The Triple H formula is something that when applied properly on social media, can completely change the game for you. It's like the code to a vault where if you crack the code and you get all of the numbers correct, you can have all the gold, all the money, all the riches that you want. It's inside of the vault. And we work inside of our community to help our members nail the Triple H formula hook, hold, and happy. And that's something that we went over extensively on this community call. It's been well received inside of the community. So I wanted to share it on the podcast here because I think that if you're looking to grow on social media, this is something that will really, really help. So I don't wanna steal too much of the thunder of the show, but I'll see you on the inside. Guys, we had a, a crazy week on the page with some, some very new discoveries. Uh, something that's gonna be very big for anyone who's posting actively on social media and talks about different niches. There's a couple people I have in mind on, uh, on this call that I think will be, um, very, very helpful for. So we had our first 10,000 followers gained in one day. This past week, it was over 11,000 followers in just one day. Mostly from one post. Now for, for anyone that's gone viral on social media in the past that's in this call, most of us know that like the super virality in all the followers that we tend to gain usually come from a few key posts. I could go and delete 99% of my posts on Instagram, and if I lost all the followers that came with those posts, I'd still have pretty much all my followers because they all came from like five posts. This most recent one being 12,000 followers from just one post. And there was a really key learning that we had because it wasn't the most viral post that we had, it wasn't the most liked post that we had. In fact, it's still a trial reel on my account. You guys can't even go on the page and see which post I'm talking about 'cause it's still in trial reel. But the key discovery guys, have you ever seen any of the content I talk about with like the airports or um, travel hacking? Or, uh, talking about flights, like the entertaining kind of stuff. So that kind of stuff tends to really, really perform for us. Like the airport videos, they always get higher views. On average, they get higher engagement, and at the end of those videos, I would normally say follow for more money hacks. That's kinda like the tagline that I had at the end of the videos, like fall for more money hacks. Here's how to save on your flights, or for more money hacks. And we'd get some decent follow from. For example, we had a video that did 1.6 million views. With over 50,000 likes on it. That got us about 1500 followers. This new video had just slightly more views on it, less likes, but it got us 12,000 followers from one video. Does anyone have any guesses as to what the difference might have been? And it was something I hadn't, I hadn't discovered this until now. So recent discovery as of yesterday, different call to action. Different call to action, better call to action. And the difference in the call to action was not fall for more money hacks, but it was fall for more airport hacks. People watched the video because of the plane, because of the flights, because of the airport. And I said, fall for more airport hacks. So we're gonna be testing this out, uh, on our new batch of content. I just filmed, I just was, I just got done filming here in our little, uh, studio right here with my teleprompter, with my mic, where we see all of the videos right here. And I filmed the new batch. So we talk about Costco, we talk about gas stations, we talk about all the stuff that's been performing really good. And at the end of all the videos, whatever the video was about. I said call to action about that fall for more gas station hacks, fall for more Costco hacks. Fall for more target hacks, because if someone made it to the end of the video, that means they had an interest in that one thing. So if they made it to the end of that video, I need to tell them that I am, I am what they are for, I am what they want. I think of a, I think of a guy like Vanya who's in here like this is a guy who is not afraid to go out. And record in public. He's sending me videos to review and this dude's out in the streets of New York City just like talking to people, having 'em review products. So I'm trying to think for you, bro, like if we can get people to watch to the end of the video, we've gotta give them a call to action that's related to the video, super related to the video, because you fall, fall for more New York City interviews and fall for more street interviews as opposed to like. Fall for more hand lotion, uh, product reviews. It's just how I'm thinking. I mean, it was crazy looking at it. Like I was looking at, I was like 12,000 followers over the course of 48 hours from one video. I mean, don't, you just don't do that. You know, like what? Something had to have been really, really good. And with the reps, which I'm very excited. Someone like Valentina's gonna be getting a very