Blakely RamseyHello and welcome back to the Elevated Edit Podcast.
Blakely RamseyI'm your host, Blakely Ramsey.
Blakely RamseyI hope you are all having an amazing 2025 so far.
Blakely RamseyBased on the interaction that I'm seeing on Threads, I feel like everyone started their new year on January 6th instead of starting it last Wednesday, which is totally understandable.
Blakely RamseyAnd if y'all are not on Threads, you need to get over there.
Blakely RamseyIt is such a fun platform to part of and it's super engaging.
Blakely RamseyIt's basically Twitter before Twitter became Twitter.
Blakely RamseySo I'll let y'all read in between the lines on that one.
Blakely RamseyIt's just good energy.
Blakely RamseyI feel like everyone over there is in a good mood and very encouraging and uplifting.
Blakely RamseyAnd this episode is not sponsored by Threads.
Blakely RamseyIt's just a really good app.
Blakely RamseyBut over the last couple of days, I've had some time to reflect on 2024.
Blakely RamseyAnd when I was in 2024, I kind of felt like it was a year of things falling apart.
Blakely RamseyLike, I did not hit a lot of my revenue goals that I wanted to, and I didn't have a lot of the outward success and outward, like, goal hitting that I normally do.
Blakely RamseyAnd I told myself, okay, well this just wasn't your year to accomplish a lot.
Blakely RamseyBut you, you know, worked through some things and kind of built a foundation.
Blakely RamseyBut when I actually sat down and looked at my 2024, I realized that I had a huge year.
Blakely RamseyAnd yes, it didn't look that way necessarily externally, but I accidentally had a quantum leap year.
Blakely RamseyAnd before you were like, oh my gosh, this is so woo.
Blakely RamseyLike, she's done lost her mind.
Blakely RamseyThis is not woo.
Blakely RamseyIt's actually very biological, very scientific, and it's something that I have been reading about, like I said over the last year, and I had an accidental quantum leap year and my life completely changed and completely shifted.
Blakely RamseyAnd so in 2025, I want to have an intentional quantum leap year and I want to completely change my life again.
Blakely RamseyBut instead of just kind of doing it nilly willy and not knowing what direction I'm going in or how exactly I'm going to get there, what exactly I'm doing.
Blakely RamseyI am wanting to take what I learned in 2024 and turn it into something really positive and encouraging in 2025.
Blakely RamseyAnd it just happened to coincide with something that my business coach wanted me to do.
Blakely RamseyAnd she wanted me to start a series on Instagram, some sort of series that will help me stay consistent every week on Instagram.
Blakely RamseyAnd originally I was like, okay, I' a episode every single day of 2025.
Blakely RamseyAnd she was like, remember, we're focusing on consistency in 2025.
Blakely RamseySo it's going to be a twice weekly series on a quantum leap year and what that looks like.
Blakely RamseyAnd when I started it yesterday, so the first part of the series is out, I realized that I am really good at podcasting because I can talk for 30 minutes about one thing, but I'm not necessarily good at fine tuning the little details and making it something that is 90 seconds, which is what I'm aiming for.
Blakely RamseySo.
Blakely RamseyAnd I know that people respond to content differently.
Blakely RamseyAnd so I was, when I was creating those scripts for.
Blakely RamseyFor the Quantum Leap Year series on Instagram, I was like, what if somebody wants a little bit more?
Blakely RamseyAnd so that is what this podcast episode is about, is kind of to explain what the Instagram series is, what that looks like, where the idea came from, and what you can hope to get out of it.
Blakely RamseyIf you choose to follow along, you definitely don't have to.
Blakely RamseyBut if you are in a season where you are wanting to make a huge jump in life and not have to force yourself and hustle really hard and work all the time and get, you know, create imbalance in your life, then this series will be great for you.
Blakely RamseyAnd it's something that we can do together.
Blakely RamseyWe can build a community around something that I think at least is very encouraging and very positive.
Blakely RamseyAnd briefly, I'm going to share my experience because y'all have probably heard about it enough.
Blakely RamseyAnd if this is the first time you're tuning in, go back and listen to some of the other episodes.
Blakely RamseyThe last couple of weeks, I've definitely talked about things that I went through in 2024 and what my journey in 2024 looked like.
Blakely RamseyBut now I am shifting and kind of moving forward to 2025.
