Welcome back to another episode of health hacks. Did you
Unknown:know that behavior is simply a symptom? It is a symptom of your
Unknown:programming. It is actually the program that is the cause. And
Unknown:trying to change your behavior without shifting the programming
Unknown:is really difficult, because you know, the moment life happens
Unknown:and it does, your behavior will revert to past behaviors because
Unknown:the program is still running, the program that is in your
Unknown:unconscious mind, the program that was created in the first
Unknown:seven years of your life. You see the programs that you built
Unknown:in those early years of your life determine whether you're
Unknown:running the love story or the horror show. When you look at
Unknown:life, whenever anything happens, what is the movie screen in your
Unknown:mind that is playing, is it the love story? Is it the horror
Unknown:show, or somewhere in between? If it isn't what you want it to
Unknown:be, the good news is that we can reprogram it. I just want to
Unknown:link for you though how the movie screen that you're playing
Unknown:impacts your behavior. You see, if you're running the horror
Unknown:show, that causes your brain to produce neurotransmitters of
Unknown:cortisol and adrenaline, because when it's the horror show,
Unknown:you're in fear, and that impacts how you feel, which, of course,
Unknown:impacts how you behave. If you're afraid, you're going to
Unknown:go into your shell, potentially hide, stay quiet, stay stuck,
Unknown:versus if you're running the love story. Well, now your
Unknown:neurotransmitters that are being produced are serotonin and
Unknown:dopamine and the feel good neurotransmitters, and that
Unknown:impacts how you feel. You feel good, you feel happy, and that's
Unknown:going to allow your behavior to have you standing in your power,
Unknown:stepping out into your brilliance. When we coach people
Unknown:looking at behavior is important, because we can't
Unknown:calibrate on feelings. Our feelings change from one minute
Unknown:minute to the next, so we have to calibrate on behavior. We're
Unknown:always asking, what behavior will you be doing that is
Unknown:different to what you are doing or not doing now, once you have
Unknown:the desired result from the coaching program, however, we
Unknown:don't start simply by attempting to change the behavior using
Unknown:willpower and tasking and accountability. That's conscious
Unknown:coaching, unconscious coaching. We literally look at your
Unknown:programming that is deeply ingrained in the unconscious
Unknown:mind, and we rewire it so that you start to run the love story,
Unknown:and that positively impacts your neurotransmitters, and it
Unknown:positively impacts your behavior. Now, if that is
