down daily for
Speaker:years, and the thing is, why would you write them down like that? It's because it
Speaker:keeps it in the top of your mind, it's the focus. Because
Speaker:if you lose focus, you
Speaker:kind of just forget where you're going. And the reason why you're
Speaker:doing it as well. Think about it now, I
Speaker:have to write down daily the things I need to do for the day. My
Speaker:mind gets sidetracked very easy. a
Speaker:course with social media because I'm on social media so much. I'm also looking
Speaker:at social media a lot and I can get sidetracked from the daily
Speaker:tasks that I need to do to keep my business operating. So I have to write basically
Speaker:a checklist that I have to do. Do this, do this, do this. I
Speaker:find that I will waffle off
Speaker:somewhere in my mind and I literally have to come back to
Speaker:the diary and look at my list and go, oh yeah, that's what I'm doing. I've
Speaker:got to pay invoices or I've got to transfer money or I've got to do
Speaker:some Amazon photos or whatever it is, right? I
Speaker:actually have to have that there. Otherwise, if I'd looked down and there was nothing there, I'd
Speaker:be like, oh. What was I doing again? So
Speaker:even I need to remain focused. And that's exactly what
Speaker:the manifestation thing does. It keeps you focused every
Speaker:day on, I'm trying to achieve this. I'm trying to, I'm working towards
Speaker:this. This is what I'm doing. I highly
Speaker:recommend you do it. I even went further than that.
Speaker:And I had a picture of this exact car on my whiteboard.
Speaker:I'd photocopied a picture I put on the whiteboard. for
Speaker:years and that was the car I wanted to get. I even
Speaker:at one point had one of those visual boards
Speaker:like the like the dream board I guess you would call it and I had the house and
Speaker:the and the Porsche and something something right. I
Speaker:honestly think they work but clearly you can't just
Speaker:have the board there and then just like go and sit on the couch. You've
Speaker:got to start taking action so I think if you if you Aim
Speaker:for the things that you want. You write them down. You maybe put them on a visual
Speaker:board. That may help you as well. But then it's like, okay,
Speaker:cool. I want those things. Now, what do I need to do to
Speaker:get those things? And if you want those things badly enough, you'll
Speaker:take action. And that might mean getting
Speaker:a coach. It might even just be something simple like
Speaker:going to YouTube and researching how to sell on
Speaker:Amazon. That literally could be it. right?
Speaker:Dip your toe into the water. You could even
Speaker:come and join my Amazon Ecom Secrets program right now,
Speaker:which would allow you to dip your toe in the water by
Speaker:getting a product live on Amazon within like five hours, which
Speaker:is, I must say, probably an amazing feat. Because
Speaker:then even if you tried it, you got a product live on
Speaker:Amazon, It would cost you probably like $20 to do
Speaker:that, and then you can just see if that's what
Speaker:you want. You might go through that process and then think, Amazon's
Speaker:not for me, which is fine, but at least you've only done it with like minimal
Speaker:money rather than shelling out thousands and thousands of dollars in
Speaker:stock to only realize that it's something that you didn't want to do. So that could be something
Speaker:for you. Find the link around this video somewhere if you want to do that. But
Speaker:obviously, there's lots of free things you can do, including going through my
Speaker:own free content on Instagram, on
Speaker:TikTok, on YouTube. There is zero
Speaker:barrier to entry to go and check out all those videos. Yeah,
Speaker:and I give away so much gold in those videos as well. You should go and check them out. And
Speaker:if there's something that you need me to talk about that I didn't talk about, write
Speaker:me a comment, let me know what you want to hear. Yeah, happy to do
Speaker:a new video on something that might interest you. One thing I realized when
Speaker:I became a multi-millionaire was
Speaker:that there's just way more
Speaker:levels to achieve. I kind of thought by
Speaker:becoming a multi-millionaire that all the problems would
Speaker:be solved. I'd be happy and
Speaker:don't get me wrong, I'm much happier now with
Speaker:the problems that I have than when I was broke with
Speaker:the problems that I had. I'd rather have problems when
Speaker:I'm richer than when I'm broker. That is for sure. It
Speaker:makes it a lot easier. But it just becomes different problems.
Speaker:For example, I don't have to worry about electricity prices.