Blakely RamseySo at the start of 2024, I knew something needed to change, but I wasn't exactly sure what it was.
Blakely RamseyI didn't have all the answers.
Blakely RamseyI certainly didn't have a perfect plan.
Blakely RamseyAnd that is how it became an accidental quantum leap year is I was just kind of running forward.
Blakely RamseyAnd I would like hit a wall, and then I would pivot and I would run again, and then I would hit a wall and pivot.
Blakely RamseyAnd I had absolutely no clue what I was doing, no clue where I was going.
Blakely RamseyI just followed.
Blakely RamseyI followed the Quantum Leap Year blueprint that I'm about to tell y'all about.
Blakely RamseyAnd it's very simple.
Blakely RamseyIt's not anything overwhelming.
Blakely RamseyIt's honestly common sense.
Blakely RamseyI just turned it into a blueprint that my brain could tangibly understand.
Blakely RamseyBut in 2024, I was just kind of fumbling around and I accidentally changed my life.
Blakely RamseyI accidentally aligned myself with the opportunities that I wanted and the people that I wanted.
Blakely RamseyAnd so I'm wanting to take what I learned from 2024, where it was just like an accidental.
Blakely RamseyI have no clue what I'm doing, and I just happen to figure it out.
Blakely RamseyAnd I know that you can probably relate to that where there are situations that you're just going for it, and then you look up and you go, oh, wow, how did I accomplish all this?
Blakely RamseyBecause I l had no clue what I was doing.
Blakely RamseyAnd I think there's a joy and a fun in that.
Blakely RamseyBut I'm also really looking forward to being very intentional about my focus in 2025, now that I have developed focus through everything I went through in 2024.
Blakely RamseySo let's define the concept of a Quantum Leap year to get started.
Blakely RamseyA Quantum Leap year is not magic.
Blakely RamseyIt is not instant success.
Blakely RamseyIt is not a lack of effort.
Blakely RamseyIt is about small aligned actions that create massive, disproportionate results.
Blakely RamseySo there is a book, I actually just started it, so I don't want to quote it too much, but another podcast that I listened to, she had just finished the book and that's what inspired me to read it.
Blakely RamseyAnd the book is 10x is easier than 2x.
Blakely RamseySo essentially it is easier for you to make a massive leap instead of just a step to the next step, if that makes any sense.
Blakely RamseySo to get from level one to level two, essentially you just need to work harder.
Blakely RamseyYou need to put in more hours, you need to, you know, develop whatever it is that you need to do.
Blakely RamseyIt's.
Blakely RamseyIt's more of a more effort and more time involved.
Blakely RamseyBut to get from 1x to 10x, you have to look at things differently and you really have to narrow your focus and narrow your time and you have to get really, really serious about things in your life.
Blakely RamseyAnd for me, that looked like not scrolling so much on social media, that looked like taking action even when things weren't perfect.
Blakely RamseyThat looked like.
Blakely RamseyThat's definitely been my big one.
Blakely RamseyIt's definitely something that I struggle with.
Blakely RamseyEven creat that series yesterday, I mean, I literally cringed when I hit post because it's not what I envisioned it to be.
Blakely RamseyBut I know that if I don't get started and just put things out there, I'll just keep delaying it forever, and then I'll never put out the bad content to create the good content.
Blakely RamseyBut that is what a quantum leap year is.
Blakely RamseyYou are changing things fundamentally about yourself.
Blakely RamseySo instead of changing just your output or just the time spent, you are fundamentally changing things within yourself so that you can make that quantum leap, so that you can get in the right rooms, you can get around the right people, you can read the right books, you can find the right podcast.
Blakely RamseyYou can align yourself with that success that you are looking for.
Blakely RamseyAnd this is not about luck or manifestation without effort.
Blakely RamseyI don't really love the word manifestation.
Blakely RamseyI because I feel like mainstream thinks that you just think about what you want and then it'll come to you.
Blakely RamseyAnd for me, I feel like visualization works better where, like, if I get super clear on what I want, I can align myself with it.
Blakely RamseyAnd I just.
Blakely RamseyI don't really connect to manifestation.
Blakely RamseyIf you do, I like Hoorah.
Blakely RamseyI love that for you.
