Heather MastersSo here are some prompts that I have been using over the last few days.
Heather MastersI've really made a difference to how I start my day, and I thought it'd be really valuable to share them with you so you can really get your week off to a good start.
Heather MastersNow, the first one is always a bit of a challenge, I think.
Heather MastersAnd that's ten things that you love or really like about yourself.
Heather MastersYou know, it might be how you do your hair, how you cook an omelette, whatever it is, how you make coffee, whatever it is for you.
Heather MastersWrite down ten things that you really like about yourself.
Heather MastersYou really like the way you do that thing, or the really you really like the way that you maybe communicate with certain people.
Heather MastersSo write down ten things that you love or really like about yourself.
Heather MastersThe other thing is ten things that bring you joy.
Heather MastersNow, in my newsletter yesterday, I posted a link to a kind of package on my choosing happy website, which goes with my podcast.

Heather MastersAbout things that make you happy so that you have kind of a support system for when things go wrong.
Heather MastersAnd maybe no one's around to cheer you up.
Heather MastersSo things that you can do to cheer you up.
Heather MastersAnd one way of finding those is to ask yourself, what are ten things that bring you joy?
Heather MastersAnd they don't have to be complicated.
Heather MastersIt can be music, it can be reading, whatever it is for you.
Heather MastersSo write down ten things that bring you joyous.
Heather MastersAnd now that you have those 20 items, those 20 things work out how you can weave them somehow into your week.
Heather MastersWhether it's taking a moment when you do that thing you love, or you're being that person you love, to acknowledge that and to really appreciate yourself, that you know you actually really like that about yourself, or whether it's something that brings you joy, that you weave those joyful moments back into your week on a more regular basis so that your days are more joyful, even if you're just doing them twice a day.
Heather MastersSo maybe you're consciously taking time to stand in nature and just breathe for five minutes, or take your coffee outside instead of sitting in the stuffy old office.
Heather MastersWhatever it is for you.
Heather MastersWeave them into your week and really go out to have an amazing, joy filled and love filled week.