Speaker:I don't have to worry about petrol prices, food
Speaker:prices. If I want to go to the supermarket and
Speaker:buy the best premium steak and I just buy it, I don't even care.
Speaker:You know, same with restaurants, right? I just, whatever I want,
Speaker:I just, you just order. So there's that level of, you
Speaker:don't have to worry about, but then when you get to,
Speaker:if, as you get richer, you also generally, you
Speaker:increase your living expenses. So now I
Speaker:have, oh, I think I've got like seven
Speaker:cars, two of which are just
Speaker:daily cars, including the Mercedes is a daily car. But
Speaker:then I built out this, you know, I bought out a Subaru WRX
Speaker:car collection, which is like five at the moment. Now, it's
Speaker:not that I can't afford them. It's
Speaker:just that they become this more things to do, right? So
Speaker:I've really just put more things on my plate because then I have to like get
Speaker:five lots of servicing on those cars. Well, if you think about all the cars, I've got
Speaker:to get seven lots of servicing every year. Seven
Speaker:lots of red Joes. With the Subarus, half of
Speaker:them are older cars. So like every year you've got to get
Speaker:the bloody road worthy certificate done. It
Speaker:just becomes a pain to be honest. Um,
Speaker:you know, so yeah, so there's, and there's like
Speaker:seven lots of car problems, right? It's
Speaker:like right now I've got this beautiful home, and
Speaker:it just seems like every week there's something needs
Speaker:fixing. The plaster's not right, there's something, you know,
Speaker:but I'm also like building out a new shed, so the shed, then the electricity didn't
Speaker:work properly, so I get the electrician to come back, and then the toilet blocked
Speaker:up for some reason, so I've got to get the plumber to come out. It's just problems, it's
Speaker:like, I'm like, Jesus, I need like a full-time, like
Speaker:a PA just to manage, the tradespeople that
Speaker:are coming to the house. And then she can manage all the
Speaker:cars as well. And then, of course, you get... I've
Speaker:also bought out more properties as well. So then you've got not
Speaker:so much tenants to deal with. I have a property manager that does that. But
Speaker:it's like you just get more bills coming through. So those bills then take
Speaker:more time because then you've got to think about... Land tax is
Speaker:a new one that I've had to start thinking about lately, which is
Speaker:the most ridiculous tax. Then, of course, it's multiple... body
Speaker:corporates, if you're in a body corporate. It's
Speaker:just lots of things. And I will say, it's
Speaker:all first world problems. These are not
Speaker:really problems. There's people in Australia
Speaker:right now who can't even put a roof over their head because the government's brought
Speaker:in so many people as immigrants. who,
Speaker:from what I hear, aren't even contributing to society but taking up all
Speaker:the housing. So the citizens of this country now can't
Speaker:even afford to get into a house. Which I think
Speaker:is an absolute disgrace on
Speaker:this current Labor-Federal government. A
Speaker:disgrace. They're spending so much money on
Speaker:crap without even thinking about the citizens of Australia. And
Speaker:so that's my two cents of political content for today. So
Speaker:ultimately, what I'm saying is there's people doing it really, really tough in Australia.
Speaker:I'm not complaining. I'm just telling you some of the things that... that
Speaker:comes onto your plate as you start to get wealthier and you accumulate more things.
Speaker:I could flip it around for sure. I could just sell off everything, just have just Bitcoin
Speaker:only, which doesn't require really any maintenance at all, and
Speaker:that's it. Don't have to worry about the car regos, don't worry about insurances,
Speaker:nothing. But of course, that's the life that I've chosen to lead because I'm
Speaker:also trying to build my wealth. And back to the original
Speaker:statement, which is, The more
Speaker:wealthier you get, the more assets you buy, there's
Speaker:always just a whole nother level of wealth
Speaker:that you think you need to get to. And all
Speaker:of a sudden you think, well actually I don't even have money. Because what you also realize is
Speaker:even when you become a multi-millionaire, you're kind
Speaker:of at the bottom. You might be in
Speaker:the top 1%. I'm in the top 1% of income earners in Australia.
Speaker:but I'm at the very bottom of the 1%. And
Speaker:that is somewhat humbling. So much to achieve. All
Speaker:right guys, I think that's gonna be enough for today as
Speaker:I share you my thoughts, but I really do hope you guys push