good experience on this as you start to post once per day. Twice per day, you said for twice per day. The amount of reps that you get and the easier things become. I mean, the videos like I, I filmed 10 videos today, scripted and filmed 10 videos today. I was done by 11:00 AM started at 8:00 AM I was done by 11:00 AM That would've taken me a couple, like even, even I'm thinking like, even like four weeks ago, that would've taken me like a full day to do, like, if you want to, oh, we gotta get 10 today. I would've been like, fuck. Oh man, it's gonna take my entire day. This isn't gonna be good. But now it's so repeatable. And if you watch the, the latest videos that I'm putting out, they'll, they'll, they'll get moved off my trial rails here in a second. I follow the exact same script like every single time. It's almost like a plug and play script, crazy hook, and then take a step back. Then get people to watch the entire thing, give the payoff right at the end. But for example, I'm trying to think of, of of people who are willing to go out in public and make videos. So I keep going back to my guy right here, like, dude, I wanna, I wanna see you starting in the action. Like whatever the craziest thing is that someone says to you on the streets or that the craziest internet, bro, like you're in New York City. I've done the New York City interviews before too, bro. You go over by the World Trade Center, you start talking to people, you're gonna have some interesting interactions, is what it is. The mistakes that I would make is that I'd start by saying, we're out here by the World Trade Center and we're gonna start interviewing people, bro. People can see they got ice, they'll watch, they'll watch the videos. If, if I just started, whatever the craziest thing that someone says is, then we, then, then, then we have 'em watch that. Does anyone, does anyone know the, um, the Rich European kid? The, the rich, the rich European guy with, uh, the Lou, yeah. Interesting guy. I, I saw a good example of this. The other day, I'm gonna, I'm gonna try and find it. He went and, uh, he went out in front of the, uh, the WP HQ in New York City when they put Iman gaze on the, uh, on the billboard. And they, he had a really good example of what I'm talking about. Does anyone know what his, I don't know what the guy's name is. Does anyone know what his name is? Or like what his Instagram is? The European kid. European kid. I'm gonna look that up. Same. Stay at home. Rich European. I can't find it, dude. Well, it goes to show you the importance of a saleable username and something that's memorable because all we know is that he's the guy that does this thing. But way, I, I want, I want, I want us to think of the video and I want to break down. So anyone who, so who in here has watched some or all of the social media blueprint in the community? I know we've got, we've got some new members in today. If I, if I reference the Triple H framework, who will understand what I'm talking about? How far, how far? Sweet. Okay, so most people, I'm gonna give it a quick breakdown. So every video needs to have three Hs in it. Hook breaks down into verbal hook where you're saying visual hook what's on the screen. Second H is hold. It needs to hold the viewer's suspense because we have a 42nd video and we have ten second watch time. The video's not gonna do really well. So we have to hook people in. We have to hold the suspense and we have to make them happy that they watch it hook, hold happy. So three Hs. Every video that does well must have them. You miss one. They're gonna be out out of luck because if you have a hook and a hold and they're not happy, you finesse them. They're sad that they watch the video and now next time your face pops up on their feed, they're not gonna wanna watch because last time you finesse them, you hooked them in, you held the suspense, and then you didn't give them the reward that they were there for. Has they ever heard of, uh, Jenny Hoyos before she YouTuber? She's like 19 years old. Crushed that on YouTube. I think she's got like 10 million subscribers on YouTube. She goes crazy with YouTube. She had an example of a great hook, great hold. Terrible, happy, and she lost like, I think it was like lost like a hundred thousand subscribers from this one video, lost a hundred thousand subscribers from one video because the third H wasn't there. She said, when we hit 5 million subscribers, I'm gonna go to the top of the largest diving board in the world. I'm gonna jump and we hit 5 million. That was her hook. And she was standing in front of this super large like platform that was probably like the size of a skyscraper. She's standing in front of it. That was her hook rate hook. And then as she's walking up the stairs, her subscriber count is on the screen, so it's like 4 9, 9 9, 9, 6, 4, 9, 9, 9, 9 7. And she's pulled the suspense like, oh my God, it's gonna hit 5 million. And, and it drags for like 30 seconds. She's walking up the stairs, she gets to the top. It's at 4 9 9 9 9 9. It hits 5 million. She goes, yay. And the video ends. She didn't jump. She was under 5 