Amber

Babes for sake, can you hear me now?

Vogue

Yeah.

Amber

I want you.

Vogue

Sometimes you have a tendency to lean.

Guest/Other

Back and go, hello.

Amber

At least I don't play with my mic stand like some people.

Guest/Other

Yeah, I know.

Guest/Other

This is becoming a real group.

Guest/Other

Hello and welcome to Amber and Vogue.

Guest/Other

I don't care.

Guest/Other

Amber and Poke the pod.

Guest/Other

It's Amber and Vogue.

Guest/Other

I can't do Vogue and Amber Emo.

Guest/Other

It's really difficult.

Vogue

It sounds better.

Vogue

Amber and Vogue.

Guest/Other

I agree.

Amber

But it's okay we say Mama Neil, because lmn.

Amber

Ln.

Guest/Other

Exactly.

Guest/Other

This is what I said to everyone to begin with.

Guest/Other

They're like, no, it should be.

Guest/Other

And I'm like, it shouldn't be Vogue for us.

Guest/Other

It feels really unusual.

Guest/Other

And I'm taking and I'm making the executive decision.

Guest/Other

Welcome to.

Guest/Other

To Amber and Vogue.

Amber

Welcome.

Amber

Welcome to Vogue and Amber ftmo.

Guest/Other

That's featuring Amber.

Guest/Other

That's short.

Amber

FT Full Stop actually is short.

Guest/Other

Who's Amber come as today, huh?

Guest/Other

Some little cute country singer?

Guest/Other

She's gorgeous.

Guest/Other

What's your one's name?

Guest/Other

Who's gonna.

Guest/Other

Who's doing stuff for Donald Trump?

Guest/Other

Carrie Underwood?

Amber

Okay.

Amber

Okay.

Amber

Every week I've been caught in the hop.

Amber

This wasn't supposed.

Amber

I was supposed to be out with Swiggy, our dad's friend.

Amber

Every time he comes back from San Francisco, he contacts us to meet up with us because he's just a lovely guy like that.

Amber

And I had to burn him to come and do this.

Guest/Other

He actually texts me and he was like, thank.

Guest/Other

I don't have to meet that whingy.

Guest/Other

And I said, swiggy, I know.

Guest/Other

Listen, I don't think I have his right number because my messages aren't delivering to him.

Amber

That's exactly.

Amber

He's blocked you.

Guest/Other

Oh, sure, sure, sure, sure, sure, sure, sure.

Guest/Other

Amber, tell me about your week and if you.

Guest/Other

Week.

Amber

I just.

Amber

I can't help it.

Amber

It is what it is.

Amber

Okay.

Amber

I still haven't got my mri.

Amber

I'm going to the doctor on Friday anyway.

Amber

But it's not for my.

Amber

I have my MRI ref referral, so I'm going to.

Amber

For some lady things.

Amber

My week has been tame because unlike some people, I'm still adhering to January.

Amber

That's dry.

Amber

Oh, how's.

Amber

How's yours going, Vogue?

Guest/Other

Well, kind of you to ask.

Guest/Other

Actually, I found myself in a really, really.

Guest/Other

I actually, I found myself in a position that was difficult to navigate.

Guest/Other

I went to a child's birthday party in the Dorchester.

Guest/Other

Someone had their child's birthday party, I know in the Dorchester.

Guest/Other

And I knew this one was going to be good.

Guest/Other

So I made sure I was ready and ready to go for that.

Guest/Other

I.

Guest/Other

I dragged them to go ape.

Guest/Other

I mean, anyway, we had a great time there too.

Amber

What a way to break Joy January, I suppose in style.

Guest/Other

They were.

Guest/Other

They were serving Verve champagne.

Guest/Other

And I, my mother, I thought, what would Sandra do in this situation?

Guest/Other

And I'd let.

Amber

She'd let those bubbles tickle her nose.

Amber

That's what she'd do.

Guest/Other

Of course she would.

Guest/Other

I couldn't say no to it.

Guest/Other

Like, free verb.

Guest/Other

I was like, I'll have that.

Guest/Other

And then I had four, maybe five.

Guest/Other

Maybe wasn't.

Guest/Other

It wasn't a short amount of champagne.

Guest/Other

It was.

Guest/Other

It was flowing.

Guest/Other

It was a great party.

Guest/Other

It was actually a great party.

Guest/Other

Even before I had the champagne.

Guest/Other

It was a great party.

Guest/Other

Well done to the parents.

Amber

Well done to me for sticking with dry January.

Guest/Other

I will see my friend.

Amber

I've already been trying to be.

Amber

Someone's trying to coax me in to break it this weekend.

Amber

I was like, no.

Amber

Like I've been trying January because I want to go to the cinema this weekend to see baby girl.

Amber

Megan went to the cinema on her own?

Amber

No, she went with her fella and they were supposed to go for something to eat.

Amber

I don't know if they're going before.

Amber

They must have been going afterwards.

Amber

But she.

Amber

I've never heard this level of meanness.

Amber

She went.

Amber

I said, he got himself a pack of peanut M M's.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Amber

And well, what did you have?

Amber

Because she took rice cakes.

Amber

Rice crackers with her rice cakes.

Amber

Whatever.

Guest/Other

They are just dry rice cakes.

Amber

I know, but then she corrected me.

Amber

They were yogurt.

Amber

They're covered in yogurt.

Amber

Yogurt covered rice cakes.

Guest/Other

And then I saw like, sick.

Amber

She bought them.

Amber

She bought them in Aldi because I saw her pick up a pack when we went there on Sunday.

Amber

And not only were they yogurt covered dry rice cakes, but they were thins.

Amber

I was like, Megan.

Amber

And I said, how many did you take with you?

Amber

She didn't even take the.

Amber

She took two.

Guest/Other

Oh my God.

Guest/Other

That's it for the cinema.

Amber

You are so depressing.

Guest/Other

Oh, my God.

Amber

I'll be taking a few more snacks than that now, to be honest with you.

Guest/Other

Now, in fairness, I like to bring my own snack to a cinema.

Guest/Other

I'm not mad for popcorn.

Guest/Other

I'm not.

Guest/Other

Unless you go.

Amber

Unless you go to Kulak and get the butter.

Amber

Butter.

Guest/Other

The butter Popcorn.

Guest/Other

But I've never, I never go to Kulak Cinema, so I bring my own bits.

Guest/Other

And I do like, like at night I like to have fruit and yogurt and some chocolates and a cup of te.

Guest/Other

And that's kind of what I bring with myself.

Amber

Yeah.

Amber

I thought you weren't allowed to bring stuff into the city anymore.

Guest/Other

Do you think they're gonna check your bag?

Guest/Other

Alexander did that.

Guest/Other

I, he took the kids to the cinema a couple of weeks ago, and I was like, here, they don't even really like popcorn, and it's so expensive.