Blakely RamseyIt's just not something that I align with because fundamentally, for me, it just seems a little lazy, a little lack of effort.
Blakely RamseyAnd what this series about is about intentional growth through practical steps.
Blakely RamseySo here is what makes a quantum leap year different than a regular one.
Blakely RamseyYou've got small, consistent actions that lead to massive growth.
Blakely RamseySo you're not having to work super hard.
Blakely RamseyYou're not having to hustle and burn the midnight oil or whatever that phrase is.
Blakely RamseyYou are taking small, consistent actions that lead to massive growth.
Blakely RamseyAnd I think that this is the hardest part for some people.
Blakely RamseyIt is for me at times, because I do want to see instant changes.
Blakely RamseyI want to see instant growth.
Blakely RamseyI want to see instant revenue.
Blakely RamseyAnd to be disciplined enough to take small, consistent actions to lead to that massive growth can be very difficult.
Blakely RamseyAnd that's where this is simple but not easy.
Blakely RamseyYou've got discomfort and uncertainty, which are necessary for change.
Blakely RamseyI don't know about y'all, but I feel like I have been in discomfort and uncertainty for the last six months at this point.
Blakely RamseyAnd I have committed to another really intense season of discomfort and uncertainty, essentially doing things that I don't necessarily want to do, that I don't feel comfortable doing that are way out of my comfort zone.
Blakely RamseyBut I know in order to get to the next level, I have to put myself through those things.
Blakely RamseyI need exposure.
Blakely RamseyI need to make the fear not necessarily go away, because I don't think it ever will, but just expose myself to what I'm so fearful of and make it smaller and make it less impactful so that way I can be like, you know what?
Blakely RamseyI still feel like an imposter.
Blakely RamseyI'm still showing up, even though I don't necessarily want to.
Blakely RamseyAnd I don't feel super comfortable and great about this.
Blakely RamseyBut each time I show up for myself and I stay disciplined, it kind of gives me like a little.
Blakely RamseyA tiny bit more confidence.
Blakely RamseyAnd that builds over time.
Blakely RamseyAnd then another characteristic of a Quantum Leap year is alignment that amplifies effort.
Blakely RamseySo you are not having to work as hard because you were aligning with what you want.
Blakely RamseySo you are aligning with the right people that are going to make things easier.
Blakely RamseyYou are not aligning yourself with, oh, I've got to read 75 books.
Blakely RamseyYou're aligning yourself with the one book that is going to create clarity.
Blakely RamseyYou are aligning yourself with the one idea, the one person, whatever it is, that is going to make the leap easier for you through your Quantum Leap year, you're going to align yourself with that.
Blakely RamseyAnd it's.
Blakely RamseyIt can look effortless to other people.
Blakely RamseyIt's a lot of internal work that you have to do.
Blakely RamseyBut this is where you see those big, massive shifts without having to really burn yourself out at the end of the day.
Blakely RamseyAnd I have experienced my fair share of burnout.
Blakely RamseyAnd I will tell y'all that growing in an aligned way versus growing in an effort, effortful in a way that requires a lot of effort.
Blakely RamseyI promise that I know grammar.
Blakely RamseyIt's just sometimes when I get to rambling, words just come out.
Blakely RamseyAnd then I'm like, I'm pretty freaking sure that I made that up.
Blakely RamseyBut that's the difference between a regular year and a Quantum Leap year is it's just more aligned.
Blakely RamseyIt's.
Blakely RamseyThere's more ease, there's more flow.
Blakely RamseyAnd you, at least in my experience, you are not having to waste your time as much doing things and chasing things that aren't actually going to get you where you are going.
Blakely RamseySo let's talk about a couple of the key habits that I've learned in 2024 that I plan to keep implementing in 2025.
Blakely RamseyAnd then we're also going to grow together, because like I said, this is obviously my first year that I have made an intentional quantum leap.
Blakely RamseyAnd I'm sure there's a ton of things that I'm going to learn and I'm going to take you along with me.
Blakely RamseyFollow along on Instagram for sure, and I might make this a series, a podcast series.
Blakely RamseyLike, maybe once a month we check in on this.
Blakely RamseyI don't know, y'all can give me some feedback.
Blakely RamseyIf this is something that y'all are not interested in at all, let me know.
Blakely RamseyI am definitely open to feedback.
Blakely RamseyI.
