00:00:00 Sana: This is a lot of us are having this very strange, strange exhaustion. You're carrying it right now. In fact, you know, I myself, sometimes I really wonder about it, that what kind of exhaustion is this? Like, I'm not able to name it most of the times. And it's, it's about trying to manifest my way out of a life that needs something deeper than, um, a vision board or maybe, uh, a journal or, you know, maybe, maybe my life plan of repeating affirmations to a mirror. Maybe it's six in the morning or two o'clock in the night, and then going to bed feeling further from yourself than ever. And somewhere along the way. Manifestation. It has became a performance, a loud, glittery, exhausting performance. And quite a lot of us are realising that this is not it. There is definitely a version about this practice that is older, slower, and it's genuinely actually does something. It's just that, you know, we haven't been told about it.
00:01:24 Sana: Welcome to the Mindful Living Show. I am Sana listeners, as always here and today's conversation. It is for anyone who has tried manifestation and felt secretly disappointed by it. We are going beyond the law of attraction. We are going underneath it into the very quiet and ancient layer of inner work that actually sets your life, not because the universe owes something to you, but because you have, you have finally come home to yourself. And to help me with this, I'm joined by Brad Alan Johnson. He has spent over eighteen years exploring consciousness and manifestation meditation, ancient wisdom traditions including Kriya Yoga, Taoism, and practical metaphysics. And let me also tell your listeners, he's been featured in Newsweek, vice TV, international documentaries, and has spoken across four continents on what consciousness actually is and how it shapes the lives we live. So, Brad, welcome to the Mindful Living. Absolutely honored having you here.
00:02:33 Brad Allen Johnson: Thank you. Thanks for having me on.
00:02:36 Sana: Okay. Brad, first of all, it's not just about celebrating, uh, the achievements always, but sometimes, if personally, I find something very, very impressive, I have to. I have to mention that Four continents talking about consciousness, usually it kind of gets into that category of of something which is soft or woowoo, something which is completely, you know, it more towards misinformation. I, I really, really admire that. That's really impressive.
00:03:07 Brad Allen Johnson: Yeah. I mean, it's been a journey of eighteen years for me. And I really just had to start from square one when I started this journey. And I was basically on my own. I had nobody else to really fall back to, to advise me, to guide me about what was going on through me. I went through. And very powerful spiritual awakening back in two thousand and eight, and I really just had to look into myself to find out exactly what happened, because everything in my life was taken away. Everything in regards to family, everything in regards to friends, uh, the old job, everything. I basically started from square one, I started from scratch and I basically just had to ask myself the big questions just in regards to what the saints and the mystics and ancient ones have always shared is. Who are you and what do you want? And that is what I had to discover through myself and saying that, you know, I wanted to see who I really was. I wanted to see exactly what a human being is actually capable of. Because what we live in, in everyday common world is nothing that we truly are. These are this is makeup. This is wardrobe. This is a costume. And when you start to take off that costume and that wardrobe, and now you stand completely bare, you realize who you really are. You realize how the power of your thoughts do have that particular influence upon your entire life. You realize you're able to shape everything. You're realizing that what you hold into yourself is basically a reflection, a mirror of of what reality is. It reflects back to you exactly who you are. So it's really being able to take into account what your thoughts are, what your feelings are, how emotions work. Looking into the power that you truly hold. And it's being able to look at these old things within our past, because the past itself is just the constant reminder. AM I going to continue to be this person? AM I going to continue to be this particular type of individual who I felt I was? And if I look at that and say, okay, maybe I'm struggling with money, maybe I'm struggling with family, maybe I'm struggling with jobs or career. I said, all I'm feeling is just struggle, struggle, struggle. Why is that struggle there? Well, it's because of me. It's because of how I have interpreted my life. It's how I've interpreted the people around me. It's how I've interpreted the environment. And so what we're learning to do here is just getting out of our own way and being able to look at ourselves, kind of like how you just look at yourself in the mirror in the morning and just look at yourself and saying that there's a lot more to me that I'm not yet seeing.
00:05:46 Speaker 1: Well.