million for another two weeks. After that video, she hit 5 million. That video came out and she went under 5 million for another two weeks. After that video, she asked the audience, now if we have a really good hook and we don't hold people, the video's not gonna go viral. There's one metric. If anyone's taking notes. I wanna talk about the one most important metric. It's not views. It's not likes, it's not shares, it's not comments, it's not saves, it's not false. Most important metric, this is like the nerdy metrics that people don't want to talk about on social media is your average view, duration over full video length, average view, duration, over full video length. That's the number one way of telling whether a video's gonna go viral or not. And it's also the number one way that lets you know whether you should invest into your post and boost it or not. 'cause certain posts that should go viral, don't. Whether the algorithm was off that day or whether like you just didn't have a big enough of a following at the start. The post didn't go viral. You can put $5 behind a post every day and get an insane amount of followers, get an insane amount of views from it. That was what I was doing a lot of, like from days like 15 to 20, I started investing into my post. We hit a lull. I wasn't getting any that were performing, but they had good blueprints. It had like 40% ratio from average view duration to total watch or total total view time. And I was investing into them, and that's where I got a lot of followers from. There's one video I have, I think like 6,000 followers from it. Most of it, I just invested $5 a day to boost the post. That's the easiest way to do it. But if you invest into a post that's bad, it will just be throwing money into void. That's what I have to say about. Videos and going viral because this was a crazy week. Like I had. Um, I mean I'm, I'm a part of a few like, creator groups. It's like really high quality creators in there. I'm talking about like, people like the minimum 1 million followers across platform, some minimum like 500,000 across platform. And they'll send in wins throughout the week and the wind will be like 5,000 followers this week, or like 7,500 followers this week. And I just, I, I dropped, I dropped the big one in there. We got 10,000 in one day off of an account. That had 20,000 followers on it. So it's unheard of the level that we're, um, the level that we're producing at right now. Okay. Does anyone, does anyone have any questions or should I continue rambling about how easy it is to go viral? If you know what you're doing? I want to hear some questions. We can either raise our hands in here or, um, or drop questions in the chat if you're, keep going, dude. Keep going. Keep going. Okay. Um, let's see if we have. Sweet man. So I guess what, what kind of stuff do you guys wanna hear about? What videos we should make? How we come up with ideas, how we hold suspense? Any bias towards any of these ideas? Interesting. Lauren, I. I, I agree. Um, I definitely like how do you get the, the mass amount of ideas that you're putting out? 'cause four pieces of content a day, even though you're pretty top of funnel and like, not really, like, that's a lot, man. It is a lot. Like what are your prompts, you know? Yeah. It's, um, it's, it's, you said, what are your prompts? I actually, I haven't, I haven't been using 'em as much, um, by the way. Since you asked my prompts are, I actually put them inside the community. So like there's an AI prompt library inside of the community as well. Um, oh, go look. Yeah, exactly. So that's, um, that's in there as well. Uh, but in terms of ideas, the number one way to do it is through the research sheet. So you need to discover. Who the people you want to be like in any, any facet are. So like if, if I, if I see myself as even a little bit related to a creator, I'll add them to my list, and then when I want to come up with ideas, I'm literally just like stalking the page. And I have a browser extension on my, uh, on my Chrome that David put me on too. David, you wanna drop the extension name in the chat. The one that, um, scrolls for you and just shows like the likes and views, that there's this extension that every time you go on Instagram, on the computer, it sorts all of the videos by what was viewed the most. So as long as I scroll down and all of the posts are loaded, it'll automatically just show me like the top ones. So I'll go in top creators that I have actually, yeah, David will, um, David will drop it in the chat here in just a second. Uh, but it's very easy to see if I wanna go to Mr. Beat. Like I can see which ones that did well and it'll just squash the ones that didn't do well. So it's very easy to like research and then I'm like, okay, how can I make this video like the Danny version of this video and try and make it better if, if you guys really want, like, if, if, if, if you want me to sum up in one sentence how to grow on social media very fucking easily. All it is is just finding the best creators in your space, taking their best videos and making them 10 times better. Look