Blakely RamseyThis podcast is for you.
Blakely RamseyIt's not just for me.
Blakely RamseySo tell me what you want.
Blakely RamseyIf this is something that y'all want me to do once a month, I certainly will.
Blakely RamseyIt would be fun, I think, for us to all check in with each other a couple of times, you know, a year when it comes to this through the podcast.
Blakely RamseyAnd this quantum leap does not have to be business related.
Blakely RamseyI should have said that at the beginning.
Blakely RamseyBut this can be a quantum leap in your personal life, in your relationships and your knowledge and your creativity, whatever it is.
Blakely RamseyI feel like, once again, I accidentally quantum leaped in several different areas of my life last year.
Blakely RamseyAnd I think that might have been why I struggled so much, because there was so much change.
Blakely RamseyIt wasn't just my business life, it was also my personal life.
Blakely RamseySo my relationships and my hobbies and my habits and what I read and what I listened to.
Blakely RamseyAnd yeah, it was.
Blakely RamseyIt was an interesting year for sure.
Blakely RamseyBut one of the things that really helped me was daily journaling.
Blakely RamseyI have told y'all that journaling is something that has been really powerful for me for a lot of years.
Blakely RamseyIt lets me get my thoughts down on paper.
Blakely RamseyBecause sometimes if I, like, everybody's like, oh, you need to, like, visualize and meditate.
Blakely RamseyI'm like, okay, that's cool.
Blakely RamseyBut there's, like a thousand thoughts, like, pinging up in my head.
Blakely RamseyBut when I'm journaling, I can actually get things down on paper.
Blakely RamseyAnd sometimes I really resist journaling because I'm like, I do not have 10 minutes to freaking sit down and write a freaking journal.
Blakely RamseyLike, who has time for that?
Blakely RamseyAnd I have noticed that when I do take the time to journal every day, I feel so much clearer.
Blakely RamseyI feel a lot better.
Blakely RamseyAnd I can usually answer some of the issues that I'm going through through journaling.
Blakely RamseyLike, the answer was already there.
Blakely RamseyI just needed to get it down on paper so that I could clearly see it and clearly focus on it.
Blakely RamseyAnd then consistency and small actions have kept me moving forward.
Blakely RamseySo my.
Blakely RamseyI've tried to not focus on.
Blakely RamseyI have to do everything, but I need to do the things that matter really well.
Blakely RamseySo I've done daily walks, I have read 10 pages daily, I have done my journaling, I have stepped away from to do lists.
Blakely RamseyYou know, I did a whole episode about this and I have really simplified my systems and I have gotten super clear on what it is that I am wanting to do and I have ruthlessly eliminated everything that doesn't align with that.
Blakely RamseyLike I said, I've, you know, had to have some hard conversations with people over the last year as far as taking things off of my plate.
Blakely RamseyOrganizations that I can no longer be a part of, groups that I can no longer be a part of, activities that I can no longer commit to.
Blakely RamseyAnd depending on how much you have on your plate, that can be really difficult.
Blakely RamseyI was the yes girl.
Blakely RamseySo I had a lot of things that I have had to go back and just say no to.
Blakely RamseyAnd it would have been a lot easier to say no when I was asked.
Blakely RamseyLike it's really awkward now.
Blakely RamseyA lot of the situations that I'm having to kind of slowly back out of.
Blakely RamseyI.
Blakely RamseyThere's a lot of guilt around it and so I'm still processing all that I actually had.
Blakely RamseyOne of the final things that I needed to get off of my plate happened yesterday and it was a very respectful conversation, you know, well wishes all around.
Blakely RamseyBut it's still very awkward.
Blakely RamseyEspecially, especially when it's something that I should have done a long time ago and I was too people pleasy to do it.
Blakely RamseyBut that's the kind of like double edged sword of people pleasing is you end up letting people down if you're not living in your full truth.
Blakely RamseyBut anyway, that was a whole aside squirrel.
Blakely RamseyBut back to consistency.
Blakely RamseyThat is what helped me the most in 2024 was telling myself like, okay, all of this is going to add up to something in 2024.
Blakely RamseyI had no clue what it was going to add up to in 2025.
Blakely RamseyI don't know what the exact finish line looks like, but I have a much clearer idea and I know what I need to be doing.
