Unknown:season number eight. Episode Two of explicit meditations. Make
Unknown:time to reflect, rest and recharge your batteries. The
Unknown:better you know yourself, the better decisions you're going to
Unknown:make in the future, the stronger relationships you're going to
Unknown:enjoy. And I'm a strong believer that this will make us stronger,
Unknown:as a whole as a society, the better we take care of
Unknown:ourselves, the happier we can be. And this, of course, affects
Unknown:everybody that you interact with.
Unknown:So it's been quite an interesting week, I don't know
Unknown:about you, but
Unknown:I was at a point where I wanted to run out at night naked and
Unknown:throw myself into the cold snow and just cream my lungs out
Unknown:there's so much feelings, so many feelings to be felt.
Unknown:There's so many thoughts, so much reflection, so much stuff
Unknown:that comes to the surface right now. That it's very, very hard
Unknown:to keep a straight mind if you say that in English, to keep
Unknown:your head straight on your shoulders. So maybe it's just me
Unknown:maybe you had an awesome week and everything was flowing
Unknown:nicely and you had an easy peasy smile on your face. For me it
Unknown:was differently. And but I'm still here. We're still here
Unknown:connecting and spending time together. Should I just realized
Unknown:I hung up by snow pants in front of the fireplace. And I remember
Unknown:from yesterday, I should still have some chocolate in my
Unknown:pockets. So let's see what I'm going to find out here later.
Unknown:After my my little episode for you. Alright, let's dive into
Unknown:today's episode. I want to connect deeply with you. I want
Unknown:to help you out. I want to make sure that you feel supported,
Unknown:loved and seen. And especially I want to make sure that you know
Unknown:that you're not alone in this chaotic time a year. If you're
Unknown:driving or operating machinery, please make sure that you skip
Unknown:that episode because it might be too relaxing for you to focus.
Unknown:I'm also not making any claims when it comes to your health.
Unknown:I'm not a practitioner, I'm not a doctor, I'm just here to
Unknown:uplift and connect with you. So find a comfortable seat or maybe
Unknown:even lay down on your back. Whatever feel feels right for
Unknown:you.
Unknown:Close your eyes and that feels good. And let's start by
Unknown:noticing our breath. Your breath is constantly with you. If it
Unknown:wasn't for your breath, you wouldn't
Unknown:be here. I wouldn't be here. So let your breath be your anchor
Unknown:Take a deep inhale n and then exhale inhale again and exhale
Unknown:through your mouth relax the muscles around your eyes, on
Unknown:your forehead around your mouth Mary your shoulders are still
Unknown:holding some tension Isn't it fascinating how tense we can be
Unknown:without even noticing and that affects our mind and our heart
Unknown:even your blood pressure when you constantly stressed and you
Unknown:don't notice it, it becomes your normal
Unknown:don't make it normal to be stressed and tensed maybe even
Unknown:resentful, frustrated I believe that deep underneath our skin a
Unknown:surface we're all very joyous, loving creatures we're all
Unknown:creative in our own way sometimes we get too caught up
Unknown:in our to dues and our expectations towards ourself
Unknown:expectations from others so we tense up from deep within from
Unknown:like a soul level Don't worry, I'm not gonna get too spiritual
Unknown:here but
Unknown:sometimes our lifestyle is cramping, our soldes style so
Unknown:much that we cannot allow ourselves to be relaxed anymore
Unknown:because we're not swimming in the waters that we're
Unknown:supposed to swim in. So take these couple moments with me to
Unknown:come back to yourself. Come back to center. ground yourself feel
Unknown:centered. And from this beautiful, calm space expand
Unknown:expand from your breath. By taking deeper inhales through
Unknown:your nose and even deeper exhales through your mouth by
Unknown:taking up space you have a place on this beautiful planet Earth
Unknown:and trust me we all want to see your true colors
Unknown:because if you're just a version of yourself that is trying to
Unknown:fit in
Unknown:it's not only you missing out it is all of us so through your
Unknown:breath center yourself expand feel yourself whatever will come
Unknown:up for you in the near future
Unknown:is that crazy chaos? Is that traveling? Is it family
Unknown:gatherings? Is it beautiful outdoors adventures? Is it a job
Unknown:you're going back to a new job you're trying out whatever it
Unknown:is.
Unknown:Use this anchor to come back to yourself be present with
Unknown:yourself. You can even hover above looked down on to yourself
Unknown:with the most gentle loving eyes back to your breath whenever
Unknown:your mind starts wandering notice how your breath gets
Unknown:shallow come back to your breath and make a deep again so
Unknown:beautiful before I let you go I want to ask you a question Do
Unknown:you think that if you were to make decisions from this place
Unknown:from this mindset from this trunk quality in the future if
Unknown:you were to make decisions from this space would that lead you
Unknown:astray? Or would you be on a path of truth and realness
Unknown:authenticity as always stay in this state of juicy calmness for
Unknown:as long as you wish. Maybe even set an alarm clock so that your
Unknown:monkey mind doesn't start getting restless. You are loved.
Unknown:You are seen. You are heard. You are supported with much love.