at it through the lens of the stuff that we teach inside of this community and say, how can I make this video better? In my opinion, that's not copying all, that's putting respect on the other creator. We respected this person by making their video way better. We put our own spin on the idea and we make it infinitely better. That's what I do a lot of the time with the videos. I'm like, how, how can I apply the, the formula that we're talking about in here at a higher level, Valentina? How are you? Hi, I'm good. Thank you so much. I love the challenge. Thank you for putting me into it. It's been so fun. Honestly, I've been having so much fun with it. Um, I have a lot of ideas, so I'm not struggling with that, but I think the part that I have means like the hook, you know, like creating that suspense while doing the videos. Um, so yeah, I wanna hear your thoughts on that. So we need help with making the hook for the videos. So I, I want you to think of this 'cause you're, 'cause you're posting two times a day now, which means that there's room to test and there's room to play around. Like, there's no, um, there, there's nothing really holding us back and we're, we're able, we're able to play around. So what I do in my videos, I. My ideas are the hooks. So like when I'm coming up with ideas, it's not like, oh, what can I talk about? It's literally just what is the first sentence of this video? I don't care about what the idea is. All this is like a 2 0 1 thing for when you're posting a lot, like all I'm thinking about and I'll, I'll feed Chet, GBT, like all the scripts that I have in the past, and I'll be like, Hey, bro, like based off of this, like give me even more viral ideas that are even more viral than the ones that I've already put out right now. And it'll give me ideas and bulleted list and then I'll look at it through the lens of like, what's the first sentence gonna be in this video? What's the visual on the screen? And, and Valentina, what I would say too for your videos, because I've noticed like not all of them are just like at your house and filming. A lot of 'em are like, they're out and about. I would really just think about like what that first opening shot is, because it's scary fact 70% of people, and this is what write down as well, 70% of people. Do not watch reels with the sound on. Why is that? Because if I open Instagram right now, if I open Instagram, I come on my feed, I have to click into it in order to get the sound, everything going on. If I scroll down, it's automatically silent. Even if I have my audio on, I have to click into it to hear the sound and go back to my main feed. Find another reel here. Automatically silent. I have to, I have to click into it. 70% of people watch Instagram reels without the sound on. So what's the opening shot? When I'm talking with my editors about the videos that I'm doing, you guys see, I'm talking, I'm literally right here in all of my videos and I'm on the bottom half of the screen and there's something on the top half of the screen. I'm a super stickler for what goes on the top half of the screen. People need to look at something like it's, it's arrogant to think that someone wants to just like sit and look at you talk the entire time. Like I, anybody in this call, male or female, it's arrogant to think that someone wants to just sit and look at you, talk for 60 seconds. Like I always had to have something at the top of the screen that gets people to watch. I posted the same exact video two times, one with a different top of screen animation and one with a different one. This was the one that ended up getting 1.7 million views. I put a minion plane, the top of it, same exact video, same exact hook. Same exact words were being said. But it was like a regular plane. Regular plane was on there. No minion plane. Minion plane. People wanted to watch because I got them to stay for an extra couple seconds 'cause people are scrolling like this. Like they, you, you have no time to be able to get people to stop. And I'm not talking about just like if we're making middle funnel content and we want to just like build credibility with our current audience and like grow at a steady rate. Like you can not listen. I'm saying, I'm talking about like making videos go viral. This is the stuff that really matters. People, a lot of people are scrolling like this. How do we stop them? We have no time. Like they don't care about you. In fact, they probably hate you until you make them not hate you and they don't like they're, they're mostly angry people. Like the next, the next hurdle that you come over in Layman, we were talking about it on the, on the mastermind call recently, is like, you, you reached 8 million people in one month. Like, you now need to put up your guard of like dealing with, dealing with hate. You. You get it? 8 million people, a hundred of 'em will have something to say. I would say to, to sum all that up, I'd really just think about what the opening shot is, whether it's out in public and it's something that you can frame, or whether it's something that you add onto the screen at the top that