Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue talking about the benefits of detoxing. And one of the biggest benefits that I noticed when I started detoxing, was how it improved my skin health by reducing inflammation. And then because of the toxin elimination, through sweat through my breath, through my bowels, through my urine, etc, and getting those toxins out of my body through better channels than just my skin. My skin cleared up for years I've wondered why did I have to have acne as an adult that was on par with my teenage daughters. And as soon as I started detoxing, my skin cleared up dramatically, because the skin is one way we get the toxins out. And then that can come out looking like acne looking like skin rashes. And it doesn't have to be that way when we allow our body to use all of the detox channels properly. And another bonus is improved hair and nail health. Because detoxing will strengthen our hair, strengthen our nails, reducing the brittleness and the breakage and therefore promoting growth of both and then you get to enjoy healthy hair, healthy nails, and healthy skin.