Blakely RamseyBut those small consistent habits every day were truly what built up.
Blakely RamseyI don't think there was anything in 2024 that I did that I was like, okay, this one thing, this one day, this one effort was everything.
Blakely RamseyYou know, there was nothing that really was that impactful.
Blakely RamseyLike maybe the day the podcast launched or the day that I launched the your magnetic brand course but there were like a thousand tiny micro steps that I was just really disciplined and consistent with that led up to that moment.
Blakely RamseyAnd so there really was nothing.
Blakely RamseyThat was just that one big change.
Blakely RamseyAnd I think that is also different from what mainstream will tell you, is there's going to be that one defining moment and you're going to have that one thing.
Blakely RamseyAll you have to do is find your one moment and it's like, no, that's not where the success lies.
Blakely RamseyIt lies in the little, boring, little boring microhabits every single day.
Blakely RamseySo the Quantum Leap blueprint is what I talked about in the series yesterday, and that is going to kind of be the catalyst moving forward with this series over the course of this year.
Blakely RamseyAnd like I said, I know blueprints can sound super intimidating and really scary, but this one is not.
Blakely RamseyIt's very simple.
Blakely RamseyBut like I said at the beginning of this episode, just because it's simple doesn't mean that it is easy.
Blakely RamseySo step number one, clarity.
Blakely RamseyDefine your boldest goal.
Blakely RamseyAsk yourself, what is one goal that really scares me but also excites me?
Blakely RamseyAnd write that down.
Blakely RamseyTools to find clarity.
Blakely RamseyOnce again, journaling prompts.
Blakely RamseyYou can put these.
Blakely RamseyYou can either do them off the top of your head or you can put it in ChatGPT.
Blakely RamseyI take journaling prompts and put it in Chat GPT all the time.
Blakely RamseyAnd I say, hey, can you align these with my goal of wanting to, you know, have a 10k revenue month?
Blakely RamseyOr can you align it with my goal of wanting to become a better storyteller or whatever it is?
Blakely RamseyAnd ChatGPT will take your idea and smooth it out, or they'll expand on it and then you can take their idea and you can expand on it even more.
Blakely RamseySo I am a huge advocate of using AI.
Blakely RamseyI think that, yeah, it's going to have its negatives for sure.
Blakely RamseyThere's a lot of.
Blakely RamseyI mean, we're already seeing some of the issues come out and, you know, now they're having to implement new legislation to deal with all the AI.
Blakely RamseyI mean, it's.
Blakely RamseyWe've got a wild storm ahead of us as far as AI, But I also think that there's so many benefits and I think using it in this way to really help take the thoughts in our brain and clarify them and then give us ideas to be even more creative.
Blakely RamseyI think the people that you use AI in that way are going to have an insanely clear and joyful and fruitful next couple of years.
Blakely RamseyAnd I certainly hope to be one of Those people on that train anyway, Journaling prompts and visualization exercises, I can help you with this as well.
Blakely RamseyThis does not have to be some woo meditation.
Blakely RamseyYou know, you.
Blakely RamseyYou feel weird about it.
Blakely RamseyThis can literally just be you setting down for two to three minutes and like visualizing what it is that your goal looks like.
Blakely RamseyIf your goal is to declutter your kitchen, you can visualize what that looks like.
Blakely RamseyAnd getting yourself in the mindset of what your kitchen looks like already cleaned can help you figure out what you need to do to get there.
Blakely RamseyLike, I did the same way with my bathroom.
Blakely RamseyMy bathroom is just so overwhelming to me.
Blakely RamseyAnd when I got clear on what I needed, I was like, okay, I need to order a shelf.
Blakely RamseyI need to buy three clear containers.
Blakely RamseyI need to like, I was like, it was.
Blakely RamseyI was able to get super clear because I allowed myself to visualize the end result and then I could take the action to get there.
Blakely RamseyIt wasn't like this, oh, I'm going to manifest a clean bathroom.
Blakely RamseyAnd then I just open my eyes and expect my bathroom to be clean.
Blakely RamseyLike, no.
Blakely RamseyI visualized what the end result looks like and that allowed me to figure out what I needed to do in order to get there.
Blakely RamseyStep number two.
Blakely RamseySo step one was clarity, which is super important.
Blakely RamseyI have a lot of content and products and resources and services coming out in 2025 that are going to be focused around clarity.