00:05:48 Sana: I really appreciate that. We are we are beginning with the beginning on this note, because I also do believe that, I have my own set of struggles, at before, before even, even, you know, acknowledging, uh, I, what I've learned something from doing these, shows, these, uh, conversations and discussions. And I'm really thankful that, um, I honestly, I did not even imagine that, I'll get on, uh, zoom or I'll get out and I'll have, uh, podcasts or, or these conversations to, to host or to facilitate and that, with, with, uh, humans, with people who are sitting miles and oceans across from me And, that's where from, you know, from where I learned that, you know, uh, gratitude, of course, it's also kind of something which is in our culture that, uh, be thankful for the food, be thankful for the home, the roof over your head for your family. Um, but often, often in, in that automated or robotic way of living, which I think, you know, something which is kind of, you know, demanded or, uh, expected from us always, we sometimes, lose the importance of acknowledging, and there are events, you know, where, for example, for me, when I just, you know, uh, heard what, what you shared, I listened, it kind of gave me a bit of deja vu because when we got hit with the pandemic, and especially for many people during pandemic, for many people after pandemic. at least, I'm really, really thankful that I got this opportunity. Uh, but, um, I believe that when it comes to manifestation, um, it's not about just that you close your eyes or you write vehemently and you'll get everything, but no, uh, you have to look at the brighter side or other side of, of the spectrum. Um, sometimes I feel like, yes, I have that potential, but then life happens. I kind of, I kind of get stuck with something and then I feel like, you know, yeah, this is what it is. It's not going to change. I'm helpless.
00:08:15 Brad Allen Johnson: Well, the first thing you have to understand is that you're manifesting all the time, right? And this is where people actually make the mistake is they feel that manifestation. Now I'm going to start getting into it. I said, well, you've been doing it your entire life. You've only been Unconsciously manifesting. And all manifestation is is the ability to make something real. It's the ability to apply memory to something. When we have solidified something, when we have hardened it, when we have made it real, then that is what's going to come into physical reality. You see, physical reality is nothing more than the past. Everything that you're looking around at yourself right now, everything you see, smell, taste, touch and feel, everything here represents memory. So the desk that is in front of you, the screen that you're looking at, all of that comes from your past. What happens is that we get too attached to the past. We again, are just kind of looking at this in an unconscious way. So when I teach people about manifestation, as I refer to is we're working with prime law, and prime law is the one law that resides through everything. It is interconnection. It is unity consciousness. It is the nature of you being fully and totally conscientious of life. It's self. But everything that you have been doing, even though you have not realized you've been doing, is manifestation already. All we're doing is we're just correcting the flow. We're correcting the flow so that you're being more conscientious of what you're actually bringing forward into life every single day. So we're turning manifestation from being unconscious. What I refer to as being in a beta mind. We're looking at the brainwave states here. When we look at the beta brainwave state that simply represents a state that is very reactionary. And really what we have done is that ninety nine percent of us have reacted through life. We have not created through life. And as long as you are reacting through life, then you start getting into these situations that are unfolding that are very, very unsettling, that are very miserable, and that bring about a lot of pain and suffering. Right? And so, as Buddha would always say, is that the cause to pain and suffering is ignorance. And this is really what's happened to us is that we have become completely unconscious. Not knowing that we are manifesting all the time. You can manifest a great fortune. You can manifest an incredible life. You can manifest new partners. You can manifest a great connection and a healthy relationship with family. Or you can do the complete and total opposite. And when we do the complete and total opposite, it's because we are not conscientious that we're manifesting all the time. You see. You have never not manifested. You're a human being. You're an anchor to this planet. And as you're an anchor to this planet, everything that you see, smell, taste, touch, and hear around you represents your own perception of reflection. So the inside projects, the outside reflects. So again, everything that we're experiencing here through the physical world is the past. Well, Brad, what is the present? The present is imagination, imagination, consciousness. And this is where you're staying in the nature of imagination and making these particular events, whatever they may be, whether it's more wealth, whether it's career, whether it's improving family connections, whether it's having a relationship, whether it's traveling, whatever it may be, all of those, you are already making them real. Because here's the thing consciousness does not know the difference between what you do here in physical reality and what you do in imagination. Which means what you do as action here in physical reality is again, the exact same thing as if you were to focus in imagination. So now you're working with imagination to build your entire reality. But before we do that, we firstly have to heal the old wounds that we're carrying. And this is what I refer to as the anti goals to the goal. Everybody needs to have a goal in life. You need to have a goal. You need to have a vision. You need to have an action plan altogether.
00:12:27 Sana: And, that's something that you mentioned and I want to like personally understand from you, I'm very sure many listeners are going to have this question on their mind right now after listening to this. You mentioned unconsciously manifesting. I mean, maybe through examples, uh, if you can explain that. And how exactly are we unconsciously doing it?
