Unknown:

Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience. I'm your host Aurora, and I'm very happy to be

Unknown:

spending some time with you today.

Unknown:

Ah, the reason I'm chuckling

Unknown:

is that last week's episode was not published. And so what I'm

Unknown:

saying right now is that I'm happy to be spending some time

Unknown:

with you. But I don't even know if this episode is going to be

Unknown:

published. Ah, it sucks so much.

Unknown:

Huh.

Unknown:

Of course, I reached out and asked for support from the

Unknown:

podcast platform. But yeah, they don't know what is going on. So

Unknown:

I really hope that today's episode is going to go out

Unknown:

there. Because I feel like I'm letting people down. And that's

Unknown:

horrible.

Unknown:

Today, I want to talk about how life is tough and rough at

Unknown:

times, and there's nothing you can do about it. You know, I'm

Unknown:

all for positivity. I'm all for self motivation. I'm all for

Unknown:

reaching out to find support.

Unknown:

But sometimes you do all that you meditate, you eat well, you

Unknown:

exercise or you don't.

Unknown:

You do whatever is good for you,

Unknown:

on your terms, and life is still tough, and rough.

Unknown:

And I think it's just part of life. There's nothing you can do

Unknown:

about it. There's no recipe on how to get out of it. There's no

Unknown:

recipe on how to speed up the process. There's no tools that

Unknown:

you can instantly apply.

Unknown:

It is just yeah, very difficult.

Unknown:

And I feel a lot of people are going through this right now, a

Unknown:

lot of people feel weird.

Unknown:

Feel that extreme uncertainty.

Unknown:

Feel the big shift that humanity is going through right now.

Unknown:

And I think I want to remind us that

Unknown:

it is okay to struggle. At times,

Unknown:

things will change and get resolved.

Unknown:

Things will be uncomfortable, but comfort is coming up soon

Unknown:

again.

Unknown:

Sometimes we just gotta be patient.

Unknown:

And that's the most difficult thing ever, at least for me.

Unknown:

But giving up is not an option. It's just not.

Unknown:

You can you know, get loud to get frustrated, you can

Unknown:

get angry and mad or you can get super sad and depressed and

Unknown:

avoid people and project any interaction. But it's not going

Unknown:

to help you. You're just going to waste energy, it's gonna feel

Unknown:

good in the moment. Because you can release what you have inside

Unknown:

of you.

Unknown:

But sometimes we just gotta wait and see. And

Unknown:

maybe ask yourself, Okay, what is it? I'm supposed to learn

Unknown:

here?

Unknown:

Why?

Unknown:

Why is this happening?

Unknown:

What is it that I can learn? And to be very, very gentle with

Unknown:

yourself? And then if you don't come up with an answer, that's

Unknown:

okay too.

Unknown:

All this to say struggle is a big part of human experience.

Unknown:

And some people tend to give up too soon or make weird

Unknown:

conclusions about themselves, their environment, the world as

Unknown:

a whole humanity.

Unknown:

And that's not good. It's not going to serve you in the long

Unknown:

run.

Unknown:

I'm actually talking to myself right now to

Unknown:

to get through this difficult phase. And I hope I can bring

Unknown:

you value as well. And empowerment and motivation and

Unknown:

connection.

Unknown:

It is so utterly important to stay connected to yourself and

Unknown:

to feel your pain

Unknown:

and to be there.

Unknown:

Yeah, I think that was my quick message that I wanted to get out

Unknown:

there. And as I said at the beginning, I don't even know if

Unknown:

this time around the episode will be published.

Unknown:

It makes me realize how passionate I am about my podcast

Unknown:

and connecting with you. And that's truly beautiful.

Unknown:

Sometimes, you appreciate things way more when they are gone, or

Unknown:

when it gets difficult. And then you overcame the difficulties.

Unknown:

And yeah, if I didn't care, I wouldn't be this mad and

Unknown:

frustrated.

Unknown:

So that's a good sign, I guess, I guess.

Unknown:

All right.

Unknown:

Please, take really good care of itself. Please know that I will

Unknown:

be okay. I will fight with everything I have to get my

Unknown:

podcast my baby here going again.

Unknown:

Because it is so dear to my heart to be able to. Yeah,

Unknown:

empower people from around the globe. And I will be out there

Unknown:

very soon again. Your warrior, your fighter, Aurora.

Unknown:

And in the meantime, if you feel like connecting with me over

Unknown:

Facebook, of course you're not gonna hear this if the episode

Unknown:

is not being published, but I truly hope that you join the

Unknown:

groups you joined my Facebook account before this all

Unknown:

happened. So that I can keep in contact with you over Facebook

Unknown:

at least. Alright.

Unknown:

Till next time when everything runs normal again. Bye bye. And

Unknown:

thank you for being here. I deeply appreciate you
