David:

There are 3 unconscious decisions that shape almost every result in your life. One will keep you broke, one will keep you trapped in a perpetual state of stress, and the other will keep you from discovering your purpose and achieving your full potential. Most people spend their lives trying to solve the wrong problem. They think they need more money, more time, a better strategy, or different circumstances. But until these 3 unconscious decisions change, The symptoms will keep coming back. So in this episode, I'm gonna show you exactly what these 3 decisions are, why they become wired into your subconscious, and how to replace them using one of the most powerful and simple transformational tools that I've ever discovered so that you can create more wealth, greater peace, and finally begin living your highest potential.

If you've been desiring a sanctuary for your spirit, a place to go to tune out the distraction, negativity, and doom and gloom so that you can tap into the deep power, the vibrancy, and the potential you have inside, you're in the right place. Welcome to A Changed Mind. Okay, guys, let's unpack this. You were probably wondering, Dave, how could just 3 unconscious decisions create almost every problem in my life? And the reason is because these aren't just beliefs, they're lenses. They are the filters that your subconscious mind uses to interpret every experience that you have. They literally determine what you notice, how you feel, the decisions that you make, and ultimately the results that you do or do not create. But you change the lens and your entire experience of life begins to change. So let's start with the first one. I want you to complete this sentence with me. Okay? Don't overthink it. Just complete the sentence. When I was growing up, money was blank. When I was growing up, money was blank. Now, each and every one of us are going to have a different answer to this question, but I can tell you 70% of people answer this question with the word scarce or a word that is synonymous to scarce. Now, other answers you might have is money is hard to make. Money causes arguments. Money is problems. Maybe when you were growing up, money was easy and abundant, but a lot of people have a limiting belief around money. They have a challenged money consciousness. I know, for example, when my wife was growing up, she believed that money was the root of all evil. And so my wife, not being an evil person, activated really powerful subconscious influences that were designed to keep money away from her. And the reason for this is that your brain is a goal-achieving machine. And so what money was when we were younger is usually what money is until we transform the belief. And this idea that is so prevalent that money is scarce explains why a handful of people seem to have accumulated so much money and the vast majority, literally billions of people in the world, are living without. Because there was a time where most of us didn't have resources because there just weren't a lot of resources. And that idea from thousands of years ago just got passed down from generation to generation to generation. It was like a program that got installed from your ancestors all the way through down to your grandparents, your parents, and you. you have an opportunity to transform it in this life. And again, if you're living a life of abundance and prosperity right now, you have transformed it. But it's important to interrogate this idea or this belief that money is scarce, because when we do, we see something very different and it enables us or gives us permission to make a new decision. And one of the things that I discovered in my own journey as I started questioning my limiting beliefs and using the frameworks that we teach, realizing that if I was thinking something that didn't feel good, it was a limiting belief and that some form of the opposite of it was actually the truth. I realized that money wasn't actually scarce, but there was more money than ever before. In fact, money and resources were abundant and plentiful. Now, I grew up in an environment where what I learned was money. You had to work hard to make money. You know, I grew up with a dad in an upper middle-class family who made money. It wasn't scarce, but you had to work really, really hard. He was an attorney. He'd work 60, 70 hours a week. A lot of my childhood, my dad actually wasn't even home during the week. He would just stay at a hotel near the office. But when I started interrogating this idea, or as we look at this idea that money is scarce, what you see is there's actually more money available than ever before. Like there's more resources than ever before. You know, there's trillions of dollars in every form of currency in circulation right now. People talk about, you know, the US debt of $40 trillion, but what that means is there's more money floating around. It's kind of like, The reality that we live in right now is one of those money booths from like the 1970s and 1980s, where again, I'm dating myself. I was born in the 1900s. I know a long time ago, but on game shows, they'd put people in a money booth and dollars would just be floating around and you grab them. That's reality right now. The dollars are everything from actual dollars to cryptocurrencies, all different kinds from Bitcoin to Ethereum to meme coins. You can accumulate resources in the form of real estate or your own business or Family banking and cash value life