00:12:49 Brad Allen Johnson: Yes. So let's say, for example, we're getting into an argument with a loved one. Okay. So we're, we're fighting about money. We're arguing about can we pay the bills? We're arguing about maybe this person is spending too much money on something else, and maybe this person isn't picking up the slack or whatever it is we get directly involved with the situation. That is how you are unconsciously manifesting. It's kind of like looking at a soap opera on the TV, and now you're identifying yourself as the characters rather than remembering, hey, this is a soap opera that was filmed. It's a staged thing, right? This is something that represents a form of entertainment, but you don't see that you have basically become the character rather than realizing that you're the actor.
00:13:36 Sana: So the the walls, the boundaries, they have kind of dissolved. And now we are, you know, kind of living that character.
00:13:45 Brad Allen Johnson: You are the character with everything that you do. So again, you're fighting with a coworker at work. You're arguing with your boss, you come home, you're arguing with your partner, you're fighting with the kids. You have become the character. You are no longer seeing yourself as the actor. You see. The actor knows how to step out of the role. The character doesn't. The character just wants to assign all of these problems to themselves. I have a problem with my wife. I have a problem with my kids. I go to work, I'm fighting with my boss. I'm. I'm working. I have an old car that can barely run. I get so mad at it I'm getting cut off in traffic. I want to be able to make more money, but I don't know how. You see, you're approaching this from a character, not from the actor. See, the actor is able to look at all of these things and saying, this is all, this is all stage. This is all something that I'm completely involving myself with and every single outburst that I have. Well, guess what? It's being fed through the world. It's being fed through the reflections that are coming back to me. If I see nothing but misery in my family, then misery is going to keep coming back to me because that's what I'm feeding. Again, many of us already understand that the universe is holographic. Many of us already know that. We've seen. We've heard the analogy that the universe is like a hall of mirrors. Well, that is a very literal thing. What you put out is what you get back, right? You have to also understand that everyone around you, everyone is you pushed out. Everyone is a reflection of you, a living reflection of you. You see, you are the source point. You are the cause. What a lot of people get confused about is they think the outside world is the cause. And that is the biggest misconception of all. The outside world is an effect. It is a ripple. If you are in the pool and you are making all of the water move around and you're making the waves all together, everything pertaining to those waves with you bouncing up and down is coming from you as the source. So you are the source that is generating these ripples that are flowing throughout the entire world for yourself. So these ripples, these reflections come back to you. Well, if you're throwing anger at people, then more of that anger is going to be thrown back at you. If you're sad and you're depressed and you're lonely, then there's going to be more sadness and more depression and more loneliness coming back to you, because that's all you're casting upon the mirror. You see, you're looking at this big mirror and you're basically showing yourself as being lonely and depressed. Oppressed. The mirror reflects it back. But what happens when you start composing yourself, working with yourself, clearing away that feeling of misery and despair, where you start looking at yourself in happy states, in joyful states. And now you look at the mirror and you smile. Now what happens? The mirror smiles back. And this is exactly how we become conscious Manifestors no longer being the character in the world, but now realizing that we're the actor.
00:16:50 Sana: MM. And if I can kind of, you know, summarize this in one line. So the one that we started with is about performing. And what we are now going to explore is about presence.
00:17:08 Brad Allen Johnson: So with presence, again, this is this is the idea of acting, right? So when I am present, what am I doing? What am I doing when I'm present? Can you tell me what, what does it mean to be present?
00:17:21 Sana: You are in the moment. You are aware about. You know, let's say if you're a very tough situation, you're aware about it, but you are not thinking about what's going to happen in the future or why this has happened, what I have done in the past.
00:17:36 Brad Allen Johnson: So precisely, you are being the witness. You are moving into witness consciousness. So witness consciousness through the nature of being present and aware is helping you say, wait a minute, look what I'm putting out. I'm finally looking at myself in the pool, and I realize that I've been jumping up and down, creating all these violent waves in this circular pool, and all those waves are just bouncing right back and hitting me. What happens when I stay still and then I stay still, I stop moving, and now, after those last few waves, the water now starts to calm down. And this is exactly what we're learning to do, is you're learning to be the witness. And as you learn to be the witness, you're going deeper into yourself. So even when we're looking at science pertaining to the brainwave states, what we're learning to do is going into the alpha, theta and delta brainwave states. And the best way to do that is working together with your breath, and you're working together with pranayama, you're working together where you're making the exhales a little longer than the inhales. And as you start to breathe out for a few extra seconds, the body now starts to move into what's known as the parasympathetic nervous system. The vagus nerve now starts to stimulate, and the vagus nerve is connected to the majority of your major organs in your body. As you start to stimulate the vagus nerve, all of the major organs now start to settle down. They start to calm. You're getting yourself into a point of poise where you're now able to observe and witness your reality and saying, wait a minute, what am I doing? Why am I constantly fighting what's going on here? So it's that beautiful moment that you have when you're present and you realize, hey, this is exactly what I've been putting together. It's an awakening moment. You've had your aha moment. This is what begins a spiritual awakening for everybody. Just be still and know that I am God. And that's the true way. That was from the Bible. So when we look at that and saying, just be still and know that I am God, well, what does that mean? And as I said, you are the cause to everything. You are the cause and the world is the effect. We have been taught that the world is the cause, and we're just an effect of that. That doesn't work. If that was the case, none of us would be here right now because it would self destruct almost as soon as it began.