Blakely RamseyI'm really excited about them.
Blakely RamseyIt is something that lights me up and I can't wait to bring it to market for fully.
Blakely RamseyThere's going to be resources all across the board from free, because I want things to be accessible for people who might just be starting out all the way up to really high level, high ticket services that I am crafting and working on.
Blakely RamseyAnd I am taking this quantum leap year blueprint and I'm implementing it in my own life, my own business.
Blakely RamseyAnd that is where these resources and ideas came from.
Blakely RamseySo really excited.
Blakely RamseyThat's just a little teaser.
Blakely RamseyTeaser on that one.
Blakely RamseySo step number two is discipline.
Blakely RamseyDiscipline is not punishment.
Blakely RamseyIt is self love.
Blakely RamseyI feel like discipline's gotten a really bad rap and it can be the thing that changes everything for you.
Blakely RamseyDiscipline is just what, what we need in order to get to that next level.
Blakely RamseyDiscipline can be really boring.
Blakely RamseyIt can be really unsexy.
Blakely RamseyIt's not something true.
Blakely RamseyDiscipline is usually not like the thing that you want to post on Instagram because you're showing up like, no makeup, hair in a mess, you know, every morning you're Working out, you're, you know, journaling, you're doing all the.
Blakely RamseyI'm taking courses and reading, and it's just like, oh, my goodness, am I going to do this every freaking day?
Blakely RamseyBut then in, in a couple of months, you see the results and you see, see that the small consistency really added up.
Blakely RamseyAnd it helps your confidence.
Blakely RamseyIt can obviously help your income.
Blakely RamseyAll of the things.
Blakely RamseyDiscipline is really the foundation for all of that.
Blakely RamseyAnd I'm going to go deeper into this in a later episode.
Blakely RamseyBut systems are what make discipline easier.
Blakely RamseySo if you are just, like I said, manifesting and saying, okay, I want to be someone who wakes up and goes and walks 10,000 steps every morning, and you don't change the systems.
Blakely RamseyYou just tell yourself that that's something that you want to do.
Blakely RamseyYou're never going to get to that point.
Blakely RamseyDiscipline and systems really help move you forward.
Blakely RamseyAnd a system can be simple.
Blakely RamseyLike, you make sure that you have clean socks and you like, I will stick my socks in the top of the shoe.
Blakely RamseyAnd sometimes I'll go walk in my pajamas.
Blakely RamseyY'all see me at the smackover track looking like a ragamuffin.
Blakely RamseyBut it's fine.
Blakely RamseyI'm walking, I'm disciplined, I'm consistent.
Blakely RamseySometimes I do forget that people that know me drive by and see me walking in my pajamas.
Blakely RamseyBut it's okay.
Blakely RamseyI'm.
Blakely RamseyI'm moving my body and I'm.
Blakely RamseyI'm disciplined.
Blakely RamseyI'm showing up even when I don't really want to.
Blakely RamseyThose are usually the days that I'm in my pajamas or the days that I don't want to walk and I'm like, you know what?
Blakely RamseyI'm so cozy in these pants, so I'm just gonna leave them on.
Blakely RamseyAnd they're fairly cute.
Blakely RamseyI mean, I don't have any super ugly pajamas that I wear out in public, but I roll out of the bed and go to the truck.
Blakely RamseyNo makeup, hair's not brushed.
Blakely RamseyI do brush my teeth before I roll out.
Blakely RamseyBut yeah, it's definitely.
Blakely RamseyIf you ever drive by the, the track and smack over and you never know what time I'm gonna be there.
Blakely RamseyIt could be 4:30 or it could be 11:30, but you might see an interesting show.
Blakely RamseyThe funny thing is, is the other people that show up and are disciplined, they also sometimes come in their pajamas.
Blakely RamseySo I don't know, maybe it's a small town thing.
Blakely RamseyI don't know if people do that in the big city.
Blakely RamseyWe went to Austin a couple weeks ago, and I feel like everyone that was out, like walking and working out, they were like in their Lululemon and they were very like cute and chic workout.
Blakely RamseyAnd I'm not to that point yet.
Blakely RamseyAnd then step number three kind of builds on step number two with that is consistency.
Blakely RamseyThe magic isn't in doing everything at once.