Guest/Other

I was like, I just put a couple of packets of monster claws in their bag, and they had a mini packet of Maltesers each and their water.

Guest/Other

And they were absolutely delighted to have those snacks and pretzels.

Guest/Other

And that's what they had for the cinema.

Guest/Other

And then it saved us at like 30 quid.

Guest/Other

Perfect.

Amber

So, well, I'm gonna go see hopefully the, the new Nicole Kidman.

Amber

One Baby Girl.

Amber

And hopefully.

Amber

Well, I see people are feeling a bit dirty after watching it, so that's, it's a bit boring.

Amber

Dry January finished a couple of seasons.

Amber

I was watching Bad Sister.

Amber

Bawled my eyes out.

Amber

Absolutely adore those girls.

Guest/Other

Stop.

Guest/Other

I forgot I've got three episodes left.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Amber

So good, so good.

Guest/Other

Oh, my God, I'm gonna start that again tonight.

Amber

The Jackal.

Amber

And then what else did I do?

Amber

New record in the sauna, 30 minutes.

Amber

That's pretty unbelievable.

Guest/Other

No one gives a.

Amber

And then I started a new thing as well this week.

Amber

So I, I, I saw this tick tock of the Cranberries and I loved Laura Sweden.

Amber

So I was trying to like one of her songs because she's obviously quite difficult to understand.

Amber

So on Spotify, what you can do is you can take the lyrics.

Amber

So I was trying to learn the lyrics of the song.

Amber

You know that one of my mother.

Guest/Other

Oh, I love that one.

Guest/Other

I do that.

Guest/Other

I do that with rap songs.

Guest/Other

Like with Heddy1 and stuff.

Guest/Other

I put it on.

Guest/Other

And if I'm on the, if I'm on the treadmill or something, I'll.

Guest/Other

And I'll start, like, trying to do the rap in my, in, in my head.

Amber

So anyway, yeah, bit boring.

Amber

I found my birth cert.

Amber

It was dated when I was looking for that picture of you as the Hulk.

Amber

I found my birth cert and I was like, hold on a second.

Amber

This is dated 1994.

Amber

I was like, oh, my God, my 30.

Amber

I am younger than Vogue.

Amber

And then I realized it was a reissue.

Amber

So I'm like, What.

Amber

What happened to my original birth certificate?

Guest/Other

I can't believe you even have your birth certificate.

Guest/Other

That's amazing.

Amber

You actually do need that for things Vogue.

Guest/Other

Yeah, I know.

Guest/Other

My.

Guest/Other

My.

Guest/Other

My stepfather has all those things I need.

Guest/Other

He has my.

Guest/Other

My divorce cert.

Guest/Other

He's got my birth cert.

Guest/Other

He's got my marriage cert.

Guest/Other

He's got all my kids birth certs.

Guest/Other

He's got copies of all my kids passports.

Guest/Other

That man is very organized.

Amber

You're kind of supposed to keep those things yourself, but yeah.

Amber

Okay.

Amber

How was your week?

Amber

My breaking January, My Alice.

Guest/Other

You know, I don't count that.

Guest/Other

Do you know why?

Guest/Other

Because first of all, it was champagne.

Guest/Other

If it was Prosecco, I wouldn't have done it.

Guest/Other

Second of all, had a cup of decaf tea, and Spencer doesn't even know I broke J.

Guest/Other

January.

Guest/Other

Like, I didn't lie.

Guest/Other

I just didn't tell him.

Guest/Other

And one of the dads then came over the next day, and me and the dad were like, we were pretty merry.

Guest/Other

And he said he was on DJ too.

Guest/Other

And then he was like, I think I'll just go home and really ruin it and have a bottle of wine.

Guest/Other

And I was like, oh, well, I went home and had tea.

Guest/Other

And then the dad came over the next day with his son and I was like, oh, God, do I tell him not to say anything?

Guest/Other

My God, what am I doing?

Guest/Other

So I.

Guest/Other

I went to run club of tea.

Guest/Other

And in front of everyone, did you know.

Guest/Other

Do you know what he said to me?

Guest/Other

We were standing there.

Guest/Other

So they.

Guest/Other

You queue up and they count how many kids are there.

Guest/Other

And like, you're kind of as the adults, you kind of have to help.

Amber

A little bit along.

Guest/Other

And they're amazing little runners, and it's a nice thing to do.

Guest/Other

T.

Guest/Other

And in front of everyone, he goes, did you brush your hair this morning, mommy?

Guest/Other

It's like, pardon?

Guest/Other

I was like, yes, I did brush my hair, Theodore.

Guest/Other

And you've got toothpaste on the side of your mouth.

Guest/Other

Okay.

Guest/Other

I also saw a dog nearly drowning.

Amber

Oh, God.

Guest/Other

I left when I knew he wasn't gonna drown because I thought drama over.

Guest/Other

So honestly, what happened was I was running by the pond Embarrassee park on one of the really, really cold days, and the pond was frozen over, and there's loads of people stopped.

Guest/Other

And I was like, what is going on?

Guest/Other

So I went over and there was a dog who tried to chase a goose and basically ran across the pond and then fell through like maybe 30 meters out.

Guest/Other

And everyone was standing there.

Guest/Other

The dog Was getting really, really agitated, like, because I'm an ice bather.

Guest/Other

I was like.

Guest/Other

I was like, I'll go in and get the dog.

Guest/Other

Like, you can't just leave the dog.

Guest/Other

He's gonna drown.

Guest/Other

He's gonna drown.

Guest/Other

The owner's like, no, no, the fire brigade's coming.

Guest/Other

And I was like, you can't just, like.

Guest/Other

I was like, your dog is going to drown.

Guest/Other

Look at him.

Guest/Other

Like, he can't.

Guest/Other

He was really getting really agitated and, like, scared, it looked like.

Guest/Other

And after about 10 minutes, I was like, listen, I will go in.

Guest/Other

No.

Guest/Other

They said, no one can go in.

Guest/Other

They said, no one can go in.

Guest/Other

And I was like, oh, my God.

Guest/Other

So eventually, the part fire brigade did arrive, because it had happened around the corner on the other side of the park.

Guest/Other

Three fire brigades arrived, and by that stage, the dog had actually managed to crawl up.

Guest/Other

So it was nearly, like, 15 minutes.

Guest/Other

And the dog had managed to crawl up and did crawl out of it.

Guest/Other

But then I was like, oh, God, I better give him my jumper.

Guest/Other

Until I looked at the owner, and she didn't even take her coat off to put on the dog.

Guest/Other

And I was like, is she in shock or something?

Guest/Other

Like, if that was Winston, I would have.

Guest/Other

I would walk on water just to be with you.

Guest/Other

I would have been straight.

Guest/Other

I couldn't watch that.

Amber

Like, it's a reflex.