00:20:07 Sana: To make sense. Wow. Okay. Um, also you mentioned about pranayama, um, the traditions you have studied, whether it's Daoism or qigong, Kriya. They have been pointing out this same thing for thousands of years, just in different languages. And what you're sharing, it also reminds me of a few episodes that I have recorded with other guests as well, where we talked about equanimity, something that I came to, you know, I was made aware through those discussions. I never have heard about that word, that state as well. But, um, I would love to know, Brad, what is the root layer underneath manifestation that the modern version has skipped over? Like, what's the real mechanic here in, in your experience.
00:21:02 Brad Allen Johnson: To know that you are the one to know that you are the source. So again, it's, you know, Buddha talks a lot about the idea of the power of the soul, of the power of the spirit. Jesus was always talking about the idea that the father and I are one. Krishna would talk about the power of spirit, the power of spirit that you have, that you have the power over these heavenly kingdoms. They're all yours anyways, right? So again, the ancient masters basically are telling you, Behold God, behold, you are the center. Behold, you are the cause. So behind all of it resides you as that central dot. And that central dot is often referred to as the I am or it is also referred to as beingness. In some traditions it is even referred to as non-being. When we're going into that state of non-being, you are completely unattached to everything. You are just simply seeing yourself as presence. You are seeing yourself as the self. So really what it comes down to is behind all the melodrama, behind all of the things that we're going through each and every day pertaining to involvement. There is firstly the observer, there is the witness again, that is the actor that realizes that they were playing the character. But even when we go beyond the observer and when we go beyond the witness, that goes into stillness. So again, the I am represents the nature of the awareness of presence. It is that one who is again moving into witness consciousness. And then as we go beyond the I am, we're simply moving into self. Now again, we don't want to jump right into that right away because firstly, we have to understand the observer, the witness, the. I am to realize that you are a. You are actually the actor, not the character. And by looking at yourself as the actor, this is where you're looking at yourself as an empowered self, right? Get to know yourself. The most important thing. If you are ever deciding to do a spiritual journey. So many people want to jump the gun. And I said, no, you don't do that. You don't just go running off trying to help people because you have a few states of realization within yourself. Get to know who you are. Get to know the self. What is the self? What is this self altogether? And one of the best ways to do that is have a journal. Have a diary. Have a notebook and start writing things down when you get triggered. What is this doing? Where is this coming from? How is this happening? I am getting to know myself. I'm getting to know my patterns. I am getting to know my default baseline state. That default baseline state is everything. That represents the conundrum of all of the reactions and emotions and thoughts and behavioral patterns that represent this large bundle. And we got to look at all of those things. And guess what, my friends? It is very, very simple to heal these things. We just have not been taught properly how to heal them because it really just starts off with one question. When I look at these things and I see what they are. I just need to ask myself one question to clear them all out. Can I let them go? And if I can let them go and I can release them. I have now cleared out a great deal of a bundle of everything that represents that conundrum of being the character rather than being the actor. So it all comes down to something of clearing out your traumas just by being able to be sincere about one single question. Can I let this go?
00:24:45 Sana: This is not about that. You are. You are. Dismissing or escaping from your past or, you know, from those trauma, from those traumatic moments. It's it's about not latching on to that trauma or not being stuck to their trauma because honestly, Brad still, still. Sometimes I dread about him. Let's say there's a specific phone call that I've just been waiting for, you know, since morning or a meeting or maybe a very confronting conversation with my loved ones. Um, especially with my parents, of course, I dread about it. And I know my body is giving me those signs. You know, my palms are sweaty or my heart rate is racing. I constantly keep on looking at the phone, even when I'm recording the shows. It's it's just constantly like humming, running at the back of my mind. And I do feel uncomfortable sometimes. I really feel that, you know, this is this is not how it is supposed to look like. You know, I shouldn't just give away myself to that feeling of dread or something like that.
