Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue talking about the fact that there are more than one more is more than one way to heal. And it wasn't just one thing that resulted in your diagnosis, either nobody goes to bed, healthy one night and wakes up the next day goes to the doctor and receives a diagnosis that illness or dis ease of your body has been building over time in your body, sometimes over months, sometimes over years, a diagnosis of Alzheimer's can build for 20 to 30 years before there is ever a diagnosis. And therefore it isn't just one thing that you've done in your life that has triggered that diagnosis. It's multiple things, it's your disease is impacted by your sleep, your stress levels, which impact the health of your gut, and 70% of your immune system is housed in your gut. So the health of your immune system, the inflammation levels in your body, your adrenals, the health of your adrenals, again, impacted by your stress, there's so many factors that go into you receiving a diagnosis. And therefore, I want you to think about the fact that there are many ways to heal. And a multifaceted approach is going to be of great benefit and approach that is looking at your sleep, your stress, your nutrition, your toxic load, so that you can then take the steps to be undoing some of the damage that has been done. And that's the beautiful thing about our human body, it is incredibly forgiving. And when we support the nutrient deficiencies, and the toxic overload, those are two initial steps that we can take in bringing the body back into balance, at which point it will heal itself. And that's what it is designed to do. It is but it is a multifaceted approach. We also want to be looking at emotional toxicity, those emotions that you stuffed down ever since you were a child, and that over the course of your lifetime has built into a toxicity in your body, the mental toxicity, the limiting beliefs that are running in your unconscious mind that you're not consciously aware of that are contributing to your illness. So that's why a multifaceted approach is what it takes in order to get true and lasting healing. And it absolutely can be done. You do not have to receive a diagnosis and be told this is as good as it gets for the rest of your life. You're going to be stuck with this forever. That is not true. Especially when it comes to chronic illness. We can reverse it. It takes time. It comes down to your willingness to look for the right practitioners that can offer a multifaceted approach and guide you on your healing journey. And if you're in that place right now and you would like to heal and you would like to learn how a multi faceted approach can work for you. Please email me at Melissa at your guided health journey.com I would be happy to chat with you about that.