Amber

You did that with Ottie, remember?

Amber

And you broke your phone.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Guest/Other

I regret that.

Amber

That happened to me when we were younger, Remember, we went over to Auntie Betty's.

Amber

Or you probably actually don't.

Amber

Maybe you were too young for that.

Amber

And we went into the water.

Amber

She had a swimming pool out of her back garden.

Amber

And we went into the water, and there was a slope, but I didn't realize the slope still does have a swimming pool.

Guest/Other

It's not as big as I remember.

Amber

No, Tiny.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Amber

So it's gone.

Amber

But anyway, there was this.

Amber

So all the adults were at the side of the pool.

Amber

And anyway, I was in the pool, but I didn't realize there was a slope.

Amber

And I started kind of falling down the slope and then kind of submerging myself.

Amber

And then all that was happening was mom and dad were having an argument at the side of the pool, who was going to get in?

Amber

And then eventually mom pushed out it.

Guest/Other

What else happened to me?

Amber

What.

Amber

What were you doing last week?

Guest/Other

Sheep shoop.

Guest/Other

I do.

Guest/Other

I'm sorry.

Guest/Other

But I would go on a ski trip every weekend if I could.

Guest/Other

Honestly, I'd never stop.

Guest/Other

I don't even care.

Guest/Other

That Say I go on holidays too often.

Guest/Other

I just want to go on holidays all the time.

Amber

Up to Kil Tiernan.

Amber

Is there nothing like that in.

Amber

I was going to say Scotland.

Amber

In.

Guest/Other

Yeah, Hemel Hempstead.

Amber

Oh, you go up and there's fake slopes and stuff like that.

Guest/Other

Did you see that little girl who fell off the ski lift?

Amber

No.

Guest/Other

Oh, my God.

Guest/Other

It was really.

Guest/Other

So.

Guest/Other

There was a.

Guest/Other

There was two people sitting beside her.

Guest/Other

I don't know if she was on.

Guest/Other

On her own, but they didn't seem to notice.

Guest/Other

And it was really high up, like 20 meters into the air, and she dropped into trees, and whatever way she landed, she was totally fine.

Guest/Other

They just skied down and got her.

Guest/Other

But it was like, looking.

Amber

I had an accident when we were skiing.

Amber

Do you remember which one?

Amber

What do you mean, which one?

Amber

I only had one real accident when we were skiing, when I went over, when I tried my hand at snowboarding.

Amber

Definitely not my forte.

Amber

And I went over and I was like, okay, I've done something bad to my wrist.

Amber

And we had to get mountain control, mountain rescue.

Amber

And they came along, and we were in the States, and obviously, you know, they love a bit of drama, a little bit of in.

Guest/Other

In the States, as do you.

Amber

Well, come here.

Amber

I didn't want to lap it up.

Amber

And they're like, sorry, ma'am, you're gonna have to get in the stretcher.

Amber

I was like, no, no, no.

Amber

I can probably snowboard down.

Amber

It's just my wrist.

Amber

No, ma'am, you're gonna have to get in the stretcher.

Amber

I was like, okay, fine.

Amber

And there's a picture of me.

Guest/Other

She bloody hopped in.

Guest/Other

She said, folk get a picture.

Amber

When in Rome, obviously.

Amber

Get some evidence.

Amber

And then we got to the bottom of the mountain, and they were like, okay, Miami, you need to get in the wheelchair.

Amber

I was like, honestly, I can walk.

Amber

It's my race.

Amber

Can I take this home?

Guest/Other

She did not need the stretcher, which probably cost our parents an absolute fortune.

Guest/Other

I was talking about the time when we were going up.

Guest/Other

We were skiing in a place in America, and it was really cold.

Guest/Other

Like, you literally weren't allowed to have any flesh showing because it was so cold you'd get frostbite.

Guest/Other

And we had a ski instructor, and they were like.

Guest/Other

Amber was looking.

Guest/Other

She was like, what have you did?

Guest/Other

What if you licked the ski bar?

Guest/Other

What if you licked the bar of the.

Guest/Other

Of the.

Guest/Other

And everyone was like, I wouldn't do that.

Guest/Other

Your tongue will get stuck to it.

Guest/Other

Amber, of course stuck.

Guest/Other

It's like, dumb.

Amber

And Dumber.

Amber

Like, so stupid.

Amber

And the amount of blood.

Amber

That was agony.

Amber

That was.

Amber

Anyway, lesson learned.

Guest/Other

It's like when you drink a really hot cup of tea and you're like, I'm never gonna taste anything ever again.

Guest/Other

All your taste buds are just gone.

Amber

Burn the top of your mouth with hot pizza.

Guest/Other

Oh, yeah.

Amber

Blisters.

Guest/Other

Oh, God.

Guest/Other

Well, I don't really do that because not everyone eats Goodfellas frozen pizzas.

Guest/Other

Like you're mad for them.

Guest/Other

It's so grim.

Amber

I put my own toppings on them.

Guest/Other

Oh, not.

Amber

And I actually go for Dr.

Amber

Utr.

Guest/Other

They're actually.

Guest/Other

They are actually worse.

Guest/Other

Which not get.

Guest/Other

There's one called like Crust Amala that actually tastes like.

Guest/Other

Yeah, like if you're going to do any of them, she's going for Chicago Town.

Guest/Other

Deep pan Pizzas.

Guest/Other

Like, w.

Guest/Other

I met.

Guest/Other

I was interviewing one of your gang today.

Guest/Other

You anima.

Amber

That's why Emma was like, yeah, I really like her.

Amber

We got to support one another out here, you know?

Guest/Other

Oh, my God, here it is.

Guest/Other

Here it is.

Vogue

Short fingernails.

Guest/Other

Oh, yeah.

Guest/Other

Okay, sister cards.

Guest/Other

Assuming the girl code exists, what rules do you live by?

Guest/Other

I much prefer working with women than I do men.

Guest/Other

I don't.

Guest/Other

I'm so honest.

Guest/Other

It's a game.

Guest/Other

I'm.

Guest/Other

But I do.

Guest/Other

I love working on.

Guest/Other

You're a game on.

Amber

Are you a game on?

Guest/Other

I just.

Guest/Other

I just.

Guest/Other

I love men.

Guest/Other

But, like, I do really enjoy working with women.

Amber

I have to say, I just think there's a lot of loyalty, like, in terms of having one another's back and stuff like that.

Amber

Like, if you hear someone saying something slating or like criticizing one of your pals or something like that, you're gonna speak up.

Amber

Well, I know that I.

Amber

I could depend on my girls to do that.

Guest/Other

Amber.

Guest/Other

Amber.

Guest/Other

Like, if I'm bitching about Amber to spend like.

Guest/Other

And I'll be hard.

Guest/Other

And if he says one thing about her, I'm like, what did.

Guest/Other

What did you just say about her?