00:26:01 Brad Allen Johnson: Well, here's the most important thing is don't self judge yourself when you're looking at how to help yourself, right? Helping yourself does not come through judgment. So the most important thing is just catch yourself. This is why I say it's a good idea to have a diary, to have a notebook, to have a journal with you, right? And just take a moment when you can to catch yourself and wait a minute. Here's that feeling again, that feeling of maybe I'm not good enough, maybe I'm not feeling like I'm doing something properly and all I'm doing is I'm looking at that as an observer. Okay, what am I feeling right now? I feel a lot of shame because this situation has unfolded and all I'm doing is I'm writing it down and I just go through my day. I'm going from the beginning of my day, from starting from the morning, from when I wake up right up into the evening to where I now have all of these notes. And I have caught myself in the day when I was battling with myself, when I was in an argument, when I was fighting, when I was feeling triggered. And I would say, that's excellent, because what you're doing is you're catching yourself in the beta, okay? Because the beta state, the beta brainwave state wants to argue. The beta brainwave state is where our emotions and our reactions exist. It doesn't exist in the deeper states. When you go into Alpha, theta, delta, there's none of that because those are deeper, concentrated narrowband states, whereas the beta state is so unbelievably wide. And so you're going into that wideness and you're reacting to everything. But we want to be there because that is unveiling the patterns that we are discovering within ourselves. And so all we do there is now, as we as we finish the day, we now start to go into the evening. We have quite a few notes here. And I would just say to a person, okay, right now I want you just to do some breathwork. I want you to do what's known as the rakshaka pranayama. That is where you're breathing in through the nose for four seconds and breathing out through the nose for eight seconds, and just keep doing that. Repeat that again and again and again, and start to let your body feel relaxed. So just stay in a chair. Sit in a chair. Keep your spine nice and straight. And now start working with the Rakshaka pranayam. Four seconds in, eight seconds out, all nose breathing and just feeling yourself relax with each repetition that you take. And as you're doing that breath, just let the muscles in your body relax as well too. And now you start to go into that deeper state of relaxation. Now you start to feel a lot more lighter. Now you start to feel a lot more softer, even though the body feels heavy because it's moving into rest. You as consciousness as your feelings are now starting to feel a lot more lighter, you're feeling like those shackles are being taken off. And now you look at the very first thing on your list and saying, okay, I'm hard on myself because I feel this shame. All right. So what I would ask you in saying, do you recall that what you have just gone through recently, is there something within your past that makes you feel like this is in association with that. If I'm feeling shame right now today, was there anything that took that took place in my younger years that made me feel that exact same shame? Oh yes. It felt like I was having arguments with my parents again. Very good. Because what you have just done is you've identified with your past trigger. You see the whole idea of what you're going through right now as an adult is just a rippling effect of first reactions that took place when you were younger. So what you're doing is you're playing emotional association, looking back, as far back as you can in your younger years, to feel exactly this type of feeling that is similar to what you're going through right now. And what I refer to that as is, I call that the red domino. The red domino is the very first domino that is placed in front of all the other dominoes that when that red domino is knocked down, all of the other corresponding dominoes start to get knocked down as well. And so what the red domino is simply represents the first cause, the first reaction. And what we're doing is we're just going to start exploring that version of yourself that was younger, that went through that pain. And then again, we go through a process, what I refer to as the trauma transcendence technique. And we work together with that. And we now start completely clearing out that trauma from its root. Because here's the thing, if you're trying to clear it out from what you're currently doing, you're not ridding yourself of it. You're not clearing it out. What you're doing is you're tackling a ripple and you're not attacking the source. So basically, it's no more different than a garden, is that you have weeds sprouting up from your garden and you start pulling out the weed heads. But a couple days later, the weeds grow back and saying, Brad, why are the weeds growing back? And I say, you have not gone to the source of the problem. And this is why we're going to the source of the problem. Because here's the thing. All of the problems that we have had in life have started from our childhood. It has not started from adulthood. Adulthood is much more of the later phases. It is just the ripples that are ricocheting back against the walls because you kept jumping up and down in the pool. So we need to look at when was the first time we jumped in the pool? That goes back to when I was three years old, five years old, eight years old. Ten years old. On average, it is between the ages of one to twenty one, where the deepest traumas of our life get seeded. Even if they start to feel like they're not so big. They get bigger later on. But the source is the reason of those younger years as to why we carry this trauma through our adult years. Because as a child, you don't know how to discern. As a child you absorb.
