Welcome back to another edition of health ag as I continue talking about chronic illnesses and the fact that they do not have to be a life sentence. Last time I talked about our toxic load and the fact that toxicities in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are part of the problem when it comes to chronic illness that we must address. And the other part of the problem that we must address are our nutrient deficiencies. children being born today are being born with nutrient deficiencies, because their moms are, are nutrient deficient. And the problem is that in today's world, since the agricultural revolution, it's been take take take from the soil, and never allowing the soil to settle and then regenerate the nutrients. Because it's always been on a mission to produce more and feed more people. But if we don't allow the soil to regenerate its nutrients, those nutrients aren't in the soil, then they're not growing into the food, and they're not getting into our body. And as a result, what I see in lab testing is I see many, many people deficient in many key nutrients that the body needs in order to be able to thrive, and to have the energy we want it to have in order to be able to do what we want to do, and heal from any kind of illness. So our key minerals are often deficient, our key vitamins are often deficient. And so it's really important to address these nutrient deficiencies in order to give the body what it needs to be able to function at an optimal level. If you think about your car, if the gas tank is on empty, the car doesn't run. And it's the same with your body. If the body doesn't have what it needs, it's not going to be able to function at the level that you're demanding of it, and especially not be able to heal from chronic illness. And part of the reason our toxic load gets so high is the fact that our liver isn't getting the key nutrients it needs in order to be able to turn our toxins into being water soluble, so the body can excrete them through our urine, our bowels, our breath and our sweat. So these are two key factors we must address in any healing journey, nutrient deficiency, as well as toxic load. And from there, we look at the other lifestyle factors, your stress levels, because your stress levels are burning through those nutrients and leaving you depleted. So we must address the stress. We must address sleep the body needs that energy to rejuvenate and be able to function at the level that you want. We must address mindset. What is your belief? Do you believe you can heal or do you believe you can't? Which one of those do you think is going to get you the results that you want? So these are all factors in helping you regain and optimize your health which you absolutely can do, even when it comes to chronic illness despite what you might have been told. So if you're on a healing journey and you want more support, definitely look to the help of someone who is trained in holistic health and in the lifestyle factors in order to hold your hand and support you on your journey.