Guest/Other

Sorry, I think you misunderstood the assignment.

Guest/Other

You sit and listen.

Guest/Other

What annoying social media trend do you wish would die forever?

Amber

Probably the one that Naomi always gets caught up in.

Amber

And loads of people were doing it recently as well.

Amber

You know, the way people do.

Amber

You remember people used to always forward those things on WhatsApp.

Amber

You know, if you don't send this to 10 people, the virus will take over your phone.

Amber

Or else, you know the other one that everyone was like, like, I do not give permission to meta to use my photo.

Guest/Other

Oh, that was the most.

Amber

And so many people Were doing it so many.

Amber

I was like, oh God, I'm living.

Guest/Other

You know, what was the word?

Guest/Other

It was.

Guest/Other

It was actually a lot of normal, level headed, sane people were doing that.

Guest/Other

I'm like, are they serious?

Amber

I slagged someone in person about that.

Amber

I was just like, are you serious?

Amber

But not up.

Amber

Hang your head in shame.

Guest/Other

Garlic.

Guest/Other

What's a movie that's universally loved but you think is just average?

Amber

Star Wars.

Guest/Other

Yeah, I'm not into Star wars now.

Amber

Or any westerns as well.

Guest/Other

What?

Amber

Alien.

Guest/Other

Benny said Alien.

Guest/Other

I've never really seen Alien.

Amber

It's a bit scary.

Amber

But yeah, that's Neil's favorite movie.

Amber

Elsa loves it too.

Guest/Other

What else?

Guest/Other

I.

Guest/Other

I know that they're meant to be good, but I wouldn't really be into the Jason Bourne stuff.

Amber

Oh my God.

Amber

My movies.

Amber

Or.

Guest/Other

Yeah, I'm not really into your movies.

Guest/Other

Or.

Guest/Other

Or the Mission Impossibles.

Amber

The Jason bourns are quite good.

Amber

I was actually only watching Mission Impossible the other night.

Guest/Other

Oh my God.

Guest/Other

I watched that.

Guest/Other

Did we finish that Demi Moore film last night?

Amber

Substance.

Guest/Other

Really bizarre.

Amber

Honestly, people walked out of the cinema for that.

Amber

People were getting sick and stuff like that.

Amber

Asleep towards the end, the very end.

Guest/Other

Is it goes it so mad.

Guest/Other

Okay.

Guest/Other

I have to watch the very end because I actually was.

Guest/Other

I was starting to feel so anxious that I couldn't keep watching it.

Guest/Other

I was like, I'll never get to sleep if I keep watching this.

Guest/Other

But it was weird.

Guest/Other

But I have to say, Demi Moore, 62.

Guest/Other

Wow.

Guest/Other

It's like she's like Spenny said.

Guest/Other

She's like Jared Leto.

Guest/Other

She's like a vampire.

Amber

She won an Oscar for it.

Amber

Was it not?

Amber

But it was.

Amber

Was it not in the comedy category or something odd like that?

Guest/Other

Why is it not.

Guest/Other

Is it not meant to be like kind of a car?

Guest/Other

I love your.

Guest/Other

One more Whaley as well, though.

Amber

She's a great actress.

Amber

Her mom is.

Amber

Is it not, Andy?

Amber

Oh, God, I can't remember.

Guest/Other

McDowell.

Guest/Other

Yeah, they do look like.

Guest/Other

Do you know what she was in?

Guest/Other

And they only ever did one series and I loved it.

Amber

Oh, no.

Guest/Other

The Maid.

Amber

No, I hated it.

Guest/Other

Oh, I loved it.

Guest/Other

And I loved the book.

Amber

It was too harrowing.

Guest/Other

It was really sad, but I really liked it.

Guest/Other

Harrowing is one of Amber's favorite words when she.

Guest/Other

Every time she tell me to watch what's the.

Guest/Other

What's the show say?

Guest/Other

Nothing.

Guest/Other

Say nothing.

Guest/Other

She'd be like, brilliant show.

Guest/Other

Very, very harrowing.

Amber

It's the perfect word.

Guest/Other

And I'd hear her repeat it to loads of people.

Guest/Other

It's fantastic.

Guest/Other

Watch.

Guest/Other

Very.

Amber

But it's really there that you quietly sit there weeping to yourself, you know?

Guest/Other

Well, I'm reading a John Boyne book and I had to.

Guest/Other

I was like, I'm not watching that movie anymore.

Guest/Other

It's really freaking me out.

Guest/Other

And then I'm just like, reading this book and I'm like, also very sad.

Guest/Other

Okay.

Guest/Other

What a perk of being a single that you miss just doing whatever the f you want.

Guest/Other

I'm talking about having no kids as well, though.

Guest/Other

No, do whatever you want.

Guest/Other

What do I want to do today?

Guest/Other

I'll tell you what I wanted to do today.

Guest/Other

Nothing.

Amber

I don't know.

Amber

That's a bit of a dangerous question for me to answer as well.

Guest/Other

I'm married, so I can answer.

Guest/Other

Emma, you can answer it.

Guest/Other

You're married.

Vogue

I.

Amber

Watching shows when they come out in linear format, literally.

Vogue

Or not having to, like, think about feeding the other person.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Vogue

Like, you know when you, like, get like.

Vogue

I do the, like, most of the cooking and sometimes when I come home, because I've done, like an extracurricular activity, I come home and I'm like, oh, I just quite happily have a piece of toaster bowl of cereal.

Vogue

But then I'm like, but she needs to have nutrition, so I must cook.

Guest/Other

Get her own nutrition.

Amber

That's the thing, I suppose.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Amber

Because sometimes I'd be like, I'll just have a bottle of crunch, you know.

Amber

Cornflakes.

Vogue

Yeah.

Guest/Other

I tell you what, you know, cornflakes did me no favors.

Guest/Other

I actually was just texting someone that I used to live and I was like, do you remember I used to sit in the couch to see dry country of cornflakes all the time.

Guest/Other

I'm telling you, they are not great for the hips.

Amber

Is that why you moved to, like, dry, scummy, like, special cake?

Guest/Other

I don't eat dry special K anymore.

Amber

Not anymore.

Guest/Other

God.

Guest/Other

What was your most memorable teacher and why?

Guest/Other

Ms.

Guest/Other

Cassidy?

Amber

Our.

Guest/Other

Our teacher.

Guest/Other

Because it's our Auntie Naomi.

Amber

She wasn't my art teacher.

Guest/Other

Oh, she wasn't so nice.

Amber

I would say maybe.

Amber

I can't remember my first primary school.

Amber

I didn't get thrown out of my first primary school.

Amber

We just moved location, so.

Guest/Other

Oh, I don't remember.

Guest/Other

And I do.

Guest/Other

I remember one teacher used to give us a marshmallow there.

Amber

I remember Ms.