people can watch, but it has to be like, interesting. People haven't seen it before. If they can predict what you're gonna say or if they've seen the shit that you're about to say before, or they see the video, the, the visual before they're done. Something interesting. It's like the, the minion plane is to me, just the perfect example. Or like, um, one of, one of, one of my editors that was on the videos, he put like a male flight attendant. When I said like, flight attendants actually have a way to give secret distance. I said, no, change it to female. Make you good looking flight attendant. It'll get people to stop. The video did very well. Thank you. Yes, ma'am. Alan. So, uh, funny enough, I, in my trials I did that. Like I split it and I was like, oh, well if mine aren't performing, lemme put like, girls like, who are sad, like, or looking at text or happy, like, tried everything on top and all the ones with just me perform better. Really? Yeah. How long ago did you post a girl? Uh. The day, the, like, half a day later, like I posted the ones to me and I was like, well, let me try this because I was your reels. And I was like, maybe I should try putting some up top. And so I, I made different ones with stuff up top. And the ones that were just me were getting like, uh, 1 50, 1 15, 1 17, 2 22 1 12 54. The ones with the girl is like 50 11, 30, 42. And they've both been running for like two days now. Yeah. And like we're talking about holding and the average watch time when it's just me is tire. So maybe I'm using the wrong girls or the wrong whatever up top. But I was thinking too, uh, and some of the stuff you were showing and talking about, like if they start watching it with the sound off and I have, you know, uh, captions at the bottom, but should I pose like maybe instead of a girl at the top, like. A question or statement, like whatever hook it could really like get 'em, like, is that true? Or like, like, I don't believe that. Or like challenge the belief. Like, because I was trying to think like, how do I make certain things I'm gonna talk about and just kill. Interesting. And uh, like I've tried like with the like random, like B roll, like girls look like sadness, couples fighting, like the things like, and I was matching it up, like what I'm talking about during the thing you stock footage. It is stock footage easily pulled off the internet. Yeah, it's not, it's not new. I would try and find something. It was just on cap cut people, like you're about to exploit. Oh, it was a photo from Cap Cut. It's not a photo. It's video. It's videos from Cap cut. But I mean, like, I just, I'm, I'm very new, so like that's just what I had and I was like, lemme try it. Might, I might go deeper on this and make another training on like how to find good b-roll from the top, because it's not like you can't just put a girl there. Like it has to be something that like people haven't seen before, something real or something that seems weird, like it has to intrigue them a little bit. So, um, I, I do wanna double click into that in just a second, but I, Alan, let's, let's talk about, let's talk about this a little bit more on our next call, but I wanna show you all right, that everybody can start doing right now with their videos. When I'm talking about, oh, 70% of people watch reels without the sound on is you can add stuff like this. At the top, they like NYC is out of control. Like I, if you can watch this video, there's captions on the bottom. I understand what I'm getting outta the video. Like this is, this is the hook right here at the top. This, and whatever's on the screen, I doubt many people heard my voice at the beginning of this, but I hooked them in and now they wanna watch it. This video got 1 million views, 19,900 likes, 21,700 shares. NYC was outta control. I was in an Uber going to see Danny B who's on this call right now. When I took this video and it was something that was new, it was something that was weird. It was something that was wild because I was like, we were driving through New York City, we were going through Queens, and I was like, man, these houses look like fucking terrible. Like I wonder, I wonder how much one of these costs, 'cause this is New York City, but these houses don't look that good. So I look 'em up on Zillow, it's like $1.6 million, $1.5 million for like shacks in Queens. And I was like, I have to make a video about this 'cause this is crazy and I'm just gonna, I'm gonna rant about it and then gonna say in the comments like, someone educate me on this, some, someone educate me on this. And then, oh, they, oh, they educated me in the comments. They educated me. Everyone had something to educate me on. In that video, but my average watch time on that one was fucking crazy because everyone was in the comments fighting with each other, and the video was just playing over and over again. So they're like, oh, every, everyone was watching this video three times through. That's crazy. Anyway, it was great seeing everybody on here, and I look forward to seeing you in the community. All right. Enjoy the rest of your night guys.
