So what is the mom movement?

The mom movement is an idea that all mothers can live the life they desire and not let society push us around or dictate our happiness. We know our happiness, how it is achieved and how to live purposeful, intentional lives.

The mom movement is your ability to know what you want in this life and support other women on their journey.

It's the hope that all women can work together to rise to the top of their lives.

Your life doesn't have to be a hot mess and the mom movement allows you to align with women who desire the same level out of their life as well.

The intentional transformation is your way forward.

It is truly magical when you conquer the transformation in order. If you haven't completed one of the plays, go back re-listen to the episode, reread the chapter and pick up where you left off.

This process is worthy of you finishing so you can work smarter versus harder in your life daily.

It's so easy for women and mothers to forget who we are and what we desire. But I will tell you if you let your struggles become you, they will consume you. And we deserve a lot more than living the struggle train daily.

You are paving the way for how your children will treat themselves when they grow up.

You are paving the way for how your whole life will play out.

You are paving the way for the accountability that you and your children will lead with.

We are stronger when we work on our heads, our hearts and our homes and this is exactly what we tackle in the intentional transformation. The outside world isn't your reality, it's the life you make inside the four walls of your home that makes all the difference in your happiness every single day.

This is your legacy as a woman, the life you've crafted and defined, the life you've showed up for and committed to, and the life you went all in on. And it's a heck of a lot easier to live a life that you desire when you aren't kicking crap around, wondering when the next mess will blow up in your face and how you will afford anything in your life.

That's why the three pillars of success, the home, the routine, and the finances are your bread and butter in this program. The mindset work, support and pivoting are all crucial, but the backbone of the intentional transformation is really the three pillars of success that I have defined for you. If you can focus on those three pillars, it will afford you more time and energy and resources for all the other areas in your life, trust me.

Life is meant to be lived. And the fear we feel when stepping into the unknown is meant to help propel us forward versus keeping us stagnant.

I first want to discuss automation. I want you to assess your whole home and life and continue to look for ways to make it all function smoother. As a balanced boss babe, you think smarter versus harder in your life.

I believe too many of us live passively and feel like we are always picking up the pieces. It's time to shift that perspective and make the minutes in your day work for you.

Life is going to be hard, but along the journey of chaos within motherhood, we step into our successful selves at the next level anytime we find ways to work smarter and automate within our daily life.

Automate the difficult things within your life and reap the rewards.

Create schedules, set timers, make the challenges in your life muscle memory. So you can take that thought and energy out of them affording you that energy on more important things. That's the power of automation.

Along with automation, I also want to discuss affirmations, another powerful tool in your positive mindset that will dictate your ultimate happiness and energy level.

Never stop affirming your beliefs and believing in yourself to be the best you possible. You are the woman your children need, show up for them by showing up for yourself. Be good to her. Put time in her. Consistently have that inner dialogue with yourself to further the love and appreciation and relationship with yourself.

Mindset work is always ongoing, something you will place into your daily life where it impacts you the most. Whether it's each morning to make it peaceful, each midday to calm the chaos, or each night to express gratitude for a day well done, put that time into those positive thoughts to restructure your perception of life. Are you a cup half empty or half full kind of person?

All of this revolves around action. It's so easy in motherhood to feel like we all crumble, but remember always on the other side of action is how you will rise to your best self.

A step forward, no matter how small it seems is always better than just standing still. Stop living passively and letting time pass you by. Put it all on the table, don't have any regrets because you lived actively in your life.

Today, look at a challenge in your life and ask yourself, "What is the smallest step I can take today to make a positive step forward?"

Stop putting the challenge off, it's not going anywhere until you face it.

And lastly, I want to remind you about faith and fear. You will always have fear when it comes to the unknown and life is full of unknowns, but having far more faith in yourself is what it takes to rise above any challenge in your life. Have faith, live with the fear and continue to move forward anyway.

You are stronger than you know, stop letting fear win.

It's time to rise and conquer.