Amber

O'Callaghan in the borough and I remember what she.

Amber

She actually taught us etiquette.

Amber

She brought us in, like, knives and forks and a napkin and stuff like that and told us etiquette.

Guest/Other

That's quite nice, isn't it?

Guest/Other

Yeah, reading just like you said.

Guest/Other

You can wake up tomorrow with a talent of your choice.

Guest/Other

What talent are you choosing?

Guest/Other

I'd love to be really good at languages.

Amber

Oh yeah?

Amber

Well, real or fake?

Amber

Can we do a real and a fake one?

Guest/Other

No, just a real talent.

Guest/Other

Like what?

Guest/Other

Fake talent.

Guest/Other

You want a good singer?

Amber

I know.

Amber

Invisible.

Amber

Invisible, yeah.

Amber

So many people.

Guest/Other

I'd love to know what people say about me.

Amber

Bitching about me.

Amber

I'd love to follow people and see where they go and what they do.

Guest/Other

Yeah, me too.

Amber

But a good singer, I think a good singer.

Amber

A lot of people would like to be a good singer.

Guest/Other

No, because then you'd have to sing in front of people.

Guest/Other

Be really embarrassed.

Amber

I'd be more than happy to do that.

Guest/Other

Okay, well I'd be like, do you remember we used to go around pretending we were speaking Spanish and we'd be like.

Amber

Me and the girls used to do that in the dart.

Guest/Other

I'd say people.

Amber

But what we do is we'd hop from carriage to carriage because there'd be fresh meat.

Amber

So we'd be like, okay, people here know that we're not Spanish.

Amber

Let's move on to the next carriage.

Amber

Do you remember as well that we used to go, we used to do.

Amber

What was it called?

Amber

Carol singing.

Guest/Other

And I remember.

Amber

Do you remember we went around carol sing because we used to get the money and give it to St.

Amber

Vincent, give it to Grandad to give to St.

Amber

Vincent de Paul because he worked with them.

Amber

And I'll never forget going to one door and the woman straight away, you're not doing this for charity, you're keeping the money for yourself.

Amber

I know.

Amber

10 years of age.

Guest/Other

We hadn't even thought about stealing it until she said that.

Guest/Other

Sorry.

Guest/Other

Do you remember we used to do the troker box?

Guest/Other

It was this charity box at home and you used to have to drown stole from her as she told me.

Amber

I'm surprised you didn't do that.

Guest/Other

I didn't.

Guest/Other

I used to have to do a 24 hour fast.

Guest/Other

Like what are they getting kids to fast for?

Guest/Other

Not that we ever did in parents.

Guest/Other

What's a childhood memory that still makes you smile?

Guest/Other

I think going to the carnival and scaries we were always give us money because then he could stay in the pub for longer and we'd go off to the carnival in scaries and we'd love it so much back every hour for more cash.

Amber

We used to do a lot of like.

Amber

Well we used to play outdoors a lot like playing Tip the can.

Amber

Building bases.

Amber

We did love to swim in swamps and puddles.

Guest/Other

We did.

Amber

How we didn't catch anything in the swamp is beyond me.

Guest/Other

Do you remember there's, there's this plant and it's actually Embarrassy Park.

Guest/Other

Do you remember?

Guest/Other

It looks like little tomatoes or something.

Guest/Other

And you crack them open and then the seeds you used to pour.

Guest/Other

Oh, it was so awful.

Guest/Other

It was so itchy.

Guest/Other

Like you just go home crying.

Guest/Other

Last one.

Guest/Other

What celebrity.

Guest/Other

Will you genuinely be sad to hear of death someday?

Amber

I was dead.

Amber

Well, I know.

Amber

So I was dead.

Amber

I was actually only watching, you know, David is dead video earlier on.

Guest/Other

I was watching that earlier.

Amber

That is so.

Amber

I was watching a compilation of, like, TV moments and that was in.

Amber

It was very, very funny.

Guest/Other

I watched the whole thing and what he.

Guest/Other

That's so weird.

Amber

You're one Tiffany going absolutely ballistic.

Amber

Let me add her.

Amber

Let me add her.

Amber

Jesus.

Amber

Wrong, David.

Amber

But I, I, I was very upset when I saw poor Maggie Smith died.

Amber

I her.

Guest/Other

Oh, I was so sad when Tina turned the dive on Leonard Cohen.

Amber

Like, I.

Amber

We'd both be devil if anything happened to poor Mary Black.

Guest/Other

Oh, God, don't say that.

Guest/Other

Touch.

Amber

I know.

Amber

That's why I just touched my head.

Amber

I think a lot of people will be very upset when David.

Amber

David Attenborough dies.

Guest/Other

Oh, yeah.

Guest/Other

God, yeah.

Guest/Other

What age is he now?

Amber

Old.

Guest/Other

He's living on the edge, isn't he?

Amber

He's.

Amber

He's living on borrowed charm.

Guest/Other

Fair play to him.

Vogue

He's 98.

Guest/Other

Wow.

Guest/Other

Oh, my God.

Guest/Other

He's in great condition, isn't he?

Amber

What's your secret, David?

Amber

I think now what we'll do is we'll do agony amp.

Amber

So it's where you can get in touch with me and you give me a dilemma of the week and we discuss it.

Amber

So here we have this week's one.

Amber

Amber heard your agony arm and want to get in touch with my very own.

Amber

My name is pips, I'm 30 and my sister is 33.

Amber

We moved out together and we live with each other right now, but we're butting heads over food in the cupboards.

Amber

I think that the weekly shop is done for the house and that every bit of food in the cupboard is up for grabs, but she thinks it's done by person, meaning you eat what you buy and you don't touch anything else.

Amber

How would you two do it?

Amber

If my sister buys a loaf of bread, am I the asshole for taking a slice or two?

Amber

Cheers, guys.

Amber

And loving the new pod.

Guest/Other

It builds up I think, I think if someone's like.

Guest/Other

Because you probably think that I'm only taking a slice or two, but when was the last time you bought bread?

Guest/Other

Or like, when was the last time that you bought toilet roll?

Guest/Other

Like, it's annoying to have to go and buy the.

Guest/Other

Those things.

Guest/Other

And, like, I'm happy.

Guest/Other

Obviously my house is a sharing house because I've got kids, I can't ask them to go buy their own stuff.

Guest/Other

But, like.

Guest/Other

But I think that when you're living with somebody like that, like, I did have my own shopping and other people had their own shopping.

Guest/Other

If they had something, I wouldn't really mind, but it wasn't, like, happening all the time.

Guest/Other

So when I wanted some of my Hummers, someone hadn't just eaten the whole.

Amber

That's fair enough.

Amber

But I think there's communal.

Amber

You should have a communal kitty for certain things, like toilet paper, household things, and then, like, your.

Amber

Your standards.