insurance. There's more money out there than ever before. And when you start to realize that, when the truth is that money is not scarce, that money is everywhere, you start to change the lens. You start to actually see money-making opportunities. You start to have money-making thoughts. You start to attract into your life situations, circumstances, and people, money-making people, education, that over time, as long as you continue to focus on that new decision that money is everywhere, you'll find that it's everywhere in your own life. Imagine how you'd think or you'd feel or you'd act differently if you believed that money wasn't scarce, but that it was everywhere. You know, if you think like a millionaire and you feel like a millionaire and you act like a millionaire long enough, you're 100% guaranteed to become a millionaire. And so what holds most people back, if we look at these 3 major beliefs, is their beliefs around money. And the most prevalent belief around money is the idea that money is scarce. Number 2, we're going to do another little assessment here. I want you to complete this sentence. When I was growing up, I never felt blank. And don't overthink it. Whatever first comes to mind. When I was growing up, I never felt blank. And this, the answer to your question, to whatever you said here is what we call the core program. So there's about 18 different types of core programs. It could be, I never felt safe. I never felt heard. I never felt loved. But this is actually the trauma that you experienced as a child and your personality evolved out of it. What's really interesting is your personality is a compensation for this trauma that you experienced as a child. And so you developed a certain set of gifts, a certain set of strategies, right? It was a protection strategy. So you created some strengths out of this compensation. It might be, for example, that You developed the ability to please others, or you created a skillset that allowed you to handle chaotic situations or to achieve results through hard work. But what happens around the age of 40, 50, 60 is that this personality overdevelops itself because it's actually represented in your nervous system. It's a neurology. So a lot of times when people come into our world and they're looking to transform their belief systems. It's because, and they would describe it this way, the thing that I used to be really good at that made me who I am is the exact same thing now that's starting to suffocate me. And so eventually this core program created by this belief, when I was growing up, I never felt blank, becomes unsustainable. It becomes something that has to be transformed if you want to break through to the next level, the next level of clarity in your life, the next level of purpose in your life, the next level of health, Or relationships or income, wherever you are stuck right now, there's a great probability that what is showing up, what is keeping you stuck, is this belief that we call the core program. Again, it's the thing that most people say was their gift, but is now the actual problem. Belief number 3, and this is universal, you don't have to actually complete a sentence here, is the belief that we don't have enough time. And the belief that we don't have enough time, that we can't get it all done creates a constant state of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, feeling like we can never catch up or that we're not as far along as we should be. That's a really big one with purpose-driven people and high performers. I'm not as far along as I should be. And the fear that if I don't figure this out, if I can't figure out how to be more disciplined or accomplish more or work even harder, then I'm not going to achieve my full potential. We actually find that with high performers, that's their greatest fear is that they will not achieve their full potential. You can check for yourself. Some people say that someone's greatest fear is that they're more powerful than they actually are, or their greatest fear is that they won't be loved. What we find is actually the greatest fear that most people have is that they won't actually achieve something that they came here to achieve, right? Their mission or their purpose in life. And so as a byproduct of this, the person who feels like there's not enough time is never present or rarely, always worrying about the future, struggling and arguing with life because life shows up in very unpredictable, although highly intelligent ways, rarely in alignment with how we expect it to show up. And so we start arguing and spending a lot of time and energy in denial of the reality as it's showing up. And this prevents us from being present, as I mentioned before. And presence is actually what allows us, ironically, to access something that's way more valuable than time. It allows us to access timing. So I want you to think about this for a minute. We're all worried about not having enough time, but we've all got 24 hours in a day. But the thing that can change for an individual It's called timing. Timing is what gives you an advantage. Timing is when the right resource shows up. Timing is when people show up to help you accomplish the things that you thought you needed to do on your own. Timing is, for example, if you're an entrepreneur, being at an event and sitting down next to somebody who needs your services, and then, oh my gosh, enrolling a new high-paying client. Timing is the ads that