We're also talking about future proofing and how legally protecting your business is about really thinking about what you're trying to build here and focusing on what you're trying to build not the exact business that you have today. I want you to start embodying this mindset of you're already headed where you want to go, now what kind of steps does that kind of business take. We're going to talk about how that shift in my own mindset led to millions and millions of dollars in my own sales.

We'll also go over how to form your business and do it right and some of the common mistakes I see people make. I'll talk with you about the differences between LLCs and sole proprietorships, which one is best for you at what time and the steps that you need to take to actually form your business. I'll go over business insurance and what business insurance is, how it financially protects you, and my best tips to going about easily and quickly getting it in place for your business, if you even need it, which we'll also go over.

I'll chat with you about what scope of practice is, which is what you're legally allowed to do and not do, and how to figure out what you're legally allowed to offer in your online business and what stuff you should stay away from. Last, but not least, I will also go over what kind of contracts you need for your services and products, which ones you really need now versus what stuff can really wait, and how you're actually supposed to deliver them to your clients, like can you put them in a checkbox at checkout? Do they have to be signed? We'll go over all your contract questions.