Amber

Like, I wouldn't go to the paper.

Guest/Other

With Amber, though, because she goes through that like no one's business.

Amber

No, because, like, me and Megan used to do shops together and we just split it down the middle.

Amber

But, like, we'd be having dinners and stuff together and we kind of eat and stuff to say the same things.

Amber

But I probably get more junk than she gets.

Amber

But, like, it just works out in the end, I think.

Guest/Other

Yeah, Megan gets a lot of cottage cheese I always see in the fridge.

Guest/Other

I'm like, what the hell is she doing with the cottage cheese?

Amber

That's not for me.

Amber

And that stuff smells weird.

Guest/Other

Oh, God.

Guest/Other

Well, I think, yeah, a kitty is probably the way forward for you.

Amber

I think a kitty, if you're only having the loaf of bread and a bit of milk, but other than that, your sister obviously doesn't want to buy food with you.

Amber

Okay, Stop being a scab.

Guest/Other

So, yeah, I read that having one lazy day a week is good for you.

Guest/Other

Now, I would be concerned by that because, I mean, I, as a.

Guest/Other

As a person who is death obsessed, that seems like a lot of time to be wasting every week.

Guest/Other

I can understand maybe a lazy day a month, but people said that one day a week, you don't do any work, don't work out, and generally just bedrock.

Guest/Other

Stay in your bed for the day.

Guest/Other

And there's some science behind it.

Guest/Other

So being constantly busy can be dangerous to our health.

Guest/Other

If you're always pushing ourselves to work or stay busy, we can stretch ourselves too thin.

Guest/Other

Resting resets your energy levels, making you more focused and efficient.

Guest/Other

And dying time allows your brain to wander which can lead to unexpected insights and creative ideas.

Guest/Other

I'm all for that.

Guest/Other

I just don't think you need to stay in your bed all day once a week.

Amber

I don't get that.

Amber

People who stay in bed, like, and have their food in their bed.

Amber

I couldn't do that.

Amber

I couldn't sleep in the bed after that.

Amber

It'd be so dirty.

Amber

I think it's fair enough to have a lazy day per week, but like, doesn't mean you can't quit for a little walk or actually do something.

Amber

I am all for like a bad rot day, but definitely not once a week.

Guest/Other

Well, supposedly this is another thing that will lead on to my weekend Goss.

Guest/Other

So intelligent people swear more, are messier and sleep in later.

Amber

So I swear more.

Guest/Other

So mom's been on to me.

Guest/Other

Mom's like, listening to this, like, non stop.

Guest/Other

She won't stop listening to the bloody podcast.

Amber

No, we're gonna have to cut her off.

Guest/Other

No, I know you're listening now as well, Mom.

Guest/Other

I know.

Guest/Other

Anyway, she f off.

Amber

Sandra.

Guest/Other

Yes, Sandra.

Amber

You'Re not welcome here.

Guest/Other

Close your ears.

Guest/Other

She told us.

Guest/Other

She told me that we're swearing too much.

Guest/Other

Particularly me.

Guest/Other

She said you.

Guest/Other

She said I was worse.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Amber

Good.

Guest/Other

Amber's.

Guest/Other

Amber's bad.

Guest/Other

But you're worse.

Amber

Unbelievable.

Amber

She hasn't said a word to me.

Guest/Other

Well, mom, smart people also overthink and get more stressed.

Guest/Other

I do both of those things and I would say I probably.

Guest/Other

No, you're quite an overthinker as well.

Guest/Other

I'm brain.

Amber

I'd be an overthinker.

Amber

Yeah.

Amber

But I'd reflect a lot.

Amber

I wouldn't say I'm messy.

Guest/Other

No, I do.

Amber

I do get that about messy people, that they're just too busy being intelligent so they have time to kind of clean up after themselves.

Guest/Other

I just would struggle now because I'm such a neat freak.

Guest/Other

I can't.

Guest/Other

Like, if there was stuff all over the floor and stuff, I.

Guest/Other

I just wouldn't be able for it.

Amber

I can't.

Amber

I like organization, but like, to the point that I.

Amber

Yeah, organization is incredible.

Amber

It stresses me out now if stuff will be all over the place.

Amber

I spent nearly two hours ironing on Sunday.

Guest/Other

That's a job I'll never do now in Paris.

Guest/Other

It's the one like.

Guest/Other

Well, I hate it so much.

Guest/Other

I'm sorry.

Guest/Other

I'd rather clean the toilets than iron.

Guest/Other

I can't do the iron.

Amber

I tell myself it's therapeutic.

Guest/Other

No, I do all the washing.

Guest/Other

I'll hang it all up.

Guest/Other

But I'm not doing the ironing.

Guest/Other

I do anything but do the ironing.

Guest/Other

I hate it.

Guest/Other

I have a really good iron as well, though.

Guest/Other

Once you get a really good steam iron or something.

Guest/Other

Your grandson.

Amber

We were having actually a conversation about this and a girl I know doesn't own an iron and then another girl I know just irons as she goes.

Amber

I was like, nah, like, that's so inefficient.

Amber

Taking the iron out every time in the ironing board.

Amber

I was like, just get it all done in one fell swoop.

Guest/Other

I don't know.

Guest/Other

Amber, what's your weekend, Goss?

Amber

So I was reading something about a remote island with no residents and it's hiring a manager of the island for 31k a year.

Guest/Other

Yeah, you should go there.

Amber

Well, they actually have that here in Ireland, the Blasket Islands.

Amber

They rent.

Amber

Not rent, they hire caretakers.

Amber

Yeah, the Blascot Islands.

Amber

But there's no electricity and it's weather dependent whether or not you can get access to the island.

Amber

So there's no, there's no one else on the island?

Guest/Other

Oh, no, I wouldn't say that.

Amber

Anyway, to continue the story, a remote Scottish island with no residence is seeking a manager with accommodation provided and a salary of 31,000 per year here.

Amber

So it's located off the west coast of Sutherland and it has a dramatic cliff views and is accessible via an on demand pedestrian ferry from Tarbos.

Amber

Accommodation for the role will be provided for the length of the contract and the role is also available to couples who intend to share the role and live together.

Amber

Would you be into that?

Guest/Other

No, I wouldn't like to be alone.

Guest/Other

I don't like being alone where, where I can avoid it.

Guest/Other

But there is that on Lambay Island.

Guest/Other

People live on this island called Lambay.

Amber

Online Bay is like a 10 minute boat ride.

Guest/Other

It doesn't matter.

Guest/Other

It's still.

Guest/Other

It's still an island in the middle of nowhere.

Amber

I don't think I'd be into that.

Amber

I.

Amber

I have gotten used to my own company and I'm okay with being alone.

Amber

I'm not like you anymore.

Amber

I've moved on.

Amber

I've matured.

Guest/Other

Tell you what, if I was in your body, I really wouldn't like my own company.