Blakely RamseyIt is showing up daily.
Blakely RamseyYou need to implement tiny microhabits that are going to allow you to have big growth over time.
Blakely RamseyThere's no way out of consistency.
Blakely RamseyYou just have to show up every single day.
Blakely RamseyEven if it's not perfect, even if it is terrible, just show up consistently.
Blakely RamseyI.
Blakely RamseyOne of my listeners told me that of my podcast episodes had no audio at the end.
Blakely RamseyI had no clue if you'll ever hear anything wrong.
Blakely RamseyJust like shoot me a message and be like, hey, girl, you done messed something up.
Blakely RamseyI don't know what I did.
Blakely RamseyI guess I deleted half of the audio.
Blakely RamseyBut I.
Blakely RamseyEven though things weren't perfect, I'm showing up consistently.
Blakely RamseyI am sticking to my word and doing what I told myself I was going to do.
Blakely RamseyAnd that consistency has definitely helped build confidence.
Blakely RamseyAnd the podcast is already opening doors.
Blakely RamseyThe doors are kind of like slowly creaking open.
Blakely RamseyThere's definitely no big doors that are flinging open yet.
Blakely RamseyBut I'm only five months in and yeah, consistency is already paying off.
Blakely RamseySo like I said, those automatic habits that those small consistent steps every single day, that's where you're gonna see the big growth, the big change.
Blakely RamseySo clarity, discipline, consistency.
Blakely RamseyI told y'all it was going to be common sense.
Blakely RamseyI told y'all it was going to be simple, but it's not going to be easy.
Blakely RamseyBut we're going to do it together because community matters in this.
Blakely RamseyGrowth is easier when you're surrounded by people who get it.
Blakely RamseyAnd that's why I'm doing this series on Instagram, because I want a place for everyone to come and we'll all share actionable tips and behind the scenes updates and I'll show you all my progress in real time.
Blakely RamseyAnd then, like I said, if the podcast, if y'all want me to continue the series on the podcast, like I said, maybe once a month.
Blakely RamseyI've got a lot of really good content lined up for the next couple of months.
Blakely RamseyI don't want to interrupt that as much and do it weekly, but I could probably do once a month if that's something that interests y'all and we can all have our quantum leap year together.
Blakely RamseyOr if you are not sure if this is going to Be your Quantum leap year.
Blakely RamseyIf this is your rest year, your chill year, your I don't want to do anything except for what I already have on my agenda year, then you can just wait, watch, and you can maybe Brainstorm for your 2027 Quantum Leap Year, your 2030 Quantum Leap Year, whenever you plan to do it.
Blakely RamseyAnd the Instagram series will kind of be like the inspired, accountable day to day.
Blakely RamseyAnd then if I continue the podcast series, it'll kind of be a deeper dive into what everything looks like.
Blakely RamseyAnd remember that a Quantum Leap year is all about clarity, discipline, discipline and consistency.
Blakely RamseyIt is not about overnight success.
Blakely RamseyWe are not instant gratification people.
Blakely RamseyWe are patient and consistent and disciplined.
Blakely RamseyAnd we have clarity in our lives.
Blakely RamseyAnd all of this will allow us to show up daily and have alignment with our goals.
Blakely RamseySo at some point today or tomorrow, I want you to take five to 10 minutes and reflect on what you want from 2025 and reflect on what your quantum Leap year would look like, what is your goal, what is your clarity?
Blakely RamseyAnd then from there, what would discipline and consistency look like for you?
Blakely RamseyWhat are two to three things that might not be over the top, but that you can commit to doing every single day that are going to allow you to have that quantum Leap year?
Blakely RamseyLike I said, for me, it was walking every day, it was reading every day, it was journaling every day.
Blakely RamseyThose are not pivotal, over the top things that required a ton of effort.
Blakely RamseyAnd you know, it was, oh, it was all this stuff, but I was disciplined and clear and consistent, even though I didn't realize that's what I was doing in 2024.
Blakely RamseyThose are the things that I did every single day.
Blakely RamseyAnd they made a huge impact.
Blakely RamseySo think about what those things would be look like would look like for you.
Blakely RamseyThey don't have to be complicated.
Blakely RamseyKeep it simple, keep it super simple.
Blakely RamseyAnd that's how we're going to make big impact and have a really big Quantum Leap year.
