So it's been quite an interesting week, I don't know

about you, but

I was at a point where I wanted to run out at night naked and

throw myself into the cold snow and just cream my lungs out

there's so much feelings, so many feelings to be felt.

There's so many thoughts, so much reflection, so much stuff

that comes to the surface right now. That it's very, very hard

to keep a straight mind if you say that in English, to keep

your head straight on your shoulders. So maybe it's just me

maybe you had an awesome week and everything was flowing

nicely and you had an easy peasy smile on your face. For me it

was differently. And but I'm still here. We're still here

connecting and spending time together. Should I just realized

I hung up by snow pants in front of the fireplace. And I remember

from yesterday, I should still have some chocolate in my

Close your eyes and that feels good. And let's start by

noticing our breath. Your breath is constantly with you. If it

wasn't for your breath, you wouldn't

be here. I wouldn't be here. So let your breath be your anchor

Take a deep inhale n and then exhale inhale again and exhale

through your mouth relax the muscles around your eyes, on

your forehead around your mouth Mary your shoulders are still

holding some tension Isn't it fascinating how tense we can be

without even noticing and that affects our mind and our heart

even your blood pressure when you constantly stressed and you

don't notice it, it becomes your normal

don't make it normal to be stressed and tensed maybe even

resentful, frustrated I believe that deep underneath our skin a

surface we're all very joyous, loving creatures we're all

creative in our own way sometimes we get too caught up

in our to dues and our expectations towards ourself

expectations from others so we tense up from deep within from

like a soul level Don't worry, I'm not gonna get too spiritual

here but

sometimes our lifestyle is cramping, our soldes style so

much that we cannot allow ourselves to be relaxed anymore

because we're not swimming in the waters that we're

supposed to swim in. So take these couple moments with me to

come back to yourself. Come back to center. ground yourself feel

centered. And from this beautiful, calm space expand

expand from your breath. By taking deeper inhales through

your nose and even deeper exhales through your mouth by

taking up space you have a place on this beautiful planet Earth

and trust me we all want to see your true colors

because if you're just a version of yourself that is trying to

fit in

Unknown:

it's not only you missing out it is all of us so through your

breath center yourself expand feel yourself whatever will come

Unknown:

up for you in the near future

is that crazy chaos? Is that traveling? Is it family

gatherings? Is it beautiful outdoors adventures? Is it a job

Unknown:

you're going back to a new job you're trying out whatever it

is.

Use this anchor to come back to yourself be present with

yourself. You can even hover above looked down on to yourself

with the most gentle loving eyes back to your breath whenever

Unknown:

your mind starts wandering notice how your breath gets

Unknown:

shallow come back to your breath and make a deep again so

Unknown:

beautiful before I let you go I want to ask you a question Do

you think that if you were to make decisions from this place

from this mindset from this trunk quality in the future if

you were to make decisions from this space would that lead you

astray? Or would you be on a path of truth and realness

authenticity as always stay in this state of juicy calmness for

as long as you wish. Maybe even set an alarm clock so that your

monkey mind doesn't start getting restless. You are loved.

You are seen. You are heard. You are supported with much love.