Guest/Other

That's kind of good.

Guest/Other

And what do you think about Tik Tok?

Guest/Other

It's meant to close down in January 19th in the US oh, there's loads.

Amber

Of controversy about this.

Amber

So this fella, this Is he a YouTuber?

Amber

Mr.

Amber

Beast is now saying he has.

Amber

He's had loads of billionaires contact him to help.

Amber

Like, he wants to buy Tick Tock.

Amber

But now I'm after seeing something else about another Chinese platform that everyone's downloading.

Amber

I can't remember the name of it.

Amber

People are downloading it like crazy on Apple, itunes.

Guest/Other

I just.

Guest/Other

I don't really care.

Guest/Other

I'd be like, you know what?

Guest/Other

For the week that's in it, I'd actually be delighted if Tick Tock would get lost, sir.

Amber

Well, no, because it's loads of people's livelihood in the States.

Guest/Other

Oh, yeah, true.

Amber

And that's why, because Trump said that he was going to keep it and that's what got loads of others to vote for him, apparently.

Guest/Other

And now he's not keeping it.

Amber

Well, see what happens when he comes into office.

Amber

He's not officially in office yet.

Amber

He's too busy getting a.

Amber

What's the worst?

Vogue

Sentenced.

Amber

He's.

Amber

Yeah, he's too busy.

Amber

Too busy getting sentenced and being a convicted criminal.

Guest/Other

Anything else for our weekend, Goss?

Amber

Yes.

Amber

So the last one that I have is about a guy who broke the record for the most fans stopped with a human tongue.

Guest/Other

I saw this video.

Guest/Other

I saw it.

Guest/Other

It's so bizarre.

Guest/Other

Have you not seen the video score?

Guest/Other

Just sticking his tongue out and ramming them into these electric fans, like, so.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Amber

Anyway, this week, by shoving his tongue into moving fans, a stuntman earned a Guinness World record by stopping 57 electric fans in one minute using his tongue.

Amber

The Daredevil's other girl.

Amber

Guinness World Record titles include the most nails inserted into the nose with a hammer in 1 minute 22.

Amber

And the heaviest vehicle pulled by a swallowed sword.

Amber

What is wrong with this man?

Amber

Oh, my God.

Guest/Other

I know, but people do mad stuff for Guinness Book of World Records.

Guest/Other

Like, I mean, why would you want to do that?

Guest/Other

Like, his tongue must have been a bits.

Guest/Other

No salt and vinegar crisp for him.

Guest/Other

I was reading something about Nepo babies this week.

Guest/Other

I love a bit of Nepo baby chat because you know Eve Houston from Bad Sisters, Obviously Bono's her dad.

Guest/Other

Yeah, she's an amazing actress, Nepo Baby.

Guest/Other

And I sometimes feel like they get a bit of stick, but Mel B's daughter came out and said that she gets opportunities faster than other people because she's an Eppo baby.

Guest/Other

And also, I always see the Gallagher kids, like, at, like, their front row of the Burberry fashion show, still have a chip my shoulder about that.

Guest/Other

I'm like, sorry, sorry.

Guest/Other

I didn't even get the nod to that.

Guest/Other

They're just like, they just get loads of stuff.

Guest/Other

But like, that's just the way it is.

Guest/Other

I guess that is the way it is.

Amber

Nepotism is.

Vogue

Sure.

Amber

How am I on this part?

Guest/Other

Amra's a Nepo baby nobody sister, but there are some Nepa babies that have actually outdone the Nepa parents.

Guest/Other

So George Clooney, his dad was basically a TV host and journalist and would get jobs for George, and that's how he kind of started out.

Guest/Other

He's flying it now.

Guest/Other

George.

Amber

Dakota.

Amber

What's her name?

Amber

Dakota Johnson.

Amber

She's one as well.

Guest/Other

Yes.

Guest/Other

And she's really good.

Guest/Other

Who's her.

Guest/Other

Is she.

Guest/Other

Is she with Chris.

Amber

Don Johnson?

Amber

No, they're broke.

Amber

Up.

Amber

Up.

Guest/Other

I think they might have gotten back together.

Guest/Other

They're always doing that.

Guest/Other

Ben Stiller is brilliant.

Guest/Other

His dad is obviously.

Guest/Other

You've seen him, a comedy legend.

Guest/Other

Both of his parents were actors and comedians and gave him their contacts.

Guest/Other

I saw an article about Ben Stiller as well this week, and he basically broke up with his wife.

Guest/Other

What's her name, the actress.

Amber

Oh, my God.

Amber

She was in Zoolander.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Guest/Other

But they broke up for three years and then he moved back in lockdown to make it easier for his kids and they fell back in love again.

Amber

That's very cute.

Guest/Other

I know.

Guest/Other

I think Ben still would be sound.

Guest/Other

Jennifer Aniston, her dad was.

Guest/Other

He was in the acting world way before her.

Guest/Other

He was a soap star.

Amber

Didn't know that.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Guest/Other

Jennifer Anson and Lily Collins.

Guest/Other

Obviously, her dad is Phil Collins.

Amber

But that's different.

Amber

Like, he's a musician.

Guest/Other

Yeah, No, I know, but that's like.

Guest/Other

It's kind of the same as Eve Houston.

Guest/Other

Bono.

Amber

Oh, yeah.

Amber

Fair enough.

Guest/Other

How cool if your dad was Bono.

Guest/Other

I know someone who stole Bono's sunglasses.

Guest/Other

Oh, yeah, they have them.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Guest/Other

The purple.

Guest/Other

The purple shades.

Guest/Other

Yeah.

Guest/Other

Got invited to a gig backstage and like, there was.

Guest/Other

There's a pair of his shades lying there and he took.

Guest/Other

And they're quite clearly Bono shades.

Guest/Other

And.

Guest/Other

And, yeah, he still hasn't.

Guest/Other

Breaks them out every so often.

Amber

They're not the nicest sunglasses I know.

Guest/Other

But they're Bono sunglasses.

Guest/Other

Come on.

Guest/Other

If you could have anything from a famous person that they're known for, what would you have?

Guest/Other

Have, Emma, what would you have?

Amber

Boy George's hat.

Guest/Other

Yeah, I'd say.

Guest/Other

I'd say you could give him a few.

Guest/Other

Barbecue for the hat.

Amber

I'm trying to think who else.

Amber

Who else has kind of like.

Amber

I don't know, who kind of wears things.

Guest/Other

Imagine having something of Freddie Mercury's one of his clothes or.

Guest/Other

Or David Bowie.

Guest/Other

I was Gonna say Tina Turner's hair, but I think that was her real hair.

Guest/Other

Was it?

Amber

No.

Amber

Tina Turner's dress.

Vogue

Maybe like Michael Jackson's shoes.

Guest/Other

Michael Jackson's glove?