you see As they come through your newsfeed and actually finding a resource that's critical in helping you produce an outcome that you want to produce. Timing is the way that you met your soulmate. I mean, I want you to think about it. If you're in a relationship right now, it all came down to timing. It had nothing to do with time. And so my invitation is to let go of this idea that time is somehow a factor in producing the results in your life and be more interested in timing. Now, what Determines timing. Timing or coincidences or synchronicities or luck or things being in your favor, which is the great advantage, is driven by alignment. It's driven by energetic alignment or calibration. It's when you're operating from a powerful state of being rather than a primal state of being. It's when you are living more in gratitude, joy, curiosity, excitement, peace, and calm, as opposed to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, indecision, comparing yourself to other people. When you're living in those primal states, you lack presence. And without presence, you can't see the miracles of timing as it's unfolding in your life. But when you're operating from a powerful state and you're present, you do get to leverage timing. And that's where we can see other people who seem to be performing in superhuman levels, or man, things just seem to go their way. They seem to have all the luck, but what they have is not luck. What they have is alignment. What they have is an energetic calibration. They're actually aligned with the future that they want to create. So the future that they want to create materializes much faster, even within the same 24-hour period of time. What I want to do actually is give you an amazing tool to help you make these new decisions, whether it's a decision about money or a decision about what it was like growing up or a decision about time. And it's called the decision matrix. So it's going to help you identify Your specific limiting belief and use your own life experiences to make a new decision from money is scarce to money is everywhere, or from not enough time to all the time that I've ever needed. And what's cool about this tool is that it actually sources evidence from your own life. I found in my own experience of transforming my limiting beliefs that kind of coming up with a new story or, you know, a positive attitude or a positive mindset or affirmations were somewhat sort of helpful, but they didn't sustain permanent change in the way that I was thinking in the fastest way. To actually create a new belief is to actually see that it's been true for you over the course of your life. But what happens with our limiting beliefs is they calibrate our attention to only find evidence for that which supports the limiting belief. So the decision matrix is a great tool because it helps you establish a new decision and then find evidence from your own life to actually reinforce the new decision. So I've got a link here in the show notes. You can check it out. It's actually free. It's powered by our David AI. And it's going to help you identify your 3 biggest limiting beliefs and transform them. The important distinction here is that beliefs are just decisions. And so I want you to think about this, like when you were a kid, you decided that you weren't good enough, and then that became your reality because again, your brain is a goal-achieving machine. It's called a psychocybernetic loop. You only have thoughts that are in alignment with what you believe. You only pay attention to whatever it is that you believe. And so you create this simulated experience of reality where you're consistently reinforcing the belief because that's all you're paying attention to. You decided that you couldn't trust people. And so you started experiencing that. But what's cool is that when you realize beliefs are just decisions, you can make a new decision. And then when you find evidence in your own life to reinforce that new decision, that's how you start practicing a new way of thinking. And then eventually that reinforces itself in your reality and it becomes a new reality. It also becomes your new personality. So I want to invite you to check that out. Literally tens of thousands of people have used the decision matrix to rapidly transform their beliefs. Even people who have been doing personal development for decades. You can look at the comments on this episode or any other episodes on the channel, and you'll see so many people from our community who have used this tool and it's literally changed their life. And now we've been able to combine it with AI and it's absolutely free. So the link is in the show notes. But what I want to do as we wrap up is I want to leave you with a question. Which of these 3 decisions or beliefs have been running your life? Is it that money is scarce or money is hard to make? Is it that you are not safe or you're not worthy of being heard or you're not good enough? Is it that there's not enough time? Because here's what I've learned. Your life doesn't change when your circumstances change. The greatest leverage you can have in changing your life is actually taking a look at these 3 primary beliefs about yourself, about money, and about time, and question whether or not they're actually true. You know, every extraordinary life begins with an extraordinary decision. And so I want you to make a new one today. Again, you can check out the free David AI assessment.