00:31:53 Speaker 1: Wow. That is really, really eye opening.
00:31:56 Sana: Honesty, honesty. And one more thing, which I just want to kind of point out, um, is we oftentimes, you know, we keep waiting for that big transformation or the retreat or the breakthrough. And meanwhile, the real work is, is in the breath between calling someone and then not calling or, you know, cutting the call. I think that pause between a thought and your reaction to it. I think that's where the reality is actually being shaped, where that's it.
00:32:36 Brad Allen Johnson: You got it. Because it is that pause. It's like looking at music, right? There's always that pause in between two beats. And that pause is so essential. That's what actually makes the song a song. That's what makes the music music. That's what makes ourselves in between the thoughts realize, oh, wait, in between those two thoughts, here's God and that's you. Behold God. And so this is the nature of yourself. Like I said, I'm not telling you guys anything new. This is in the Bible. This is in ancient texts where basically we're looking at the idea of the master. We're looking at the idea of God. We're looking at the nature of grand consciousness that is you. So many people want to connect with a higher self. You are the higher self. You're just unconscious of it. So again, it's about making the unconscious conscious. And this is where I work together with people and I work with them and help them, whether it's through sessions or otherwise, just helping them to realize exactly your, your whole idea of traumas that you're holding on to have been there because of unconscious reaction. Unconscious reaction is the very reason why these things have continued to happen, right? Again, as Buddha says, is that the nature of the idea of suffering itself, like I said, comes through ignorance, and that ignorance comes from this ability to unconsciously react where we're triggered. Like I said, you're becoming the character. You're not being the actor. You're not being able to look at yourself and see yourself as the actor and saying, wait a minute, I'm just playing a part here. Now that I'm realizing I'm pulling myself back as the actor, I'm going to look back at this character because I want to refine the character. And here's the really big thing. I think that we can end on all of you, every single person right now that is listening to you. I have to this right now. I have a very, very powerful and good news for you. You are able to fundamentally transform everything about your past. The past is not finite. It is not the idea of say, rather, it is not permanent. The idea of the past is very much in fluctuation. You are what your memories have made yourself to be. Now a memory itself can change. It is a fluctuating pattern because all the memory is is thought that has been held onto by emotion. It is thought being held onto by emotion. When you let go of the emotional tie in to that thought, that thought leaves you, which means everything that you believe yourself to be can be fundamentally changed. We have the ability to rewrite our history and to rewrite our past individually and collectively.
00:35:25 Sana: That's beautifully said, Brad, beautifully said. And, I want to make sure people listening, they can find you, follow your work, continue exploring what we have really, really opened up today. So, um, Brad, where's the best place for them to go?
00:35:41 Brad Allen Johnson: Yes, you can go to my website. It is the prime mentor dot com. So that is the prime mentor dot com. And I do Q&A sessions. I do mentoring sessions there. I also do reports for you as well too. We work with a lot of different metaphysical systems to generate reports on certain themes. Right. Looking into career, looking into the next twelve months for yourself. We have a lot of great things on the Prime mentor dot com, but you can go there and you can always book a session with me as well too. I also have my YouTube channel that you can go to because I have a lot of a lot of videos that are coming up there. And I just, I talk about a whole bunch of different things. But one of the big things here certainly is manifestation and working with yourself as a prime creator.
00:36:28 Sana: Amazing. Amazing. Thank you for that, Brad. And, uh, listeners, as you heard from Brad, I am going to mention that all the links in the show notes in the description section along with the episode, wherever you are tuning to any of the platform right now, listening to the mindful Living. And Brad, I'm really thankful for this conversation. Um, I believe that it asks a little more of us, of the listener. And that's exactly the kind we don't have enough of. So I'm really, really thankful.
00:37:02 Brad Allen Johnson: Well, thank you for having me on, I appreciate it, and we'll talk again soon.
00:37:05 Sana: Absolutely. And to all the listeners, here's what I'll leave you with. If you have been trying to manifest your way into a life, pause right now or today or tonight, whenever you are listening just for a minute and ask yourself, acquire a question. Not what do I want to attract, but who am I becoming when I'm not chasing anything at all? That person, that person is the one shaping our reality, whether you notice them or not. So get to know them slowly, gently, kindly, and let the rest unfold from there. So take care of your mind and I'll catch you in the next episode. Thank you so much.