Amber

Yeah.

Amber

His glove, yeah.

Vogue

Sell that for a pretty penny.

Guest/Other

Look at us, we're always forward planning with the selling.

Guest/Other

Forward planning.

Guest/Other

Oh, what's your racer slate?

Guest/Other

I haven't thought of one.

Guest/Other

I'll try and think of one when you tell me what yours is.

Amber

My rate is that it's no longer freezing.

Guest/Other

How good is that?

Amber

No longer freezing.

Amber

Me diddies off.

Amber

Nearly broke my neck a few times.

Amber

Fell flat in my face out there.

Amber

When I was going around the corner.

Guest/Other

She had to get the stretcher back down.

Guest/Other

We will.

Amber

We all.

Amber

We will.

Guest/Other

Oh, armor's off to heart.

Amber

Well, I don't really have a slate, actually.

Amber

No.

Guest/Other

What do I have for race this week?

Guest/Other

Race, race, race.

Amber

Or slate.

Amber

Something bad.

Guest/Other

And slate Amber.

Guest/Other

I'll slate Amber.

Guest/Other

So I am going home this weekend and I'm going home on Friday for a job.

Guest/Other

So I'm going home on Friday night for a job and Amber.

Guest/Other

I.

Guest/Other

I texted on Brown Megan a couple of weeks ago and I said, now I'm booking my flight.

Guest/Other

Will I stay till Saturday evening and I'll come home, we can go for a walk, we can grab lunch, bite to eat, hang out.

Guest/Other

Yeah, both stay till Saturday.

Guest/Other

So I went booked my flight Aer Lingus late at night.

Guest/Other

I'll be flying home and then Amber turns around to me and says she's plans for the day on Saturday.

Guest/Other

What a stupid.

Amber

I double booked myself.

Amber

I'm sorry.

Vogue

Whatever.

Guest/Other

I'm gonna go get my eyebrows done or something.

Amber

You can go see Swiggy and you can see Naomi's keen to see you too.

Guest/Other

Oh, I'm desperate to see them.

Guest/Other

Okay.

Guest/Other

Thanks, Amber, for sorting that out for me.

Guest/Other

But I won't be making plans with you again.

Guest/Other

You are in my race times that.

Amber

You'Ve laid it off.

Amber

Actually, no, I think I'm just gonna go home now.

Amber

And you've headed off to the airport.

Guest/Other

I'll tell you why I've gone home sometimes because Amber will have been on the.

Guest/Other

The third day of an absolute.

Guest/Other

I am not being your punching bag anymore.

Guest/Other

I've changed my return flight.

Guest/Other

I'm leaving.

Amber

You don't even change.

Amber

You come up and you say, can I get the earlier flight, please?

Amber

And it's like, oh, no, I need to get home.

Guest/Other

If I go home now, I can.

Amber

Get home to the kids.

Amber

Always using those poor children.

Guest/Other

Because you're a terrible I don't even go home.

Guest/Other

I go to the cinema and wait till I'm back.

Guest/Other

I'm not going home before seven.

Guest/Other

No one knows I'm here.

Guest/Other

999.

Amber

I remember when we were.

Amber

I remember we were on the beach and I think we were on like the lifeguard hut and I saw a.

Guest/Other

Fire and I was like, someone call 911.

Amber

They were like, it's 999.

Amber

You two.

Guest/Other

Not remember how much we loved that show.

Guest/Other

999.

Amber

And that's why I wish I was good at singing.

Guest/Other

We used to love that shirt.

Guest/Other

Was all of the time.

Guest/Other

But people do weird, weird.

Guest/Other

Like they call 999 for the most bizarre thing.

Guest/Other

So we find the weirdest.

Amber

Well, you just have it there.

Amber

Like two fire brigades at Battersea Park.

Guest/Other

Three.

Amber

Three.

Guest/Other

Three fire brigades.

Guest/Other

And the dog got itself out.

Guest/Other

Yes.

Amber

So anyway, we found the weirdest reasons that people have called the emergency services in the last year.

Amber

It's not just in the uk, it's also in the United States of America.

Amber

So these are just a selection of some of the most bizarre things that people have called.

Guest/Other

Go.

Amber

So a kid called the police because his parents were forcing him to clean his room.

Amber

You would have definitely done.

Guest/Other

Fair enough.

Amber

Like that.

Guest/Other

That' enough.

Amber

Definitely.

Guest/Other

And this.

Guest/Other

And they should have sent someone out.

Guest/Other

Actually, they should have sent a responder out for that.

Guest/Other

That is.

Amber

And then someone else, like, someone else called and said, a fox just walked past my house.

Amber

That was me.

Guest/Other

He's up to no good.

Guest/Other

I know what he's looking for.

Guest/Other

The dirty age.

Amber

He's looking for a female.

Amber

He's on the loose.

Guest/Other

Imagine ringing the police and they're like, well, what?

Guest/Other

Okay, I'd say they get so much of it, it go, give us another one.

Amber

Another one is someone called the police because someone they didn't recognize followed them on Instagram.

Guest/Other

Mama do that?

Amber

No, I was thinking she would.

Amber

She'd be like, do you have any friends that could follow me too?

Amber

And then another one.

Amber

Someone was locked out of their phone and could only make emergency calls, so decided to call the police for advice on what to do.

Amber

Jesus.

Guest/Other

Oh, my God.

Amber

I mean, I think that's fair enough, depending on the age of the person.

Guest/Other

I think you get fined for stuff like that though, don't you?

Guest/Other

Well, you can get locked out of your phone for a certain.

Guest/Other

Like when we were in Scotland, whatever Aussie did to my phone, I was 15 minutes locked.

Guest/Other

It's like your iPhone is disabled for 15 minutes.

Amber

It's a puck pod or something.

Amber

Oh my God.

Amber

A puck code.

Amber

Another one is a lady alerted the police to fact that her washing machine was no longer functioning properly.

Guest/Other

Jesus Christ.

Guest/Other

That would be a terrible time in our house.

Guest/Other

I would also be very concerned by that news.

Guest/Other

But then you ring Pimliclo plumbers and you'd get robbed.

Guest/Other

Anyway.

Amber

That'S another one is the final one.

Amber

A man said that his girlfriend's cat was being mean.

Amber

I wanted police to come and assess the situation in.

Guest/Other

It wouldn't be unusual for a cat to be mean.

Amber

I think the funniest ones are the ones in the states when you hear them.

Amber

And I think there's Tik Toks and stuff like that.

Amber

It's like, hello, I can't feel my hands.

Amber

I can't feel my legs.

Amber

I.

Amber

I've taken some gummies.

Amber

I don't know what to do.

Guest/Other

You got to sit and wait, my friend.

Guest/Other

Ride that out.

Guest/Other

Well, everyone, thank you so much for listening.

Guest/Other
